Epilogue

Under the golden sun, waves gently crashed against the shore of the beach, a light breeze carried the scent of saltwater through the air and over to the guests seated in the chairs placed neatly in rows on the white sanded beach.

Santana stood at the alter wearing a light white flowing dress, it gently blowing in the wind as she waited for the wedding to start, a small nervous but happy flutter buzzing in her stomach. Her eyes slowly scanned the chairs that were filled with her parents, friends and family and it made her smile even more.

Then the music began and the first one to start her walk down the aisle was Brittany, as promised the flower girl, merrily tossing flowers out of the white basket she held until she made it to the front and stood next to Santana, watching as one by one the wedding party made their way to the alter. Rachel and Tina, Marley and Kitty, Mercedes and Sam... and then finally everyone stood up, the cue for Quinn to start her walk down.

This was it, this was everything Quinn had always wanted and even though her and Santana technically were already married, this still felt like the first time, probably due to the fact they were both sober during this ceremony.

Judy smiled wide at her daughter, "Are you ready?"

Quinn let out a slow breath and nodded, "Absolutely." she gently looped her arm through her mother's and then they began their walk down the aisle.

It was exactly how she had always envisioned it. The soft breeze flowing through her hair and dress, her mother walking her down the aisle, the sun perfectly beginning to set in the horizon of the ocean, her friends and family all in attendance and most importantly Santana waiting for her at the alter. Their eyes locked causing the butterflies in her stomach to stir, tears of happiness stinging her eyes.

When they made it to their destination Judy placed a kiss to Quinn's cheek and then gave her away, moving to take a seat next to Robert and Santana's parents.

Quinn and Santana took a step closer to each other and the ceremony began. Vows were said, rings were exchanged and then they again sealed their love with a kiss.
