This energy ring will hover in place for a while until the user directs it to a desired target or until enough time passes for it to dissipate. Once directed towards a target, a generated energy ring will pursue the target until it hits them- searing the target's flesh while it dissipates. The user can only generate and direct one ring at a time; the user can create a bigger ring at the expense of its speed.
