(Jane & Maura & Angela)

Angela Hope, Jane and Maura's daughter, loved her parents' wedding and honeymoon album. One day when Angela Hope was a baby, her nonna showed her this album and since then the little girl loved looking at all the photos and Angela, Jane or Maura explained everything to her and little Angela listened almost religiously and so Jane and Maura had it for her. made one especially for her and the little girl often leafed through it with interest and wonder.

One day, while Angela showed her little girl a photo where Jane and Maura kissed tenderly in front of the wedding cake, Angela Hope, who was 9 months old, said her first word. She put her finger on the photo, pointing to Jane and Maura, and said proudly :

"Moms!"

Maura and Angela were touched to the heart and Jane jumped for joy. They hugged and kissed their daughter and granddaughter, rejoicing at having such a cute and intelligent child, but they realized some time later that little Angela Hope was as stubborn as her biological mother and that it was really a Rizzoli

Later, Jane and Maura, who had wondered what their daughter was going to call them, agreed on "mommy" to refer to Maura and "mama" to refer to Jane and tried to teach it to their daughter but it- They didn't seem to agree because each time, little Angela shook her head and called Jane and Maura "mama" which suited them despite everything, then one Sunday in front of the whole family gathered, little Angela who was in her uncle Frankie's arms, saw Maura and said happily, holding out her arms:

« Mama! Mama! »

Maura took her in her arms and said in a very soft voice as she placed a kiss on her daughter's hands.

"Yes my little heart, mama is here and loves you very much"

Then 10 minutes later, Jane arrived after getting dessert from the Sunday meal and asked her mother where her daughter was and Angela replied that she was in the living room with Maura and Frankie and when Jane went into the room followed by her mother and said on seeing his wife and daughter:

"Hello my loves! »

Little Angela raised her head and said happily when she saw Jane :

« Ma ! Ma ! Ma ! »

Maura smiled and said to her daughter pointing to Jane

"Ma's here my little heart ! »

Angela laughing softly said to Jane

« From today, you are the new Ma Rizzoli! »

Jane also smiled and said

« It had to happen one day and it happened! »

Jane's daughter was getting impatient and repeated, moving her outstretched arms.

« Ma ! Ma ! Ma ! Ma ! »

Jane quickly went to join Maura and her daughter and took little Angela in her arms and gave her a big kiss and her daughter repeated

« Ma ! Ma ! »

Jane said smiling

"You want me to be Ma and I'll be Ma"

Then she sat down next to Maura and put little Angela on her lap and asked her wife :

« Since our daughter calls me Ma, do you think I would be like mine?

You mean a woman who puts her children first and defends them no matter what? Because if that's it, then I want you to be like that"

Jane kissed Maura and said

« So I agree »

During the three months that passed Jane and Maura's daughter began to talk a lot and it seemed that she was starting to have Jane's voice and then one Sunday shortly before the birthday meal for little Angela Hope's 1st birthday , Maura said to Jane

« My love ? Did you give Bass his meal? »

Jane responded as she put little Angela in her high chair.

« Yes honey ! Don't worry, I fed our turtle »

Suddenly, little Angela placed her hand on the shelf of her high chair and said in her child's vocabulary, pointing to Bass with her index finger.

" Ma ! Bas is a toitoise ! »

Everyone was surprised by the little girl's reaction then started laughing and Maura said laughing

« You see ? Even our daughter knows Bass is a tortoise"

Jane fake angry said

« It's not a game! I'm sure you kept telling him what Bass was!

That and other things my darling.

What other things?

For example, that you love us and that you are a perfect mother"

Jane said kissing Maura then placing a kiss on her daughter's head.

" Oh that's cute ! I love you too and I tell our little Angela and I tell her that you are a perfect mother and that we are very lucky to have you"

The little girl repeated

« Ma ! Bas is a toitoise! »

Jane kissed her daughter's nose and said

« You're right, sweetheart! Bass is a tortoise! »

Before sitting next to their daughter, Jane and Maura looked at each other tenderly then looked at their daughter the same way and each knew that this was just the beginning of happiness with their family as they had planned to have another child that Maura would carry and they would be even happier.
