Naomi nodded and left for S-FIT. As soon as she exited the Datastore, Naomi got a call from Nova on her phone.

"I take it you know the reason behind why I'm sending you to S-FIT?" Nova assumed.

'Him, in charge of me? Ha! Unbelievable, as if I'll listen to someone similar in age as me. I don't even listen to Zeno and he's two years older than me!' Naomi mentally ranted.

"You knew what I was plotting right from the get go. So why are you sending me now?" Naomi asked.

"I thought you were eager to change for the better." Nova believed.

"And why haven't you kicked me out of the company if you knew I was exhibiting signs of traitorous behavior?" Naomi interrogated.

"There was a belief that you had finally turned." Nova explained.

"What does that have to do with me still being here?" Naomi pondered.

"We can't risk you slipping away again. If necessary, the chip will send out an emergency broadcast signal. Your Psychokinesis can't turn the chip into another type of matter either. There's been a confirmed date for you to get Glaives for your Septimas." Nova elucidated.

"About how many Glaives are there going to be needed?" Naomi questioned.

"Twenty three, and the proccess is going to continue on for every single Septima you get from this point forward." Nova stated.

And that was all it took for Naomi to say she'd get to S-FIT quicker if she was focused on walking rather than talking. He ended the call and leaving Naomi to her own. Deciding to duck and cover, Naomi had gone invisible and hid in the facility. Nobody knew Naomi was there. If anyone knew that Naomi was present there somewhere in the facility, everyone would be acting completely different. Nova knew that Naomi could be quite the trickster so he decided to call and see if Naomi made it there okay.

"Did Naomi get there safely?" Nova queried.

"She hasn't been in the building since the chip was implanted into her collarbone." Mr. Yamato informed.

"That can't be right, I'm tracking he right now and it says she's in the building." Nova muttered to himself.

"She may be in here and bypassed security again. I'll check and call back as soon as I find anything out." Mr. Yamato added before ending the call.

He began to search for any signs indicating that the Septimal Striker was in the building. Naomi shook her head as she watched Mr. Yamato pass by in the hall to the right of her. Then she got the shivers and a sudden chill in her throat as if she swallowed an ice cube whole. Her heart began to race.

If her mind was a dam and the memories were water, then Naomi's dam broke and flooded the whole of her mind. Her will to fight was washed away, her mood went from never better to never worse. She thought about how much trouble she'd be in after she revealed her presence. She found herself incapable of logical thinking.

No reasoning could be found in her opinion. Naomi perceived the situation as hopeless. She wanted to do nothing more than sit down with her elbows on her knees, cry and call Nori. She felt betrayed, and wanted to sob.

'Come on Naomi, you've gotta brave your fears. You can do this. People face their fears everyday. But I don't wanna become another statistic. No, that kind of statistic, that kind of statistic's fine. Just not the other one.' Naomi thought.

She decided to spend an hour and 45 minutes playing games and chatting. She tok a total of two hours to get everything. Fifteen minutes later and she was at the Datastore again. Hopefully just long enough to fool Nova. It took some time to get to the Lyoko warriors and devirtualize them, but it eventually was done. It was 5:45 when she got back with Carrera. Jota aided him and Naomi in the fight while Naomi made the robot disappear. She used her Angered Explosion to create a blast that would knock the QUILL agents back.

"Naomi, you're fighting for the wrong reasons against the wrong people." Asimov stated.

"No, I'm fighting for the right reasons with the right people." Naomi debated.

Naomi went to slash Gunvolt with her sword. But Gunvolt jumped over the sword, flipped in the air, landed behind Naomi and kicked her in the back. She landed with her arms folded below her chin to soften the blow. She turned around and kicked Gunvolt on the left of his head before putting the sole of her left shoe to the back of his head.

"Don't you get it now? The only reason I'm still standing is because of the Sumeragi. I fell to such a low point after joining QUILL that I can't even begin to explain. But now, I've improved and now I'm better than ever." Naomi rebuked.

"Joule's been crying every night worried sick about you since you've left!" Gunvolt shouted.

"She'd be better off if she'd start working for the Sumeragi again." Naomi assured.

"Nobody is okay as long as they're around!" Gunvolt protested.

"What you're doing is insane and preposterous! They've turned you into a psycho!" Zeno yelled.

"Just surrender and give up already. You're not doing yourself any favors by trying to resist arrest." Naomi lectured.

She used Cross Overflow and gave the "enemies" substatial damage, causing them to retreat. When six o'clock finally rolled around, Naomi ate dinner. She had shrimp fettccuine, black eyed peas and a chocolate brownie. It had been decided that Naomi wouldn't have to go back to work after dinner if she'd only be able to get an hours worth the work in.
