It was thundering and lightning when we got to Clocktown. Tatl sighed, "I'll go get you some dry clothes Linkette." Tatl said flying off, as We waited for what felt like hours in the stock pot in. After a little more waiting a knock came at the door, I ran to open it finding the little fairy, somehow Tatl and the clothes were dry. I scanned the clothes with interest, I slipped off my oversized Kokiri tunic in relief, but I was also a bit sad, Because I loved the Kokiri tunic after all, the forest children wore it.
When we got back to the room Saria gasped at my outfit.
"Oh my gosh! I love the outfit, the brown tunic goes great with the black leggings, especially the forest green cloak!." I nodded my thanks covering a yawn with my hand, "it's getting pretty late, we should get some sleep," I climbed in the chair one of the scratchy white wool blankets draped around my shoulders. Saria climbed into the chair next to mine, we both looked at each other once more before sleep claimed us both.
However, sometime in the middle of the night, I awoke screaming in fright, my insides churning. I leaned to the other side of the chair, in my fright I vomited a clear liquid. "Linkette! Are you okay?" Saria said, while Tatl rushed to my side pulling my hair up as I continued to dry heave, afterword I slumped back in the chair flecks of vomit dotting the wool blanket that was still rapped around me. Saria and Tatl still watching me in concern.
I groaned and replied quietly, "I'll be fine,"
"Do you feel hot Linkette?" Ember asked her light dimming slightly. I shook my head in response, then Anju the Innkeeper came knocking on the door, I stood up shakily to open the door, but once she saw me however she frowned.
"Oh hunny, are you feeling alright? You looked flushed and pale," I went to reply but a harsh cough interrupted my attempt to speak. Saria was at my side in an instant. I tried to speak again but I found my vision blurring, the last thing I saw was saria's worried face, Tatl and Ember flying above us, and Anju's horrified stare.

I awoke a few hours later with a cold rag on my forehead. My vision was still blurry so as a result I was surprised when Saria started to scold me, a look of anger and worry on her face as she spoke up, "don't you ever do that again! You scared me half to death Linkette!" she cried, her eyes filling with tears. I sighed and tried to sit up but Saria gently pushed me back down onto the chair.
"You need to rest Linkette. You had a pretty high fever," Tatl said jokingly. I scowled at the fairy, "she's way different from Navi that for sure." I thought looking up at the cream white fairy.
"Tatl's right Kokiri girl!" Ember spoke up, making me turn my head. I let out a small laugh at that comment. Then sleep overcame me once again as my eyes slipped shut.
I was awoken the next morning by a pulling sensation on my hair. "Ouch! Can you please stop that? That really hurt!" I sat up with a yelp, my hazel eyes wide in fright, "c'mon Linkette, let's get an early start, it's nearly dawn outside." Tatl whispered as I turned to find Saria still asleep. I nodded and removed the wool blanket and headed to the bathroom to get dressed in clean clothes. I slipped on the brown tunic and black leggings on. Then I slipped on the brown dear skinned boots and slipped the forest green cloak over my shoulders.
Before heading out Tatl spoke up, "Hold up a sec," after those words I felt a sharp tug meaning that Tatl had put my hair up in a ponytail. Tatl and I walked down the hall to the entrance of the Stockpot in.
As we made our way outside of town, we noticed that it was the third day already. Tatl flew out from underneath my cloak and asked.
"We have to wait until 12:00 for the clock tower to open," Tatl said while looking up at the sky as she spoke.
"Now what do?" The cream-colored fairy landed on my shoulder and replied quietly, "we could go visit the Great Fairy or we could explore, what do you want to do?"
I frowned and put my hands on my chin in thought. "Let's go pay a visit to the Great Fairy," I replied, and with that Tatl guided me to the Graig Fairy's fountain.
