23. Back in Sutherland

(Fire Emblem Three Houses ost - Broken Route)

"Alisa said what?!" Levi exclaimed.

"Yeah. I knew something was bothering Alisa with Sharon and her family... But I wanted to talk to her about it wasn't her fault. But I don't think she'll let me say something." Rean sighed.

Levi pinch his nose. "I swear that girl. I talk to her about what happened between her, Sharon, Irina, and that bastard Alberich wasn't her fault. She knows that and she still feels responsible because of her family. I wish I can get through to her."

"Your tried your best, I know you did. But Alisa had a lot on her mind. But I know she'll pull through in the end. Right now, I'll comply with your request."

"But... I don't get it. Why did Alisa said she wants to stay friends if you two are not dating?"

"Well..." Rean scratch. "Let's just leave it at that."

"Hmm..." Levi look at him suspiciously. "You're hiding something. I know it."

"Haha. No doubt about it. But I'm sure things will turn back to normal eventually. I should talk to Alisa right now since she's looking for me."

Levi sighed. "All right. I won't ask for now. Just know I'm here for you okay?"

"Of course, thanks Levi. You know. Being in your warm reminds me of how warm you are." Rean smiled

"You're making me blush." Levi said, blushingly. "By the way, why does it look like you're beat up?"

"Oh, I've done some training. I have a lot of areas to improve." That reminds me... I need to ask Xehanort about this Dark one.'

(Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes ost - On Thin Ice)

"So we managed to find our infiltration route into the Old Captial." Towa paused

"But we still need a way to reach those being held captive." Musse continued.

"Right. Saint-Arkh's water vents prevent it from having any underground areas like Heimdallr or Ordis." Sara added

"And Hyarms mansion is also well fortified." Levi nodded. "I could use concealment magic again and sneak pass the entrance like in Ordis, but the problem is that there are guards and a gate blocking the Marquis mansion. Trying to force our way in where those scum Imperial Defense Force are guarding would be too reckless. I could also teleport into the Marquis mansion while using concealment magic. But it would be too easy, wouldn't it?"

"Yeah, it would be." Rean said.

"Then, in that case, our best bet just might be Marquis Ballad himself." Angelica said. "Even after the Imperial Provincial Council, he's still a capable person in his own way. There's no doubt about that. He's a downright genius...when it comes to protecting his assests and profits, that is. But in the end, his short-term greed ended in a long-term stint as the government's personal stooge."

"As well as that whole fiasco in Ordis." Jusis added.

Duvalie hummed. "I suppose taking advantage of him wasn't exactly a challenge."

Crow chuckled. "So in short, he's fussy yet sloppy, like a big ol' baby."

"Sounds fitting for an overweight bastard." Raga fold his arm.

"Right." Angelica nodded. "One we'll have ample chances to take advantage of."

"Thanks, Angelica. I get the feeling this'll come into play." Rean said.

"We'll find a solution, one way or another." Kurt replied

"Okay, Levi. It's up to you know." Gaius said.

"Right." Levi nodded. "I'll teleport us to the Brace Guild Computer room. Hopefully. That way, we can sneak inside without them knowing."

"You know, I thought of something. Our enemies are aware we can use teleportation magic right? How come they didn't set up a barrier?" Lysithea asked.

"I'm guessing they don't care, just trying to focus on the war efforts." Arval shrugged.

"Probably. So are you guys ready." Levi asked as Juna, Kurt, Altina, Venti, Elliot, Annette, Sara, Musse, Ash, Sora, Kairi, Nora and Ren nodded.

"We're ready!" Nora cheered.

"Remember not to cause too much of a scene." Ren said.

"Gotcha!"

'Here's hoping.' Levi thought. "Okay, let's go." Levi said as he began to open a portal and the Infiltration Team entered the portal.

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Sneak Survey)

The Infiltration Team arrived in the computer room in the Bracer Guild. They begin to look out the door the door and see no one is in the building.

"Phew. Looks like we made it." Levi said to the group.

"Now that we've made it through, we should proceed with our objective." Altina said.

"Right, now that we're inside, let's gather some info and confirm this town's situation." Levi reminded.

"Right, let's be careful around here." Rean said. "Marquis Ballad's influence on this area is obvious."

"We investigated Saint-Arkh just recently, so we should be able to help with getting around the area." Kurt said

"Great! In that case, let's get going." Annette giggled as they leave the Bracer Building and headed to April Cafe & Inn and then see Fiora in the counter.

"Hmm... I can't believe it's been so hard for me to get in touch..." Fiona mumbling to herself. "Just where are those two?"

"Hey, isn't she…?" Juna look at her

"Yes. I believe that is Elliot older sister." Altina nodded

"Good to see you again, Fiona." Levi called out to her.

She got up and turned to see us. "You guys!"

"Hey Fiona!" Annette wave her hand.

"Haha. Hey, sis. It's been a while." Elliot said. "Actually, it's been forever since we've been able to get in touch. It's good to see you're all right."

"Elliot?! Is that you, Elliot?!" Fiona responded. "It's really you, I can't believe it! And Annette! I'm so happy to see you too! And who's that with the gray hair?" She wondered before she gasp. "Wait, it couldn't be!"

"Good to see you, Fiona." Rean replied. "Let's just say...a lot has happened."

(BGM paused)

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Fleeting Homecoming)

"Woooow, she's pretty isn't she?" Nora asked.

"Hehe, you're right." Kairi giggled.

"How about we find a table for us to talk about?" Levi suggest as they move to a table and pull up chairs and sit down.

"Allow me to introduce myself to your new friends. I'm Elliot's older sister, Fiona Craig." Fiona smiled

"Nice to meet you, I'm Kairi. And this is my boyfriend, Sora." Kairi introduce herself.

"Hiya!" Sora greeted casually.

"And I'm Nora Valkyrie!" Nora greeted excitedly.

"Lie Ren, though I go by Ren." Ren introduce himself.

"The hand of destiny strikes again." Sara said. "I mean, we've been friends since back then she helped me out during my time at the capital branch."

"Now that I think about it, we've known each other for quite some time" Fiona replied

"Machias, Levi, and I have met with her several times since the civil war." Rean added. "The fact that it only took a single train ride to reach the capital made it easy to meet up. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to see her since I left for the branch campus, though."

"For me, I haven't seen her since I was exploring the world." Levi chuckled.

"We've all been so busy, there's been no time for niceties. But I'm glad to see you're all well." Fiona replied. "Class VII went missing, and then before I knew it, the three of you were caught up in the chaos."

"It's a relief to see you again." Elliot said. "I'm sorry I made you worry."

"It's fine, really. All that matters is that you and Class VII are okay. Now if only I knew what was going on with Father and Neithardt."

"General Craig, who commands the 4th Armored Division, and Lieutenant Colonel Neithardt, who was in the same class as my brother. Thinking back, you did say something about trying to go to Dreknor Fortress, didn't you?" Kurt asked.

"It sounds like searching for Elliot isn't the only reason you came to Saint-Arkh." Rean said

"That's right." Fiona replied. "In truth, I haven't been able to get in contact with Father or Neithardt for some time. Inspections in the area around the fortress have gotten very strict, and I haven't been able to make it through to check on them."

"Even with war on the horizon, it IS a bit concerning for them to go totally incommunicado." Elliot sadden.

"Hm. I think the answer lies in why security has been strengthened so much around the fortress right now." Rean said.

"Hmm... Do you think there's some connection with what's going on at the mansion?" Annette wondered.

"Hm? What do you mean?" Fiona asked

"As a matter of fact..." Rean said. "We discovered reports that the IDF were escorting two individuals to Marquis Hyarms mansion who are under house arrest. One is a student of Thors while the other is a member of the Impeiral Family. Levi guess it's Her Highness, Princess Alfin and Tita."

"I can't believe it."

"Fiona, do you have any more info that might be useful for us?" Elliot asked.

"I certainly did gather a lot of information while trying to find out about you." Fiona answered. "But I'm sorry to say this is the first I've heard so much as a whisper of what you just told me."

"Then we'll have to keep finding out and get more details." Levi said. "We need to find a way into the mansion after all."

"That in itself is conspicuous."Rean nodded. "It's not the sort of thing they'd broadcast, but it being THAT secret doesn't sit right with me."

"There must be a reason why. Though the reason for that aludes me." Ren stated

"Come on guys, the clock's ticking! We can't just sit around just yet. We got a rescue mission so let's keep going and find out more what's going on." Nora stated

"Right it is our only option right about now." Sora nodded.

"Fiona, I'll see you soon. Take care of yourself." Elliot smiled.

"Yeah. Be sure to take care of yourself, okay?" Annette added

"Of course, take care of yourselves." Fiona replied. " If there's anything I can do to help, just let me know if there's anything I can do to help."

"Got it! Thanks for the help." Annette smiled as they got up and leave the Cafe.

(Resuming Sneak Survey)

The group headed to the Noble District as they begin to check things out in Marquis Hyarms mansion.

"Okay here leads to Marquis Hyarm's mansion." Levi said.

"You couldn't get in before, right?" Rean asked

"That's right. And with the Imperial Defence Force still around, it'll likely be difficult to get close this time as well." Kurt answered

"Which raise the question on how can we get in." Venti sighed

"How DARE you!? Just who do you think I am?!"

The team turn their head as they heard the shout of Marquis Ballard arguing with IDF soldiers by the gate, accompanied by him were two Provincial soldiers

"Oh it's-Mmgh." Ren covered Nora's mouth.

'Nora, remember. Whisper.' Ren told her.

'What's going on over there?' Kairi wondered

'Seems Marquis is planning going somewhere.' Levi remark

"I told you! I'm only heading out to do an inspection of this so-called Spinning Town! It shouldn't be an issue for me to do so, should it?!" Marquis Ballard argued

The IDF soldier sighed. "Please leave inspections and other public duties up to us."

"We're on surveillance detail and will handle all of it. We need you to do the duties only you can do."

"What duties?! I just stamp useless paperwork every minute of the day! This city is way to boring!" He yelled, unaware that two IDF forces from behind were approaching him. "There needs to be a casino or a nightclub or SOMETHING!" then the IDF soldier brought him back into the mansion. "N-No! Unhand me! How long must I live in the confines of boredooooooom?!"

The group sweatdrop.

"Never mind. Look like he won't be leaving after all." Levi sweatdrop.

"But what was that all about?" Annette wondered

"They seem to treat him callously, despite his supposed role as interim supervisor." Ren nodded

"Yeah, what's up with that?" Nora wondered

"I think I'm starting to get the real picture." Rean said. "About how Saint-Arkh, Marquis Ballad, and the Imperial Defense Force function together."

Elliot nodded. "Right, if we can just get past that, then..."

"Let's head to one final district and head off. The Cathedral Square." Venti suggest as they took off to the Cathedral Square where they wonder around and spotted three people who look familiar to Juna.

"Well, we pull it off somehow... but I feel like we didn't quite click with the audience."

"Yeah, I'd hoped to really make it worth their while, after coming all this way."

"We had so little time to prepare, it's no wonder we couldn't give it our best. Let's contact Sully and the others in Raquel, and-"

"Wait a minute... You're the performers from Arc en Ciel!" Juna exclaimed as they turn to her.

"Uh, yes, we are. Why do you ask?"

"Ah... Haven't we met before?"

"Yep! I'm from Crossbell, too." Juna smiled. "Last time I went home, I peeked in one of your rehearsals and got to know Sully."

"I see. Now that you mention it, I do remember Sully brining something like that up."

"Gotta say, it's nice to run into someone from Crossbell while we're out in Erebonia proper."

"What's Arc en Ciel?" Nora asked

"It's a famous theater troupe over in Crossbell." Levi explained "So what brings you guys here? On a tour or something?"

"I thought Sully and the others going to Raquel." Juna recalled

"Well that was the plan."

"We had to make a little detour to Marquis Hyarms' Mansion."

"Oh? The mansion?" Venti asked

"Yeah. We'd been touring around Lamare up till a bit ago, but then we got requested to come here to put on a private performance. Those of us that were in the area changed our schedules around to fit it in."

"We just danced for the most part, and the reception we got wasn't bad or anything. But people did say they would've like some music to accompany our act."

"Ah, that explains it." Venti mused. "So the Marquis summoned you, huh? Was there anyone else?"

"Yeah, apparently he's really into the performing arts right now. He's reached out to bands, performers, magic shows, Pokemon battles, and dancers all over the place."

"Is that so?" Rean mused

"If we can't satisfy our audience with a just a dance, then we've fallen flat as performers. We need to train to our absolute limits for when Llya and Rixia return."

"Right! We'll have to dive right into special training with our Pokemon when we get back."

"Count me in! I'lll whip myself into shape right with you!"

"I'm rotting for you guys! Oh, and say hi to Sully for me, too!" Juna smiled.

"Thanks. We'll be sure to do just that. See you later." He said as they took off.

'Now... This might be the things we need.' Elliot thought.

"Hm? What's up Elliot?" Annette asked

"I might have something. But I want to be sure of my idea before I tell you."

"All right, I think that's enough information we gather around town." Levi said.

"Yeah. Ballad isn't acting independently after all." Rean nodded.

"He's merely a figurehead. It's the IDF that has real power here." Altina stated

"Right. They're the one who have full authority, and no one can suspect them for what they're doing." Ren nodded

"Man, I feel sorry for that guy." Sora scratch his hair.

"The IDF really are despicable as HE is." Levi muttered.

"Yeah. How very dark things have become." Venti sighed

"But how can we get into the manor though?" Kairi asked.

"About that...I have an idea." Elliot said.

"Ooh! Let's hear it!" Nora said, happily.

"Haha. Well, I can't guarantee it'll work, can we talk about it in private?"

"You're right. Best to avoid prying ears." Rean nodded. "Especially with Pokemon surveying in secret."

"There's the temporary guild office in the Residential District. Why don't we go there." Sara suggested.

"Yeah, good call." Rean nodded.

"Ugh... What do we do now?"

The group heard a voice coming from the other street.

"What's going on over there?" Kairi asked.

"Don't know. Let's go find out." Sora said as they made their way to see two men who look familiar.

'Excuse us. Is something wrong?" Rean called out to them.

"Yes... We've lost our beloved horse. Or to be more precise, he ran away."

"It's the first time I've seen Kaiser Dice like this."

"Oh I remember now! You guys are from Nines, right?" Levi asked.

"That's exactly right! What fortuitous timing to see someone acquainted with our club!"

"We actually have a friend in the Riding Clun you supply horses to." Rean smiled

"In fact, I was planning on applying for Nine myself someday." Levi smiled.

"Ah, right. I think I heard about that before. And Oh, we're so happy to welcome newcomers. Though I wish it was under better circumstances. So it is you guys!"

"This isn't the best time for catching up, Albert."

"O-Oh! You're right! We have to get out there and look for him." Albert said

"So your favorite horse ran away right? What happen? Was he spook?" Ren asked

"We don't dully understand what happened ourselves... He certainly looked scared, but we saw just as much anger in him, too. To be honest, he's been acting strange lately in general. I'd say his whole shift in mood started about a week ago."

Wonder nodded. "Yeah. Just out of nowhere, he let out this super loud whinny, and went just totally crazy. And then he bolted straight out of town." He turn to Albert. "I can't just stand here I'm going out to find him!"

"It's useless, Wonder! Kaiser Dice has gone out of control... If he sees you, he'll hurt you."

'Rean...' Levi turn to him.

'Yeah. Sounds like the horse must have fallen to the curse.' Rean nodded

'I remember hearing that animals and Pokemon are being affected but... It hurts my heart to see them fall for it too.' Levi muttered.

'We've used horses from Nine before, right? Shouldn't we return the favor by helping them?' Venti asked

'Yeah, we should.' Levi nodded. "Why don't you leave the search for Kaiser Dice to us?" he suggest. "As a horse lover myself, I've taken care of several horses before. And I have a way with animals too. I'll see what I can do about the horse's condition, but we can't make any promises."

"Are you sure? I don't want to put you in any anger." Albert said

"Aw it's no sweat. We been through dangerous situations then you guys." Sora smiled.

"Yeah. So in the meantime, we'll try to think of a way to get him back to normal." Elliot nodded

"Wow, you guys really are something else." Wonder said with a smile.

"Haha. Come on. Let's head to North Sutherland Highway and help our horse friend." Levi smiled as they took off.

(BGM paused)

(Trails of Cold Steel IV ost - Toward that Land)

"You really think a horse is affected by the Great Twilight?" Sora asked

"Yeah. Anyone within Empire Territory is bound to be affected by its curse. Pokemon and animal." Levi nodded

"It will slowly spread until all life will be influenced as mindless destructive creatures. The sooner we find a way to rid of this curse, the better." Musse nodded. "Especially when it come to stopping the Chancellor."

"Your right. Levi, can you purify the horse when we find it?" Rean asked

"Yeah. Once we find it, I'll begin immediately." Levi nodded until they spotted a brown horse eating the grace. "Look, there it is!"

"Ah! Look! It's eating the Black Pleroma Grass!" Kairi pointed

"That doesn't sound good." Ren said.

"Fan out, and surround it. I'll take the rear." Rean said until the horse snort and took off.

"And it took off." Nora said.

"It appears this task will not be simple." Altina sighed.

"Gahm so much for sneaking up on it..." Rean sighed. "Come on, let's go!"

"Right!" Levi nodded as they took off.

"Isn't the black Pleroma Grass bad since it's affected by the Great Twilight? What will happen is the horse eats it?" Annette asked.

"I don't know, but it might be bad." Ren said.

"He shouldn't gotten far. Come on, let's keep going." Levi nodded until something Ren spotted something in the distance.

"Hmm? Wait, everyone, what's that over there?" Ren pointed as they took a look and they encountered a Goliath Noa in the wilderness.

"Whoa! Look at this big boy!" Nora exclaimed. "It's one of those Panssy Soldons!"

"Panzer Soldot." Ren corrected her.

"Pazer, hander."

"I think it's the Imperial Army's latest model, a Goliath Noa." Kurt remark.

"But what's it doing here?" Annette asked

"Come to think of it, I remember hearing something about a Panzer Soldot that was supposed to be sent to the branch campus but was overwritten. The Soldot was then sent to the Imperial army and it suddenly went berserk and had it decommissioned. That must be it." Sara said

"Oh! Principal Aurelia at the time overwritten the order and sent for my soldot back then." Levi recalled.

"The Paladin, right?" Rean asked. "She also mentioned this soldot was specifically made for you as well with state-of-the-art technology."

"Yeah. Whoever made my Paladin was a genius. It surpasses that of Spiegel S, rivals the Hector Mk. II and Kestrel Beta. In addition, it was built to "sync" with my power as I can imbued with it."

"Don't forget it's equipped with a force field and anti-hacking system with it. I asked Professor Schmidt and the Principal about more of it, but Schmidt didn't know anything about it while the principal said it was acquainted by hers as a request."

"It wasn't also in the records for Pazner Soldots, considering it was state-of-the-art." Altina agreed. "The Imperial Army had a keen interest in it, but the Principal couldn't allow it."

"Yeah, she told keep it within my Dimensional Home to prevent any theft. And if requires maintenance, she told me that the acquaintance can do the job as she'll personally have it ship." Levi nodded. "The more I think about it, the more curious and understand why Principal Le Quin was cautious about it."

"Indeed. It was to prevent certain people from investigating it." Musse nodded. "I'll admit, I'm more curious about the Paladin and who built it. And considering the Great Twilight happened, it was wise of the General to inform you about keeping it in Dimensional Home."

"In any case, it appears the Goliath Noa is not damaged in any way. If you would like, I could perform a more detailed analysis." Altina suggest.

"All right, but remember to be careful." Rean said as Altina nodded as she hop into Claiomh Solais as he appeared and go into the Goliath Noa cockpit and began her analysing.

Altina move the arms around and testing.

"Huh. Look like she can handle the Goliath very well it seems." Levi mused.

"Yeah. I think she's more capable of handling the Goliath, considering she doesn't sit well with the other units." Rean agreed

Inside the Goliath Noa cockpit...

'Hmm... it seems I'm more fitted to wield the Goliath Noa then I thought. Still, I better be careful because of the malfunction. Hm, some traces still remain as bugs in the control system.' Altina thought. 'Claiomh Solais-Arcandia mode!" She yelled as Claiomh Solais appeared behind as a transparent form and sync with her and transform into a similar style of Murakumo unit. "I will be purging the irregularities. I require your support." She said as she begin her maintenance.

A few minutes later...

"Is everything okay in there Altina?" Levi called out.

"Yes. The cause of its malfunction has been removed. I've also deleted any remaining bugs in the system. We should be able to make full use of it in battle." Altina answered

"Ooh! Nice! We got ourselves another soldot and a big one at that!" Nora cheered.

"Great job, Altina!" Kairi smiled

"I should add it to my Dimensional Home. Altina, this soldot is yours. You better take care of it for now on, so we'll be counting on you, Altina." Levi smiled.

"Of course. I won't let you down!" Altina declared as she look into her new soldot. 'I'm glad that went well and I now have a soldot of my own.'

Levi use his magic to teleport the Goliath Noa into Dimensional Home and the group keep going until they a broken fence.

"Whoa, what happens to that fence?" Annette asked.

"I don't know but I wonder how long it's been like this." Elliot added as Sara look into it.

"This was probably only put up recently." Sara said, examining the fence. "It hasn't had any time to get rusty." She said as she spotted something and pick it up and face the group. "And look at this."

"Brown hair?" Rean look at it. "It could be from the horse we're looking for." He turn to the pathway. "Looks like it ran off in that direction."

"We better follow it. We can't let it run around like this." Levi said as they took off until they spotted the same horse, eating black Pleroma Grass. "Found it!"

"All right, we got it cornered!" Nora said.

"I'm quite curious as to what a diet of black Pleroma Grass would do to an animal..." Altina remark until suddenly the horse turn black.

(BGM ended)

"Everyone, get back!" Rean yelled as a maleficent aura surrounded the horse and transformed it into a mutated monster horse.

(Trails of Cold Steel IV ost - Malicious Fiend)

"What the heck!? Did that horse turn into a monster?!" Kairi exclaimed.

"What a disturbing transformation..." Kurt muttered

"Yes, almost like a curse, I'd say." Altina agreed.

Rean pull out his Tachi. "We can talk about it later. We need to strike before it escapes!"

"Rean's right!" Levi pulls out his Glaive. "This isn't what were ask to do, but we might be able to set things right!"

The Tainted Stallion neigh to stomp on the group but they jump back as Rean dash through the the Tainted Stallion with phantom slashes as Levi let out a few jabs and slashes. The Tainted Stallion begin to stomp around and kick Rean, but he duck as Musse fire orbal shots at the Tainted Stallion as Ash lunged toward it and swing his axe a few times before he swing his axe's head to release the chain function and then strike it. Venti used Skyward Sonnet as Altina follow-up by throwing magic projections. Annette swing Crusher on the side while Elliot shoot magic projections and then fire a beam of magic.

The Tainted Stallion neighed as it began to ram toward Musse but Altina got in front and formed a shield to protect her as the Tainted Stallion try to ram Altina, but Juna lung toward it and use Cross Break 2 while Kurt followed up with Rain Slash 2. Sora use Ars Archanum as Kairi uses Strike Raid with Sara imbuing her sword with lighting and unleashing lighting slashes with bullets around its body. The Tainted Stallion unleashes a wailing cry to harm their ears as Ren shoots bullets at it while Nora lungs toward it and swings her hammer upward to knock its head up while Ren deals with a series of slashes.

Levi let out a few swings as Rean use True Helix onto it. The Tainted Stallion stomped around and then it unleashed a miasma breath attack on Kurt. But he dodged it and counterattacked, dealing critical hits as Juna punched the Tainted Stallion and then jumped toward it's mutated face and smacked it down. Altina has Claiomh Solais readied his arm blade and then swing down on Tainted Stallion as she spin around and then slam the head to the ground as Venti shotlock the Tainted Stallion and release multiple arrows and struck its body. Annette cast Cutting Gale while Elliot channel his magic and then summon orbs and had them explode around the Tainted Stallion.

Kairi let out a few swings with Sora while Nora change her hammer into a grenade launcher and began shooting at it along with Ren. The Tainted Stallion roar as he jump up and created a small shockwave as the others jump to avoid it. Then it ran toward Nora and knocked her to the wall. Kurt lunged toward the Tainted Stallion and let out a series of slashed as Ash let out strong swings as Musse cast blade of ice onto the Tainted Stallion and Ash began to slam his axe on the ground to create earth spikes and then he spin slash his axe to knock the Tainted Stallion to the wall.

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Conspiracy in Motion)

The Tainted Stallion got back on its feet and it begin to calm down.

"It's calmed down a bit." Kurt said.

"Yeah. Let me handle it." Levi pull away his Glaive.

"Let me help too. There's something I wanted to try too." Elliot said as he raised his staff and changed into Violin form.

Elliot then begin to play his music as flowers begin to grow underneath him. "Remedy Fantasia!"

Then the flowers surrounded the Tainted Stallion purge the miasma from the horse as it changes back to normal.

Levi let out a whistle. "Not bad Elliot. Okay, my turn." Levi forwards his hand and let out a pure light to purify the horse as it eat the grass provided the Elliot. Levi then approached the horse. "Hey there friend. Are you feeling okay?" He asks, petting the horse by hugging it, petting the neck, calming it down. "It's all alright. Nothing bad will happen to you. You must have been stressed, haven't you?" He let go of the hug and then petted the back, as it neigh. "Don't worry, everything is going to be fine." He turn to Elliot. "Nice job Elliot! Your music managed to cure the stress. I thought my powers could cleanse it."

"To be honest, I wasn't sure it'd work, but I figured it was worth a try." Elliot said.

"Still, amazing Elliot, you were so cool!" Annette cheered.

"Aww, thanks. At least now we can face its owner with a clear conscience."

"Right. Let's make our way back to Saint-Arkh. We need to get Kaiser Dice back to Nines as soon as possible." Rean nodded as they took off back to Saint-Arkh.

The group made it back to Saint-Arkh in peace as they met up with Nine.

"You're back! And you brought Kaiser Dice with you!" Albert exclaimed

"Yeah. My friends and I managed to calm him down. I think something must have spook him a week ago which cause him to panic. But a little love and care clear away his worries." Levi smiled

"I see. I can't express our thanks enough to you all for bringing back Kaiser Dice back to us safe and sound."

"And he's even back to his bright old self." Wonder nodded. "So what did you do to calm him down?"

"Well aside from being comfort with love and trust, a little soothing music soothe his mind. He was a little scratched, but he doesn't have any serious injuries. It would be best for him to rest until he's ready to gallop again." Levi answered

"You're right." Albert bow his head. "Thank you again. Thank you so much."

"I'm gonna pay a lot more attention to Kaiser Dice from now on and learn from our friend here too." Wonder said

"Okay, Elliot, what's the idea you got?" Levi asked

"Well, I was thinking that we should make a performance." Elliot answered

"A performance?" Rean asked

"Yep. That's what I came up with. Sneaking into the mansion would be so easy feat. So what if we got Marquis Ballad himself to let us in."

"Ah so that's your plan." Levi mused. "Yeah I can hear the scream of Elliot in my head. But knowing that fat pig is bored, it can definitely work."

"But do you think we can pull it off?" Juna asked

"Well, they do summon dancers and other entertaining to the mansion. And as Levi mentioned, the "fat pig" is irritated and bored. He wanted to leave but the IDF forbid him." Venti said.

"So it's a way to let him blow off some steam that the Imperial Defense Force turn a blind eye to. The power of music just might come through for us after all." Rean said.

"Ah, I get it! Then we'll just use the power of music." Annette cheered

"But isn't this a pretty big risk for you to take?" Sara asked. "You're so well known these days."

"It is. I might stick out like a sore thumb, and get apprehended by the Imperial Defense Force if things go south. But... I want to have some faith." Elliot said with determination. Rean nodded. "Yeah. I mean, at least when I've had a chance since the civil war..."

"And Levi, your singing can help too. But you also play the Clarinet and Flute right?"

"I have, yeah. But it's been a while since I played them before. But I don't think I've gotten rusty just yet." Levi answered

"Well, with all we've got on the line, failure's not an option here." Elliot grinned. "So, step one, we find instruments for everyone. Step two, we hold a huge, rigorous cram session to get you all on the same level. And THEN-"

"Oh boy, there he does again being the director mode." Levi sweatdrop.

"Also, that's not going to be possible on such a short time frame!" Rean added.

"Whoa. Slow your roll, music boy. Your words aren't gonna set in right when you've got that manic grin on your face." Ash comment.

"Teehee. That really set him off, didn't it?" Musse asked

"For as much of a sweetheart as he is, he snapped into high-strung band leader mode pretty quick." Juna said, nervously.

"All teasing aside, we do need skill to back this little number up." Sara remark. "I don't think a half-hearted concert will be enough to reach Ballad's ears."

"Heehee... In that case, why don't I lend you a hand?" Fiona said as she came in.

"Fiona!" Elliot smiled

"Sorry. I didn't mean to eavedrop." Fiona giggled. "I know it's been a while, but I think we could still harmonize well together. After all, I did accompany you on your last record."

"Thank! Now I'm feeling confident this performance will go off without a hitch." Elliot smiled "But if we really want to make sure..." He turn to Altina and Venti.

"Hey Altina... A little birdie told me something... about a certain rabbit, with a voice of an angel."

She turn and spotted Elliot, Fiona, Levi, Altina, Venti, Primarina, Chimecho, Rillaboom, Kricketune were performing in the entrance of the cathedral while several people listing to Levi, Venti and Altina singing as Venti play his harp beautifully and in sync with the Pokemon singing and music playing, warming the hearts of several people, and several Pokemon listening in, feeling soothe by music.

After the Music was over, the audience clapped for them as they bow.

"Thank you for listening everyone! We hope you enjoy our show." Levi said to the audience with a warm smile.

"Good show! Jolly good show!"

"Oh what a performance!"

"Ah, hearing such marvelous music straight from the heart soothe my heart in these unsettled times."

"Indeed! It's like it chased away all of my unease."

The two Provincial Soldots looked at each other and nodded with a smile.

"Woohoo~! What a wonderful performance with made." Venti cheered

"Phew... I haven't sing like that in awhile." Levi said.

"Somehow... we made it through without issues." Altina added as she looks embarrassed

"You feeling okay Altina?" Venti asked

"I'm fine. Just a bit surprised is all. I had no idea what to expect of the end results, when I was instructed to sing without any prior warning."

"Ah, I understand what you mean."

"Haha... Sorry to put you on the spot." Elliot said. "But I had faith that you could do it."

"Yeah! You were amazing, Allie! And Venti and Levi you're just as amazing as Allie!" Juna praised.

"No kidding! You guys were awesome!" Sora agreed.

"I'm well aware how talented Venti is and Levi has plenty of experience, yet I'm still in awe with the Pokemon performance too." Kurt added. "And Altina, you held your own rather well for having three professionals besides you."

"That's right. Great work Altina. You really made the most of the principal's lesson." Rean smiled

"Thank you. Though I think I owe it to more than just her." Altina replied

"Hey, aren't I a professional too?" Venti pouted.

"You've grown so much, too, Elliot." Fiona smiled "I knew pursuing the path of music would be the perfect choice for you."

"Oh, well, thanks. But I've still got a lot to learn." Elliot replied

"Pardon the interruption." A Provincial Soldier approaches the group.

"We come bearing a message from our lord. That performance you gave was most impressive." The other one said.

"There is something we would like to request of you." The other guard replied. "Would you be kindly as to perform in from of our lord?"

"Your lord?" Levi asked. "Why it's a huge honor."

"We would be delighted too." Elliot smiled

"Excellent. Please, follow us." One of the guard said.

The group then follow the guards toward the marquis's mansion where they go through the backdoor without the IDF noticing. From there, they approach the office Marquis Hyarm where Ballad is waiting behind those doors. They go through the door and see Ballad staring at the window.

"Pardon the intrusion, my lord." One of the guards said. "We have brought them over as you requested."

"Ah, at long last!" Ballad replied. "So you're those musicians everyone's been talking about..."

He then turned to face the group and he gasped.

"We take our leave now, my lord." One of Ballad's Private Soldier said.

"We are at your call, should you require anything further." The other said as they took off.

(Resuming A Briefing Time)

"Now wait just a minute...!" Marquis Ballad exclaimed but too late.

"Claiomh Solais." Altina raised her hand as her Claiomh Solais appeared and she, Elliot, and Levi cast a dome around the room.

"Wha?!"

"Audio insulation field activated." Altina said. "Though our mission was impromptu, it appears to have succeeded nonetheless."

"Hehe, great." Elliot added. "And now that we've made sure no one can hear you..."

"We're just gonna have ourselves a nice long chat, shall we?" Ash finished, causing the group to sweatdrop.

"Woah, hey!" Juna intervened. "You're making us sound like the bad guys here!"

Fiona giggled. "Now now, Elliot. Tone it down a bit."

Ballad then saw Rean. "Wait a moment. Your hair is different, but there's no doubt, you're the Ashen Chevalier! And is that Mildine?!"

"Nice to see you again, Marquis Ballad." Rean replied.

Ballad moved to his chair and sat down in defeat. "Hmph. I've fallen completely into your trap. I'm losing my touch. Since the downfall of the Imperial Provincial Council, it's been a downhill slope. Damn it all! Was this all part of your scheme, Mildine?!"

"So you remember me. Touchy, but I won't ask again. Where are they?"

Marquis Ballard let out a laugh. "You're a fool!"

"Dah I mean...ahem! What I mean is that they're NOT here! Although, it would have been splendid if we could've at least greeted the princess when she arrived."

"What? They're not here in the mansion?" Nora asked. "Aww, so we waste our time here..." She pouted.

Levi pondered. "So if they're not here in the mansion then it must be..."

"Dreknor Fortress." Elliot answered. "That's where Father and the 4th Armored Divison is garrisoned."

"Indeed, we also expected her to be held in custody here. But on her journey via train from the capital, she made a stopover at a certain location. As you suspected, it was with that exchange student from Liberl."

"Then it looks like we have no other choice, but to go to the fortress itself." Levi sighed

"But how can we go into an Imperial fortress? It station with the 4rd Armored Division, right?" Kairi asked.

"We'll find a way to get in." Ren said

"We'll be taking our leave now." Musse said. "You won't tell us we were here, dear Great Uncle?"

"Hmph. What would I gain by telling you that your class was here?" He responded. "Now be on your way!"

"We well. And good luck." Levi said as they took off, leaving the office and then head through the backdoor and then head back to the temporary guild branch computer room, after contacting the Halbard, discussing their next move.

"Aww, man, that was a complete waste of time. I can't believe we finally got on. Only to blow in our face." Nora complained.

"None of us expected that she would visit the fortress with Tita. Still, why would they go there?" Ren wondered.

"Probably force to be there. Either that or our enemy predicted our next movement. That would be my guess." Levi said.

"I'm surprised that he's willing to tell us what we need to know." Kairi said.

"He doesn't seem to be lying either. If I have to guess, he probably wants revenge on the IDF forces or the Imperial Government." Venti shrug. "Still, I can't believe they would held Tita hostage. I thought she would be deported back to Liberl. I hope she's okay..."

"I imagine it has some sort of connection to Estelle's Bright entering the Empire." Rean remark.

"Is it a diversion?" Altina wondered

"Now it makes sense why we couldn't get in contact with Father or Neithardt." Fiona sigh.

"Like I said, our enemy possibly predicted our next movement and figured that we would go to Sutherland to rescue Alfin and Tita." Levi said.

"Yep. No doubt about it." Agate said as he came into the room.

"Oh, look who's here." Levi smiled.

"Fie, Noel, Tsubaki, Makoto and Tao got in contact with me. I'd been looking for Tita from here to Heimdallr. Never thought I'd end up at some huge fortress like this."

"You collected information from the RMP, then?" Altina asked

Agate nodded "Yep. Turns out the 4th Armored Division's got Tita and the Princess. But I'm willin' to bet there's a good reason they didn't mind lettin' Ballad and the RMP spell the beans."

"You have a point. I thought the same at first. I thought was because he wanted revenge on the IDF and the Imperial Government." Venti said.

"But if you think about it and predict our next move... It sounds like there's a catch." Levi said. "Or a test."

"Probably. But if there is a catch or a test... then what is it?" Sora wondered

"Maybe it involves the 4rd Armored Division?" Kairi asked.

"Either way, they want to see what move Class VII and friends will take now." Elliot sighed. "That definitely sounds like Dad."

"And Neithardt, too." Fiona added

"The Dreknor Fortress is the strongest base of the Imperial Army, and located in the southern reach of Erebonia." Altina told them. "Infiltration and hostage retrieval will prove extremely difficult."

"But what can we do? We made it this far?" Annette groan.

"We can't back down from this now." Rean said to them with determination. "They're holding Her Highness and Tita hostage as we speak. We have to do whatever it takes to see them to safety."

"I agree. We succeed at Ordis, who said we can't in Sutherland?" Levi agreed.

"Those two mean the world to me. I have no intention of giving up!" Musse nodded

"Well, I plan on tagging along with you guys. I've got a duty as Tita's Guardian after all." Agate said. "Plus, this ain't my first time breaking into a military fort." He said, pulling out a device.

"What's that you got there?" Sora asked

"I assume you have an idea of how to use it?" Rean asked

In Dreknor Fortress, there was sight of multiple Panzer Soldots in the base where two trunks came in and Imperial Soldots greeted them.

"You must be the delivery people." Alan greeted.

"Saint-Arkh Express, at your service!" The Young Driver greeted with a bow.

"We've brought you something from the department store.' The older driver added

"Must be something from Count Altheim... Here, let me have a look." Alan said as the Drivers begin to pull out several metal boxes with a stacker lift as the Imperial Soldiers pull out a bio-srnors and scan the boxes. "Hmm... Nothing out of the ordinary." He said as he keep moving. "By the way, have either of you received your draft cards?"

"Nope, we're still in the clear!" The Young driver said

"We really lucked out!" The Old Driver smiled

Alan was not happy with that response. "You...lucked out?" he turn to face them with a stern look. "Is it not the duty of all young Imperial men to protect their country in times of crisis?! How dare you make a mockery of your countryman who have already been called to the front by calling yourself 'lucky' not to join them?!"

"I... I'm sorry!"

"I really didn't mean it like that..."

"Hmm..." Alan fold his arms. "If you say so."

Suddenly a Bio sensor device responds to one of the boxes.

"Sir, our bio senor is picking something up!"

"What?" Alan turn to the Drivers. "What is the meaning of this?!"

"Come on then, little kitty." The older Diver knee down to pick up Celine and then they took off.

'Ugh, that was a close one... Can't say I love being called in to play decoy, but... Good luck in there, everyone.' Celine thought. She thought as the create were then deliver inside the fortress and the Imperial Soldiers took off.

"We're in." Juna said.

"I'm out of breath..." Altina added.

Levi sighed heavily. "No kidding… I'm flexible but being squished into a small container is rough."

"I'm not sure if I'm happy that I'm small or not. I like to be a little taller..." Annette sighed.

"Man, I remember being squash with Doland, Goofy and Jack back in Christmas Town." Sora stretched his arm out.

"It's my first time doing something like this." Kairi stretched out her arms.

"This wasn't how I imagined it to be." Kurt said. "I take it that device you used blocked the bio-sensors from detecting us?"

"Got it in one." Agate replied. "The sensor blocker is a miniaturized version of an invention Tita's grandfather put together. You know, we did something similar a while back in Liberl. But that black cat's little distraction came in handy, too."

"Phew, that was way to close for comfort though. I was this close to kick in some action." Nora said. "We definitely owe Celine a favor though."

"I can't say I'm happy what Alan said though." Levi grumbled. "I better banish the curse from him when I see him. Still, the strangest thing is how did not recognize Celine. Wait, now isn't the time for that. We got our rescue mission. Now that we're inside the fortress, we can finally rescue Tita and Alfin."

Rean look around their location."It's strangely empty here, don't you think?"

"Considering this is a tradesmen's entrance, there should be some guards here." Venti nodded "I had a bad feeling about this."

"Agreed. It's too easy." Levi nodded

"Well, we might as well keep going, right?" Agate replied

"We should be able to make our way up through there." Altina added

The group made their way toward the stairs of the entrance and entered a big room, an alarm started ringing throughout the fortress.

"Damnit. I knew that was too easy." Levi sighed.

"My greetings to you, Class VII. And to you as well, Heavy Blade." A voice was greeted by the speakers.

"I had a feeling you'd come, Elliot." Another voice spoke.

"Wh...dad?!" Elliot responded.

"And Lieutenant Colonel Neithardt." Rean said.

"Rean! Levi!" A sweet voice greeted.

"Agate!" Another voice called.

"That voice... Is that you, Princess Alfin?!" Rean asked

"Tita, you there, too?!" Agate added.

"Rean, Levi, everyone! Thank the Goddess you're all okay!" Alfin said, accompanied by her Pokemon.

"Your Highness." Rean replied.

"I'm relieved to hear as well." Levi said. "Princess Peach and the others aren't the only ones worried about you."

"Agate...you really did come for me." Tita smiled as her Pokemon respond with a happy look.

"Hah. Course I did!" Agate replied. "I said I'd look after you, didn't I?"

"You have no cause for worry. Her Highness and Miss Russell and their Pokemon are being treated with the utmost care." Neithardt said.

"Correct. They are under our protection after all. Not as prisoners, but as guests." Olaf added. "We'll be waiting for you in the control on the top floor. Should you wish for their freedom, you will have to come here and earn it."

"However...you enter the headquarters of the 4th Armoured Division. Loathe as we are to use them, we do have archaisms and Dr. Eggman's robots patrolling the premises. If you expect it to make it past them, you'll need to give it your all."

"Hah! Ya think that's gonna stop us, you got another thing comin'!" Agate slapped his fists.

"You better believe we'll give it our all!" Rean said.

"I eagerly await your arrival, my son. And the rest of Class VII as well." Olaf said

Juna sighed. " It's good to know they're all right, but, man...we suck at being stealthy."

"No it isn't that Juna. They know who we are and what we do, they had to be expecting us." Levi said. "But I suppose that's just how famous we've become for the past few years."

"It's bad enough that we're dealing with arguably the strongest armored division there is, but we've also got to face archaisms on top of that." Rean added

"Sounds like we need a diversion." Sara said, pulling out her Pokeballs and came out were her Rachu, Ampharos and Swoobat "My Pokemon and I can act as decoys and lure some enemies away from you."

"Just by you-"

"Rean, I know and understand your concern." Levi interrupted. "But you and I know Instructor Sara well. She's our Instructor, you should know what she's capable of."

"All right…" Rean sighed in defeat as Levi turn to Sara as she nodded.

"Agate, I'm leaving you in charge of this wild bunch?" Sara asked

Rean nodded as she and the others except Sora, Ren, Nora and Kairi pull out their Pokeballs and each came out where Rean's Charizard, Levi's Flygon, Juna's Togepi, Kurt's Prinplup, Altina's Wartortle, Venti's Butterfree, Musse's Tinkatuff, Ash's Clocalor, Elliot's Rillaboom and Annette's Wigglytuff.

"The General's gonna get his ass handed to him!" Ash smirked.

"We'll do anything to free our dear friends!" Musse agreed.

(Trails of Cold Steel IV ost - Awakening of the Great Dragon)

"All right, Team- commence assault on Dreknor Fortress! Move out!" Rean command.

"Let's do this, guys!" Elliot added

"Right!" Everyone agreed and they rush in.

The group took a left turn where they see Archaisms and Eggman Robots: Eggrobo, Cameron, Egg Hammer, and Egg Knight patrolling, spotted them and they begin to confront them.

Rean and Charizard dash toward as Rean swing his Tachi while Charizard use Flamethrower on the Archaism as Levi slash one while Flygon use Dragon Breath on the Cameron. Ash battle against an Archaisn with his Clocalor use Flamethrower, Musse shoot a few Eggman Robots but the Egg Knight shield itself with it shield until her Tinkatuff hammer swing the head. Elliot and Annette fire their magic while Wigglytuff use Playrough and Rillaboom use Drum Beating on two Archaisms. Kurt slash a few Archaisns as Prinplup use Metal Claw to slice them as Juna battle against an Egg Hammer who swings its hammer at her as her Togepi use use Ancient Power to grumble them. Altina fire laser from Claiomh Solais as Wartortale use Water Gun. The Archaisms and Cameron fire energy shots and bullets toward the group as Venti and the others dodge as Butterfree use Gust on them as Venti cast Galion Fort onto the Archaism and Eggman's robots. Sora and Kairi let out combo swings to each Archaism while Agate swing and clash with an Egg Hammer until he managed to cut the Egg Hammer and it exploded.

They enter the door and activate a switch where they head back to where they came and go through the hallway that was previously blocked to them. Then they encounter Imperial Soldiers in a large room. Accompany them are Heracross, Sneasel and Forretress.

"There you are, Class VII" A Squad Soldier called out to us

"It's been a while, Young Master Elliot and Lady Annette." One of them added

"It's the 4th Armored Division…" Rean muttered

"I'm pretty sure it was obvious." Levi sweatdrops as he looked at Rean

"They're supposedly the strongest division in all of Erebonia, right?" Juna asked

"Haha… I'd rather you not call me 'Young 'Master' anymore, okay? It's getting embarrassing." Elliot nervous smile.

"Also, what's with the 'Lady' part?" Annette asked.

"You are, Young Master Elliot's girlfriend are you not? It's only right we address you as such." One of the Squad soldier answered

"Did Dad told you to say that?" Elliot sighed.

"Knowing him, I bet." Annette said with a nervous smile before look serious. "Still, that doesn't mean you'll let us through, right?"

"I'm afraid not."

"The general specifically asked us to give you a hard time."

"Well, it is not unexpected that he would ask you to do that." Venti sighed.

"Well, we're not going to turn back." Rean said.

Elliot got his Orbal Staff out. "One way or another, we'll have to get past you and prove our resolve to my father." Elliot added. "So, I'm sorry, but we're not going to let you stand in our way!"

"Yeah. We'll fight to the end to reach him and rescue our friends." Annette agreed as she pull out Crusher.

"You've grown to be a fine, confident man." One of the Squad member said with a smile

"And he found a perfect partner as well." The other agreed as he wave his arm and Archaisms and Eggman Robots appeared.

"We'll be putting you to the rest, though, to see just what you're made off."

"As we face war with Calvard, a kind of poison of the mind has spread among the troops; strange weapons have been doled out… But we soldiers of the 4th Armored Division proudly carry on! If you think we're in the wrong, prove it to us in battle!"

"Since you're asking for it!" Agate smirked

"We won't make this easy for you either." Sora said.

"Yeah! We're gonna show ya who's boss!" Nora grinned as the team got their weapons out.

"Let's dance, shall we?" Venti smirked

"Enough talk, let's settle this!" Kurt nodded

"Engaging!" Altina nodded

Rean form a link with Levi, Juna form a link with Kurt, Altina form a link with Venti, Musse form a link with Ash, Sora form a link with Kairi, and Agate form a three way link with Nora and Ren.

Rean form a Pokemon link with Charizard, Levi form a Pokemon link with Flygon, Juna form a Pokemon link with Togepi, Kurt form a Pokemon link with Prinplup, Altina form a Pokemon link with Wartortle, Venti form a Pokemon link with Butterfree, Musse form a Pokemon link with Tinkatuff, Ash form a Pokemon link with Crocalor, Elliot form a link with Rillaboom and Annette form a Pokemon link with Wigglytuff.

The Squrds form their Pokemon link with their Heracross, Sneasel and Forretress.

The Sneak Gunner Gs along with Phalanx J9s, Buzz Bombers, Egg Pawns, E-2000 and Squad member being firing bullets to the group as Forretress use Gyro Ball as it launch itself toward the team. The team split up as the swordsman soldiers lung toward Rean and Levi with Heracross and Sneasel. Flygon use Dragon Pulse as Charizard use Fire Blast toward the Heracross and Sneasel as fire attack moves was super effective against an ice type.

Agate charge toward the E-2000 and swing his heavy sword but it form a shield around itself as Nora and Ren run around it and then Nora dash toward and swing to push it back and Ren fire bullets at it.

E-2000 undo its barrier and then fire laser at the ground until Nora fire a grende at it and exploded while Agate swing his sword knock it to the wall.

"Sneasel!" Sneasel use Ice Shard on Flygon as it was super effective but didn't flinched as it was strong enough to withstand it for now.

"Heracross!" Heracross use Horn Attack on Charizard and push it back.

As Rean and the Imperial Soldier swing at each other, Rean kick the soldier's guts to push him off as Charizard use Flare Blitz on Heracross while Levi's Flygon use Dragon Tail to push the Inperial Soldier back and Levi then use Penetrate Hurl onto the Soldier, the Heracross, Egg Pawns, Buzz Bombers, Phanlanx and Sneak Gunners Gs as Rean then use Arcane Gale onto them. Musse shotlock onto the Soldiers, Archaisns and Eggman Robots as Ash swirl his axe and then rush in to the Egg Hammer and swing at each other until he slide to his left and swing on its guts to knock it upward as Crocalor use Flamethower on it while Tinkatuff jump to avoid the Egg Pawns rifle shots but she swing her hammer and then use Brutal Swing to knock one Egg Pawn to the Archaism.

"Explosion Wave!" Altina use her Bomb Magic to explode on Eggman Robots and Archaisms as Venti begin to use his craft: Stormeye 2 to gather the Archaisms and Eggman Robots in one place as Butterfree use Air Slash and Wartortle use Water Gun.

Kurt swing his sword at the Egg Knight as it block his attack with his shield until Kurt slide behind it and then unleash twin slashes as Prinplup use Metal Claw.

Juna jump back to avoid Forretress's Gyro Ball and then begin to use Pin Pissle as Togepi use Metronome which respond to Protect to protect Juna.

"Thanks Togepi~" Juna cheered as she then noted the Imperial Solder begin shooting at her. Juna rush to her left before taking an aim at Togepi, "Not on my watch!" Juna dash toward to throw a few punches at the Imperial Soldier who dodge her attack to kick her. But Juna was fast to counter and punch the soldier in the face and then use Brave Smash.

Sora swing his Keyblade at the Sneak Gunner Gs as the Egg Knight launch jabs onto him as Kairi used Shift Strike to attack it, then Kairi summon pillars of light as Sora then usr Ragnaroc onto the Archaisms.

One of the Imperial Soldier rush to Elliot to slash him, but he block with his Orbal Staff and then kick the Soldier back and then fire magic projection at him and then summon fireballs to throw at them as Annette rush in and swing Crusher to push the soldier back. Sneak Gunner G, Phalanx J9s and Buzz Bombers shoot at Annette who run to her left and then casts Excalibur, pulling them into the tornado as it shred them while she jump into the air and then slam crusher to the ground to create earth spikes to destroy them. Annette then swung Crusher to the Soldiers with a force to push them back as Levi lunged toward the soldier and slash through them. Rean had the same idea as he used Arcane Gale.

Egg Hammers swing their Hammer at Ash to push him back but he jump back to avoid getting hit while Musse use her Ice Magic to summon Ice-shape vines to capture them, freeze them and Ash slash through them, crumbling them. Agate swing down, cutting Sneak Gunner Gs after the other as Nora smash Egg Pawns and Ren slash through the Phalanx J9s. Wigglytuff use Gyro Ball onto the Soldiers as Rillaboom use Drum Beating onto the Pokemon as well. Forrestress use Gyro Ball while Sneasel use Blizzard onto the group.

Levi use Primordial Burst to strike them as Rean follow up by slashing the Sneasel as Charizard use Fire Blast to knock Forrestress back. Heracross use Brick Break onto Levi, but he block it and parries it as Flygon uses Dragon Claw to knock it back to the Soldier. Altina use Brionac 2 as Venti Cast Albion Wolf to crush them. Kurt use Rain Slash 2 to destroy the Archaisms as Annette swing Crusher to destroy E-2000.

The Imperial Soldot was going to shoot while the other two readied their sword toward Ash and Musse, but Sora cast Thunaga onto them as Kairi shoot Blizziga onto them. Ash use Deadman Darts while Musse charge a power orbal laser beam at them and strike them. Sneasel, Heracross and Forrestress readied their next attack, but Butterfree use Stun Spore on them to Paralyze them. Wartortle use Rapid Spin on them and Togepi use Metronome which use Surf as a giant wave spawn from Togepi and then splashes them and the Imperial Soldiers to the wall, knocking them onto their knees.

"Plagh!" The Imperial Soldier soldier spit out water. "I wasn't expecting to get hit by a wave..."

"But you have to admit... They live up to their reputations..." The other panted.

"Yeah... it's well deserved..." One of the soldiers look at the group. "Heh, you might just stand a chance against the general."

"Sneas..." Sneasel groaned.

"Forretress..." Forrestess groaned

"Hera... Heracross..." Heracross groaned.

"Let me ask you something." Rean said as we withdrew our weapons. "You mention a 'poison of the mind.' As far as you can tell, is Alan being affected by it?"

"I'd like to know that, too." Elliot nodded

"Same here." Levi replied

"I'd assume so. It's been happening all over."

"Something about this war makes soldiers abruptly change their behavior."

"You lot might just be able to..." He said before he, his comrades and their Pokemon fell unconscious.

"They're all unconscious." Ren remark.

"Yeah... the 'Poison of the mind' must be the curse. And it's only spelling trouble." Levi sighed. "Alan that idiot..."

"Let's keep going. Remain vigilant." Rean command.

"Roger that." Juna nodded as we keep moving. "Okay, I see why they called these soldiers the strongest in Erebonia."

"We'd be in serious trouble if it was one-on-one." Kurt replied.

"No kidding." Venti nodded.

"It just goes to show how strong Erebonia is." Ren remark as they spotted a block passage.

"Dang it! Another blockade!" Sora groaned.

"The next room should have the switch." Kairi remark. "However, it might be guarded."

"You're right. Brace yourself." Agate agreed as they go in and see two Imperial Soldiers with Electrode, Jolteon, with Sneak Gunner M, R and G, Egg Gunner and Egg Guardian.

The two soldiers form Pokemon link with Electrode and Jolteon.

Venti use Storm eye 2 to gather them all in one place as Altina use Bomb Magic to exploded toward them. Rean use Arcane Gale onto them as Levi use Spiral Pillar. The Soldiers recovered as one begin to shoot at them while Eletrode use Thunderbolt with Jolteon toward the group. The Egg Gunner and Sneak Gunner G and R shoot their bullets while M send out a wavelength to harm them but Primplup use Whirlpull to gether them together as Flygon use Earth Power to strike them as Tinkatuff use Fairy Wind and Butterfree use Air Slash.

One soldier rush to Agate to swing at him as Agate block and parry with him and then launch a powerful swing to push him back as Nora jump in and then swing him to the wall. The Soldier recovered as Ren begin to slash him. As the two swing their weapons at each other. the Soldier run around as he rapidly shoots toward the group. Juna charge a shot and fire an energy sphere toward the gunner as halt his shooting. Kurt then unleash a series of slashes as the Archaism fire bullets onto the group. Musse use Penta Shot to gather them in one place as Ash dash through them with a powerful swing and Crokalor use Flamethrower onto them.

Elliot use Symphony Storm while Annette run toward the Sneak Gunner G and smash it. Sora and Kairi use Strike Raid onto the Archaisms, as Jolteon use Discharge toward the group as Electrode use Gyro Ball, but Flygon use Earth Power on them and it was super effective as Charizard use Fire Blast on them to knock them toward the two soldiers' as Wigglytuff use Hyper Voice and Rillaboom use Boomblast to knock them to the wall and knock unconscious.

"Hey, where's the switch?" Nora look around. "Cause I don't see it."

Juna then spotted the vent, looking as she wanted to complain. "Oh no, I think I know where. Do we really have to go through it?"

"No. Leave it to me." Levi said, casting his magic to transform the team into wisp and go through he wall and enter a room where it has the switch and change back.

"Okay, how the hell did they design a room where you have to crawl into a vent to get through?" Ash wondered.

"I don't know, but whoever design it like that must be either an idiot or a genius for wasting time." Agate sigh. "Either way, that's one way to avoid the switch to be found." He said as Levi activated the switch.

"Right. But come on. We got places to be." Levi turn his team into wisp again as they go through he wall and change back and run through the hallway and go up the stairs to the second floor.

Upon arriving to the second floor, they encounter more 4th Armor Division where they are accompanied by Tangrowth, Hypno, Machamp, Conkeldurr, Garchomp and Glalie. With them are Phalanx J9s and Egg Cannons.

Musse cast Dimond Nove onto them but they jump out of the way as Levi and Rean dash toward one of the soldiers while Agate, Nora and Ren to the other. One Soldier rapidly fire at the group along with the Egg Cannon and Phalanx J9s. Levi swirl his Glaive into a shield to repel them and then take on the soldier with Rean while Agate launch heavy swings onto them. Tangrowth use Vipe Whip onto Agate until Sora use Magnega to gather them all and then everyone begin to unleash an all out attack onto them with hacking, slashing and bashing. Kairi shotlock them and use Heart of a Princess to rain down magical spheres onto them. Then Elliot, Altina, Venti, Musse and Annette cast their magic and Arts along with Charizard, Flygon, Tinkatuff, Crokolar, Prinplup, Wartortle launch their Fire Blast, Earth Power, Fairy wind, Flamethrower, Bubble Beam and Water Gun and unleash cause an explosion that knock them out.

Ren look around and spotted a vent where Levi turn everyone into wisp again and go through the wall and found a switch, guarded by Zephyrathes, Sneak Gunner G,M and R.

Levi dash toward and use Spiral Pillar onto them as Rean follow up with Arcane Gale. Flygon use Earth Power and Chiarzard use Flamethrower. The Zephyrathes move swiftly and fire rockets onto them as Agate slash them as they exploded. Butterfree use Airslash onto the Gunners as Tinkatuff use Brutal Swing to destroy them. Annette cast Cutting Gale onto it while Elliot conjure thunder blades and launch them to the Archaisms as the Gunner series shoot bullets and wavelengths toward the group. Ash jump into the air and use Rumbling Smash and then pull out darts and use Deadman Darts while Kurt use Rain Slash 2. Juna fire several bullets as the Zephyrathe fire laser beams from it's hand. Sora use Thunaga onto it while Kairi use Blizzaga. Togepi use Ancient Power while Prinplup use Whirlpool to gather them together. Wiggletuff then use Gyro Ball and Everyone use Burst to destroy the Archaisms.

The group then activate the switch and heard the door unlock as Levi turn them back into wisp and then go through the wall and return to the hallway.

"You know, Craig the Red might even have one up on Old Man Morgan." Agate said

"Who?" Sora asked

"I suppose you're referring to General Morgan of the Liberlian army?" Altina clarified.

"Oh yeah! He's the God of War isn't he? But didn't he retire?" Venti asked.

"Yeah, he did." Agate nodded

"I hear he's both extremely strong and has incredible skill with a halberd." Rean recalled

"From the sound of it, he's kind of like Principal Vandyke." Elliot said.

"I wonder who will win in a sparing match if those two ever met up." Levi wondered as they go through a door that leads to a large area.

(BGM paused)

"Stop right there!" Alan yelled within the Crimson Zauber Soldot. "Rean...Levi...and Class VII? What in Aidios's name are you doing here?!" The one in the red Soldat asked.

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Consparicy in Motion)

"I recognize that voice... Alan, is that you?!" Levi responded.

"Yeah, it's me. I haven't been briefed about this! What is going on? And why are we even bringing out these weapons just to deal with a handful of intruders? Just a few 4th Armored Division is all it would take to subdue them!"

"Damn it Alan, since when did you become all cocky? Now get out of that machine, it's too dangerous for you to pilot that thing!"

"Not a chance. What I want to know is why you guys don't give a damn about the future of Erebonia?!"

"We do care about Erebonia! But this war is wrong!" Sora yelled

"That's right! Can't you see this is all wrong?!" Kairi yelled

"Silence!" Alan pointed his sword at the team. "How dare you insult the Empire! This war is what we need to destroy that trash nation Calvard! They're the ones who attacked us and nearly killed our Emperor! Why are you trying to jeopardize it?! Does the Emperor's life mean nothing to you!? You may be my classmates, but right now, you're the enemies of the Empire, me, and Bridget!"

"Alan, you big idiot! We're not trying to jeopardize Erebonia, we're trying to save it!" Levi yelled

"It's no use." Rean clench his fist. "The curse has a hold on him. There's no other way to get through to him."

"Tch. That damn curse..." Levi grumbled. "But you're right. We'll knock sense into that idiot after this." He turn to Rean. "Rean. I think this is a good chance for Altina to join in with her new Soldot."

"Your right. Are you ready, Altina?"

Altina nodded. "Ready!"

(BGM paused)

(Trails of Cold Steel IV ost - With our Own Hands)

Levi use his magic to summon Valimar and Goliath Noa as Rean and Altina head to their respectful Divine Knight and Soldot as they enter the cockpit and begin to operate them.

"The Ashen Knight? And a Goliath Noa?!"

"Hah! Such worhty opponents!"

"So you still insist on opposing us... Alan growled. "Fine! Then I'll make sure it's the last thing you ever do!"

"This isn't like you Alan! Snap out of it!" Rean yelled

"Shut up!" Alan yelled as he dash toward Valimar with a dark energy blade but Valimar blocked it and parried with him.

Before Valimar can attack, the Zauber Soldot with the rifle begin shooting dark energy bullets onto Valimar, forcing him to block it as the other Zauber Soldot launches a swing attack. Valimar blocks it and then launches a counterattack by swinging the Sword of the End at it and then pushing the soldot back. Altina punches the ground to create shockwaves to push the soldots back as she then fire a bullet cannon onto the soldiers. The Zauber Soldots begin to fire at the Goliath as Altina blocks it with her arms and Alan dashes toward and unleashes a strong swing on it. But then Altina countered back but was too slow as Alan countered by slashing upward.

Altina took the damage but she fire rocket lockets at Alan and stabbed him as Valimar charged in and swung his sword at him. The Zauber Soldot with the gun than before to fire both at Valimar and Goliath Noa while Alan begin to swing his dark energy sword at them. Valimar dodge both attacks while Altina block it and then counter by fire a laser beam toward Alan and knocking him to the wall. The Valimar dash toward and unleash a series of slashes onto the Soldot with the rifle while Altina swing fire a rocket launch toward the other Zauber.

The other Zauber dodged but Altina then fire a laser at it and struck it for Valimar to strike it. Alan then unleash a red energy wave to buff himself and the other two soldots but Valimar unleashes a powerful slash onto all three Soldots, then he raise his Tachi in the air and swing down and rain down large slash projections onto all three Zaubers, causing them to malfunction.

(Resuming Conspiracy in Motion)

"Nuuuugh! Curse you!"

"Is this... my limit...?"

"Screw you... All... Menace... to Empire... to... Bridget!" Alan growled weakly before he pass out.

"Alan, you big idiot." Levi muttered as he, Elliot and Ash help pull Alan and the other two out of the Zauber Soldots and see they're covered in a black aura. "Damn it. The curse is sapping away Alan's sanity. Hang on you big idiot." Levi then channel his power and then wave his arm, spreading his power around the room to purge the black miasma from Alan and the two soldiers. "There... that should do it."

"Good going, Levi. But damn... I didn't think it would be this bad while I was imprisoned." Rean grumbled.

"No one suspected something like this would happen. Still, this damn curse is a lot stronger then I thought if it were able to get this hold onto people."

"Yeah. To make one draw their sword and attack a friend they've known for years, without hesitation, deaf to reason..." Elliot sighed.

"This curse is really evil..." Kairi said, looking down. "It's full with a horrible darkness..."

"Indeed. It makes the reality of what we're up against all the more apparent." Musse agreed.

"Looks like it's over, huh?" A voice asked as they spotted the same soldiers they fought before.

(BGM ended)

"Huh? Oh it you guys. The Soldiers from earlier." Sora said.

"You guys up for another round?" Nora asked

"No. We know that we've already lost. We didn't come here to attack you. We'll handle Alan. You guys go on ahead."

"He might have lost his mind, but he's still our comrade. He's become unpredictable, and he might try to kill us. But we're not leaving him like this."

"Oh. Okay." Nora casually wrap her arms behind her back.

"Then we'll leave him and the other soldiers in your care." Ren nodded

(Resuming Awakening of the Great Dragon)

The team then begin to head to the door.

"I know Levi managed to purge the curse but... do you think they'll be okay?" Altina asked

"I think they'll be fine since they volunteer." Venti nodded. "Still, the whole world is in danger with the curse lying around. We need to find some way to dispel it for good."

"Your right. There's got to be a source for everything. It may came from the Great One but how can we dispel it?" Levi wondered. "But we can worried about that after we rescue Alfin and Tita."

"You're right. If we save our world from Xehanort, so we can save it from the Great Twilight." Rean nodded in agreement.

"We're almost there, but stay alert and ready!" Elliot said

"Right!" Kairi nodded as they continue to the next hallway.

"I have to admit, I can understand the position they must be in…" Rean replied.

"Yeah, I imagine the other divisions must have it just as hard." Elliot nodded

"No kidding. I can't even imagine what they're going through." Juna added.

"I imagine it's very hard…" Venti replied.

"Damn you Osborne. You and that stupid law…" Levi mumbled to himself.

They begin to encounter a group of Eggman Robots and Archaisms until they defeat them and continue onward where they see a Vent where Levi use his magic to transform into a wisp to activate the switch on the empty room. Levi then return to the others and move on to the once seal area where they go through a few hallways until they reach the Command Center.

"That's the Fourth Division's crest!" Kurt said, looking at the crest aboe the door.

"Sweet, this is finally it then." Agate said. 'I'm coming, Tita.' He thought as they entered the room.

"There you are. We've been waiting." Olaf said as we entered the room where Olaf, Neithhardt, Alfin, and Tita are waiting for them along with their Pokemon, and with them were Garchomp and Mamoswine.

"Dad! Lieutenant Colonel!" Elliot replied.

"Princess Alfin!" Rean respond

"Thank Aidios you're safe." Levi sigh with relief

"You okay, Tita?" Agate asked.

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Things to Tell You)

"Rean… Levi… everyone… I thought… I might never see you again!" Alfin sniffed

"It's been far too long… Sorry for all the worry we caused you." Rean smiled

"We're all right...but what about you Agate?" Tita responded.

"Heh… Same as ever. Glad to see you safe." Agate answered

"General Craig...Lieutenant Colonel Neithardt, you have my thanks. I know with you, they've been in good hands." Rean said.

"Naturally. We could do no less for Her Highness, nor a student of Thors." General Craig replied.

"Though perhaps it wasn't quite the most entertaining of stays." Neithardt said.

Juna laughed a little. "Well, it can't be half as bad as being stuck with Marquis Ballad for company."

"Agreed. That would be tantamount to torture." Altina said.

Kurt sweatdrop. "Well, now I almost feel bad for him..."

"Eh, I don't. Considering he is... well... you know." Venti casually wrap his arm behind his neck.

"Hello, Mr. Crag. It's been awhile since we last spoken with each other. Has it been a year or so?" Annette asked.

"Since the existence of Pokemon has come to our world, Prince Olivert has worked tirelessly to reveal to the world that Pokemon can co-exist with society. As it example to the Pokemon Regions, and the Mushroom Kingdom. Naturally, it felt right that we should co-exist with them."

"Indeed. these fine creatures may be a gift from the goddess since our worlds were merge with others. As such, it's fair we treat them right, unlike some people who seem them as tools. And since Chancellor Osborne also deem fit for them to enlist in the military as well. But regardless, they're also being treated with fine care, right Mamoswine?" Olaf asked

"Mamosine." Craig's Mamswing nodded with its eyes respond happy.

"In any case, my commendations to all of you for making it thus far. I have to say I'm impressed. Not even the full might of the 4th Armored Division was enough to stop you. You've done your father proud, Elliot. Gone is the cute, little cherub I once cradled in my arms."

"Aww, come on, Dad. Do you really have to call me that in front of everyone? Espcually in front of my girlfriend too?" Elliot asked. "You should already know this by now. We won't let anything stop us. We decided we were gonna win, and that's what we'll do."

Although you were a very late to enroll in Thors by Prince Olivert's request. It almost felt like you were a student when you first enrolled."

"Yeah." Levi said, touching his chest. "I don't know why but... it felt like I was a student from the beginning. How quite strange. And yet... I'm quite happy. To have learn along side the people I fought aside with, to become the people I love with all my heart. Fought alongside the civil war, have jobs, and even been throughout several places, learning and growing about each other and each passing day. I owe so much to Prince Olivert. When he lost his live... I felt part of my heart was cracking."

"Oh, Levi..." Alfin said, looking happy and sad.

"I could never repay Prince Olivert for the help he's given me. I'm sure everyone else agrees with me. But that's all the more reason for me not to avenge him, but to help carry out his dream. "He's right." Rean said, readied his Tachi. "We owe it to them to rise above you...and come out on top."

"Let's shown them how much we have grown together! As a team, and as comrade in arms!" Venti added as he and his classmates brought out their weapons.

"Yeah!" Sora said as he and Kairi summon their Keyblades. "Even in the darkest of times, our hearts are as one and we will overcome any trials!"

Agate chuckled as he summon his Heavy Blade. "Not bad at all, kids."

"Haha, they just like us." Nora smiled

"Yep." Ren agreed as he and Nora pull out their weapons.

"Everyone..." Alfin said quietly with a smile.

"Agate..." Tita said quietly with a smile.

"Gar." Alfin's Gardenvoir giggled.

Olaf chuckled. "Take a good look, Neithardt. Before us stands the spirit of the Lionheart Emperor himself."

"Indeed. The new Class VII embodies him well." Neithardt nodded. "That being the case, we'd be doing them a disservice if we held back." He said as he pull out his sword.

"This will be your final test!" General Craig said, pulling out his Glaive. "Prove to me your strength and resolve! Prove that you can still stand tall against an empire driving itself to despair and destruction!"

"We will!" Rean replied. "Let's go, Levi, Elliot! New or Old, we fight as Class VII. As Thors!"

"Heck yeah!" Levi exclaimed.

"Right! Together, we form a harmony unlike any other!" Elliot smiled

"I like your spirit! There's no way I'm sitting this one out." Agate smirked

"Don't forget about us!" Sora said.

"We're some real stubborn punks! You ready?" Ash smirked

"Tita! Your Highness! Please, wait for us!" Musse requested

"Right!" Alfin nodded

The General and Lieutenant Coronel of the Fourth Armored Division and their Pokemon - Olaf Craig and Neithardt and Mamoswine and Garchomp

Rean form a link with Levi, Juna form a link with Kurt, Altina form a link with Venti, Musse form a link with Ash, Sora form a link with Kairi, and Agate form a three way link with Nora and Ren.

Rean form a Pokemon link with Charizard, Levi form a Pokemon link with Flygon, Juna form a Pokemon link with Togepi, Kurt form a Pokemon link with Prinplup, Altina form a Pokemon link with Wartortle, Venti form a Pokemon link with Butterfree, Musse form a Pokemon link with Tinkatuff, Ash form a Pokemon link with Crocalor, Elliot form a link with Rillaboom and Annette form a Pokemon link with Wigglytuff.

On the opposite sight, Craig form a link with Neithhardt while Craig form a Pokemon link with Mamoswine and Neithardt form a Pokemon link with Garchomp.

Craig empower himself as he swirl his Halbard and then launch a powerful swing toward the group as Mamoswine use Blizzard onto the Team. Charizard counter it with Fire Blast and create an explosion as Rean and Levi dash toward Olaf while Juna and Kurt rush to Neithardt.

Olaf swirl his Glaive and took a strong stance as he swing at Levi and Rean as the two of them block the attack and then Olaf punch the ground to create a small shockwave as Neithardt kick Kurt back and knock Juna with a swing of his sword and then imbued his sword with a golden energy and dash toward Rean and Levi and slashes them as Olaf launch a clockwise spin to push them back. Nora and Ren long toward the Duo but Garchomp and Mamoswine got in front of them and Garchomp use Dragon Claw while Mamoswine use High Horsepower to knock them both away.

Levi and Rean recovered as Rean and Levi use True Crimson Slash and Penetrate Hurl toward them while Flygon and Charizard use Dragon Pulse and Flamethrower toward them four. They split up but Venti use Storm Eye 2 to gather them in one place and the attack struck them with a fiery explosion. Altina then ran up with Claiomh Solais and Ash, Sora, Kairi and Agate as Olaf swing his Glaive to push the smoke, impale the ground and then created a large shockwave which knock Agate back but Ash, Sora, Kairi and Altina jump over it as Ash swing down and force Olaf to block it as Mamoswine charge to ram them, but Wartortale use Rapin Spin to knock to its side and Crocalor use Flamethrower on Mamoswine and it's super effective.

Kurt rush toward Neithardt as they both swing at each other as both of their swords glow with their power as Juna then use Frozen Fist to punch Neithardt to knock him back. Garchomp rush in with Dragon Claw but Togepi use Metronome and use Dragon Pulse to push Garphomp back as Prinplup use Metal Claw on Garchomp. But Garchomp block with it's arm and coutner by using Stone Edge and knock it back with its tail. Neithardt then let out combo slashes onto Kurt and Juna but they both block it with their weapons but slide back by Neithardt's strength. Sora then use Sonic Raid to strike Neithardt as Kairi follow up with Shift Strike and knock Neighardt back. Nora lung toward Neithardt and swing her hammer and knock him back.

Neithardt recovered, only for Ren to dash in and slashed him. Ren and Neithardt swing at each other until Olaf unleash a hurricane technique to push back Ash, Agate, Altina, Rean, Levi back. Olaf then rush to aid Neithardt, but Butterfree use Stun Spore to stun him.

"Ngh! Stun Spore!" Olaf grunted.

"Sonata's Rhythm Dance!" Elliot summoned musical notes around Olaf and created a musical explosion with devastating hits.

Olaf jump out of the smoke, imbued his Glaive with power, and charged to swing at Elliot who was ready his next attack, however, Annette save the day got in front of him and swung Crusher up as both weapons connected to create a powerful shockwave. Both Annette and Olaf jump back at each other as he landed as he then charge toward Annetter as she respond in kind. Both swing at each other until Elliot swirl his Orbal Staff and then fire a magic beam toward Olaf who dodge, but Annette use this to swing Crusher on Olaf's guts and knock him into the wall.

"Haha! Excellent!" Olaf laughed as he hop off the wall and then impale the ground as his fist charge with energy, jump up and slam the ground to crate a large shockwave.

Agate used his craft: Draguna Edge to cut through the shockwave. Venti summon a magic circle underneath himself and Musse and both were launch into the air.

"Whoa!" Musse yelped as she swirl at first but then regain her stance and fire multiple bullets into the air along with Venti shooting arrows onto Neithardt, Olaf, Garchomp and Mamoswine.

Levi and the others jump to avoid the shockwave while the other Pokemon were slam to the wall. Mamoswine then use Earthquake to explode onto the Team while Garchomp use Draco Meteor onto the team and strike them, except for Togepi because Dragon type move don't have any affect against Fairy Types. While Butterfree, Venti, Musse, Charizard and Flygon got a free pass since they're flying in the air, Musse and Venti landed as Olaf and Neithardt rush toward Elliot's left and launch a powerful swing to knock him and Annette back and Neithardt launch a combo slash on Agate.

Agate recovered and then use Beat Down on Neithardt as Nora follow up by slamming her hammer on Neighardt's gut and push him back a few feet. Ren then begin shooting at Neithardt who repel by swirling his sword as Garchomp use Giga Impact toward Ren with immense speed. Ren was very close to dodge it. Mamoswine then Sand Tomb to trapped the Team but they jump in time as Ash use Rumbling Smash 2 on Mamoswine and Crocalor use Flamethrower and it was Super effective.

Mamoswine held strong as he ram toward Crocalor and knock him toward Ash as Musse shotlock.

"Heads up~" Musse fire several magic bullets onto Olaf and his team and cause in an explosion.

"Here's a pick me up~" Venti then cast Albion Wolf onto Olaf's team as Elliot follow up with Diamond Nova and Annette with Excalibar as Butterfree use Gust to gather them and strike at them together.

Wiggletuff then use Play Rough onto Garchomp and it was Super Effective as Levi dash it, then and unleash a flurry off slashes through them and then impale the ground to create Glave Blades to strike them. That was his craft: Blade of Arcanum as Rean follow up with Waning Crescent Slash. Olaf and Neithardt then launch slash projection to push Rean back as Olaf took a stance and then he let out a warcry and a red aura empower him and then swing his Glaive to unleash a large slash projection onto the group. Agate rushes him to swing at Olaf, but Neithardt imbued his sword with a golden energy and lung toward Agate and swing at each other.

Levi imbued his Glaive with his silver aura and slash the projection attack into two. Annette jump into the air and then she warcry and swing Crusher down onto the ground where she create earth spikes around herself and spread toward Neighardt and Olaf and struck them as Elliot ran up to his father and then wack him in the cheek to push him a little while Agate knock Neighardt with a punch, siding further. Then Olaf and Neithardt's lung toward Annette but, she channel wing magic in her palms and cast Excalibar to knock both of them back.

Ash rush toward Neighardt but Garchomp got in the way. Ash swing at him but Garchomp block the attack with his arm and then use Dragon Claw on him, but Ash dodged and kicked Garchomp's chin and then punched the gut to slide it a few feet as Musse fire bullets shots at Garchomp. Garchomp then use Earthquake onto them and explode on them.

Crocalor jump up and use Snarl on Garchomp. Butterfree then use Psybeam on Garchomp as Tinkatuff use Playrough on Garchomp to have a super effect. Mamoswine then Take Down toward Agate and knock him back as Olaf empower himself and impale the ground to create earth spike which Annete slam crasher to the ground to create her own earth spikes. Both spikes collide and exploded on each other, but Olaf jump into the air and then plung the ground to create large earth spikes which shake the ground where Mamoswine use Blizzard toward the Team. Kairi use Starcrackle to reflect it back at Mamoswing and then she cast Firaga on Mamoswine and Sora airstep toward Olaf and unleash a keyblade combo onto him. Olaf recovered and he punch Sora to the wall as Neithardt dash toward Kairi and unleash combo slashes and then knock her away

Nora shoot grenade toward Nehiardt and Olaf while Ren shoot at them. Both of them deflected it as Olaf dash toward Nora and swing to knock her to the wall and then another swing to knock Ren back.

"Mamoswine, Earthquake!" Olaf command

"Mamooooooo!" Mamoswing use Earthquake to explode onto the group.

"Garchamp, Draco Meteor!" Neihardt yelled.

"Gaaaaarugh!" Garchomp then use Draco Meteors as meteors were launch to the ceiling and struck the party.

"Ngh! Not over yet!" Kurt yelled as he empower himself with Blade Dance 2. "

"Hooooha!" Juna use the combat art, Healing Pulse to heal herself.

Elliot switch to a Violin and then play music. "Remedy Fantasia!" He yelled, using his S-Craft Remedy Fantasia 2 to heal the entire party.

"Take this!" Annnete then use Abaxas onto Olaf and Neighardt and struck them as Wiggletuff use Gyro Ball onto them and the Pokemon.

"Togi Togi." Togepi use Metronome and it respond to Dazzling Gleam. "Priiiiii~"

"Ngh!" Olaf grunted.

Levi imbued his Glaive with rainbow colors as it extended its range. "Rune Stella!" Levi use his S craft to trapped Olaf, Neithardt, Garchomp and Mamoswine in the sphere and then launch a wide slash and explode the sphere into a starry sky.

Annette and Elliot then combine their magic together as they both fire Excalimar and Symphony Storm together onto Olaf, Neighardt, Garchomp and Mamoswine and create an explosion in the office where Alfin's Gardevoir use Protect to protect Alfin and the others.

"Ngh..."

"Ugh..." Olaf and Neighardt fell onto their knees as their combat link break and Garchomp and Mamoswine fell onto the ground conscious of their defeat as their eyes swirling.

"Hah... Hah..." Annette panted heavily along with Elliot and the others.

"Looks like...we did it, guys." Rean said.

"Yeah... they really know how to push us." Levi said with a nervous laughed.

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - The First Waltz)

"Hah...Remarkable." Neithardt replied. "I didn't expect you to measure up to us so quickly."

"Hahahaha! 'Measure up to'? Why, they utterly crushed us!" Craig said. "You've more than proven to me that you possess both the strength to fight for what you believe in and the resolve to guide you there."

"Dad." Elliot replied.

"Rean!"

Alfin ran up to Rean and cuddled him.

"Agate!" Tita then ran up to Agate and she hugged him tight.

"Woah, Tita! What you scared I wouldn't win or somethin'?" Agate replied.

"Ohhh, don't you start that, Agate." Tita pouted "You're always, always looking for trouble! Did you even consider how dangerous this all was?! If something happened to you, I don't know what I… I…"

Agate chuckled as he hugged her back. "Calm down, it wasn't all that bad. It's not like I came on my own after all. Besides, I'd do anything to come rushing to save you. I promised your family I'd keep you safe, and I'm gonna keep my word." Agate smiled. "But hell, promise or not, I'd still come rushing to save you." He whisper the last part.

"A-Agate?"

"Aww, so you do like her~" Levi grinned

Agate turn to Levi. "Shut the hell up!"

"Your Highness, I hope you can forgive me for taking so long." Rean said, hugging her

"Speak nothing of it! You don't need to apologize at all!" Alfin replied. "I couldn't be happier seeing you alive and well! I... But... Are you really all right? At one point, I felt Levi's power but..."

"I'm fine now. You don't need to worry. Besides, it pales in comparison to what you have been through." Rean then comfort her with his hand on her head during the hug. "It must have been difficult... Moreso than any of us know. But you stayed strong through it all. Even your Pokemon knew this." He said, turning to Gardevoir, Sylveon, Dragonite, Aurorus and Fosmoth who respond with a smile. "I'm glad you're our princess. I'm glad Elise has the honor of calling you her closest friend, but most of all, we're glad to know you."

"Oh Rean...you really are far too kind and selfless for your own good." Alfin replied as she pulled away. "No matter how you different you may look Rean, you always will always be you."

"Ah, haha… Wow. Is It, uh, getting hot in here for anyone?" Juna asked as she blushed.

Levi chuckled. "Well we are witnessing a hot and heavy moment from Rean and Her Highness like something from a fairy tale."

"The Lovey-Dovey energy filling this room will soon reach dangerous levels. Further exposure is bound to induce vomiting." Altina added.

"Eh… we'll let the lovebirds have their fun for now." Ash replied.

"I suppose it can't be helped." Venti nodded. "After all, she has her handsome knight."

"Oh, Tita. Your highness… I'm so happy for the both of you!" Musse smiled.

"I have to admit, while it does look embarrassing to watch, I couldn't help but feel so happy for them. Espcually to a fellow new Heart." Kairi smiled.

"Haha. Rean is definitely lucky isn't he?" Sora asked

"Oh you have no idea." Levi comment.

"Sooooo~" Nora pop up between Rean and Alfin.

"Whoa!" Rean exclaimed, force to let go of the hug.

"Are you two gonna kiss?"

"Nora!" Ren scolded her and drag her away.

"Wait, wait! I haven't seen the kissing YEEEEEEEET!" Nora yelled, wagging her arms while everyone sweatdrop.

"Well, that kill the mode." Annette sighed while Alfin blushed red as Gardevoir giggled and Alfin's Pokemon hug Rean and then hug the others as Gardevoir use Heal Pulse to heal the group, including Olaf, Neithardt, Garchomp and Mamoswine.

"Thank you." Nighardt said as he, Olaf and their Pokemon got back on their feet. "Thank you Garchomp. You work hard for both of us. I couldn't be happier to have you as my partner. Go ahead and rest. You earn it."

"Garr." Garchomp respond with a happy look.

"You as well Mamoswine. Take a long rest after that bout." Olaf petted his Pokemon.

"Mamooo." Mamoswine respond happily.

"Elliot, my son and shine. You've made a fine man of yourself. I always knew you'd surpass me eventually. I just didn't realize the day had already come. And Annette, you truly are a strong young woman. Gusteve is without a doubt, so happy of the woman you become. And for me as well, knowing my son found himself a wonderful partner."

"Aww, Olaf..." Annette said with a blush and smile. "Thank you..."

"Haha, I think it's safe to say that day is still a long ways off." Elliot replied. "Still, all my progress I owe to you, my friends. and my girlfriend. In the end, it's Thors that made me into the man I am today. And even though it wasn't easy, I'll always be grateful you sent me there, Dad. Thank you."

"Young Master..." Neithardt smiled. "Haha, you certainly have matured."

And then the General turn around, hiding as he look like he was going to cry. "Your mother looks down upon you with pride from the Goddess' halls, my boy."

"Heehee… I take it you've all sorted everything out?"

Sara, Swoobat, Raichu, Ampharos and Fiona arrived in the Command Center.

"Fiona!?" Craig gasped along with Neithardt.

"Fiona? What are you doing here? I thought you were gonna wait for us in Saint'Arkh!" Annette said.

"I couldn't help myself." FIona smiled.

"She's quite the character. You'd think she'd get captured on the way here. But she whipped out her violin, and while she was playing, no one dared stop her!" Sara chuckled.

"I shouldn't be surprised at this point. Fiona is quite brave after all." Levi chuckled.

"Well, she basically used to be the division's little darling." Elliot said.

"Hehe. Oh Fiona." Annette giggled.

Neithardt sighed. "You can be so reckless. It ended well this time, but please be more careful. I'd hate it if something were to happen to you."

"I'm sorry I made you worry, Neithardt. But please understand how I felt, unable to contact my father or you." Fiona sighed "I feared that detestable chancellor ordered you to go on a dangerous mission or something."

"Fiona, you know how it is with us military men."

'Elliot, are they dating?' Annette whispered.

'I'm not sure... but Y'know, I heard rumors that there was something between them." Elliot whisper back.

"So... are you two dating?" Nora asked bluntly

"Nora..." Ren sighed, noticing Fiona and Neithardt blushing and look embarrassed

"Oooh you are~"

"Ahem!" Olaf clear his throat. "That aside... You should leave before the Imperial Defense Force arrives."

"We were planning on it but, what will happen to you?" Levi asked

"The government won't approve of you letting us go. Or failing to secure the princess in Saint-Arkh." Rean agreed.

"Olaf nodded. Yes, and far from turning a blind eye. Chances are they'll place us directly on the front line for this."

Annette gasped "Wh-What?! You can't be serious!"

"No way..." Elliot look upset.

"Tch. I should have known that bastard Osborne would do something like this as punishment for you..." Levi grumbled.

"Ooh... Now I feel so bad..." Annette groaned.

"Yeah... It felt wrong..." Sora agreed.

"We may currently enjoy a high standing with the Imperial government.. but they'll be more than willing to use us as pawns following this. Crucial pawns, but pawns nonetheless."

"What's more, that jester might have already rallied the Imperial Defense Force." Olaf added

"Jester?" Sora asked.

"You mean, Dimentio, did you?" Rean asked

"The very same. He was quite aware of your arrival as well as the performance you used to reach Marquis Ballad. He said and I quote. "Oh that little performance is nothing more as a children game for catching a small audience. A true performer like myself knows how to captivate the audience with a little magic. Not some childish boorish melody. Do give them my regards for failing your mission, General". That is what he said."

"Grr..." Elliot growled.

"So that Jester already predicted what we were doing and even insulted us." Annette grumbled.

"Even so, we made the decision to test you ourselves, and have no regrets. You passed our test with flying colors." Olaf said. "However bad a turn would events may take, you are our glimmer of hope. Knowing this puts me at ease."

"Dad..." Elliot said before he smiled. "Thank you. I won't disappoint you. Also, if there's anything I can do to keep you from the worst of the fighting that's yet to come, I'll do it."

"Very well."

"Schwarzer, Sullivan. I wish you good luck in your endeavors." Nieghardt said. "Correct our course and lead us from despair. I trust you to cut a path to a bright new future!"

"You got it, Instru- Lieutenant Colonel Neithardt." Levi nodded.

"We promise to do what we can." Rean agreed.

"We'll be with Instructor Rean every step of the way." Altina nodded.

"Okay, Palutena. Our mission is complete." Rean called out.

"Great! I'll teleport you guys out now! The IDF is already close to the fortress!" Palutena said as a heavenly light pulled them away Rean's team along with Alfin, Tita, and their Pokemon.

"Oh!" Fiona gasped.

"Haha. So that's how they made their escape." Olaf chuckled. "Perhaps it for the best. I pay to the Goddess that they'll achieve this goal."

"Ugh..." Alan groaned as he got back on his feet.

"So you're awake." A Squad soldier said.

"Huh? Lance? Is that you? What happened?" Alan groaned as he got back up his feet. "Wait... Ah! I remember now! Aww... What have I done? I said... terrible things to Rean and the others... why... why did I say that?"

"So you snap out of it, huh?"

"Yeah... What happened to me...?"
