Over the next few weeks, the group gathered on Saturday mornings to work on homework and see if they had found anything new against Dumbledore. They also discussed each and every attempt to potion them or use magic against them. Susan was keeping a note of each item that had been potioned and was waiting for the Holidays to hand over the notes to her Aunt Amelia. It was now coming upon the first quidditch match of the season, Gryffindor vs. Slytherin. Harry and Draco were both excited to play against each other again, seeing as they hadn't played against each other in well over 2,000 years. Though they had raced against each other often but hadn't actually played Quidditch sense they had left Hogwarts. Both were ready for a friend match and knew that for the most part it was going to be a race to the finish.

"Harry, I want you to know that I will try to win, but that if I should lose and give you a hard time about it. You are still my best friend, and nothing will change that," Draco said the day before the match.

"Wouldn't have it any other way Draco. We have been friends for too long to let a silly game get in the way." Harry responded and everyone smiled at the fact that Harry and Draco were getting along. They all knew it was because of their past (everyone else's future) but they were glad to see it. There was a scratching at one of the rooms windows causing everyone to look up. Susan raised an eyebrow at the owl before letting it enter the room. The owl stuck its leg out to Susan who took the letter before giving the owl a treat. "What is it?"

"It's from my Auntie. Normally she doesn't write as often, but this is her second letter this week and that concerns me a little bit." Susan said opening the letter. Quickly reading through it she sighed before pinching the bridge of her nose. "Apparently Dumbledore went to Auntie worried about my friendship with Draco. Auntie told him that it was my choice who my friends are, but she is still worried about this. Dumbledore apparently didn't mention my friendship with you Harry. I will have to send a letter to Auntie explaining something."

"Send her the notes, after you make a copy. That should help her to understand that this is your choice in friends but that someone doesn't want you to be friends with someone. All of us here know that the potions are keyed to me or you guys." Susan nodded and wrote the letter to Aunt before returning to her homework.

Amelia was sitting in her office when her family's owl returned to her. She was surprised when Dumbledore spoke to her about her niece's friendship with the Malfoy boy, so she had sent a letter asking about it. Now she would have her answer about this friendship. Taking the letter, she opened it to read some disturbing news:

Dear Auntie,

Yes, I am friends with Draco Malfoy. However, I am also friends with Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Tracy Davis, Daphne Greengrass Neville Longbottom, and you know Hannah. We get together every Saturday to work on homework. We have also noticed a few things about Dumbledore and Snape that are alarming to me and I have included my notes upon said things. Please know Auntie that I made friends with this group of my own free will. However, as you will notice in my notes someone does not want any of us to be friends with Harry nor do they want Harry to be friends with any of us. I don't know who, but my guess is on Dumbledore, and he is using Snape to brew potions.

All my Love Susan.

Amelia then pulled out the second parchment and read through her nieces notes about all the attempts to potion all of the students she had named. The more she read the angerer she got. It wasn't long before she was storming from her office headed to the Minister's. She stopped briefly with Fudge's assistant before entering the office. Sitting at his desk with his head down reading a report of some kind was the minister.

"Fudge we have a serious problem and I need your assistance with it." Amelia said before taking a seat.

"Ameila. What kind of problem are we talking about?"

"Someone up at Hogwarts is attempting to potion multiple children. Including Heirs of Ancient and Noble houses, one of which is my niece and another is Harry Potter." Amelia said handing over the notes from her niece. Fudge quickly read through them and was upset about the number of times someone either tried to use a potion on the list of students or attempted to place a spell on them.

"I want this investigated to the full. I will speak to Lucious about getting Dumbledore out of the castle to protect the students from this. But it will be up to you to deal with Snape. We cannot arrest Dumbledore because of the Wizgenmot rules about Chief Warlocks, but that doesn't mean we cannot investigate him." Fudge demanded; Amelia just nodded before leaving to head back to her office notes in hand. She knew that it would be difficult to arrest Snape, so she devised a scheme that would see him questioned under truth serum. Once in the DMLE she called for Aurors Shaklebolt and Moody.

"We need to come up with a plan that will see Dumbledore out of Hogwarts for a time so we can question Snape." Amelia said after they entered her office.

"What are we questioning him about, lass?" Moody asked from the corner.

"It would seem he is either aiding Dumbledore or has manufactured an idea that Mr. Potter doesn't have any friends other than one Ronald Weasley. While you two are dealing with that issue, I will be speaking with Arthur about this from his end." Amelia waved her hand having given her orders and knowing the two would follow through. She then sent for Arthur Weasley; it didn't take long before he was in her office in one of the chairs. "Arthur something has been brought to my attention and I need to ask you a question. Be honest with me and we won't have any problems. Do you know anything about your son Ronald being the only person allowed to be friends with Harry Potter?"

"Amelia, I can honestly swear that I know nothing about this, but I can tell you that Molly has been having private meetings with the headmaster about Harry. I believe he is a good boy who deserves to have as many friends as he wants." Arthur answered honestly.

"Thank you, Arthur. You are free to go. I am starting an investigation into this mess. Don't tell anyone or it will be a holding cell for you, are we clear?"

"Yes ma'am." Arthur answered before leaving Amelia's office. Amelia looked down at the notes, pulled out a parchment and then began to make a list of questions to ask one Severus Tobias Snape when they had him for questioning.

A/N: Read and Review. Thank you for the reviews. I update as often as I can. Being a Semi Truck driver in America makes that a challenge some days, but I do my best.
