You know how Ben's original Omnitrix was basically an untested prototype? What if that caused some unintentional consequences to Ben? What if his DNA was contaminated by the aliens he transforms into & how would it effect his adventures & life.

1. Ben gains various mutations when he transforms into an alien for the first time these mutations cause max to reveal his plumber history early to try to help Ben deal with these new changes & instincts.

2. Ben has to deal with keeping his mutations from the public his new clashing instincts & trying to be a hero all the while going through his adventures.

3. Harem with Ben being more mature & empathetic along with his alien instincts leading to him gaining the love of various women.

1. Ben's mutations gradually get more pronounced & noticable as the story progresses.

3. How does Ben solve his mutations does he eventually get Azmuth to stabilize him does he except them & gains full control some combination of the two or what the mutations have to stay though they can be altered to be more fitting but they are permanent.
