A/N: Hey everyone, Happy Late New Year's. It's already 2024, since I spent some of my time building up my upcoming Avenger's Team. It's time I start introducing my Negative Ten Team. And I also decided on when Nick Fury meets our alien hero. It'll be our post credit scene in The Visitor episode which is two chapters away. Chapter 30 which I won't spoil the title will be Season 3's Finale and we'll start our Season 4 series with Secrets of The Omnitrix. To my reader who keeps demanding for Gatorboy and Porcupine, I still haven't decided if they'll join the team or not. We'll see we're about ten chapters from that episode anyway. I'll probably decide what to do with them after the Negative Ten episode. So please calm down, I appreciate the enthusiasm.

Chapter 27: Under Wraps

On a dark and cloudly night, a couple of teenagers snuck onto a farm to do some late night cow tipping. The boys were so into there prank they didn't notice the sky lighting up with multiple flashes of purple lightning. As they continued there prank, another boy wasn't so sure about being out this late.

"Guys, I don't think we should be doing this." He whimpered abit afraid of the oncoming storm brewing.

"Look guys, Todd's afraid of alittle cows." One of the boys teased as the rest of them started laughing at him.

"If you're so scared of the cow maybe you should run on home, Toddy." The other soon mocked as the boy named Todd looked around nervously.

"I can do this." He muttered to himself as he walked over to a nearby sleeping cow followed by his friends. He closed his eyes tightly before attempting to push the herbivore over, but his attempts failed signaling more laughter from his friends, "Stop laughing at me!" Todd screamed.

"No need to be so sensitive, Todd." The first boy replied as he wiped a tear from his eye, "Just watching you try to tip over a cow was just insanely funny."

Todd rolled his eyes, "Can we just get out of here."

"Fine, let's go guys."

The four teenagers soon start making there way out of the meadow when they hear an angry snort, "Todd, we get it you can't tip a cow over, but you don't need to be angry."

"That wasn't me." Todd answers fearfully.

The three other teenagers stop in fear when they turn around to see a raging black bull behind them. The four teenagers yell in fear as they start running away. The bull immediately chases after them. As they were getting closer to the wooden gate, Todd trips and falls leaving him to deal with the bull.

Todd closes his eyes as the bulls feet get closer when he hears it stop abruptly then hears it's feet running away. He slowly opens his eyes to see the bull gone, "That's weird? What'd it run away from?" He muttered softly when he heard a strange noise, he immediately froze like a deer caught in headlights as he slowly turned around to find a large Mummy standing there.

Todd screamed loudly before immediately fleeing the meadow as fast as his legs could carry him. The Mummy looked on as purple lightning soon flashed throughout the sky and as the light show died down the Mummy was gone.

The Rust Bucket was parked outside Dairyville, South Carolina. Ben was fiddling with the Omnitrix, Gwen was reading through her and Hope's shared spellbook, and Hope was on Gwen's computer surfing the internet. Max walked into the motorhome to find the trash overflowing, the dishes piling up in the sink, and beds completely messy.

"Didn't I ask you three to do your chores?" Max glares at the teenagers.

"In our defense, Ben has a speeding alien so the fact that there not done is Ben's fault." Gwen answered as she took off her glasses, Ben gazed up from his further attempts of hacking the Omnitrix.

"I told you this before, XLR8 has clawed hands, I'd break the dishes before they'd even get done. Besides don't you two have a spell to make all this go away?" Ben shot back as Hope closed Gwen's laptop.

"Ben, we told you this before, we can't just wave our hands and expect this to be done." Hope sighed as Ben rolled his eyes.

"That's not the point!" Max yelled gaining the teenagers attention, "I asked you three to do simple tasks and yet you blame each other for it. I wish I could teach you three the responsibilities of doing your chores."

"Grandpa, we're sixteen. Not ten." Ben replied as he rolled his eyes which angered Max.

Max was about to retort when a radio ad appeared on the radio, "Chores not done? Kids being downright lazy? Wanna teach them the responsibilities of doing hard working chores? Well I'm Joan Maplewood, here to teach your kids about hard work and discipline! Come to this address--" Max grinned before walking over to the drivers seat and starting the motorhome and driving off.

Ben, Gwen, and Hope looked at each other, "Um, grandpa, where are we going?" Ben asked pretty confused on the sudden departure.

"Since you kids wanna slack on your chores, I'm gonna make you work for your allowance." Ben and Gwen groaned as Hope shrugged.

"Come on, you two it can't be that bad." Hope tried to cheer them up, but it wasn't working.

The Rust Bucket came to a screeching halt as the trio gazed around to find themselves on a farm. Ben and Gwen looked over to Hope, "It can't be that bad, huh?"

"Poor choice of words." Hope grumbled as Max opened the door of the motorhome to be greeted by Joan and her son, Todd.

"Hello, Joan Maplewood, this is my son Todd Maplewood. Welcome to our farm." Joan and Max shook hands.

"I'm Max Tennyson. These are my grandkids, Ben and Gwen Tennyson. And this is Hope. We've come because we heard your ad." Max answers with a bright smile. Ben rolls his eyes as he stuffs his hands into his pockets, Gwen crosses her arms over her chest, and Hope glances around on the plot of land Joan and Todd own.

"Wonderful! We definitely need more farm hands." Joan grinned, "Follow me, I'll get you started on your work for the day."

The Tennyson family followed Joan around the farm as she showed them, her cropfield, her hen house, the pig pen, the field full of cows, and the barn. She then divided the group up, Todd was to manage the cows, Ben was to plow the field, Gwen fed the pigs, and Hope had to collect the eggs from the chickens.

"Now, I expect everything to be done by dinner." Joan stated as she made her way inside.

"Don't worry, Joan, it will." Max answered as he gazed at the three teenagers, "Right?"

"Yeah, with a little alien power." Ben replied as he tried to activate the Omnitrix when Max grabbed his arm.

"No powers. And that goes to you two aswell. I expect the three of you to do the work as yourselves. Do you understand?" Max asked sternly. Ben groaned as the two girls nodded in unison, "Good, now get to work." He followed Joan into the house leaving the three teenagers alone.

"This sucks." Ben groaned once again as he took of his favorite jacket before moving towards the field.

"Tell me about it." Gwen replied as she left to feed the pigs.

"This day can't get any worse can it." Hope shrugged as she went to collect the eggs from the chickens.

Ben was covered head to toe in dirt when he heard the call for dinner. The teenager groaned as he attempted to massage his aching shoulders, when he was soon joined by a mud faced Gwen, and a scratched up Hope. He gazed at his cousin and friend, "What happened to the two of you?"

"I was feeding the pigs when the fence broke and I fell in." Gwen replied angrily. As they gazed over to Hope.

"I was collecting the eggs when the chickens attacked me for touching said eggs." Hope answered as they gazed over to Ben, "What happened to you?"

"I had to plow the field, myself. Didn't have a horse or anything to help me. Now my shoulders are screaming to burn this place to the ground."

"Me and you both." Gwen muttered as Todd met them at the door.

"Hey guys." He greeted with a small smile.

"Save it, we're not in the mood." Ben snapped as he brushed pass the farmboy with Hope and Gwen behind him.

Todd watched them with a sad expression on his face, but didn't say anything as he followed them into the house. The trio soon got cleaned up before coming down for dinner.

Max was laughing heartily at them, "Seems you three had an exciting time today."

"Exciting doesn't even cover it." Gwen mumbled as she took a bite of the green beans on her plate. Which made Max laugh even harder at them.

"So guys, did you know this place is cursed-" Todd begun which immediately drew there attention away from the food and to the boy who was immediately silenced by a glare from his mother.

"Cursed?" The group repeated.

"Don't listen to Todd, he believes he saw something out in the field. No one saw it, but him." Joan answered, "This place isn't cursed so relax." Max seemed to relax from the woman, but the three teenagers didn't.

They shot their gazes at Todd who mouthed the word, 'later' to them. Understanding the situation the trio nodded before continuing to eat there dinner.

After dinner ended, Joan collected everyone's plate, "Alright, everyone off to bed. Got an early morning ahead of us."

Ben looked at the grandfather clock, "It's only 7:30." Max shot Ben a glare telling him to shut it which only seemed to infuriate Ben, "Fine, we'll go to bed."

Joan smiled, "I already prepped the guest rooms. Todd, be a dear and show them to there rooms."

"Yes mom." Todd gestured for them to follow him. The four teenagers went up the stairs when Gwen spoke up.

"So, what did you mean this place is cursed?"

"The other night, I went cowtipping with my friends at a local ranch nearby." Todd began when Ben laughed slightly, "What?"

"Dude, cowtipping? That's so old. You need to get with the times. Anyway, continue." He replied when Todd opened a door revealing the guest room having an individual bed and a bunkbed.

"I saw purple lightning flash throughout the sky, but it was a clear night." Ben, Gwen, and Hope listened intently after hearing talk about the purple lightning, "Then suddenly this large Egyptian Mummy appeared."

"Mummy?"

"Yeah. It chased me for awhile then vanished."

"Todd, was there anything with the Mummy? Say a werewolf?" Ben asked which made Todd shake his head.

"No. Not that I had seen." He answered.

"Alright." Gwen nodded along.

"Yeah, we should get to bed. Before my mom and your grandpa get angry."

"Alright." The group of teenagers soon said there goodnights before climbing into bed.

It had been three hours before the alien hero hopped out of his bed. He quickly slipped on his shoes before pulling his jacket onto his body. He smirked before he quickly tiptoed to the door, "Where do you think you're going?" He froze in his tracks as he turned towards the bunkbed where Gwen and Hope had been sleeping in.

"Uh, no where." He said nervously as he saw his cousin and Hope approaching him dressed.

"Ben, you can't hide anything from us. Now where are you going?" Hope remarked before shooting him a glare.

He sighed, "Fine, I'm going monster hunting."

"Again?" Gwen replied with an eyeroll.

"Yes, but this time, I don't have to worry about a monster that will tear me limb from limb." Ben smiled confidently.

"Can't a Mummy do that anyway?" Hope asked as Ben sighed.

"Okay, I don't have to worry about turning into said monster." Ben replied confidently.

"It still sounds like a bad idea, Ben." Gwen said hesitantly.

"Can't you two let me have this?"

"No." They answered in unison as he sighed once again.

"I don't have to worry about turning into a monster again, okay? But if this place is really cursed then it's up to us to free it."

"We're with you, Ben." Gwen nodded with a smile as Hope soon agreed.

"Monster Hunting, part two." Hope chuckled as the trio soon left the guest room and journyed out of the house.

Once out of the house, they went to the nearby fields where Todd claimed he saw the Mummy in. The trio exchanged looks of uncertainty. They spent two hours searching the crop fields when they all met near the water tower.

"You guys see anything?" Ben asked curiously.

"Nothing. How about you, Hope?"

"Didn't see a thing, do you think Todd made it up?" Hope asked.

"No, he said purple lightning. Which ment he was telling the truth, because when we fought the werewolf-" Ben began.

"Purple lightning was found lighting up the sky." Gwen finished.

"All we have to do is find the lightning and it'll lead us straight to the Mummy." Ben beamed at his newest plan.

"How do we find the lightning tho?" Hope asked which caused Ben to frown.

"Hm, I'll think of something." Ben replied as he rubbed his chin in thought when suddenly they heard some rustling noises, "What was that?"

"Think it could be the Mummy?" Gwen asked.

"Only one way to find out. Come on." Ben answered as they followed the noises, only to find purple footprints leading deeper into the field.

"Purple footprints?" Hope eyed them cautiously.

"Let's follow them and see where they lead us too." The two girls nodded before following the footprints into an open meadow to see a large purple mutant cow feeding on a dead cow.

The trios eyes widened in shock and fear, "What the hell is that thing?"

"Seems to be a cow that mutated." Gwen answered.

"Mutated from what tho?" Ben asked as Gwen just shook her head not having an answer to Ben's question.

While the trio watched the mutant cow eat, they heard even more rustling noises, "Do you guys hear that?" Hope asked as Ben and Gwen nodded. They heard loud snort come from behind them.

The three teenagers turned around slowly to find a giant purple mutated bull with four horns, snorting at them angrily. The three backed up immediately, "It's a giant bull." Gwen remarked as it paced around them.

"Yeah, we can see that." Ben replied with a scoff, from behind them the mutated cow had caught sight of them and begun making its way over to them.

"Caught between a rock and a hard place. Ben, this might be a good time to go alien." Gwen said as she and Hope watched the mutated cow approach them.

"No duh, you guys take care of that one. I'll deal with jumbo." He remarked as he quickly activated the Omnitrix and didn't even see the hologram he chose as he slammed his hand onto the faceplate. A blinding emerald light soon engulfed the meadow.

Ben's body grew extremely muscular, as he grew till he was twelve feet tall. His skin turned paler until it was crimson red. His hair fell out as a black line covered his balding head, racing down to his forward where it stopped and continued onto his chin. He grew an additional two arms from his muscular frame. His ten toes ended up becoming two large talons. His emerald eyes broke up into two additional eyes which turned yellow. He wore a white and black sleeveless jumpsuit with black fingerless gloves on each hand. He had large incisors jutting from his lips. The Omnitrix badge appeared on his left pectoral, "FOUR ARMS! Let's wrestle!" His gruff voice echoed across the meadow as he soon raced off towards the mutated bull.

The bull glared before charging toward the Tetramand. The two opposing forces collided hard, Four Arms caught all four horns stopping the bull in its tracks. The bull did it's best to push through which caused Four Arms to grit his teeth as he felt himself being pushed back. The Tetramand gripped the horns tightly before lifting the monstrous beast up and throwing it a solid eight feet away.

The bull got up before snorting angrily as it paced around the four armed alien. Four Arms lifted up his large right arm and ushered it forward. The bull charged, as Four Arms dropped into a low stance and waited. The bull was getting closer and closer, it's head tilted so it's four large horns were ready to impale the alien hero. Four Arms cocked back his large left arm as the bull was within his reach. Before the bull could impale him, the large arm was launched into a brutal uppercut launching the beast upwards and off course.

Seeing his opening the Tetramand launched another punch which caught the bull in the temple. As he was getting ready to launch another, the bull whipped its head around and slammed it's massive body into his chest. The Tetramand rolled along the grass covered meadow as he heard the sound of hooves approaching.

Gwen and Hope watched as Four Arms had charged off leaving the duo sorceress's to deal with the large mutated cow. The two exchange glances before sending each other a silent nod. The two girls raced forward, there hands igniting into balls of mana launching it at the charging cow. The duo leaped in opposite directions as the cow, slammed into the ground.

The girls launched an array of mana discs at it before it seemed to irritate it more. Hope locked onto it's leg before pulling it out, sending the large cow toppling into the ground, where Gwen leaped over it as thunder clouds soon rolled in, as she soon finished uttering the spell, a volley of lightning dropped from the sky striking the cow in it's back. The cow roared in pain before dropping to the ground in defeat. Gwen landed next to her partner before the two exchanged high fives.

"Nice job." Hope smiled as Gwen shook her head.

"Right back at ya'partner." Gwen smiled.

The duos conversation was soon cut short when they heard more sounds what looked like a moo mixed into a growl of some kind. The two stiffened before gazing behind them to see an army of the large mutant cows.

"You've got to be kidding me." Gwen remarked as the army drew closer to them.

"Where's Ben, when you need him?" Hope replied nervously. The two sorceress's hands ignited into mana as they rushed towards the army of cows.

The alien hero in question was slammed into the mud by the bull. He glared at the approaching mutant, "You're going down." He bellowed loudly before launching quickly to his feet. The bull charged fiercely, it's horns ready to end this match.

Four Arms charged hastily before grabbing the bulls horns once again, "It's time, I put you in your PLACE!" He roared as he soon noticed Gwen and Hope surrounded by more bulls. He tightened his grip on the horns as he picked the bull off it's feet and started spinning it rapidly.

Four Arms and the bull soon looked like a large hurricane before the Tetramand released his grip and sent the mutant bull flying and cutting a path into the cow army. Gwen and Hope had to jump away as the bull cut through the approaching forces.

In a blinding green light, a blue velociraptor on wheels in a black and white jumpsuit appeared. His visor soon slid over his face before racing over and grabbing both Gwen and Hope, "Need a lift?" Soon enough he zoomed off with the two girls. He soon stopped at the end of the meadow placing the two girls down.

"How are we gonna stop them?" Hope asked.

"Corral them. I'll build a large enough fence to keep them inside."

"We've got it. Get to work." Gwen nodded her head firmly as XLR8 zoomed off.

Hope and Gwen created a large mana dome around the army of mutant cows when a streak of black and blue started zooming around the dome, setting up a giant metal fence. The Kineceleran zoomed round and around the dome before coming to a stop ontop of it. He soon zoomed back down the dome before a blinding emerald light engulfed the meadow.

XLR8'S skin turned a violet, dark blue, and black color. He grew an additional third emerald eye above his nose. His hands turned into claws and his feet into talons with only three toes; two in the front and one in the back. His entire body was wrapped in an old raggedy dark blue cloak and hood with light blue spot patterns scattered around which then unfurrow and become his wings and antenna. His shoulders, chest, and thighs grew armor plating on them. The Omnitrix badge appeared in the middle of his chest, "BIG CHILL!" His eerily ghostly voice erupted.

When the girls dropped the dome, Big Chill blasted the dome with ice. Once the fence was frozen, the Necrofriggian landed beside the girls as his wings and antenna wrapped around his body, "Tennysons 10, mutant farm animals 0." He quipped as Gwen rolled her eyes while Hope giggled.

"But onto pressing matters, how did these things mutate to this degree?" Hope asked before gazing at the two cousins, but before they could respond flashes of purple lightning rocked the sky.

"Purple lightning?" Gwen questioned as they flashed throughout the sky.

"Meaning the Mummy's closeby." Big Chill responded, as said lightning struck the cornfield in the distance, "Let's go, before he gets away." The two girls nodded when Big Chill's cloak unfurrowed itself into a set of wings. He wrapped his arms around there waists before flying off.

From above the trio could see something purple glowing within the cornfield. Not wanting to be seen by there enemy, Big Chill set them down a few feet away. They soon peered through the crops, to see a Mummy digging deep hole into the ground with a shining purple rock.

"What is it doing?" Hope asked confused on what the Mummy could be doing.

"Seems to be digging for something at the bottom." Big Chill answered.

"It's glowing purple. Maybe this thing mutated the cows and bulls." Gwen pieced it together.

"Meaning that thing is dangerous. We probably won't be able to touch it." Big Chill replied as The Mummy didn't seem to notice them.

"So what do we do?" Hope asked, wondering what they could achieve without touching the glowing purple rock.

"I'll draw his attention. While you two put some distance from the rock." Big Chill answered as he begun making his way toward the crater the Mummy caused.

"Be careful, Ben, we don't know what he can do." Gwen warned as Big Chill shot the two a thumbs up.

Big Chill made his way to the edge of the crater, "Hey bandages!" The Mummy turned slightly to see the Necrofriggian, "Step away from the glowing rock thing and surrender."

The Mummy said nothing before launching tendrils of bandages at him. The Necrofriggian crossed his arms over his chest, before turning intangible. The bandages passed harmlessly through his body. The Mummy had gave the Necrofriggian a quizzical look before retracting it's limbs.

"My turn." He mumbled before leaping into the air, his wings springing forth. He soon blasted a breath of frost from his mouth, but the Mummy leaped backwards watching as the attack hit the dirt, "This is a bad matchup for you, you overgrown sheet of paper." He launched more volleys of ice from his hands, but the Mummy dodged each attack, by disassembling it's body.

The Mummy launched more tendrils at the Necrofriggian, but this time Big Chill froze tendrils in its place. He launched forward as ice begun forming from his hand into a blade. He slammed the ice blade into the Mummy's frozen tendrils shattering it like glass. The Mummy glared at the Necrofriggian as he landed before him and slashed at him repeatedly. The Mummy did it's best to avoid being frozen and cut by the alien moth.

With the Mummy distacted, Big Chill soon created a hidden ice dagger and went for the Mummy's neck. But the alien mummy saw it coming and quickly binded his arm with the moths before catching Big Chill's frost covered blade. The two were in a stalemate before, Big Chill grinned, but you couldn't really tell because of his teeth. The Necrofriggian leaned forward before his body started flickering and soon turned intangible. Big Chill passed harmlessly through the Mummy's body, before quickly rematerializing and slashing the Mummy in the back.

The Mummy knowing it was at a disadvantage quickly rushed towards the crater, he leaped over said crater elongating his limb and wrapping the glowing rock within his tendrils. He landed on the ground as Big Chill came rushing at with his blade raised high, "Checkmate, Mummy." His ghostly voice replied.

The Mummy soon split down the middle as Big Chill's blade came down through him. The Mummy reappered behind him as he quickly reformed. He noticed a nearby silo, elongating his limbs once again around the large tank and pulled it down. Big Chill noticed the silo coming down and sighed, "Goddammit." The silo soon landed on the Necrofriggian in a deafening crash.

With Big Chill out of the way, The Mummy soon vanished as purple lightning soon struck where he'd been standing. Hope and Gwen came running out of the cornfield as Big Chill phased through the metallic food container. He landed on top of it before rematerializing. He sat down before tapping his badge. In an emerald light, he reverted back to normal.

"He got away with the rock." Ben sighed as he ran a hand through his hair.

"What are we gonna do? How are we gonna find him?"

"No idea, but we should be getting back to the farm, before Grandpa notices we're missing." Gwen answers.

"Yeah and in the meantime, we'll try and infrom Grandpa of the situation." Ben said as he slid off the silo and dusted his clothes of the grime on it.

"Sounds like a plan." Hope said in agreement.

"Let's get moving." Gwen ushered them through the cornfield.

The trio soon made it back to the Maplewood Farm, they snuck back into the house and made there way back into there rooms, "I hate monster hunting." Gwen said as Ben had to agree.

"Well, we can get a few hours of sleep before we're woken up." Ben sighed in content as his head hit the pillow.

"I couldn't agree more." Gwen replied with a small smile as her eyes closed. While Hope had already fallen asleep.

Before he could shut his eyes, the door to the room was opened revealing Joan Maplewood with ladel and a pan. She slammed the ladel onto the pan, jolting the teenagers awake, "TIME TO GET UP SLEEPY HEADS!" Joan yelled. Ben was so startled he fell out of his bed landing on his head.

Hope and Gwen screamed loudly as Joan laughed, "Come on, you rascals. Time to start our early morning chores!" Joan smiled before leaving the room.

Hope and Gwen climbed out of bed, as Ben laid on the floor, staring at the ceiling, "This blows." He huffed in exhaustion.

The three teenagers came out the house, exhaustion evident within the dark circles under there eyes. Joan and Max were talking and laughing. Joan soon told them there chores for the day and that they could eat breakfast after they finish. Max and Joan soon left to start breakfast while Todd left to start his chores leaving the three exhausted teenagers on the porch.

"I can't take this anymore." Ben groaned in annoyance.

"So sleepy." Hope mumbled groggily.

"We can't eat breakfast until our chores are done. I can't take this anymore." Gwen flopped onto her back.

"That's it. It's hero time!" Ben immediately started activating the Omnitrix when Gwen grabbed his arm.

"Ben, Grandpa said no powers." Gwen warned.

"Do you wanna do these chores by hand?"

Gwen immediately let go of his arm, "Make it fast."

Ben quickly nodded before slamming his hand onto the faceplate becoming engulfed in an emerald light. As Four Arms again, he quickly milked the cows. He quickly transforms into WildVine who feeds the pigs. He then transforms into XLR8 again to collect the chicken eggs. He then transforms into FenRoar to plow the field. And finally transforms into Chromastone to plant the fence.

Ben dusted his hands as he approached the porch to find Gwen and Hope sleeping, "Hey guys? Guys? GUYS!" Gwen and Hope soon jolted upwards to find Ben standing before them.

"What?" Gwen groaned as she rubbed the sleep out of her eyes.

"Chores are finished. Let's go eat breakfast." Ben said as he stepped past them walking into the house.

"He got those done fast." Hope said as she yawned once again.

"He's got an alien device clamped to his wrist so it makes sense he got it done so quickly." Gwen answered as she walked into the house with Hope right behind her.

After breakfast ended, Joan and Todd went to the barn leaving then Tennysons alone, "Grandpa, we need to talk to you." Ben said sternly.

"What's wrong?"

"You remember how Todd said this place was cursed?" Gwen begun as Max nodded slightly, "Well it is. Last night the three us went to investigate and we stumbled upon mutated cows, mutated bull, and The Mummy that Todd saw."

Max furrowed his brows, "Did you see anything else?"

"He seemed to be searching for something and ended up finding it." Ben answered.

"What was it looking for?"

"A glowing purple rock." Hope described quickly.

"Glowing rock?" Max questioned suspiciously.

"Yeah, you know it?" Gwen asked.

"Maybe, think you can lead me to where you saw those mutated animals?" The trio nodded at his request, but Max told them to wait as he headed to the RV to grab something.

"What is he doing?" Hope asked curiously.

Ben and Gwen shrugged, "Hopefully it's something that'll help us track the Mummy."

Max soon came back out with a small device and gestured them over, "What's that, Grandpa?"

"I might not be too sure about the elements, but this'll help us identify what it actually is." Max answered, "Now lead the way."

The three teenagers nodded before they started walking towards the meadow they fought in the night before. Once they reached the meadow, Ben pointed over to the frozen fenced in mutated cows, "You really did a number on these guys, Ben."

"Would have been impossible to get them all together if it weren't for Gwen and Hope." He answered as Gwen smiled and Hope blushed slightly.

Max smiled before walking over to the frozen fence dome. He immediately started scanning the mutated frozen cows, his eyes widened slightly when the results came in, "No. Where did it come from?!"

The three teenagers exchanged looks before Ben spoke up, "Grandpa, what is it?"

"These cows were mutated by Corrodium. Its a really toxic mineral that mutates life. And by the looks of it, it's just the beginning." Max states sternly.

"Just the beginning? You mean theres more of this stuff here?" Gwen answers fearfully.

"By the looks of it, yes. I think the Mummy is looking for more." Max replies as he looks back at his scanner.

"How do we find him?" Hope asks.

"How'd you find the Mummy before?" Max asks.

"The purple lightning." Ben states crossing his arms over his chest.

"Hm, interesting. We won't be needing that tho, we should be able to track the Corrodium's radiation." Max answers gesturing to the device in his hand.

"Then let's get moving before the Mummy finds more of this Corrodium." Gwen states as the rest of them nod there heads firmly.

The RV stopped infront of a factory. They gazed through the windshield window at the large building, "Digby Dairy?" Gwen read the sign, "Is this where the Mummy is?"

"This is where the signal is the strongest." Max answered as he walked over to his pantry and pushed a hidden button inside.

"What are you doing, Grandpa?" Ben asked as Max pulled out greenish suits.

"These will protect us from the Corrodium's radiation. Come on, let's get going." He tossed each of them a containment suit.

Once inside there suits, the group heads into the empty factory. Max stood infront of the group with the scanner trying to locate where the Corrodium was located. Ben, Gwen, and Hope gazed around cautiously incase the Mummy could be around.

"Grandpa, you locate the Corrodium?" Gwen asked as Max opened a cellar door and the signal started getting stronger.

"I'm gonna make a guess that it's down there." Ben remarked as Max nodded.

"Let's go, hopefully the Mummy isn't here yet." He ushered them down the steps of the cellar, "Gwen, Hope, mind giving us alittle light?"

"You got it, grandpa." Hope answered as she lifted her hand and mana soon engulfed her hand lightning up the darkened room.

"This is giving me horror movie vibes." Ben shivered as they reached the basement. Max moved the scanner around before it started beeping repeatedly.

"Ben, I need you to dig up the Corrodium." Max instructed as Ben gave him a salute.

Ben quickly activated the Omnitrix before scrolling through his playlist, 'Maybe Humungousaur could dig it out? Let's give it a try.' He slammed his hand onto the faceplate becoming engulfed in an emerald light.

Ben's skin started turning scaly and dark shade of brown. He grew till he was twelve feet tall, with a long tail swinging behind him. His teeth grew into fangs, he grew two large separate fangs on the side of his head, as he grew claws on the ends of his nubbed feet. He grew armor plating on his arms, shoulders, and chest, with silver spikes running from the top of his head down his back, some appeared on both his forearms, and two more appeared on the back of his legs. The Omnitrix badge appeared on his armorfied chest, "HUMUNGOUSAUR!" The Vaxasaurian exclaimed angrily, "Oh yeah!" He bellowed before walking forward where Max pointed.

Humungousaur tightened his fist before slamming it into the ground cracking the concrete. He slammed his other fist onto it, widening the cracks before. He punched the ground one last time before it caved it revealing the Corrodium.

"Booyah!" Humungousaur smirked as Max walked towards the crystal when the lights started flickering.

"Was that you two?" Max gazed at the two sorceresses who immediately shook there heads no.

"Grandpa, we've got company." Gwen pointed as the Mummy appeared it's piercing purple eyes shining through the darkness.

Humungousaur raced forward and punched the Mummy into the wall. He cracked his knuckles, "Round 2, you used pile of tissue. I've got him, get the Corrodium out of here." Humungousaur ordered before he charged at the Mummy again. The Mummy dodged and ducked, he attempted to grab the Corrodium when a mana shield prevented him from grabbing it.

"You should pay more attention to me." He turned back around to Humungousaur who launched into a wall, but he didn't stop there he tackled him through the wall. Launching the Mummy away into another wall, unbeknownst to the Vaxasaurian, his badge went from green to yellow.

The Mummy got back onto its feet before rushing the Vaxasaurian once again, this time he slipped between his legs before wrapping his tendrils around the alien dinosaurs neck and yanking him face first into the floor. The Mummy didn't waste another second before quickly binding Humungousaur. He soon turner his attention back to the Corrodium that was getting away.

"Oh man." Humungousaur groaned as he struggled within his confines, "Grandpa Max is gonna kill me." He tried using the Omnitrix to switch into another alien when nothing happened, "That's weird? SwampFire!" He yelled, but when he looked at himself he was still Humungousaur, "CannonBolt! FenRoar! Big Chill! Arctiguana! SpiderMonkey! Goop! Echo Echo! Dammit! Why isn't Master Control working?"

He gritted his teeth in anger before his armor grew denser, stegosaurus plates grew from the top of his head running down his back. He grew till he was also sixty feet tall. He tore through the bindings before racing after the Mummy. He knew he needed to fix the Omnitrix, but now wasn't the time he had to save his family.

Gwen carried the Corrodium within a mana shield as they made there way back to the RV, "Think Ben will be okay against the Mummy?"

"I'm more worried about what he'll do to the Mummy." Gwen remarked when the lights started flickering.

The trio stopped in there tracks, "He's here." Max stated.

"How'd he get past Humungousaur?" Hope asked incredulously.

"No idea and we don't have anytime to think because he's right there!" Gwen answered as she pointed to a pair of glowing purple eyes infront of them.

The Mummy didn't waste a millisecond before racing towards the group, Hope threw multiple mana discs, but the Mummy dodged every single attack. Max pulled his issued Plumber gun from it's holster and fired it at the approaching enemy. The Mummy's body disconfigured itself as the lasers passed straight through it. Gwen created a mana shield as the Mummy leaped over it and soon wrapped its tendrils around her legs and yanking her off her feet.

The mana shield the Corrodium was in dropped to the floor, "The Corrodium!" Max yelled when Hope raced forward and launched a mana shield, but was a millisecond too late as the Mummy snagged it and placed it within it's chest. Power soon erupted from the Mummy, but didn't get a chance to use it when a sixty foot tall Humungousaur slammed his muscular arms into the Mummy. He launched his fists repeatedly onto the Mummy.

Once he was sure the Mummy was done for the count, he backed away looking at his family, "You guys okay?"

"Yeah, what do we do with him?" Gwen asked when a blaring noise gained the groups attention.

The Omnitrix started flashing making everyone raise an eyebrow before a flash of red engulfed the basement, "I timed out?" He looked at himself back in the containment suit.

"That shouldn't be possible? I thought you got rid of the time out function?" Gwen said before looking at Max, "Right?"

"I don't know, maybe it's something else? Ben did anything happen when you were fighting the Mummy?" Max asked.

"Yeah, he tied me up and when I couldn't reach the badge, I tried thinking on who to transform into when nothing happened. Now I'm timing out again, I honestly have no idea what's happening." Ben answered as he gazed at the watch curiously unbeknownst to the group the Mummy wrapped it's limb around Ben's foot and pulled into the crater, "Grandpa!" He yelled frantically.

The Mummy binded the teenager tightly as the trio attempted to help Ben without hitting him. The Mummy tore through Ben's containment suit.

"It tore his suit!" Hope yelled.

"He'll be exposed to the Corrodium at this rate." Gwen said urgently.

"Ben, you need to transform or else you'll mutate!" Max advised as Ben struggled within the Mummy's grasp.

"Time to fight, fire with bandages!" He slammed his hand onto the faceplate becoming engulfed in an emerald light.

Ben's body started shrinking, before his pale skin turned a dark shade of blue, as gills took place on his neck. His head grew large as his emerald eyes turned pitch black. His middle and ring fingers merged into one making his hands four clawed hands. His teeth turned into fangs, his attire was soon changed into an black long sleeved vest, white and black pants. He had three dorsal fins running down his back and two fins on his forearms. In the middle of his opened vest was the Omnitrix badge, "Arctiguana? Oh man, I wanted SwampFire."

He soon blasted a breath of frost at the Mummy, who dropped the Polar Manzardill, but Arctiguana wasn't gonna let him get away. He inhaled deeply before launching an even bigger breath attack at the alien Mummy. The Mummy was soon frozen in his tracks from the attack. The trio soon gathered around to find him frozen, "Mummy on ice. Now that's cool." Arctiguana quipped which made Hope giggle, but Gwen rolled her eyes.

"Nice job, Ben." Max nodded before Hope spoke up.

"What do we do with him?"

"I have an idea." Arctiguana answered.

Hope, Max, and Gwen carried the Mummy into the crater before dropping him at the bottom where Arctiguana stood at the top and froze the ice solid, "That should hold him for awhile." He tapped his badge and reverted back to normal, "Hey the Omnitrix is working?"

"It is?" Gwen asked.

"What do you think was wrong with?" Hope asked as Ben shrugged his shoulders.

"Maybe it was the Corrodium." Max said.

"I don't think so, because we fought the Mummy last night and it was working fine." He answered before activating the watch when an unfamiliar hologram appeared on the faceplate, "No way."

"It wasn't working and timed out because it was scanning the Mummy's DNA." Max said as they all gazed at the Mummy's hologram.

"Awesome." Ben smirked widely.

"This is getting wild. You almost died Ben." Gwen scolded the alien hero who shrugged.

"I've had too many near death experiences the past two months. Nothing new to me." He replied as he wrapped his hands around his head.

"He's got a point." Hope chimed in as Gwen sighed.

"It's like I'm the voice of reason here." She shook her head absentmindedly.

"Come on, let's get out of here." Max replied as they soon left the factory and headed back to the Rust Bucket.

"Grandpa, please don't send us back to the farm." Ben said.

"Yes, we've learned our lesson. Please don't send us back." Gwen added.

"We'll always get them done. We won't slack off again." Hope replied.

"I'm glad you guys learned your lesson. And I won't I hated working on a farm as a child." Max laughed as the trio glared at Max, "Come on, let's get moving." He soon climbed into the Rust Bucket. Gwen and Hope soon climbed in after him as Ben felt something watching him.

He looked around the factory, not seeing anything he climbed in and closed the door. The Rust Bucket soon pulled off the factory lot and went driving down the road.

To Be Continued...

A/N: I know it's been a month since my last chapter, I'm really sorry. One of my family members on my mom's side died and it just added alot more stress. Then i originally expected. I was supposed to be gone for a week or two not a whole month. I'm sorry. Originally Snare-Oh was supposed to debut, but wanted to change it like the og. When the Omnitrix is in scan mode it won't listen to any of Ben's commands even going as far as to time him out. And don't worry, I'll get started on the next chapter. I hope to have it done by next week or maybe in the next few days. Look forward to it. Later.
