The mission in wall Maria started , we were riding our horses and avoiding any contact with titans unless it was necessary. our mission was to protect Eren , but what's next ? this whole mission has to have a goal , something that Erwin didn't tell us about.

i looked at levi's back , he must know something we don't

understanding.

"Um, Levi, What are we doing exactly, I mean, what is this mission for?" i asked.

His stare penetrated through me.

"You'll know soon enough , and address to me as corporal."

My heart fluttered at his words. He was pushing me to a professional distance. Well, I dont care ! he can be a jerk all he wants .

"Okay…corporal." I muttered, almost in a bitter tone.

We were in a circle, with Levi in front and the rest of us displayed in an oval-like pattern behind him. The horses ran at full speed while we rode them in silence. I heard a pop sound and stared at the direction it came from. A line of green smoke shone in the sky to our right.

"Titans already, heh, they're just begging to be killed by my hands." Oluo boasted loudly.

"We're not fighting titans unless it's necessary, and you're not getting off your horse under any circumstances." Levi shouted. We rode in silence for around five minutes. we started to get weary. when another pop made my attention shift to the sky. It was a trail of red smoke.

"The formation was broken i guess" muttered gunther .

My stomach clenched. Didn't that mean that they were attacked?

"Shouldn't we help" i asked frantically. "They could be dyeing." I turned to Petra and the others. They rode in silence. Only Eren had a confused and worried look.

"No, we have to get to the forest, just because some teams fell doesn't mean we have to go down with them, sometimes, in order to succeed sacrifices must be made." levi was the one to answer.

My mouth went agape. He couldn't be serious !!. But…no one was saying anything. There was nothing to be done but hope they weren't being eaten. It was depressing. The sky was full of smoke and the sound of firework guns setting off. After a while I could see the forest. We were almost there.

No one knew what was going on…I gasped. Did Levi even know? I stared at his back, I had a feeling Levi didn't know. I met Eren's gaze. His green orbs held confusion and…dread. We were probably thinking the same thing. We rode for another few minutes until the pops ceased all together. The silence was eerie. It made me wonder about the wellbeing of the other squads. I gripped the saddle ,if this was the old me ,i would have gone against levi's orders and went to help the others .

"Are we almost there?" Eren asked uneasily. He wasn't liking the situation.

"Shh Eren, Don't speak, just follow the corporals orders." Petra murmured. Her eyes were widel. She was scared. Her expression did nothing to ease my paranoia. Eren bit his lip nervously and turned back around. I continued to Stare at Levi. What was he thinking about

We rode for another few minutes until I gave in. I had little patients. " Where are we going?" I asked loudly. I couldn't take not knowing what was going on.

before i get an answer a soldier approached us

"Captain! There's an intelligent female titan heading this way!" He shouted. My breath caught in my throat.

"Intelligent?!" Petra shouted. Eren gasped and turned to Levi for an answer. He said nothing, he didn't even turn.

"Captain, what do we do!?" The usual arrogant Oluo didn't sound so boastful anymore. He was frightened.

"We keep moving, don't stop." Levi commanded.

I swear Levi had no idea what was going on either, only that we had to get to the middle of the forest at all costs. The blind was leading the blind.

The floor beneath us shook slightly in a slow and steady rhythm. It was bad enough that everyone was panicking. We all kept silent as the floor shook more and more. I could hear distinct thumping, like footsteps running towards us. Large footsteps.

SMACK! A giant skinless titan appeared hand ,She was ginormous. A titan, looking much like a female with blonde hair and penetrating blue eyes ran with an outstretched hand towards us. Her body was skinless, with bone in some places. Her face was the only part that had skin, save for the top part over her eyes.

This was a titan. It was no worse than a tailed demon, or a summoning. But this was different. This was a creepy, skinless, giant cannibal.

"Captain! It's getting closer, it will catch up to us! Let's switch to the gear!" Petra shouted. I could see the shadow the giant hand was casting. She could snatch one of us any second. She skidded around us, breaking trees in the process. Eren screamed.

"Keep moving! It will be alright!" Levi Shouted while looking up at the sky. Petra wasn't convinced. She looked just about ready to have a mental breakdown.

A random person suddenly appeared by the titans side.

"Reinforcements from the rear?!" Petra shouted. The man twisted in midair, using the gear to gain speed and moved in for the kill. It didn't work. She grabbed the wires and flung them into a tree, squashing the man with her shoulder into a bloody pulp. He died screaming. Another man showed up and sped towards her only to suffer the same fate. The titan grabbed the wires and pulled him in, grabbing the man in her hand and squishing him, muffling his screams. More blood graced the sky.

"Captain! Your orders!" petra screamed. She was shaking.

"Captain!"

"Levi!" i shouted " If squad levi doesn't defeat it then who will?!" He didn't respond.

More and more people were showing up.

"We keep going no matter what, we don't stop no matter what, got it?" Levi's voice was even and relaxed. He didn't look even a bit scared.

Eren gasped in disbelief." We keep going?! For how long?! And its right behind us…" He was cut off by the sudden appearance of new reinforcements. "The reinforcements! Quick, if we don't help, they'll be wiped out!"

"Eren! Eyes on the road! Stay at top speed and don't look back!" The other squad members yelled at him.

"I don't understand why we're leaving them to die! Or why he wont explain! Why?!" i screamed

" If you dont explain ,i'll go back to the titan and face it , to hell with your orders "

Levi turned to look at me for the first time in a while , his eyes as cold as ever ,but instead of talking to me ,he adressed Eren .

"Eren , you go berserk I will not hesitate to kill you on the spot, just trust my orders." Levi spoke to Eren in a serious tone. Eren stopped.

"But if I don't it will catch up to us! I can protect you!"

"Eren! Trust your friends! We chose to trust you, so return the favor by trusting us, we will protect you!" Petra stated while looking at the boy with wide honey eyes. Eren was having a battle in his head. To turn or not to turn.

"But…" He started.

"If you're going to do it then do it, you can't achieve something without sacrifice, just make sure that if you choose to do it, you have no regrets" Levi said, giving in to the prospect of letting Eren .

Eren lowered his hand.

"Eren choose, believe in yourself, or believe in the survey corps and me" levi added.

. Eren put his hand down completely.

"You're taking too long! What is your choice?!" Levi shouted. Eren's eyes watered as if he might cry. His chin wrinkled.

"I will go forward!" He shouted. I looked back at the advancing titan. We might all die. That thing might stomp us all flat. But even so…They put their trust in Levi. I bit my lip, my eyes getting watery too. People were dying left and right, and still, this squad chose to go on. I…Had to do something ,if i had enough chakra things would have been different .

out of nowhere , explosions started. We all jumped in surprise as Erwin and Hanji shouted at their squads. Smoke engulfed the thing. We kept riding.

"Don t stop, keep going, Eld, you take the lead, I'm going to assist them, don't stop under any circumstances until you get to the middle, understood?" Eld muttered a yes and sped in front of us. I watched Levi as he lowered to Eren's level. "Once you gain a good distance away from the titan, hide Eren" He sped off. I could see the female titan was bound by multiple wires as the survey corps surrounded her. She held her hands over her neck.

"They don't intend to take that titan alive do they?" Eren asked.

"We caught a titan, see Eren? This is the power of the survey corps! Don't underestimate us fool!" Oluo boasted proudly. Petra smiled.

"Yes!" Eren shouted in relief. I stayed silent. It was too easy…It couldn't have been over that quick.

we continued our way in the forest , a big forest with giant trees that reminded me of the land of fire , i was dreaming of jumping from a tree to another when gunther spoke " look a somke signal ,must be captain levi " he said .

why would levi use a signalb,now ? i wondered.

"I'll go see if its him, you guys stay here ,i'll come back" he added and before i could protest he jumped from to the trees.

i felt something in my guts , my shinobi instincts were telling me that there was something wrong .

"Gunther is late " mutterd oule after 20 minutes. " the signal wasnt far from here "he added.

"Let's go after him , they'll be waiting for us anyway " suggested petra

everyone nodded and i followed them .

it took us few minutes untill we saw a corps hanging in the air , Gunther ! i gasped ,but didn't stop , no one stopped except for eren who was pulled by oule "Eren ,dont stop!"

"But gunther ..." he stoped when he finally noticed the cloaked stranger all of us noticed first .

"Protecte Eren " i screamed and moved in front of him

i heard Eld curse behind me before the light came from the sky , and we watched in owe as the titan who was supposed to be caught appear .

it emerged from the steam and came after us

"Damn you !! i will kill you this time " Eren screamed in rage.

"No , you will not do such a thing, its our duty to protect you. stay behind the four of us can kill her" mutterd Eld.

Eren argued a little more before giving up ,and all four of us faced the monster who was looking at us with deadly eyes.

"Its time to die bitch " i said before charging at the titan .

she moved her hand to catch me but i was faster ,besides i knew she would try to squeeze me alive .

petra and oule moved forward as soon as i moved back ,their hooks lodged at the female titan's eyes ,who was shocked at their appearance. the attack was successful the monstre's eyes are injured now . cant catch us if you cant see us , i thought to myself and moved quickly toward eren "Time to go eren " i wasn't delusional to think we can kill her ,if she managed to escape after being caught then something must have happened.

apparently i was the only one thinking we should run ...petra charged at the injured titan "Die here you bitch"

"Petra noo" i screamed, but it was too late

Eld and oule launched to , it was second , a blink of an eye , the beast opened her mouth and took a bite , it was Eld ,she cut him in two with her teeth.

i felt my heart beat and a rush of adrenaline "Eren Stay here ,don't move " i muttered before lunching toward the beast , Eren followed me immediately .

i see it , the steam from one eye the freak prioritised one eye to heal faster .

i have to reach her before someone else die , thats all i thought about while flying toward her , but i was late ,petra was already down , she was slammed with the titan feet ,and their was two options go see if she is still alive and save her even if her survival was close to impossible or help save oule from running to his death.

oule shot his hook to the female titan exposed neck , i watched as his blades broke and before he can even react ,i was behind him , i grabbed oule faster than i can remember myself moving and jumped behind the female titan , the female titan stood there perplexed, probably wondering where did he go.

i took a much needed breath and looked at oule who had a dead expression on his face "Not the right time oule , we need to get Eren out of here no matter what "

as i spoke a light striked and a roar could be heard from behind the female titan .

oule and i changed our place ,only to see eren's titan tall and full of rage ruching at the female titan .

"Shit shit shit " oule muttered.

"What do we do ?" he asked.

"We watch ,and when Eren gives as the opportunity we strike " i said .

"Her neck ,she can harden it "

"i saw that , thr bitch have a lot of tricks , i guess she wont be able to do everything at once , healing herself and hardening her neck "

"How can you be sure ?"

"She's getting tired ,and i believe its like chakra when you use a lot of it you become weaker and run out of it "

"What are you talking about pinky ?"

"Leave the death strike to me oule , when i say go ,you try to distract her ,but dont get to close"

oule nodded trusting me without questions ,something i really appreciate.

we watched as they fought, Eren was at a disadvantage, he lacked combat skills , but his rage was keeping him going and it was certainly draining the female titan energy.

one punch connected with the female titan jaw sent her to the ground ,but she quickly took of and run ,Eren chased and grabbed her , punches and kickes here and there ,eren was winning , untill the female titan hardened her hand and punched eren's jaw .

"oule its time ,we cant let eren take one more punch like that ,ar my signal ,you go right and i left ,the killing blow to me"

Eren stood and roared before lunching a kick that missed its target ,the female titan stood and got into a position i know very well :attack position in taijutsu

"Goooo"i screamed and lunched to the left just two minutes after oule.

she must have seen oule for she moved her eyes toward him and then her hand followed, although oule was ready to retreat ,Erens punch helped better ,she fell down again and i saw the right opportunity and went for the neck , her senses are amazing, for she tried to harden her neck ,but i was faster and she was out of energy and slow .

i sliced the neck once ,twice and was face to face with a blond sleeping girl.

"Sakura move" screamed oule and i had no choice but to leave the girl and move ,for eren was going to eat us both if i didn't.

"Eren what are you doing " i muttered to myself when levi appeared slicing eren's titan neck in one blow and taking him out ,followed by a very worried mikasa .

hey guys im back , sorry for not updating in a long long time , lot of work at school ,but i already have two more chapters and i will be updating regularly, in two days the next chapter .
