The camp counselors from the previous summer, Abigail Blyg, Dylan Lenivy, Emma Mountebank, Kaitlyn Ka, Jacob Custos, Laura Kearney, Max Brinly, Nick Furncillo, and Ryan Erzahler, are returning for another season.]

Abigail: [excitedly] Ah, it feels great to be back at Hackett's Quarry! The memories from last summer are flooding back.

Dylan: [nodding] Totally! Remember that epic capture the flag game?

Emma: [smiling] And the late-night bonfires? Good times.

[Unbeknownst to them, cameras hidden around the campsite start rolling, capturing their every move.]

Kaitlyn: [looking around] Does it seem like there are more cameras than usual?

Jacob: [raising an eyebrow] Yeah, and are they following us?

[Meanwhile, the producers behind the scenes are watching the live footage.]

Producer 1: This is gold! They have no idea they're being filmed. Let's keep it that way for now.

[The camp counselors gather at the central meeting point, unaware that their every word is being recorded.]

Laura: [excitedly] So, what activities do we have planned for today?

Max: [checking a clipboard] Looks like a team-building exercise and then some trust falls.

Nick: [sarcastically] Trust falls? Classic. Can't wait to see who drops whom this time.

[Ryan, who has been quiet, suddenly looks puzzled.]

Ryan: Wait, do you guys feel like we're being watched?

Abigail: [laughing] Come on, Ryan! It's just the beautiful surroundings making you paranoid.

[As they continue with their activities, the producers add suspenseful music to the background, intensifying the atmosphere.]

Dylan: [whispering to Abigail] Seriously, though. I can't shake off the feeling that something's off.

Abigail: [whispering back] Don't be silly. It's probably just our imagination.

[Little do they know that their interactions, suspicions, and laughter are making for captivating reality TV.]

Later that evening, around the campfire:

Kaitlyn: [leaning in] You guys, I overheard some crew members talking about a surprise twist this summer.

Jacob: [raising an eyebrow] What kind of twist?

Kaitlyn: [mysterious] I don't know the details, but it sounds like things are about to get interesting.
