Kingred1994: Oh Kingred! I knew someone would get a good laugh of that thought. When I wrote it, I was laughing for many minutes because the idea was so funny to me. Also, small towns breed strong women in my opinion. They just knew everything to be independent.

Kzzzzzz: Well, you're not wrong, but...It's Naruto first week EVER! And the lonely Innkeeper...a Long time! Surely, they get a grace period in your eyes, right? ;)

BirdManJohn: I mean...You can review the chapters as you read them, right? I won't get to hear your thoughts in real time :( But I'd still love your insights.

AN: Okay, so this is one of my Favorite Chapters I've Written and I hope you all love it. IT's 6.5k long so I hope you appreciate the Length too! Ah! This took a while, but let me know what you think!

Glazed Emeralds: A Hallmark Story

Chapter 14: Painting One's Possession Green

Sun streamed in from the skylight, basking her skin in a warmth that she found comforting and relaxing. It helped her wake up for the day as her finger tried to pull her skirt up her thighs. The slight suckling of lips upon her prostrated neck however, were proving to be another story altogether.

"Naru~," Sakura mewled. "Stop distracting me."

"You're the distracting one, taking that skirt on and off like an alluring temptress." Naruto growled into her neck, his hands rubbing along either side of her hips, billowing her shirt up in the process.

"What? Should I just walk around the Inn without one then?"

Naruto hummed into her skin. "Even better...since it's all your fault anyways."

"Me?!" Sakura choked out between another mewl. "Y-You're the one un-unzipping it...when I… I get it...d-done. Oh right there~." Sakura gave in as Naruto planted a soft bite just under her jawline.

Pulling back to admire his handiwork, Naruto grinned into the mirror in front of them, smiling in victory back at the cute annoyed face that Sakura sent his way. "Alright. I'll leave you in peace...for now."

Sakura felt his soft lips kiss her cheek before she watched him leave the room to find some new clothes from his room across the way. Sakura would have liked to say that they hadn't left the room for three days, that they were wearing the same outfits, but it wasn't true. It was simply a struggle to leave the Inn.

Sakura managed to get her skirt up and began to apply her daily routine as she thought of the current process they had together. Sakura smirked, embarrassed back at herself. God! They had a lot of sex. If she wasn't on the pill already, she would have had little doubt about getting knocked up. But this wasn't some love story about a demon ravaging a maiden and the mythical Kyubi or something impregnating her. This was real life, which was so much better!

They fucked, went down for breakfast, went for a stroll, fucked; Sakura had him meet some people who knew the town well, they fucked; they had dinner; and they made love- they fucked!

Sakura shivered at that last thought in her head. 'Made love?' As she did her hair into one of her normal braids, Sakura pondered on that phrase. What they did during the day, that was certainly for pleasure, but at night, the mood was...different. It was somber, more impactful, and Sakura didn't know why, but she could imagine that feeling every time she slipped next to Naruto in front of people or alone. An embarrassed secret laid bare, maybe?

Shaking her hair out, Sakura sighed dreamily at the mirror reflection of herself. She could admit it: She liked Naruto. Now that they were close, it was easy to see the bond they were developing. Who in the world didn't like Naruto? He was caring, respectful with a certain lewd eye on herself or Ino, he was funny, and a prankster, and people gravitated towards him like moths to a burgeoning flame.

This was not love, but maybe they were meant to be close friends. She had a phone like anyone else, she had friends outside of town she spoke to sometimes. This kind of friendship just had certain...benefits to it that others did not. A brief thought of Naruto coming out for a few weeks every summer raced through Sakura's body and her thighs clenched together at the lewd years that could possibly lay ahead.

A lewd smile graced Sakura's lips. They got along well, they were both single, with little commitments, and the sex...Sakura bit her lower lip as she slid into her boots and began to lace them up. Sex was amazing. She still felt Naruto's presence all around her, despite him not being in the room.

Maybe she felt a little superior at the moment, like she had conquered the game of life this past week. Now, onto today's agenda. Today...today they'd hold back on sex, and just enjoy the other's company...they would…surely...they didn't have to do it all the time…

Sakura took a last glimpse at the mirror and saw the withering resolve in her eyes and sighed...they'd TRY not to.

"You ready to go, Naruto?" Sakura strolled into his room, sliding the card along the lock to open it wide and step in.

"Sakura! I'm changing!"

"Oh I don't mind." Sakura replied with a hushed whisper as she stared at his bare back, watching as he changed before her. She bit her lip as her eyes danced with mirth. She didn't mind at all.

Thirty minutes later, and disheveled hair for the both of them, two bodies finally stepped out of the Inn's front door and into the middle of the summer day.

"So, Sakura, what's on the plan for today?" Naruto grinned, combing back some stray hairs behind her ear, as Sakura blushed and looked away, letting him have his way with her. "Not like we need to go far. Wasn't there a lake around here?"

"Yeah, Lake Konoha. It supplies the county with water. That sounds wonderful." Sakura beamed brightly, imagining the sun's rays bouncing off the calm waters. "There's some kayaks out there we can borrow."

"Any doubles?"

Sakura beamed. "Of course."

"Well, then how about-"

"Hey guys!" Ino called out, jogging over from the land office waving. Both of them smiled over as she approached, as Sakura glanced at Naruto ogling Ino's tight blouse bobbing as she ran. She didn't frown. She wasn't jealous. In fact, Sakura smiled. If the sight was memorable, then she knew what he'd ask for tonight, and she had a nice pair too. She could jiggle a bit and she had her own tight blouse to boot.

"What's up, Ino?"

"I'm not...interrupting anything, am I?" Ino questioned.

Sakura smiled over to her best friend in thanks. The first week, she had been pulling out all the moves on Naruto, but after Sakura slept with her lover, Ino dropped the intent and delved instead into trying to be a close friend. "Nothing...serious...yet."

"Great!" Ino smiled over to Sakura's boy toy. "Naruto, you're tall."

"Not too tall."

"No, but can you grab the cans of peas on the top shelf? Kurenai asked me to prepare her food run today but even with the ladder, I really pushed it to the back and-"

"No problem, Ino! I can get that. Be back in a flash!" Naruto quickly nodded.

Ino turned to see Naruto run into the store before turning her gaze back towards her friend to smile coquettishly. Sakura's eyes seemed on the verge of betrayal, her fingers still holding a ghostly grip along his forearm and her lips...they were pouting. "Naruto is so helpful, isn't he?" Ino cut into her mind, breaking her rogue thoughts.

Sakura shook her mind away from Naruto for a second and nodded along with Ino as they began to discuss her day's plan with Naruto. Sakura mentally sighed; she was getting a bit possessive lately. Naruto was just helping people out; she had no reason to say no to him doing so. It was what attracted her to him in the first place...and a hot body that could make her-

"Mmm!" Ino cleared her throat. "Sakura, you feeling alright?"

"Huh?" Sakura widened her eyes as her friend's eyes signaled downwards. She looked down and indeed her thighs were quaking.

"He give it to you good last night? You still feeling it?" Ino cajoled, as Sakura blushed and turned back to the street. Ino was just poking fun. But yes...she was still feeling it.

"He really says yes to helping anyone, ne?"

Sakura nodded mutely, her eyes on Naruto as he stepped back out and jogged over to them. Her eyes shined for some reason; there was a halo around Naruto's body, and she knew that the sun wasn't behind him, but he glowed. He-

"Naruto!" Sakura screamed as she reached forward and pulled him straight into her body, his own slamming the both of them into the wooden post on the boardwalk as a jeep slammed on its brakes and stopped right where he'd been walking.

"Hey everyone!"

Ino breathed out a shaky giggle as Sakura glared with daggers in her eyes barely over her lover's shoulder, before she swirled around his body and raced towards the driver as he stepped out.

"Kiba, you almost killed him, you dumbass!"

"Oh, don't be so dramatic, Sakura!" Kiba laughed it off, and stepping out of the vehicle. "As you can see from my brakes, I wasn't going to hit him. He would be right….um...here!" Kiba grinned as he jumped on the ground where he stood.

"What do you mean there?! You would have-"

"Sakura, it's okay. This happens all the time in the city. I'm fine." Naruto pulled her back to his chest, and Ino's heart silently cooed as Sakura's temper dissolved like ice cream on a hot day.

"Well...but he...um...okay...just this once." Sakura seemed to give in as she tightened her arms around him.

"Besides," Kiba laughed. "I wasn't going to hit the guy I was coming to ask for help."

"Help?" Three sets of ears perked up at that. Ino grinned impishly. Oh God. Sakura loved to make plans, and she absolutely abhorred diverting from them. Ino glanced at the two, at the way Sakura's fingers clung to Naruto's own. She didn't want to let him go. No doubt about it.

Kiba turned his gaze to Naruto who unknowingly sent a friendly smile his way and began his request. "I just got back in town this morning and my wife was completely enamored about you from a day or two ago. She told me that you wanted to experience country life."

Naruto nodded along with the red tattooed guy. "Yeah; everyone seems so happy and content here. I want to find out why."

Kiba nodded as Naruto listed his reasons, before his large canines popped out with a snide smirk, as he watched Sakura pull herself closer to Naruto, pulling his arm between her chest, and swallowing it between her cleavage.

"Geez Sakura, Hinata told me but I never would have thought you to be so enamored."

"What do you mean?"

"Come on." Kiba smirked, gesturing back to her chest. "Possessive much?"

"What? No." Sakura denied as she brushed the comment aside, letting go of Naruto's arm as she slid away. Kiba caught the sight of their eyes straining to find the other's hand, and his smirk widened into a knowing smile with Ino. Sakura was so easy to read.

"Anyways," Kiba shrugged as he turned back to Naruto. "The guys and I are fixing up a new house and we'd like your help."

Naruto rubbed his neck with an unsure sigh, which made Sakura blush as she smiled at his nervous tick. "I mean, I'm not a handyman-"

"Sure you are!" Kiba refuted. "You helped my wife with our faucets just a few days ago."

"Well…I mean, yeah, but…" Naruto looked to Sakura who was looking away, as if the conversation didn't matter to her.

Inside her mind however, Sakura was anything but disinterested. She knew Naruto and his morals. She knew that he couldn't help himself. She knew that he liked helping others. But….their plans! Their sweaty skin! Sakura's nails dig into her palm, narrowly avoiding cutting into them as she bit her tongue, as Kiba leaned forward.

"I promise it'll be fun for you. Everyone's going to be there helping out. You get to see the whole town in motion and how we all pitch in. Well? What do you say?"

A few hours later, Sakura put down the screwdriver in her hand and pushed up with her knees, getting off the floor she'd been kneeling on for the last hour. She turned and walked towards the kitchen, grabbing at the bottles of water that lay splayed out on the counter for people to drink.

Taking small sips, Sakura did her best to not crinkle the plastic too badly; she didn't want to have the water explode and people to know just how pissed and poor company she was to be around right now. This was stupid; she shouldn't feel this way!

All around her were her neighbors helping set up Asuma Sarutobi's new house. Installing lights, putting up plywood. Some of the girls were putting together the baby room for their soon to be born daughter. Everyone was helping out. Everyone was chipping in. She was usually all smiles when they did this.

She shouldn't be mad; everyone had chipped in to help when she upgraded the Inn years ago. Doing this for others always made her reminisce about those times and made her content to do manual labor and stuff. She shouldn't be mad, but she was...Naruto and she were supposed to-

Sakura rubbed her thighs together, squeezing her eyes shut as the pulses of her libido shook her like a ragdoll, straining for release and pleasure. It took the better part of biting her cheek to hold it in. Sakura slowly breathed in to steady herself. This wasn't the place for those kinds of feelings. She was with friends right now. As soon as her hormones settled, Sakura looked up through the kitchen window to see Naruto following Lee around, holding up the back end of a new carpet. Her eyes shimmered with a lustful glow as her hormones immediately raced back up to new heights and she groaned into her bottle, succumbing to the rush.

Geez, they were fucking every night and at least twice minimum during the day. It was so good; casual and fun! She'd never felt this way before. Every day she awoke to his sleeping face and he would stare at her as if for the first time all over again. She was always happy waking up and happy when she fell asleep in his arms.

Sakura tried to restrain herself from staying at his side. She should be rational. Let him make friends with her neighbors. Talk and learn about their lives; that's why he was here in the first place. To see if this was a good area to visit and maybe stay. Yet for some stupid reason, she wanted him beside her always, at all times. Her heart just hurt being this far apart. This was so stupid! He was only fifty feet away! God! Where was he-

"Hey Sakura." Naruto spoke as he turned around the corner to the kitchen. Immediately, warmth flooded through her limbs and cheeks, as Sakura felt her heart lurch up excitedly. Wasting no time, Naruto slid beside her, her finger grazing along his arm as his hand moved to rest on the small of her back, grazing against the skin that was sizzling wherever they touched. This position was natural; this was how it should be.

"Hey Naru~." Sakura whispered back, leaning her head against his chest as he squeezed her closer in an intimate side hug of affection. Both smiled as they backed up, and Naruto grinned thankfully.

"Hey um...thanks for letting us change plans today. That was really nice of you."

Sakura let her hand drop to her bottle, playing with the rim as she looked away, shrugging as she did. "It's alright to alter one day. After all, we can always do it tomorrow."

A tongue slid out along her lips, imagining just that, and Naruto shivered. He wanted that too. So naturally, because of what he said next, he first bit his own lip as he told his bad news.

"Actually, Kiba and the guys wanted to go fishing at the lake and- "

"Of course!" Sakura rushed out. "Don't let me stop you. I'll be fine Naruto!" Sakura smiled towards him, masking the annoyed fact that he wanted to spend more time with guys than with her. Bros before hoe- Her?! It hurt. Sakura's eyes crinkled at the pain. Why did it hurt so much?

"You sure?" Naruto quirked his head. "Positive?

Sakura's eyes shimmered as she smiled back. At least he was asking her first. "Yeah."

"You're the best, Sakura!" Naruto reached over and hugged her tight, encasing her in his musky scent. As Sakura's nostrils took in the wonderful scent, her loins stirred again. Her mind wheeled around. He'd be gone tomorrow too...they could maybe leave early to make up and...do stuff...

"...Listen, maybe we can-"

"Hey Naruto! Help me with this!"

"Coming!" Naruto broke off the hug, rushing over to help. Sakura desperately tried to reach out for his shirt, grasping for him but just as her fingers reached, the fabric slid through an opening and he was gone. Sakura turned her head to see him leave the living room altogether and the unwelcome feeling of betrayal flushed straight through her system again.

Why did he leave her?! Ever since Ino asked him to grab stuff, he'd been everywhere but at her side! He was in the front seat talking to Kiba on the way over, he was helping on the second floor when she was on the first! Didn't he want to experience this with her? She sure as hell did! She just wanted time with him and-

"Hey Sakura." Ino and the other girls their age joined together, leaning against the new cabinetry as they each grabbed a water. There was Ino leading the pack, with Hinata and Tenten who had been doing the landscaping outside, followed lastly by Anko and Kurenai, Asuma's wife and six months pregnant. Sakura squashed her feelings down deep. Time to be with friends.

"Kurenai, should you really be doing anything?"

"I'm not getting to do anything really. Hinata and Anko here keep taking over."

"You hurt your arm last week-" Hinata piped up.

"I can do what I want! Geez!" Kurenai's bloody eyes burned with righteous fury. "Why couldn't I have more girls my age? I want to see another girl with kids soon or I'm going to scream."

"Hey Sakura?" Anko popped in. "I saw you come in with that guy from the city. What's the story with him?"

"Yeah! What's with you and Naruto?"

"Huh?" Sakura blushed in bewilderment at the situation she suddenly found herself in. All of the girls were looking at her and waiting for her to...gossip? She wasn't used to being the center of this kind of attention. It was...unnerving. "N-Nothing!"

Ino giggled as she took a swig of water. "She says that girls, but she is like Super lovey dovey around him."

"I am not!" Sakura retorted, her voice cracking, making the other girls smile at the blush erupting on her nose.

"And she gets Super jealous too." Ino rolled her eyes. "You should have seen her this morning! I try to touch his arm and she practically drags him away!"

"I do not! I-I'm not…" Sakura sagged, rubbing her eyes. "Bunch of gossip girls." She muttered in defeat.

Tenten smiled her way. "All I know is that Neji likes him, and he doesn't like anyone."

Ino turned to the right, throwing a question towards the blue haired girl. "Hinata, didn't he fix your pipes a few days ago?"

Hinata meekly spoke up. "Yeah. He was so helpful. Kiba's good at the outdoors, living off the grid, finding animals, but take it inside and...and um…"

"He sucks?" Ino grinned impishly, as Hinata floundered cutely in front of them.

"I-Ino! I d-don't mean it l-like-"

"Ino, be nice." Sakura defended her other friend, knowing how much Hinata flailed under pressure. "Hinata, how much longer?"

Hinata smiled shyly, holding her flat stomach. "Still six months until this little guy is running around."

"Aw!" The group cooed towards the child growing inside.

"Maybe he'll have a close friend as well." Ino smiled coquettishly.

Tenten laughed as she punched her shoulder. "You're not with anyone, Ino. Not unless you have some fella from Suna you're not telling us about."

"No I'm not…" Ino nodded, her fingers sliding along the edge of her bottle as her lips slowly widened "...but Sakura is~"

"Ino!" Sakura exclaimed, aghast that her friend would do this to her. "You promised you wouldn't tell!"

"What?" Ino shrugged nonchalantly. "Everyone knows."

"Everyone does not- "Sakura balked and turned to Tenten and Hinata who smiled and nodded back to her. "E-everyone?"

Anko laughed aloud. "Maybe not the details, Sakura-"

"But you're so happy now, it's pretty hard to miss." Kurenai added.

Sakura curled her arms around herself as she bit her lip, her voice dimming and cracking. "Girls I just...I mean I- "

"We get it, Sakura." Tenten looked back with the others through the window and watched as Naruto started laying the carpet down on the floor with Lee. Sakura felt herself become a part of a large organism, as she and the girls ogled him, watching him lean forward to staple the edges in, watching the way his muscles clenched from the backlash of the staple gun in his manly hands, the guys around him joking along as they all worked together.

"He's very handsome," Kurenai began.

"And caring," Anko added.

"And very," Tenten spoke up.

"Very" Hinata meekly said.

"Helpful." Ino finished with a husky whisper.

Sakura watched the girls look back at her, their eyes appreciative of the man she'd snagged. Sakura felt like they were comparing each other's love lives here, and she just won first prize in their eyes. Sakura snorted and briefly smiled at them. "Girls, seriously! It's just casual."

"That's the best part, Sakura." Ino encouraged. "There's no pressure on you two. No pressure to impress, to say just the right thing, to feel like you have given up to get anything. You're both so laid back, and just enjoying the time together."

"With how much you do it though, you could easily get a kid in there." Kurenai sighed wistfully, looking back at her husband and frowning as he put another cigarette in his mouth. "Be right back." She sighed and stormed off, but the other girls smiled her way as Sakura tightened up more.

Sakura blushed cutely. "I-I'm on the pill, you know. So there's no chance of...um...well-"

"S-Sakura," Hinata stuttered, holding her arm as she smiled at her. "The point we're trying to make is for you to be happy...and you are, right?"

Sakura stopped in place, her eyes widening as the last six years flashed before her eyes. The sleepless nights plaguing her, the emotional wreck she was when she came back to town, the sheltered shut-in life that she'd become. These last two weeks of intrusive joy. Sakura smiled as if in a trance. "Yeah. I am."

"Well girls!" Ino called over as she walked off. "I think we can ask Naruto to help in the bathroom next."

"Good idea! And then he can…"

Sakura balked as she silently watched as the gaggle of girls asked and Naruto simply smiled and nodded along, following them out of the room.

"What the hell?" Sakura grit her teeth in frustration. She was going to ask him! God! Her friends were so...so- "Ah!"

Sakura glanced down at the floor where the water from her bottle had been squeezed out, shooting straight to her face before it had cascaded onto the floor, creating a nice puddle for her.

"Aw man." Sakura morbidly sighed and went to find a bucket.

"Everyone is a slacker." Sakura muttered angrily to herself as she slid the paintbrush down the wall in front of her. Sakura dipped the brush into the bucket for more paint and looked around at the empty room around her. The floor was a mess, with rolled carpet and tools on the ground, the wall was only half finished, and the lights for the ceiling were only half screwed in. There were six people in here not ten minutes ago.

Then the whole house froze as people decided that a barbeque would be perfect for a late lunch. Gone were the guys to get everything ready, gone were half of the girls to get their bikinis to jump into the pool out in the backyard, and the other half disappeared to gossip and chill out.

But not Sakura. All they had to do were touch ups to the wall and it would be done, and then, after she completed her task, she could lay back and relax. Not now though, not when she needed to be focused on a task. Any task...

Sakura sighed to herself as she went back to painting. She shouldn't be mad at her friends for abandoning her. She wasn't exactly in the best of moods today. They could enjoy themselves. She just didn't like leaving things half done. Sakura tried to ignore the burning between her legs. Job half done? God, she was cranky and mad and frustrated and God! She was so-!

"Hey Sakura, there you are! I was looking everywhere for you. Everyone else is outside! Don't you want to relax a bit?"

Sakura's body went rigid at the sound of his voice, her loins screamed for his caress, and her cheek desperately wished for his thumbs to graze over them. Sakura turned to face him, and suddenly all of those feelings dissolved like acid.

There he was, standing in the doorway like an angel coming to her rescue. The unfinished lighting cast an ethereal glow behind him, and Sakura's eyes threatened to shimmer at the sight of his Adonis blond hair and his rippling toned muscles, just peeking off his arms to her eyes. The way that his eyes glowed as he found her.

"What do you say we head out and relax, huh? Being inside can't be healthy with all the construction, right?" Naruto asked as he stepped into the room and moved towards her.

In that moment, Sakura's eyes flared with a bit of bloody fury. She hated that beautiful smile he sent her way, trying to act like he was all innocent and hadn't done anything wrong. Dammit! He caused her to be this way! He was the cause of this frustration, the infuriating guy who didn't finish her off this morning like he was supposed to! They were supposed to be alone and skin to skin, but no! They were apart and she was discarded and forgotten! A mad ball of rage surged through her system and she screamed.

A piece of wood flew through the air and slammed with a heavy force onto Naruto's neck. It was only a second later that Sakura realized that her brush had disappeared from her hand, and her arm was outstretched in his direction.

Naruto froze in place, looking at his lover in a new light. There she was before him, like a screaming banshee about to carve his backside with angry streaks of her nails. Yet he wasn't scared; he was turned on!

'How can she look so hot right now?' Naruto thought to himself, as he felt the wet paint slide down his neck, before he grabbed the wooden handle and looked at it closely. Naruto looked back at her, cocking his head to the side to show his confusion. "Was it something I said?"

Just like that, Sakura's rage left her vulnerable. A thick wad of shame and saliva stuck in her throat as she gulped and withdrew her arm. She began to speak, but no words left her as she settled for biting her lip and twirling her hair. What was wrong with her?!

"...S-sorry." Sakura voiced out in a whisper. "I'm…I'm hormonal right now...or something." Sakura blushed red hot and tears pricked at her eyes. "Geez Naru, I told you I had a temper! I...um…"

Naruto immediately felt his heart clench for the girl in front of him. She was showing him her vulnerable side. It was so endearing; no one in the city ever showed their true self. He looked to see her thighs clenching and sighed. He'd thought they'd have more time this morning. He should have finished her off this morning, shouldn't he? But Naruto smiled her way. Two could play this game.

As Naruto was smiling away, all of Sakura's held in emotions came to the foreground. She felt so pathetic right now, tears dribbling down her cheeks one by one as she quivered in front of her lover of a week. Or was it a month? "God we've fucked a lot, ne?" Sakura whispered into the room.

Seeing Naruto smile her way, Sakura blushed deeper. She meant to think that, not say it, but now her voice came back, blubbering away at a mile a minute.

"I'm sorry, Naruto. This isn't your fault. You shouldn't see me like this. I just...I wanted something, you know? I just...I wanted to be beside you, and...and fuck!" Sakura blurted. Images swam in her mind of their two naked bodies thrusting in the sheets, of his kisses down her backside, of his grip on her ass, and her entire body buzzed with wanton lust.

Sakura saw Naruto continue to smile her way, and more guilt surged through her. "I know we said we were just going to slow down and enjoy the day, but where I was taking us, God! It was a place to fuck so bad! I wasn't really trying to hold back, geez." Sakura squeezed herself tighter as her body ignited.

"You are so selfless you know?! I admire that so much! You're here, and everyone loves being around you, but...but I wanted you around me!"

"Sakura…"

"I wanted you beside me all day, but every time I looked up, you went somewhere else, you were chatting with another girl. I wanted to give you space, to give you time to meet others but...I-I got…" Sakura sniffled. "I was angry...and stupid...I'm sorry."

Sakura looked down at the rolled up carpet. Her heart was way too open right now. All her walls had crumbled and she knew she needed to go for a run through the forest. She needed to be alone and think happy thoughts or something. She had obviously spent too much time around Naruto and needed space to remember what it was like to be just herself-

A light chuckle sounded in front of her and derailed her thoughts as she looked up and saw Naruto lightly chuckling at her. "Y-you're not mad?"

Naruto shook his head as he grabbed a fresh bucket of white paint and a brush from the corner of the table and slowly moved towards her. "How could I be, when you're being so brutally honest?"

"Y-you're really not?" Sakura croaked as she dabbed at her eyes with the knuckles of her hands. "Really?"

Naruto's eyes swarmed in mirth and caused her breath to freeze. "Eh. I think I like you feisty, Sakura. There's something...alluring about it."

Sakura burst out with an embarrassed smile as she looked down and away, playing with her hair. "No one ever Liked my temper before…"

"What can I say?" She saw Naruto shrug now in front of her, dipping his paintbrush into the bucket. "Maybe I like seeing you vulnerable like that. I must say, Sakura. There's never a dull moment when I'm with you."

H-he liked seeing her like this? A guilt of pride flooded her mind as she realized that he had seen her like this on their first night together too. She'd opened herself up and he accepted her without wanting to change her. She herself was who he wanted to be with. Her chest pushed out as she looked up at him. "Naru. I-"

Sakura gaped at the fresh paint flying across her face, the bristles sliding along the top of her nose and across her cheek in a diagonal splash. Sakura's eyes widened in shock as she slowly looked at her lover, wondering what...the fuck…. he was doing!

"Y-you did not just-"

"Now we're even!" Naruto burst out laughing, chuckling out loud as he looked right at his girl's stunned face, her white lines looking like an Indian on a warpath.

'Wait!' Naruto froze at the thought, and looked back at Sakura grinning crazily. "Sakura, no! W-we're even now!"

"All's fair in love and war." Sakura whispered and suddenly they were in a battle for dominance. Sakura dipped her brush back into her bucket and slashed the brush around, as white flecks of paint dabbled all across Naruto's chest.

"Oh it's on!" Naruto laughed as he sprinted away, dabbling his own brush around. Sakura screeched as paint landed across her shirt, and playfully raced after him, throwing paint after him as she dodged his own slashes.

Naruto jumped over other paint cans, his next slash sliding against Sakura's arm, blending around her alabaster skin nicely as he continued down her arm before he felt Sakura's brush splat against the back of his neck and hair.

"Hey, no hair!"

"No rules, Baka!"

"Then take this!" Naruto yelled as he dipped two brushes down and charged her, as Sakura hit the wall where she'd first been.

"No! Stop! No st-st-stop!" Sakura giggled as Naruto assaulted her with paint across her knees, pants and stomach, until she gripped his wrists and pulled him closer.

With heavy breaths puffing into the other's face, Sakura looked deep into Naruto's eyes, as her fingers let go of his wrists, but his fingers edged along the crest of her tight jeans, her own fingers playfully holding his belt loops as their pelvises slowly grinded back and forth.

"You're a naughty girl." Naruto huskily breathed. "That was cheating."

"Shut up and kiss me, Baka." Sakura whispered with her tongue sliding along her lips. Naruto needed no more permission as he leaned forward, capturing her lips between his teeth as his tongue slipped into her awaiting mouth, her arms wrapping around his neck as she grinded lustfully along his crotch, her tongue tying knots with his own.

Their paint soaked hands slid along the other's face, painting their cheeks in white as they sucked the breath out of the other, until finally after what always felt like forever and beyond to the two of them, they broke apart, content on watching the way that their eyes glimmered and glowed under their attention, and the red cheeks that shivered with adrenaline.

Both of them had the same thoughts going through their heads. This was an extremely hot and heavy moment. Their tongues were experts at eliciting moans from the opposing muscle and their limbs were tools to solicit the desired response. They could look at the other and only see them as if they'd rolled out of bed after fucking a marathon. Their clothes were ruined; their skin tone matching the white of the wall, the paint in their hair, and yet...Sakura's loins quivered again. This was what she'd been craving since this morning.

"So...about that...meal?" Sakura breathlessly whimpered, quaking like a leaf as she referenced a secret codeword between them that had naturally developed over the last week. Naruto grinned assuredly. They'd done it every night after that particular event.

"After dinner, I'll devour you."

Sakura felt her entire body clench at the memories of his lips smirking across from her as he lay between her legs, ready to repeat that loving action. Her breath shuttered as she clung even tighter to his frame, edging her lips against his own to share a soft peck. "I'll want more than one helping, you know."

Naruto dove under her chin and made Sakura mewl with need as he sucked lightly just below on her neck. Her back hit the wall again, and her left leg jumped up to his waist, his arm holding it in place as his fingers slid along the bare skin of her upper thigh, pushing under the skirt to slip underneath her panties, the wet paint no doubt leaving an alabaster trail.

Sakura felt Naruto slide up to her ear and looked up at the ceiling, her chin resting in the crook of his shoulder as he began to work her up.

"As if I would be okay with just one." Naruto spoke as he lightly bit her lobe before resuming to kiss along her neck.

For Sakura, her eyes were wide and paralyzed at the surging wetness between her legs as his fingers grazed just inside her panties. H-he was teasing her! With a groan, Sakura urged herself to buck her pelvis into his, and smirked when Naruto hissed into her ear. The two began to buck and grind their way towards satisfaction, and Sakura's eyesight began to blur, forgetting the fact that they were in a house that was not private and surrounded by her closest friends. Well...

"Oh God!" An eep alerted them to another presence in the room. It took all their might to pause in their actions and turn their heads, while the rest of their bodies stayed where they were. Standing in the doorway to the room stood a flustered Ino, gaping at them as Sakura saw the way her best friend's eyes envied the situation Sakura was in right now, and she heard Naruto hiss as her pelvis slid slowly along his hard member. A satisfied smirk graced Sakura's lips. Let her be envious. This guy was too good to give up.

"W-what the…" Ino struggled to speak as she looked at the two lovers, until finally her brain caught up with her. "You guys are supposed to paint the walls! Not each other!"

A snort from Naruto elicited a giggle from Ino, and suddenly the three erupted into full blown laughter. The two separated, knowing that their evening was planned, and as soon as they stepped outside, Ino pulled Sakura back and cooed into her face as she gushed.

"You looked so amazing, Sakura. Oh my god! You get like that every night?! Spill!"

Sakura bit her lip and smiled her way, nodding along. Naruto had a guy's day tomorrow; she could gush to Ino as well.

"Hey!" Asuma yelled over, his arm slung around his wife as everyone looked at Ino and the paint crusted lovebirds. "You're paying for that paint!"

More laughter erupted, and Sakura sighed happily as she rested between Naruto's arms wrapped around her. She was so happy.

AN: Hope you enjoyed this extra long chapter. I COULD have split it, but...Everything just flowed together.
