The first time haruno sakura awoke in the new world, her throat was parched dry, her nose burned, and her body on the verge of collapsing, traveling into another dimension must have taken all of her power . From her eyes, still dazed, she saw nothing but endless forest with giant trees. From her ears, she heard different noise, birds, wind and something else she couldn't precise , the Pinkett who awoke on a high branch of one of the trees wanted to jump down, however something stopped her, she heard footsteps, loud ones and out of no where a humanised giant appeared, he looked up at her opening his giant mouth, sakura flinched, what was this thing?? She wondered.

In the first five seconds of their meeting, face to face, this new nameless world had already shown her how harsh it could be.

As if being thrown into an unknown place with big ugly giants wasn't bad enough, sakura found out, the hard way, that she doesn't have her Chakra anymore, thus she stayed up in the tree observing the ugly monster.

The first two nights she found out that the monster doesn't move at night, so the third night she jumped down, run toward the sound of water, it was close :a river, the kunouchi filled the empty bottle she had and washed her face. Her peaceful moments weren't long though, for another giant was approaching her, he was fast sakura cursed under her breath and run toward the nearest tree, maybe she doesn't have her Chakra anymore, but she can still climb using her kunai, and her senses where as sharp as ever.

Two more nights in the forest, she found out that some giant move at night, others don't, and that they are mindless, can't even climb despite having hands and legs.

Sakura made sure to change her hiding spote each night though, and that's for two reasons, one finding someone to help her, two maybe if she stayed long enough ln one tree they'll figure out how to climb and reach her.

During the day she sleeps, but not for long, demons of the past started haunting her dreams, Madara, kaguya and zutsu, visions of Naruto's and Sasuke's death, blood, tears . The unbearable loneliness and infinite silence was getting to her she knew, but she can't give up, she can't just die, she has a promise to keep. She had to live. Live and keep her words, Naruto asked her one thing in his final words "Promise me that you'll survive wherever you are"

And she had to promise him, he was dying for god sake. however being thrown into a place where there's no one but ugly monsters wasn't helping her fulfill her promise to the blond, she was starting to think that surviving isn't an option in this place, maybe she's the only human in here? The Pinkett was convinced that no other human lived in here, until that day, one morning they appeared on the horizon of her blurring vision, the unclear but definite shapes of man on horses made constructs in the distance.

They were approaching fast, and she decided to come down and talk to them, the monster down her tree must have sensed them, for he left his spot and run toward them, sakura watched as a man jumped in the air and sliced the monster neck, leaving it dead on the floor, that was her cue to jump down the tree.

She wasn't expecting the monsters to be on her heels , for as soon as she reached the floor, one of them appeared out of no where and attacked her, she managed to avoid him, the Pinkett might not have her Chakara anymore, but she still know how to fight, her body wasn't weak, even without Chakra, the ugly giant hand was thrown at her again so she reached for her kunai and cut his fingers (there you go bastard, no fingers for you anymore) she was about to smirk, when another bigger giant appeared from behind the tree and grabbed her leg.

(Shit) she struggled to get rid of the monster hold, but in vain, without her Chakra, she's no much for such a strong hold. Sakura watched as the giant opened his big mouth, felt his teeth on her leg, was this her end? Eaten by an ugly face? Ironic really, she'd rather see kaguya kill her like her friends than this ugly creature.

When they started their mission outside the walls, not Erwin nor Levi expected to find a human being in there.

She appeared out of nowhere in front of Levi's horse, he was sturteld to the point that he didn't notice the titan who jumped on the girl, the girl however wasn't as slow as he expected, she must have felt it, for she jumped away just in the right time, and when the titan throw his hand in her direction she sliced his fingers professionally using some kind of knife in her hand, levi watched as another titan lunched at the pink haired girl grabbing her by the leg, now he couldn't just let the strange looking girl die can he?

A week later : the survy Corp base inside wall rose.

Hanji, and Erwin watched the girl through the one-way glass pane on the wall. She sat beside the barred windows, looking down on the humming village below. Sunlight streamed on her face, drawing curves of shadows and light on the incredibly young Visage. She couldn't have been more than seventeen , a child, a child from the outside world, Erwin thought.

"Erwin ." someone called. He didn't need to turn around to know who that baritone voice belong to .

"Levi" he said in acknowledgment.

"Is she awake? "

Erwin nodded imperceptibly, eyes still focused on the girl on the other side of the glass pane. She dangled her legs from the edge of the chair, swinging them idly back and forth, her toes ghosting over the floor. The action made her appear even younger, almost childish.

"She's finally awake" said Hanji with enthusiasm.

Levi walked to stand next to erwin "And what exactly are you excited about four eyes?" He muttered.

"Oh Levi, am not excited , am super excited, weren't you there when her leg injury healed itself, it just regenerate, just like titans, it's amazing" her eyes were sparkling.

Levi rolled his eyes at her "What are you planning to do with her?" he asked.

"Oh, a lot of things, first _" Hanji started but was cut off by Levi "Not you four eyes, am talking to Erwin"

"Not sure, will interrogat her first, see why was she out of the walls, how was she even there to begin with. Where does she come from? "

"Heard she doesn't speak our language" Murmured the capitaine, as he fixed his eyes on the girl hair, (pink? Who on earth have pink hair? Maybe the people outside the wall."

" We tried talking to her when she first woke up, but we couldn't make anything of what she's saying, nor she what we were saying " replied Erwin a frown on his face.

she didn't speak their language. This was the first anomaly about the girl . Everyone inside the walls spoke the same language. There were records of a time long past when people of different countries spoke different languages but the titans attack must have erased all those languages in favor of a world wide one.

Then came the second anomaly, her pink hair, in his 23 years old years, levi has never seen anyone with pink hair, even her features were startling, he wasn't usually struck by beauty, but this girl face was something to look at at, a true definition of beauty.

" You think she is... " Levi trialed off

" From the outside world? Yes, I think that I finally got a proof that humanity isn't only within the walls " Erwin sounded calm, but Levi knows how excited the man was, probably more than Hanji, the only difference is that Hanji was a freak of nature.

"I'll talk to her" Levi said earning himself a perplexed look from both of his comrades.

"You? Why? You don't happen to know other languages do you?" Hanji was the one to speak first.

Levi kept his gaze on the Pinkett girl

"No, I don't, but I know how to read people"

Hanji glared at him "Am the scientist in herd, I should be the one to talk to her first" She protested.

Levi glanced at her "I wasn't asking for your permission four eyes, Erwin what do you think?"

The blond nodded "You may talk to her, but not today, I'm the only one whose allowed into her cell, until I say otherwise"

4 weeks later

Sakura's p.o.v

A month had passed since my captivation by the people I thought were my saviors, well at least i'm not surrounded by big ugly monsters in here, I looked around the cell, again, it wasn't bad, but I can't possibly spend the rest of my life in here! At this moments I really missed my Chakra, with my power I could have escaped this place with no sweat, why were they keeping me in here anyway, do they think I'm dangerous? From what I saw those people were no ordinary civilians, why are they afraid of a small girl like me? .

During the last three weeks , a blond tall guy visited me everyday, he''ll try talking to me, but I didn't understand anything , seems like they have a different language, a language that sounds a bit harsh, and have sounds that doesn't exist in Japanese, the blond guy Comes everyday at the same hour, he'll talk to me for a while, have lunch together and then go.

I learned how to say "yes" and "No", "I want", "Water" and some food names.

The next weeks were somewhat boring, until one day someone other than the blond opened the door.

He wasn't on the tall side, dark hair parted to mostly cover the left side of his forehead with an undercut, his gray eyes were sharp and deadly, those eyes were fixed on me .

The door closed and locked behind him. He sat down across from me on a chair, a table between us, paper, pen on it. His face was absolutely blank off emotions, he said somethin as he reached for the pen. His voice deep and slow.

" Sorry, I don't understand you buddy " i murmured more to myself , but even if he did pick up on he wouldn't understood anyway. This language thing was such a bother. I saw something in the newcomer's face then, an expression whose meaning I wasn't quite sure of. For a split second there, it felt as though he was judging me by my look and i didn't like it.

" Levi" he said "My name is levi"

He said mentionning to himself, i know that word, the blond guy "Erwin" taught me that word, his name was levi.

"Rivaaille" I repeated the name testing it on my tongue.

"No, Levi"

"Revaille" I tried again

He shook his head and repeated "le not R, levi"

"Reevi" I said

He sighed and murmured something

"Sakura" I said mentionning to myself .

His eyes narrowed after hearing my name, apparently Sakura was a weird name in here, but hey it's not like levi is a very common name where I come from too.

"me" I said in their language "Sakura"

He nodded and said something in his language, then he took the pen and wrote something, and then pushed the paper toward me, I looked at the Kanji, something i'v never seen before, different kanji.

"Levi" he said.

Oh he wrote his name, I reached for the pen in his hand and wrote my name in Japanese.

"Sakura" I said.

He looked at the kanji, his face was blank, but it seems like he had never seen the Japanese kanji.

Mr. Poker Face, Rivai _San .seemed to think it over for a moment, his eyes glued to my face and then he stood, he mentioned for me to follow, saying something, "come" I guess that's the meaning, finely we are going out , seems like poker face san isn't that bad after all. I smiled at him and stood, he opened the door and walked out, I followed, we walked through the coledor and into the garden, Though he didn't speak , I was glad to be out of the cell . I thanked him in his language "Danke" something I learned from Erwin.

Levi p.o.v

I gazed inside and saw the girl looking back, she sat up a little straighter in her chair and watched me as I came in, her green orbes following me as I took the seat opposite from her.

"Hello, how are you" I said slowly, but it seems she didn't get it , as she raised one pink eyebrow, and opened her mouth slightly in a "Hin?"

What was Erwin teaching her if she doesn't know the simplest of things as hi and how are you.

" levi, my name is levi" I said mentionning to myself. If am going to guard her I need to know her name and make sure she knows mine.

"Ri vaaaiii" She said, her voice soft almost gentle, my name sounded ridiculous when she pronounced it that way.

"No, Levi" I repeated.

She titled her head and said "Rivaill"

"liii, not Rii, levi" I explained.

"Revi" she muttered sounding unsure

"Never mind" I said waiting for her to tell me her name. Erwin told him her name but I forgot, something unusual if i remember right.

"Sakura" she said.

Yes, sakura was her name.

I took the pen and wrote my name, wanted to see if this weird language she speaks has the same alphabet as German.

She looked at the alphabet narrowing her eyes, and then reached for the pen in my hand, our fingers brushed for a second.

She wrote something, apparently her name, Different alphabet as I expected, nothing in common with our alphabet.

"Well, seems like getting information out of you will have to wait until you learn how to speak German " I said.

She gave me one of her perplexed looks, the one that means she doesn't understand.

I mentioned for her to stand and walked toward the door, Erwin insisted that we take her out to see if she attempts to escape, she smiled when she got that we were going out.

We made our way to the outside garden, all people pausing to look at her, males especially, miche was particularly drolling, I can't really blame them, the girl was...to put it simply, she was gorgeous.

Few weeks later

A women named Hanji, visited her, the women talked a lot even though sakura didn't understand, she'd put her face in sakura's face and look at her. She was loud, and sakura preferred Erwin, or levi, however Hanji was good at teaching her the language, she was getting better by the day,

"I…" She said, utilizing the few words she had learned up in the last few days. The pronunciation still felt strange on her tongue, the way foreign things did. The words were slippery, unsure, and at any moment she felt they were going to slid free from her grasp.

"I…" She tried again, licking her dry lips. "... Lost…" That word was a new one.

"I… lost…." That was her best effort.

(You are lost… from your home.) Hanji said, a weird expression on her face.

"Home" Hanji repeated while putting a picture of a small house.

" ya lost home"

In few months she was able to understand a little and talk a bit, Hanji was annoying but good at what she's doing, she still met Erwin few times a week, but Mr poker face never visited her again.

"Are there anyone else from your homeland who are also… lost? Hanji followed up.

Sakura took her time to understand what she said before answering "No…" She muttered.

"Where is your home sakura, where are you from?"

"Far" she said.

"Do you know how to go back?"

"No" She said feeling sad, she can't go back, konoha and maybe her whole world don't exist anymore.

Hanji said something she couldn't get and then bed her Farwell before walking out, leaving her with the picture books, Hanji brought her, pencils, and white papers to write on, she taught her the German alphabet, so she can practice reading the names under the pictures on her own now, she only wondered when would they let her out of this place.

Levi and his squad have just arrived from a mission, he wasn't in the mood to chit chat, but Erwin insisted on seeing him

He entered the blond office to find Hanji and Mike already there.

"Hey" he greeted them.

"Levi, we were waiting for you"

"What is this about?"

"I finished looking at the blood simples we took from Sakura, she's fully human, nothing in common with the titans, at least that's what her blood says"

Muttterd Hanji.

Levi glared at her "What does that have anything to do with me?"

"What do you mean? You found her" Hanji spatt.

Levi shot the scientist a glare "Found her? She jumped in front of me"

Erwin sighed " we are here to decide what to do with her, Miche here suggests that we unroll her in the scouts"

Levi turned to look at the other blond "You out of your mind?" he muttered.

Miche ignored levi completely as he spoke " if she has the ability to heal herself, and we teach her how to kill titans, imagine how much of an asset she could be to us"

"Besides she showed some skills while fighting that titans who attacked her, must have had some training" added Hanji, her eyes sparkling.

Levi wasn't sure he liked the idea of letting a total stranger with weird look join them.

"We still don't know anything about her, besides Hanji you only want her with us so you can experiment on her " he said.

"What, me No!"

Erwin wasn't going to hear more arguments. " I have a feeling that this girl is going to make a big difference, going by that feeling I'm taking the risk and assigning her to your team Levi, you will be responsible of her training" muttered the blond commander.

"Whaaaat, I don't agree " Hanji screamed.

"It's not fair, why would Levi get the new girl all for himself" protested Miche.

Unlike the other two Levi's face remained as emotionalles as ever "Why me?" he asked.

Erwin crossed his arms " I trust you can deal with surprises better than anyone, that's the main reason, and then there's the fact that I can't have miche and the others distracted"

The next morning.

Levi entered his office only to find the pinkett waiting for him, she was sitting on the chair opposite from his office reading some children books Hanji gave her.

"Good night! Levi _San ." she said as soon as she spotted him.

The pronunciation was good but her grammar needed work, and then there was that vocabulary choice. .

"It's good morning, not night." He blurted out while pointing at the sun through the window behind her.

"Oh, it's morning. My bad. I can hear good now, but I still speak ...bad.," she said, her face lighted with a sheepish smile, her hand reaching to scratch the back of her head in the typical embarrassed pose. "I spent… time… thinking how to greet people… Erwin San, hanji San... you."

He nodded taking his seat

"Erwin _San said I wait in office, for levi _San "

Levi raised one eyebrow at her, what's with the San thing after the names?

"I see you learned how to say my name, but just Levi, what do you mean by San anyway " he muttered.

Sakura touched her chin in a thinking gesture, she wasn't sure how to explain that.

"It's respect" she sai

Levi narrowed his eyes at her " like Mr?"

"Yes" she smiled, happy he got it fast, it took hanji more explanation to understand.

"Then there's no need to use it with me, call me levi, or capitain levi"

She nodded

"Erwin and Hanji were okay with you adding horrific to their names?" he asked.

"Yes. Okay"

"Hin"

The way he said his Hin while looking through the documents in front of him reminded her of someone, someone who loves to use "Hin" for everything. Someone with the same dark features, black hair and frown.

"If You'r done day dreaming then we can talk".

Sakura snapped out of her thoughts and nodded.

"I'll be straight to the point sakura, since you can't go back home, Erwin decided to ask if you would join us :the survey corps, I'm sure you noticed the Titans, you faught one outside the walls , that's what you'll be doing if you join us" he said all in one breath.

Sakura took a minute to get everything, Was he asking her to be part of theirs military forces? Be a soldier? A different kind of soldier since they weren't fighting people, but monsters.

She was silent for a while and seemed to be thinking , Levi wasn't patient enough to wait for her, he have a new team to meet with "so? would you like to start a new life here.. with us, sakura . You will fight for us, put your life in danger, you might die, but it's still better than roaming the place all alone with no identity papers, here Erwin will make sure to give you identity papers, and you will be provided for " He added.

Sakura smiled sadly. There really was no need for him to 'sweeten the pot' for her. Her choice was already made a week ago when Hanji told her about the titans who feed on people, there was never a lack of suffering in this world, and she's sure she can help, even without her Chakra she's still a fighter, and she'll fight for those people, her new home, Naruto would do that if he was here, he'll certainly do everything he can to help.

"... Yes…." She said, whispering the word as if it held everything of her inside. In a way, it did. The past she left behind was barred from her forever. The way forward there was only one. "...Yes…

" Then it's settled, you'll be joining my squad, your team mates are all new recruiters like yourself, follow me, will meet them now " Levi said while standing from his chair, and the pinkett followed immediately.

They arrived at some kind of a waiting hall, some people who wore the exact same uniform she was wearing were chatting and laughing. as soon as they spotted the short captain they stopped the chatting and stood to salut him.

"Hello everyone" Levi started, but after mentioning for her to live his side and stand next to the others.

"I'm capitain Levi, and I'll be the one you take orders from"

No one said anything so he continued "Introduce yourselves cadets"

The first guy to speak was the one who looked to be the eldest of all of them, he has a curly brown hair that was styled in an undercut similar to the capitain, though sakura thought it suited Levi much better.

"Olue bozado, sir" he said while taking a step ahead.

The next one was blond, tall, and gathered his hair in a small bun at the back of his hair " Eld jinn, sir"

Then a shorter guy with short brown hair " Gunther Schultz, sir"

And finally the only girl in the group, she seemed to be around sakura's age, short, with long light brown hair, "Petra ral, sir"

Now it was her turn, all the others eyes were suddenly fixed on her, sakura took a step ahead like all of them "Sakura Haruno, sir"

"Welcome to the special operation squad, Erza here will show you your rooms" he mentioned for the women standing few feet aways from him "Go, I'll see you tomorrow, 7 for training"

Sakura was about to follow her new team when Levi called her "Sakura "

"what?"

"It's yes sir not what" he corrected.

"Oh, yes sir"

" You go meet with miche near the stable, he'll be the one to teach you how to use the ODM gear" he said.

"Right" She saluted like the others and run toward the stables

Morning training :first day

Sakura wasn't sure what to expect from the training with Levi , but running? That didn't seem very helpful in fighting titans to her , they had that flying thing she trained on with Miche, why was Levi making them run?.

Easley, she managed to run the whole distance without breaking a sweat, she may not have her Chakra in this world , but she's still in good shape and her stamina was more than good when it comes to running long distance.

The pinkett had a smug on her face when she arrived first, her team mates who she doesn't remember their names shot her glares.

"The heck, you run like a horse" the old guy said to her.

Sakura eyed him and was about to comment on how his age maybe is the reason why he isn't as fast as her, but her vocabulary didn't help, instead she said " I'm used to running." then she turned to levi who was following them on the back of his horse.

"Can we... do some actual training now captain ?" sakura was eager to try the ODM gear again, it reminded her of jumping from one tree to another back at home.

Seems like her question didn't settle well with the dark haired capitain for he frowned.

"Everyone, take 15 minutes of rest than split into a team of two and spar between each other, hand to hand combat, sakura you run the same distance 10 times" He said.

"what! Why?" she screamed.

Levi narrowed his eyes at her

"Question my orders again and they'll be 20 lapse"

"Jerk" She muttered under her breath, a new word she learned from miche, it seems Levi heard her for his frown deepened.

Her lungs burned and her legs were leaden, but she kept running, One step after another, one breath in, one breath out. Breathe—she had to remember to keep breathing. One step after another, never slowing down. She didn't need to be fast to prove she was good —she was good without any kind of validation that Levi could give her! She missed a breath, and her knees wobbled, but she kept upright. The run would be over soon, running long for long without her Chakra was indeed trying, damn. She kept feeling Levi's eyes on her the whole time.

The trees parted, revealing the field that lay between the game park and the stables. The end of the path. Her head spun to see Levi behind her on a horse.

When she arrived at the final point, the others were already finishing their hand to hand combats

"Good," Levi said, reining his horse "Get water, we've got more training after this, although you seem already tired "

Sakura side glanced at him (What do you know about it, you were on your horse the whole time) she thought to herself while glaring at the capitaine.

" choose a partner for a hand to hand combat " he instructed.

Sakura eyed the rest of the group, they had already finished their combats, who was she to spar with?

"who am I to spare with?" she asked

"I'm sure one of them will want to"

"I want to captain" the old guy volunteered.

Levi nodded

"Okay, stand in the middle and start at my sign"

She wasn't sure how good she can do in a hand to hand combat without her Chakra, but considering the run they did, she thinks it won't be hard, especially sparring with the old guy.

At Levi's signal she took a fighting stand, and concentrated on her opponent, she didn't move and let him take the first move, the old guy charged himself toward her, he attempted a false move by making it seem like he was going to hit her with his hands, but instead maneuvered his body to where he could sweep at his legs. However, she saw through his plan and turned off to the side making him miss his target. As the old guy realized his mistake, sakura's hand grabbed at the back of his neck and brought him down hard to the ground.

A gasp could be heard from around them.

She knew the fight wasn't over and shot out to strike at his midsection, but as she did so, he caught her wrist and pulled her into his to jab into her chest with his elbow. Sakura released a huff as his elbow made contact with her. The old man was tough, she thought a smirk on her face.

Oule small victory was short lived as the pinkett gripped his waist and threw him onto his back. Oule lost his breath as his body slammed into the hard ground, He let out a grunt of pain from the hit. Sakura assaulted him yet again sending another jab to his stomach.

"That's enough"

On Levi's voice she stood and offered her hand for the man on the floor, he however ignored her hand..

Sakura cursed in her language, what was his problem she won fair,

Sakura's next few weeks were super busy, she had her morning training with Levi and the squad, they were learning on how to kill titans now, something the others already knew, but she didn't. Next she meets miche, her use of the ODM gear was good by now , but miche insisted she meet with him so he can teach her new tricks, and then there's her language lessons with Hanji. Both Hanji and Miche think she's a fast learner and a genius, and she was proud of herself, in this new life Haruno sakura won't be left behind by her teammates, in this world she's gonna be her own hero.

It was lunchtime when Levi released them for the day, and to say that Sakura was hungry would be a severe understatement, Levi's training sessions took more time now that they were few weeks away from the squad first mission outside the walls.

Sakura was halfway through her meal, shoveling meat and bread down her throat, when the blond guy with a bun took a seat next to her, she doesn't remember her teammates names, because one they were hard to remember and two she didn't interact much with them outside of the training session.

She could feel the blond guy eyes on her while she ate in silence.

"You might fight well, but your table manners are a disgrace." he said taking a sip of his soup

Sakura's eyes trialed over the blond in disintereste "I can act and talk like a lady, if it pleases me, I just don't want to" she said, and it was true, she might not be the most graceful of people when eating, but that's because she's super hungry, in a hurry to start her own training routine and have no interest in making good impressions.

"Then I suggest that you begin to do so." he muttered.

Sakura shrugged.

After a pause, he asked, "How are you enjoying your temporary care free moments ?"

" temporary " she raised her eyes to his brown once, and noticed that he'd been looking at her too.

He took a bite of bread averting her eyes immediately " Yes, I mean until we are ready for the mission outside the walls and all the killing starts."

"I'm enjoying it, for the most part, I suppose ."

"This afternoon is ours to spend in any way that we like, so what are you going to do? " his ton held some interest, sakura wasn't sure what to make of it.

" rest my limbs and my lungs." she wasn't gonna tell him about her training.

"good idea, I suppose I'll do the same " he said before standing, his plate in his hand.

"I'm Eld, I suppose you already know that anyway"

She didn't, but still nodded.

"Since, we'r to be team mates, let's try to spend some time together outside of the training, to get to know each other" he murmured.

"You and me?" sakura asked a bit confused.

Eld's face turned a shade of pink "Oh no, the whole team.. I mean the whole team" he blutterd.

"Okay" was her answer.

The blond seemed to hesitate about saying something.

"Is there anything else?" .

"No, good bye sakura"

With that he walked back to the table where the rest of the team sat chatting. Sakura finished her food and headed to the training ground, she could do her routine at her room, but she already shared the room with Petra, and the Pinkett wasn't ready yet to make new friends, not after losing all the old ones.

Levi was about to go for a ride when he heard some movement in the training grounds just beside the stable, he walked toward it expecting to see miche , but instead he saw a pink haired girl repeatedly hoisting herself up to touch her chin to the wooden bar. Sweat soaked her undershirt and ran in rivulets down her pale skin, her arms quivered as she lifted herself again. She was muttering something to herself in her own language .She didn't pause her exercising as she smiled at him, panting through her clenched teeth.

"What are you doing?" he asked

"What does it look like?"

"I'm asking, you just answer"

"I guess it's obvious, I'm training" She muttered and jumped up, stretching her legs

"Outside training hours? You'll tiers your body"

"It won't, am used to pushing my self"

Levi sat on the bench watching her stretch her body, he's not staring, just watching and wondering what kind of place she comes from

"You weren't a civilian in your home were you?" he was curious

"I told Erwin already, I was a... soldier in my home too"

He noticed her hesitantion before saying soldier, maybe she was looking for the right word? No, she's speaking fluently now

"A soldier? Fighting what?" He found himself asking, he already know the answer cause he read through the file Erwin made, he just found himself unable to walk away, her movements were so graceful and he was mermised

"I think you know, told Erwin everything"

She said, and took her small knife and some other tools, stood opposite from the large tree and aimed at the center

"I started as a real soldier by the age of 13 I guess" she added, not looking his way.

He didn't say anything, instead he watched her aiming at the tree

Levi's dark brows rose, accentuating his gray eyes. "You've got impressive aim." he said

"Thanks"

"What's that small knife and the star shaped thing?"

Sakura turned her head slightly toward him, her pink locks swaying

"This?, it's kunai, a kind of small knife, and the stars are called shrunken"

He walked toward her and took the small knife to inspect it "Looks sharp"

"Indeed" she said throwing another one.

"Wanna try throwing one?" she offered

He took the kunai from her hand and tried aiming at the red mark on the tree, he missed, a frown appeared on his face and he trough another one, he missed again, irritation was clear on his face, his bleu gray eyes narrowed. Up close he actually looked handsome, his face was very symmetric (she thought) and when he turned to look at her she took a step back.

The Pinkett cleared her throat, a slight blush reaching her face from being caught staring at the Captain

"You're standing wrong," she said, quietly . "And you're holding your wrist incorrectly."

Levi lowered his arm. She took up her stance. "Legs like this," she said. He studied her for a moment, then positioned his legs similarly. "Bend slightly at the knees. Shoulders back; loosen your wrist. Throw when you exhale." She demonstrated for him, and her shrunken found its mark.

"Keep your wrist even looser," was her reply. "It's all about how you snap it"

Levi obeyed, and as he exhaled a long breath, his shrunken flew. It hit the mark directly, Levi smirked . "That's a bit of an improvement."he said

"Just a bit," she said raising one eyebrow "That's perfect, you are talented"

"Hin" he responded

"Won't be useful against titans though, I just practice so I won't forget, it reminds me of home"

She blurted, not sure why

Levi stepped away from her "I understand

He said

He bed her Farwell and walked to his horse
