"Screw this place, screw this place!" The man shouted as he ran towards the massive draconic form of the person he called his friend, and still did.

Failed. Failed. FAILED!

He had failed to save his friend.

And now the corruption of the world had driven him to madness and destruction.

He had tried.

Oh he had tried.

But he had failed.

He looked forward and he saw- "Don't do it RA-!" His shout fell on deaf ears as suddenly light filled the world and his vision splintered.

"That nightmare again," I said to myself as I awoke from my slumber, and I still had no idea what that it meant, even though I had been having it repeatedly since I had fully come to in this life of mine.

"Vamana, breakfast is ready, eat it before it gets cold!" My mother shouted for me.

"I am up!" I replied as I started getting dressed, putting on the usual. Miami Middle School uniform, school bag, Duel Disk and Deck.

Five minutes later, I was downstairs in less than five minutes where my adoptive mother waited for me. Looking as prim and proper as usual, though I could see the slight bags under her eyes from long hours of work as a nurse, though that just highlighted her iliac eyes, which complimented her long purple hair.

"Morning mom," I replied as I sat down.

"Morning to you too Vamana," She replied as she drank her coffee. "So what are your plans for today?"

"You know the usual head to school, then You Show, got an Entertainment Duel against some rich kid who wants to have an easy win so that he can qualify for the Arc League Championship." I answered.

"You're a kid yourself you know? Why does my son speak like an old man?" My mother bemoaned as she ran a hand through her long purple hair.

"I am an old man does that make you a hag?" I fired back the tease.

"Oi?" She said back. "Watch it boy. But do go a kick that brat's ass."

"Will do mom," I replied as I finished up my breakfast and headed out the door.

Miami City also known as Paradise City was honestly a beautiful place and genuinely looked like a paradise with how safe it actually was, with one of the lowest crime rates in the country, also the cleanest city.

"Hey Vamana!" I heard my name being called by a familiar voice and I turned my head to see my favorit tomato in the world, one Yuya Sakaki. The Protagonist of this story if I was being honest, as he was a Yu, and this was Yugioh, even if it was now real.

When I found that out, I had immediately severely regretted not watching Arc-V, so the only thing I knew about Yuya and this place was that there were apparently other Dimensions, each with their own Yu, in them that used dragons based on each of the extra deck mechanics. With Yuya going onto create what would be known as Pendulum Summoning, a thing many people had decried back home as the death of Yugioh.

I considered that to be Link Summoning in my opinion. Though here Link seemed to have been made first, though got luck in getting any from LDS.

"Hey Yuya, hey Yuzu," I greeted back as besides Yuya was my other best friend in this weird ass Dimension.

Yuzu Hiiragi a girl with a very mean fan, though that was mostly used to smack the stupid out of Yuya's head and rarely found its way towards me.

"So you excited for today's Duel?" Yuya asked me as we walked towards our Middle School.

"It's whatever, but I promised my mom I would beat him so I am," I replied.

"You've got to smile more Vamana," Yuya replied. "Also do remember to move around more, its Entertainment Dueling after all, you tend to stand still like a rock, sometimes I think you got switched out with Gongenzaka."

"Did somebody say my name?" Came a strong voice and walking towards us was a person I still refused to believe was 14 despite having grown up besides him.

"Hey Gongenzaka, we were just talking about how Vamana tends to act you when he duels," Yuzu answered.

"I just get overwhelmed and I need to keep my thoughts straight," I defended myself, as I really wanted to actually take full advantage of Action Duels.

"We know," Yuya responded.

"Hmm, I think it is sensible option, just rely on your cards Vamana and they will see you to victory, no need to rely on Action Cards." Gongenzaka stated, which led into the usual Duel Style argument that happened between him and Yuya.

Well I just have to get over that fear that keeps showing up, maybe today will make progress. I thought to myself as the school bell rang.

"Let's get to this already, I have my favorite show I need to watch," The snotty rich kid who thought I was an easy stated as we stood in front of each other.

"Duelists, Action Field will be activated," Came the voice of Mr. Hiiragi over the speaker. "Action Field: Hollywood Film Set, ON!" He shouted as the Duel Field around us changed, to indeed become that of a Hollywood Film Set.

"Duelist locked in battle!"

"Kicking the earth and dancing in the air alongside their monsters!"

"They storm through this field!

"Behold! This is the newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!"

"ACTION DUEL!" We both finished the chant.

Vamana Starfrost: 8000LP

Hidan Toku: 8000LP

"As the one being challenged I will go first," I said as I drew five cards, and it was not the best opening hand. Double Summon, Kuriboh, Chaos Hunter, Giant Trunade, Visas Samsara. "I will summon Visas Samsara(1500/2100) in Defense Position and end my turn." I said as I summoned the monster that looked suspiciously like myself, though no one else seemed to actually think that.

"Is this what the best of You Show has to offer? I am almost insulted." Hidan said as he drew his card.

"Kick his ass, Vamana!" Came Yuzu's shout from the spectator's seat.

"Such rudness," Hidan continued as I tried to look around for Action Cards. "First I will activate Cost Down, by Discarding one card all the monsters in my hands are reduced by two levels, which allows me to Normal Summon Frostosaurus(2600/1700) in attack positon." And at that a massive ice covered dinosaur appeared on the field. "And then I activate the spell card Double Summon which allowed me to Normal Summon once more and I summon Trance the Magic Swordsman(2600/200)!" Hidan declared. And like that he had two massive beast sticks on his field, and I had yet to find any Action Cards. "I battle, Frostosaurus, attack his Visas Samsara!" He declared the attack and then the mighty beast trampled all over my monster. "And then Trance will follow that up with a Direct Attack on your life points!"

"I activate Kuriboh from my hand discarding it so that I don't take battle damage!" I shouted as I put the furball in the grave, his ghostly form then blocking the attack.

"Way to go Vamana!" Yuya shouted.

"Tch, I end my turn." Hidan stated.

"I draw!" I shouted as I looked at the card, and I saw that it was Mystic Tomato. Okay I could see the line, I just needed to survive the next turn. "I Set Summon one card, and end I end my turn." Come on Action Card where were you?

"A set card? Again, this is disappointing." Hidan said. "I draw, and I immediately activate the Pot of Greed I drew, allowing me to draw two more cards. This shall be you defeat this turn, I activate Ancient Rules, allowing to Special Summon one Level 5 or higher Normal Monster from my, since I only have one card in my hand, it will be my Rabidragon(2950/2900)." And at that a gigantic dragon fused with a rabbit appeared on the field roaring like a demented chimera.

Well shit.

"And in response I will activate Chaos Hunter(2500/1600) in my hand! When you Special Summon a monster, I can Special Summon her from my hand." And at that the whip wielder appeared on my field in defense position. And at that we began running through the movie set, to find Action Cards.

"I will go to my Battle Phase; Trance will attack your Chaos Hunter!" Hidan declared and just as quickly as she arrived, she vanished. "And in response to her destruction I will activate the Action Card Burning Barrel, meaning you take half her attack in damage to your life points."

And at that a burning barrel appeared beside me and flamed me. "Yowch!"

Vamana Starfrost: 6750LP

"Then Frostosaurus, will then attack your face down." At that moment my Mystic Tomato was squased by the Dinosaur.

"Mystic Tomato's effect Activates, allowing me to Special Summon one DARK Attribute Monster in Attack Position, and I choose Witch of the Black Forest(1100/1200)!" And at that the three eyed beauty clad in black robes manifested.

"Hmm, then I will activate my second Action Card Double Attack, doubling my Rabidragon's attack points." Hidan shouted, the blond having a grin on his face.

"Vamana!" Yuzu shouted as the massive beast flew toward, my Witch and bit her in-half. And at the same time, I gripped the Action Card I had seen a few seconds earlier.

Vimana Starfrost: 1950LP

"I activate the Action Card Damage Draw, if I take 2000 or more Battle Damage I get to draw 2 cards!" I shouted as I rolled back onto the road and drew. "And then Witch of the Black Forest's Effect activates, and I get to add one monster with 1500 or less Defense to my hand." I said as Visas Starfrost was added to my hand.

"Fine but you will lose next turn," Hidan stated.

"No, I will not. I draw!" I declared and I saw the card I drew and I couldn't help but smile. As my hand now consisted out of Double Summon, Giant Trunade, Visas Starfrost, Scapegoat, The Monarchs Stormforth and Card of Sanctity. "First I activate the Spell Card Monarchs Stormforth, allowing me to Tribute one your monsters."

"No!"

"And I chose your Rabidragon, to Tribute Summon Visas Starfrost(2100/1500)!" And at the fantastical version of me as well as my surname namesake manifested, as I had been found with it and all my other cards.

My mother was not an original person.

"Then I activate Scapegoat! Allowing me to summon four Sheep Tokens!" At that four sheep manifested. "I set two cards face down, and then I play Card of Sanctity, which allows us both to draw up to six cards!" New World Stars, Mage Power, United We Stand, Mirror Force, Sakuretsu Armor. And my second Visas Starfrost. "I activate the effect of Visas Starfrost, destroying a Sheep Token and since it has a different Type and Attribute, I can Special Summon him." And at that the second Visas appeared on my field.

"Yeah so what? Your monsters aren't strong enough to destroy my monsters." Hidan stated.

"Yeah, but not in a second, I set two cards," I replied as New World Stars and Mirror Force. "I equip Visas Starfrost 1# with Mage Power, and Visas Starfrost 2# with United We Stand."

Meaning now that their attack points were.

Visas Starfrost(6100/1500)

Visas Starfrost(4600/1500)

"Oh no." Hidan simply said.

"Oh yeah!" Yuzu shouted. "Go get him Vamana!"

"I will!" I replied. "Time for battle, Double Cosmic Fist!" I shouted as my two Visas Starfrost rushed at Hidan's monsters, and with one punch they were ended.

Hidan Toku: 2500LP

"And then I end my turn," I answered.

"I…" Hidan tried to growl as he looked at his hand and grimaced. "I draw and I will set a in face-down defense positon, and end up turn."

"A Set Monster? I am almost insulted," I said firing his previous insult right back at him. "I draw." And what I drew didn't matter. I had won this duel.

"Battle!" I shouted. "Visas 1# attack his face-down, Visas 2# go directly for his life points!" I shouted as Hidan was fired right into a stunt mattress.

"And the Duel is over our winner is You Show's Vamana Starfrost!"

"Way to go!" Yuya shouted as he came down and gave me high five. "Your getting better at find Action Cards, and now you just gotta better better at the showman ship."

"Well, I am here to learn that aren't I?" I asked as Hidan walked away grumbling about his loss.
