Diana was a girl who could always be seen full of tranquility and calm at all times, not even in fights against villains she showed signs of fear or nerves. However, this time Diana felt her heart was about to explode as she paced back and forth across the base, her gaze gave a clear signal that she was completely worried.
"Diana, could you tell us what's wrong? You've been walking in circles for 15 minutes." Kara would say while she was sitting in one of the armchairs of the place while she listened to music.
"I'm really sorry sister, but I'm very worried." Diana would say as she stopped walking and sat in an armchair trying to stay calm.
"What's wrong Diana?" I asked as I stopped reading a book on elemental magic.
"This morning I received a message from themyscira, and it is from my mother." Diana would say she while she scratched her arm.
"Themyscira?." I ask curiously.
"Oh right, they don't know. Themyscira is my home, an island where the only ones who inhabit it are women. It is an island that is hidden and which only we know the way to get there." Diana would say as she looked at me.
"I understand, and something happens? Is there a problem there?" ask with a little concern.
"Don't worry Benja, we Amazons are very formidable and brave warriors. No one would dare challenge an Amazon warrior because they know it would be a fight they could never ever win." Diana would say with pride, she was proud of her sisters in her home as they were warriors to fear.
"So what is the problem?." Barbara asked curiously.
"Good. This." Diana would say as she handed a scroll to Jessica, she would not waste time and open the scroll starting to read it aloud.
"Dear daughter, I hope you are having a great adventure in the world of man, I received your scroll last week and let me tell you that I am very proud of your victories and that of your friends in the fight. The reason why I am sending you this parchment is that tomorrow we are going to celebrate the feast of Hercules and it would be nice if you returned only for this occasion for the celebration, you can take your friend Benjamin as a special guest to participate in the party, I will be waiting for you at the port tomorrow. With love, mother. "Jessica said when she finished reading the scroll.
I had managed to understand why Diana was nervous, now she was having a panic attack, when I heard that Queen Hyppolita was inviting me to come to her island, I couldn't help but remember how rude and impolite she acted when we met. Right now, I was regretting that I yelled at her and challenged her like that when we first met.
"Wow snowball, look at you. You are paler now than before, are you okay?" Kara would ask as she looked at me.
"I'm f-fine Kara, don't worry. T-tell me Diana, what time should we be at the port tomorrow?" I asked while she tried to keep me calm.
"We should be there at 8 in the morning, so we will leave Metropolis at 6 to be on time." Diana would say as she looked at me.
"Okay, I'll go get ready for the trip. See you tomorrow girls." I said smiling shyly before leaving the base leaving the girls alone.
"Wow, Benja seems just as nervous as you Diana." Karen would say as she looked at the Amazon warrior.
"Can you blame Snowball? He decided to confront Diana's mother so she could stay." Kara would say, remembering what happened on the dock.
"That's what worries me. What if it's a trap? Maybe my mother didn't forgive him for the last time, and maybe she's inviting Benja to be captured and locked up, or worse." Diana would say very concerned as she felt that she was about to go into a massive state of panic.
"Relax Diana, surely your mother must have forgiven Benja a long time ago and she just wants to see him again, don't worry." Zatanna would say as she approached Diana.
"I hope you're right Zatanna." the Amazon warrior would say as she tried to relax, something that she was achieving little by little while she thought in detail about Zatanna's words, perhaps she was right.
"I'M A DAMNED FOOL." I screamed at the top of my lungs as I paced back and forth in my house.
"Good idea Benja, you had to yell at her and be completely rude to Hyppolita, surely she must still be mad at me. What the hell can I do !?" I said as I tapped on the kitchen table before turning my gaze to a cookbook.
"Perhaps, if I prepare something for her. She can at least forgive me, or at least prevent me from cutting off my head." I said as I took the book and began to review the recipes and I would decide to make a chocolate cake, I had the necessary ingredients and a couple of strawberries to decorate the cake, I just hoped that Queen Hyppolita would like it.
It had taken me some time but now the cake was ready, it was a decent cake and it looked good in my personal opinion, I had done some decoration with the help of a pastry bag and used the strawberries as decoration on top of the cake, the filling was a cream based on some strawberries that I had left over. The cake had not been the difficult thing, the difficult thing was to decorate it in a presentable way and to show respect.
"God help me." I said as I looked at the cake before putting it in the fridge, I was slightly proud of my work, but I just hoped it lived up to expectations to show respect to the Queen of the Amazons.
It was 5:50 in the morning, we only have 10 minutes left. Now I dressed in my training clothes, I was a bit embarrassed not to have formal clothes for the occasion but at least I was somewhat happy to be able to bring the cake for Queen Hyppolita, when I arrive at the port of the city I would see Diana and the rest of the team waiting for me.
"Good morning girls, sorry for the delay." I said as I approached where my team was.
"Don't worry snowball, and that box?" Kara would ask as she pointed to the pink box where the cake was, before arriving at the port she had passed through sweet justice, it was a miracle to see that the place was open at such an early hour, she had asked Barry for a box for the cake and the gladly helped me with the box, that was a great stroke of luck.
"Well, since I was very rude to Queen Hippolyta, I decided to bake her a cake for the occasion." I said shyly.
"Oh that's very sweet of you, my dear Benja." Zatanna would say smiling, I blushed at what she said.
"Alright Benja, are you ready?" Diana would ask as she looked at me.
"Yes, Diana." I said as I got on the boat.
"See you soon sisters, Diana would say as she was ready to start sailing.
"Take care of yourselves guys." Jessica would say as she greeted us.
"Bye girls, take good care of yourselves too." I said smiling as she said goodbye to my friends, Diana at that moment would start sailing, she began to move us away from the port of Metropolis and thus we began our trip to Themyscira.
The minutes seemed complete as we sailed the seas, Diana and I had not spoken for a few minutes as we were both completely nervous about what might happen once when we reached Themyscira, I on the other hand was now concentrating on my meditation. It could be said that being in the middle of the ocean gave my body great tranquility and relaxation, it was perfect for meditation.
"So, did you really make that cake for my mother?" Diana would ask, trying to start a conversation.
"Yes, I did it as a way of apologizing for what happened last time, I really shouldn't have been so rude." I said as I looked away out of embarrassment.
"Don't worry Benja, I'm sure my mother will accept your apology." Diana would say as she showed me a smile.
"Thank you very much Diana." I said smiling, however I would notice that we are about to reach a great blanket of fog which made me nervous.
"Diana, we are heading towards a great blanket of fog." She told her while she looked with a slight fear at the huge blanket of fog that we were slowly approaching.
"Don't worry Benja, that means we're close to Themyscira." Diana would say as she kept the course to the fog, while I on the other hand was preparing for anything that might happen to us.
When we started to cross the huge blanket of fog, my fear grew as having the fog in front could make things a bit difficult, but I saw that Diana seemed calm and smiling with confidence, so I decided to calm down a bit and trust her.
A few minutes passed in which nothing bad had happened, and I was relaxing even more to the point of being calm now as I looked ahead, however a ray of light would escape from the mist hitting my eyes directly which made me close them with force.
"Benja, you're going to want to see this." Diana would say calling my attention, when I open my eyes I would be very surprised at what I was looking at, it was a huge island full of buildings that had the architecture of the Greek centuries done to perfection, the vegetation of the place was completely splendid and wonderful, if I could define the island with just one word, I think it would be "Perfection".
"Wow." was all I could say due to the shock.
"Benja, welcome to Themyscira. My home." Diana would say with a huge smile, being back at home was something nice and beautiful. Despite the fact that she would return to Metropolis, there was no doubt that being back in her home was something beautiful.
"Themyscira is very beautiful, Diana." I said with a huge smile.
"And we're just getting closer, I already want to show you the rest of Themyscira." Diana would say smiling as we slowly approached the port of the city where Hyppolita and her bodyguard were, noticing the presence of the Queen of the Amazons, she quickly took my cake to deliver it.
"Mother!." Diana would say as she hugged her mother, Hyppolita's bodyguards would not waste time and lured the ship to the port, while I got off the ship with the cake.
"My daughter, it is good that you are here." The Queen of the Amazons she said as she hugged her daughter, before turning her gaze to me. I will not lie, to see Hyppolita's eyes again were like two daggers piercing my soul.
"Good morning Queen Hippolyta, it is an honor to be here and also to be able to be in front of you again, I hope we can get along in a more respectable way than last time." I said shyly as I bowed as a sign of respect.
"I am very grateful that you have accepted my invitation Young Wizard, but I will only tell you this. If you do any act that damages or ruins the festival and I assure you that not only will you be expelled from the island, you will also be expelled by a shower of arrows from my bodyguards So be warned, is that clear? " Hippolyta would speak in a serious tone which made my body paler than normal.
"Yes ma'am. I promise I'll be more polite than when we first met." I said with a little fear, I felt like an insignificant ant before a colossal giant.
"Queen Hippolyta, this guy is carrying a strange object in his hands." an Amazon warrior will warn as she pointed her spear at me.
"What object do you carry in your hands, young wizard?" the queen of the amazons would ask, while on the other hand Diana looked like she was about to have a heart attack.
"Well, since the last time we met I was very rude I decided to bake you a cake as a way of apologizing and thanking you for inviting me to be here." I said fearfully as I handed the box to Hippolyta.
"It is a very kind gesture of you. Please bring our special guest's gift to the banquet table." the queen of the amazons would say as she handed one of her bodyguards the cake, the amazon warrior accepting her order would go on to withdraw.
"All right, now that everything is settled, let's give our special guest a little walk to show him our city." Hippolyta would say as she began to walk, Diana and I would begin to walk together following the Amazon Queen.
Themyscira was a very beautiful place, the buildings were simply beautiful and the architecture was something that you could spend hours looking at without stopping, without a doubt every job that the Amazons had done was a job to which they devoted a lot of effort. It was a shame not being able to bring my cell phone, but I thought that if I had my cell phone it would be a distraction to what could come as a lack of respect for Hyppolita, but still there was no doubt that this was a place that I will treasure with the heart.
"Queen Hippolyta, the banquet is ready." one of the Amazons would say as she bowed in respect.
"Excellent, surely you are already hungry. What do you say if we are going to eat?" the queen of the amazons would ask as she looked at us, my stomach like Diana's gave a roar as a sign that we were hungry, this undoubtedly made me turn red with shame just like Diana while Hippolyta would start to laugh.
"I'll take that as a yes". the Amazon queen would say as she began to walk as did her bodyguard, after a few minutes we had reached a huge table where there was a great variety of food, it was almost like sitting at the Valhalla table.
"Please, young wizard. As you are our guest, you can sit next to me and my daughter." Hippolyta would say while I would obey and sit next to Diana.
We all began to eat quietly, although my biggest fear was cake, I was nervous and wondered if Hippolyta would like cake or not. I was taken out of my thoughts when Diana would touch me on the shoulder for my attention.
"Benja, calm down. Surely my mother will love your cake. You did it with a lot of effort and dedication. I am more than sure that my mother accepted the gesture as well as your apologies." Diana would say trying to relax me.
"I'm sorry Diana, I'm just a little nervous." I said shyly.
"Do not worry everything is going to be okay." Diana would say smiling making me relax, I did not understand why but Diana's smile was something that for me was beautiful and at the same time relaxing to see, when I thought about that I blushed slightly.
"Young wizard, tell me. Are you enjoying the banquet?" Hippolyta would ask while he looked at me.
"Everything is very delicious queen Hippolyta." I said smiling a bit shyly.
"And tell me, have you tasted our wine?" the queen of the Amazons would ask curiously.
"Wine? Well not yet." I said while looking at Hippolyta.
"Let me serve you a little." the queen of the Amazons would say as she poured me a glass of wine.
"Go ahead Benja, I assure you that you will like it." Diana would say smiling while she will also be served some wine.
What could I do?. I had made a promise to my mother and it was that I would never, ever dare to smoke or drink. But basically I didn't know how Hippolyta would react if I rejected the wine, maybe I could take it as disrespect so basically I didn't have many options. However, I could smell the aroma of that wine, it was a completely pleasant and irresistible aroma. My curiosity was great so I would take the glass of wine and take a sip, my eyes widened as I tasted the wine, it could be described as something "Magnificent".
"And what do you think, Benja?" Diana would ask as she looked at me.
"This is the most delicious wine I have ever tasted." I said while having some more wine.
"I'm very happy to know that you like our wine, now I would like to taste that cake you brought." Hippolyta would say smiling, that made me choke a bit with the wine while my nerves suddenly increased when I saw how the queen of the Amazons would receive the cake now without the box that covered it.
"Interesting, what is bread made of?" Hippolyta would ask as he looked at me.
"It's chocolate, I filled it with a strawberry-based cream that I had to give it more flavor." I said while shaking a little.
"It looks good, let's try it.", The queen of the amazons would say while cutting the cake and serving a little seeing that inside it was filled with cream and strawberries while I on the other hand felt that my heart was in my throat beating like a locomotive.
"Interesting." Hippolyta would say before eating a piece of the cake, the eyes of the queen of the amazons widened it was the same sensation that Diana had had when she tasted the ice cream for the first time. The seconds seemed like hours until Hippolyta would eat his entire slice of cake in one bite.
"By the gods of Olympus. This tastes like glory!" exclaimed the queen of the amazons as she began to devour the cake as if there was no tomorrow, something that surprised everyone, especially me and Diana.
Suddenly, Hippolyta would stop eating and collapse due to the sugar rush, something that the Amazon warriors had misinterpreted.
"He killed Queen Hippolyta!" One of the Amazons would say while she had drawn her sword, all the Amazon warriors would take up their weapons ready to fight, something that left me completely scared.
"Wait, I can explain!" I screamed as I activated my fire element and made my sword appear to defend myself, but at that moment Queen Hippolyta had awakened, which would surprise the Amazons and make me sigh in relief.
"By the great Zeus. Young wizard. That cake you brought is the most delicious thing I've had in years." Hippolyta would say while she took the glass of wine and raised it. "I propose a toast to our guest and to the great Hercules!" said the queen of the amazons while smiling, the other amazons seeing that their queen was fine left their weapons on the table and just like their queen raised their glasses, Diana and I were no exception and we also raised our wine glasses.
"Queen Hippolyta !, a ship is approaching the port !." one of the Amazons who was guarding the port would say. That would get everyone's attention including Diana's and mine making us look at each other.
"Do you think someone else was following us?" I asked as he stared at Diana.
"Impossible, only the Amazons know the way here." Diana would say as she looked at me, at that moment we all stood up and would quickly go to the port to find out who was approaching.
The moment the ship arrived at the port we saw a man get off, the man was tall and full of muscles with a golden armor that covered his entire torso and would have a sword on his belt. Hippolyta and the other Amazons immediately recognized who this person was.
When the ship arrived at the port, we would all see that a young warrior had come out who was tall and full of muscles, he wore a golden armor like the sun while on his back he was carrying a sword, what could we say was a very clean sword and sharp at the same time. All the Amazons including Diana had been surprised to realize who this young man who had arrived was.
"Diana, who is he?" I asked while looking at my Amazon friend curiously.
"Hercules." was the only thing Diana would say since she was very surprised.
"Hercules!?. You speak of the son of Zeus and the demigod of Olympus ?." ask very surprised.
"You described it very well, young wizard." Hippolyta would say as he looked at me with a smile.
"I like everything related to ancient gods and myths." I said with some embarrassment while looking away.
"I am very sorry to have come to your lands Queen Hippolyta without warning, I hope I did not disturb you." Hercules would say as he approached where Hippolyta was.
"No need to apologize Hercules, it is a great honor to have you here on my island, you are always welcome." Hippolyta would say as he bowed a little like all of us.
"Tell me Queen Hippolyta, who is this young man here? I thought men were forbidden on the island." Hercules would say as he looked at me.
"He is our special guest. I invited him here to spend the festival with us." Hippolyta would say as he looked at me, he wanted me to introduce myself.
"My name is Benjamin Escudero, it is an honor to be able to meet the son of Zeus." I said as he bowed in respect.
"Nice to meet you too, young Benja." Hercules would say showing a smile.
"Now that Hercules is here, we can start the festival games." Hippolyta making all the Amazons including Diana excited to hear that.
"Games?." ask curious.
"That's right Benja, each festival we play different games to make this more fun." Diana would say smiling.
"I find it fun." I said smiling.
"Go put on your hero suit Benja, you are also going to participate." my Amazon friend would say, upon hearing that I would quickly run to our ship and change into my hero clothes.
First game: Archery.
We were all in one of the training grounds in Themyscira, we all had a bow and arrow while in front of us we had a pair of targets, Hyppolita had managed to hit the center 3 times, Diana had managed to hit the center twice and one of his arrows will land a little higher than the center, Hercules had used his 3 arrows at the same time managing to hit the targets of Hippolyta and Diana, something that left us all surprised, now it was my turn.
"Benja, are you okay?" Diana would ask when she saw that she was nervous.
"I. Never shot an arrow before Diana, I don't even know how to use the bow." I said very nervous and at the same time ashamed. He had learned to use a sword, a few whips, and he was learning to use a spear. A bow and arrows, that was something new.
"Don't worry Benja, let me help you." Diana would say as she helped me get to my own target to shoot.
"First, you must take an arrow." Diana would say while I took an arrow, at that moment my Amazon friend would take me by the hand with which she was holding the arrow which made me blush.
"Then you must braid the arrow to the bow like this." Diana would say as she helped me braid the arrow.
"Now stretch out your arm and make the arrows stretch to your cheek, don't stretch it too far or the bow will break." my Amazon friend would say while I began to stretch my arm making the arrow reach my cheek. My blush increased when Diana took my hand where she held my bow while she was close to me which made my heart beat fast.
"Keep calm Benja, forget about any shots you have and shoot when you think you're ready." Diana would say as she looked at me, she also had a slight blush when she saw how close we were.
At that moment I had closed my eyes letting my body loosen, everyone saw how my hair little by little began to defy gravity while a white aura covered me, at that moment the arc began to shine and suddenly the arc was now white . With sapphire blue accents in parts, the string was now navy blue and the arrow had the same design as the bow. When I let the air out, had shot the arrow it was like seeing a white flash that went to hit the center of the Target.
Everyone seemed surprised to see that, while Diana seemed happy to see that. They saw how I had shot my second arrow that acted in the same way as the first. The last arrow I had fired had cut my cheek so all my arrows would hit the center of the target.
"Very good Benja !!. You did it!" Diana would say with emotion, when I heard that I opened my eyes and I could tell that it was true. All my arrows hit their target, that would leave me very surprised.
"I made it ... DIANA I DID IT !." I said with emotion and then hugged my Amazon friend tightly, a gesture that she had accepted in the same way.
"I'm very proud of you Benja, I knew you will make it." Diana would say smiling before noticing the cut on my cheek that was letting some blood come out. "By Zeus, Benja you cut yourself." my Amazon friend would say as she looked at my little wound.
"Oh, don't worry Diana. I'll be fine," I said smiling, but I watched as Diana licked her thumb and began to wash the blood from my cheek, feeling that she was stroking my cheek made my face look like a tomato while I felt like my heart was beating like crazy.
Diana, noticing what she was doing, also turned red with embarrassment and would look away like me while we both had a slight smile of embarrassment while we played with our hair.
"I'll go find something so you're not bleeding anymore." Diana would say while laughing nervously, at the moment of taking a step she had tripped and would fall to the ground, she would quickly stand up while giggling before running away due to embarrassment while I on the other hand was smiling and playing with my hair with a little giggle.
"My little daughter is growing up." Hippolyta would say, she had tenderly watched the scene while she was showing a slight smile.
Second game: Pull the rope.
We would think a lot that this is an easy game, but when it comes to competing with some Amazonian warriors it is completely different, we had been competing for about half an hour to find out who would win, when we started this game we were all using all the strength we could have in our bodies and apparently we were very even since no one had managed to advance the other's rival, as time went by we began to get tired and slowly we were making the rival team advance as they did us.
"I feel like we've been doing this forever." I said with difficulty as I was pulling hard.
"Don't worry Benja, we will win if we give all our effort." Diana would say as she pulled hard as well.
However, the rope couldn't hold much longer the force we were using and would suddenly break causing us all to fall to the ground.
"Ouch, that hurt." I said while I was on the ground but when I opened my eyes my face turned red when I saw that Diana and I were too close to each other, it almost seems that we were about to kiss.
"I'm so sorry Benja." Diana would say as she stood up and her face was as red as a tomato.
"Don't worry Diana, the important thing is that you are well." I said while I was completely red while smoke came out of my head, the Amazons and Hippolyta seeing this could not hide their desire to laugh while on the other hand, Hercules remained serious.
The games were progressing normally. We had done everything from fighting to an endurance competition in which Hercules won by running across the island for 3 hours. Now the night had come to Themyscira and we were all ready to rest, due to the arrival of Hercules I would have to sleep in Diana's room with her, that made me a little nervous like her but we could not do anything so I had accepted.
"God, I am so exhausted." I said as I dropped onto the bed.
"Hehehe, I see you've had a lot of fun right?" Diana would say as she lay down on her bed.
"More than you can imagine, your Amazon sisters are very strong. It took me a long time to defeat them without using my elements." I said while remembering that after what happened in the first game, Hippolyta has told me that she will avoid using my items since that was a small advantage that would make the games boring, so I obeyed not to use any magic ability.
"Hehehe, I understand you. Anyway, it would be better to rest since tomorrow we will return to Metropolis" Diana would say as she extinguished the candles. We could have returned home without any problem, but one of the Amazon warriors had informed us of a thunderstorm, so we had to postpone the trip.
"Rest Diana." I said as I got ready to sleep.
"Rest Benja." Diana would say, also getting ready to sleep.
A couple of minutes had passed and I had fallen asleep just like Diana, but at that moment someone would knock on the door causing Diana to wake up. Thinking that she was for sure her mother he would slowly decide to approach the door while she was yawning.
"Yes? Mother ?." Diana opened the door only to see Hercules standing in front of her.
"Hercules? Is something wrong?" my Amazon friend would ask as she looked at the demigod with curiosity.
"Diana, could we talk?" Hercules would ask as he looked at Diana.
"Sure, no problem." Diana would say as she put on her warrior outfit and went out with Hercules outside the house.
"What did you want to tell me about, Hercules?" Diana would ask as she looked at the demigod with curiosity.
"It is about the destiny of Olympus, Diana. My father will not rule Olympus forever, sooner or later my father will reach the peak of his life and the position of the god of Olympus will be free for his son, once I become a god. I will need help to govern Mount Olympus and I was wondering if you would like to be by my side when that happens, "Hercules said as he looked at Diana very surprised.
"But why me?" Diana would ask as she looked at the demigod.
"I saw your skills in your struggles, and in everything we have done today. You are a woman who stands out among all for your courage, intelligence and bravery. I need someone like you on Olympus, I need someone like you by my side. What do you think Diana, are you willing to rule Olympus?." Hercules asked as he looked at Diana.
Diana was honored, not many had the privilege of becoming a God like Zeus, however. She would think about it and know that once she became a God, all that she had accomplished would disappear. She would no longer go back to school, she would no longer be with us, she would no longer be in my training to help me, she could never be with us again, never again.
"Sorry Hercules, I will have to reject your proposal." Diana would say as she looked Hercules in the eye.
"What!?. Why do you reject my proposal?", Hercules would say as he stared at Diana.
"I'm sorry, but I don't want to give up my freedom too. I can't abandon my friends and the people I love." Diana would say while she was looking sideways at the room I was in.
"Are you doing it for him?" Hercules would ask seriously.
"Well, Benja is my friend. He and I are always together, I helped him train, we do the homework together, he is my friend and my combat partner when it comes to facing evil." Diana would say as she smiled slightly.
"Please, why are you wasting your time with that simple mortal." Hercules would say in a mocking tone, that made Diana annoyed when she heard that.
"For your information Hercules, Benja is the kindest and most honest person I ever met. He always cares about the well being of his friends, always gives his best effort and never gives up. He is someone happy, generous, cute and does not speak to people's backs. "Diana would say seriously, even though she blushed a lot when she said I was cute.
"Please Diana, look at me. I am the future god of Olympus, I am recognized by all the kingdoms when Zeus announced my birth and I am better in every way than that weak mortal. Come on Diana, agree to be with me and I assure you that you will never regret it." Hercules would say with an arrogant tone, Diana not being able to bear it anymore would slap the demigod leaving him surprised.
"Don't you dare talk about Benja that way, he's a better person than you and at least he has a better heart than yours." Diana would say seriously, however her warrior instinct made her realize an attack so she would quickly jump back to dodge a Hercules blow.
"You are a fucking bitch, I will teach you to show respect to your demigod." Hercules would say as he drew the sword without clutch Diana would take a spear and a shield that was near him, the two did not wait and would launch to fight against each other.

Hearing those sounds I woke up only to see that Diana was not there, seeing that I would quickly stand up and put on my hero suit, I quickly left the room starting to run through the corridors and I would see that Hippolyta and his bodyguards were also following her.
"Queen Hippolyta, are you listening to the same thing as me?" I asked while making my flaming whips appear.
"That's right young wizard. I just hope Hercules and Diana are okay. We seem to have intruders." the queen of the Amazons would say seriously.
"Hold on Diana, we're almost there." I said very worried.
Although the fight only started a few moments ago, Diana had complications to attack Hercules, the demigod had been trained enough to fight more fearsome opponents, Diana was very far from that so the fight was very difficult for her.
"Surrender, Diana. And I will not only forgive you. I will also regard you as my future wife when I am the new God of Olympus." Hercules would say with a mocking tone, Diana hearing that only produced disgust and she looked at the demigod with annoyance before hitting him with her shield causing Hercules to fall to the ground.
"I will never marry someone as disgusting as you." Diana would say seriously. However at that time Hippolyta and I had arrived and I would quickly run to where Diana was, I was very worried about her.
"Diana, by God. Are you okay? Aren't you hurt?" I asked as he checked her before hugging her tightly.
"Hercules, are you okay?" Hippolyta would ask as his Amazon helped the demigod to his feet.
"Queen Hippolyta, your daughter just attacked me for no reason when we just wanted to talk." Hercules would say as he pointed out to Diana that she was still caught in my bear hug.
"Diana, what kind of betrayal is this!?.", Hippolyta would say with anger in her voice.
"Mother, Hercules is lying." my Amazon friend would say as she looked at her mother.
"Queen Hippolyta sees it, she just blames me for hiding her actions." Hercules would say while he pretended to be hurt.
"Diana, you better apologize and tell us why you did this !?." the queen of the amazons would say with her arms crossed.
"Hippolyta waits." I said as I came between her and Diana. "Hercules is the one who lies." I said with a serious look.
"How are you so sure of that, mortal?" Hercules would say annoyed.
"I know Diana since we were in the metropolis and even though it was for a short time I know that she would never dare to lie, she is honest and always tells the truth. And I know it, because throughout all our training she She was always honest with me and never dared to lie to me. And if no one is going to believe me then I will have to show them the truth myself. " I said as I would quickly take the Lasso of Truth from Hippolyta with the help of my creepers and quickly catch Hercules with the Lasso of Truth.
"Benjamin, he ordered you not to go through with this right now!" Hippolyta would say seriously as his bodyguard pointed his spears at me.
"Lasso of truth, Diana had told me that this powerful Lasso is capable of forcing people who are trapped in it to tell their truths, let's see if it's true. Tell me Hercules, was it Diana who started the fight, or was it you?". I asked with a serious look.
Hippolyta was about to intervene, until he heard the following.
"It was me who started the fight." Hercules would say, he couldn't help but tell the truth.
"Because you did?" I asked him while trying to contain my anger.
"I offered Diana if she wanted to become my future wife to rule Mount Olympus together, but then she turned me down when I started to speak ill of you, which led us to make this fight." Hercules would say, we were all surprised to hear that. But that only made my anger increase, I did not know why but hearing what Hercules said only made me angry when I heard that he wanted Diana to be his wife.
"Is there something else that you are hiding from us?" I asked as my hair covered my eyes, Diana could clearly feel that she was pissing me off which made her worry.
"I did not love Diana for her abilities, I wanted her for her body and beauty. A woman like her does not exist, once she will rule Olympus she will make her my whore and force her to be with me forever on Olympus, being my slave . " she will admit the demigod by admitting her darkest intention.
All the Amazons were angry when they heard the words of the demigod and they would notice how I had released The Lasso of Truth and slowly I would approach Hercules, at that moment my fist would be covered by fire and I would start running to where the demigod was giving him a blow in his chest causing him to crash into the beach in front of Themyscira.
"Benja ?." Diana would ask very surprised to see what I did, but she would suddenly start to worry when she saw how a dark aura began to cover my entire body and my hair would begin to change instead of being white, it was now dark as night.
Hercules was recovering from that blow with some difficulty and I would see how I was slowly approaching him, my now black hair was defying gravity as the dark aura grew more and more. The ocean would begin to create very violent waves, the wind was blowing with great force as if it was warning of the arrival of a possible hurricane, my hair would now be adorned by a flare of black color mixed with a magenta tone as I got closer and closer to Hercules , the demigod could feel a lot of power coming out of me which only made him freak out a bit.
"How dare you...how dare you...HOW DARE YOU TOUCH MY DIANA !." I yelled furiously, as my eyes widened. My eyes were now dark and purple, now instead of showing joy and kindness, now they showed hatred and fury.
"I will never forgive you for what you said. I can tolerate being yelled at, I can tolerate being beaten ... but never mess with my family!" he yelled before charging at Hercules starting to give him a series of blows and kicks before sending him flying, quickly using the air element he would fly to where the demigod was starting to hit him repeatedly.
"Element fire: rain of fire !." I said before starting to throw a large amount of fireballs which Hercules will receive in full and making him crash against the beach of Themyscira, all the Amazons looked at this with surprise and disbelief at what they were seeing.
At the moment of reaching the beach Hercules would try to hit me with his sword but at that moment he would stop it with his hand and it would begin to melt due to the increase in heat of my body due to anger.
"Air element: Compressed wind !.". I said before hitting Hercules in the stomach sending him crashing into some rocks.
Hercules would try to stand up but see how a pair of vines full of thorns would stop him, leaving him immobilized.
"First you hurt Diana ... then you say that she will be your slave ... now I am completely furious with you Hercules. I will finish you once and for all !." I said as I stretched my hands starting to create a huge sphere of fire that was slowly growing, the sphere of fire was black with some purple details.
"Fire element." Before I could go on, I'd see Diana quickly grab my arm and grab my attention.
"Benja, please stop. This is not you, the Benja I know would never do this kind of thing. He would never kill someone and would always find a way to defeat his enemies without the need to stain his hands with blood, for Please. You are not like that, you are different Benja. You already defeated Hercules, please do not continue. " Diana would say with concern as she stared into her eyes, at that moment I began to caress my Amazon friend's cheek gently and my eyes slowly returned to normal.
"Diana..I..AH!" I screamed in pain as he held my head tightly and fell to the ground on my knees, the pain was completely horrible it was impossible to describe with just words, it was completely torture.
"Benja !. In the name of Hera, what's up!?." Diana would ask very scared to see that she did not stop screaming while my hair slowly turned white again.
"No ... no !! ... I need more time ... No ... don't lock me up ... not again !!." I yelled while she held my head, Diana seemed surprised because when I said that my voice sounded different, it was like hearing two voices in one person.
At that moment my hair would go back to white and my eyes would return to normal, however when I stopped screaming my eyes would turn white and I would fall to the ground passed out, which made Diana even more scared.
"Benja !?. Benja, wake up! Please stay with me. Please wake up." Diana would say very concerned as little tears escaped from her eyes.
Hippolyta had seen it all, when he got to the beach he would see that my head was in his daughter's lap while he asked me to wake up, and on the other side was Hercules who was trapped by a couple of vines and was completely shocked. Seeing that her daughter was crying and that I was unconscious, she clearly knew what to do.
"Take the young wizard to my daughter's room, and find the best healer you can find. My daughter's friend needs help." the Queen of the Amazons would say making two of her bodyguards come to where I am and they would carry me, Diana seeing this would accompany the bodyguards of her mother since she needed to know, if she would recover me.
"You two, keep an eye on Hercules and keep an eye on him." Hippolyta would say seriously as he looked at two Amazons.
"Yes, Queen Hippolyta." the two warriors would say as they went to guard the demigod.
The minutes had been eternal, Diana was completely worried while she was with her mother, she felt that her heart was about to skip, she was sweating profusely and she felt that she was about to faint. Diana could tolerate many things, but seeing that one of her friends is now unconscious and this feeling attended to by a doctor was something that she in her life would never want to see, the life of her friends was something that she it mattered a lot. She would never forgive herself if her friends got hurt.
"Benja ... I'm so sorry ... please wake up." my Amazon friend whispered to herself while shedding tears, the memories were playing against her making her remember every day we had spent together and all the fights we had against all kinds of villains, each memory produced a prick in her heart was so painful that it felt like someone was thrusting a sword into her chest, the tears only increased as her worry now changed to fear.
"Don't worry my daughter, my bodyguards have brought the best healer in Themyscira, she will know what to do with Benja." Hippolyta would say while she hugged her daughter, the queen of the Amazons was going through a hard time, she would never allow herself to see her daughter cry and seeing Diana in that state caused her pain.
"Queen Hippolyta". both her mother and her daughter would see that the door to Diana's room had been opened and the healer of Themyscira would come out of the room, her work had finished.
"How is Benja?" a very worried Diana would ask.
"The young wizard will be fine, he did not suffer any injuries which means that he is unconscious due to a massive loss of energy, the young wizard will have to stay here for about a whole day to recover the energy he lost. He does not seem to have anything serious. So I would recommend that they just let it rest." The woman said as she looked at Hippolyta and Diana.
"Thank you Zeus !." Diana would say as she smiled with happiness when she heard that it was only exhaustion.
"However." Diana's happiness would change rapidly when the woman spoke again. "There is something that worries me, I think it would be better if you came to see it with your own eyes." after saying that, Diana and Hippolyta would enter the room with the woman and approach the bed of my Amazon friend where I was.
"What does he have? I see him completely in good condition." would say the queen of the amazons which she was confused.
"This is what worries me." The woman would take my arms and turn them a little to show what she was referring to, Hippolyta and Diana were scared when they saw that from my hands to my elbows, my veins were now dark. The darkness in my veins was so intense that it could be seen clearly.
"By the gods. What do you have? Is it very serious? Will it be okay?" Diana asked with fear in her voice, she was completely scared seeing my veins like that.
"When I realized this, I tried to heal them as much as I could, but all my attempts were unsuccessful. But apparently this is not affecting him at all, so there is nothing to worry about. "Sure daughter, you can have him." Hippolyta would say as she looked at her daughter, the queen of the amazons would let out a heavy sigh before leaving the room because she had to speak seriously with a certain demigod.
Chaos ... destruction ... everything around me was plunged into hell, I did not know how but I had returned to my dimension but the entire city of New York was engulfed in terror. All places that I knew had been destroyed and now they were only rubble covered with fire, the sky was now orange with dark clouds, the sun was no longer present and everything was only illuminated with the fire that now covered my city.

"Your hands are covered in blood ... You carry the blood of innocent people that you killed without mercy ... in the same way that you had no mercy on them ... I will show no mercy to a being as disgusting as you ... ". the hooded stranger would say as he raised his scythe, ignoring the thief's pleas he would end up beheading the subject, staining the scythe completely with blood.
"Stop there! What do you think you're doing!?." I said while trying to activate my powers but it was useless, it was like they won't work.
"How curious, I see that you are here. I will just say this, it is still too early to see us face to face. I could finish you now, but that would be very boring since I really like fair fights." the hooded man would say as he stroked the edge of his weapon.
"Who the hell are you !?." I yelled while looking at the subject in annoyance.
"I'm afraid it is still too early to tell you who I am, I will only say this. I am the salvation of the world." The hooded man would say as he disappeared in a cloak of darkness.
Before I could do something, everything around me began to shake, I would see how everything began to fall around me and in that the ground I was on had suddenly collapsed causing me to fall into the void while I tried to use my powers but it was useless , but I would see that at the end of the fall there was a strong light that would blind me temporarily but I would hear a voice that would tell me.
"Do not let yourself be consumed by your rage, remember that in the dark you can always find a small ray of light of hope". he would say in a calm voice before being caught by the light of the void.
I began to slowly open my eyes only to see that I am in Diana's room and I was lying on her bed, I tried to move but even though I was successful I felt that my body was just as heavy as if my whole body was made of rocks.
"How long have I been sleeping?" I asked myself while looking at my arms, I was very surprised to see the dark veins in my arms but not feeling pain I would simply decide to ignore them and try to stand up, something that was very difficult.
"Benja ?." I looked forward and I would notice Diana who had entered the room, she would quickly go to where she was and hug me tightly.
"Diana?." I said, but at that moment I would see that my Amazon friend was shedding tears as she hugged me tighter, I would swear my ribs were going to break if Diana kept hugging me so tightly.
"Benja, I was so worried about you. You've been unconscious all day and I thought maybe you were going to be unconscious for much longer, thanks to Hera you're fine. Don't scare me like that again." Diana would say as she sobbed.
"I'm sorry Diana, I'm really sorry. I didn't want to scare you like that." I said while hugging her tightly, seeing her cry was like they were slowly ripping my heart out.
"I'm glad you're okay now, Benja." Diana would say smiling as she wiped away her tears.
"Thanks Diana, and I'm glad nothing bad happened to you." I said smiling.
Diana and I are now completely ashamed because we were alone and we were too close we had blushed with shame, but at that moment I would look Diana in the eyes, she had done the same and we were both lost in each other's gaze. Our hearts pounded as the distance between us was slowly closing.

' I thought to myself as I got even closer to Diana, I didn't understand what was happening to me but every time I was with my Amazon friend I felt safe and full of happiness, and now I was feeling a need to be by her side.

If someone could see in our eyes they could see that now there were hearts in our pupils. Diana and I now felt at peace and quiet as we were slowly getting closer, we slowly closed our eyes as we were about to kiss. However we were interrupted when we heard a couple of giggles and looking back we would see Diana's mother and her bodyguard sneaking a laugh with a smile.
"Mother?." a very embarrassed Diana would ask.
"My daughter, I am happy that Benja is doing very well. But please, I am still too young to be a grandmother." Hippolyta would say as she laughed, Diana and I turned red as tomatoes as we blew out a huge puff of smoke.
"Mother !! / Queen Hippolyta !!." Diana and I had screamed at the same time while we were completely red.
"I am very sorry for what happened the night before Queen Hippolyta, I hope you can forgive me." I said as Diana and I were walking towards the boat, it was time to go home.
"Actually Benja, it's all thanks to you. If it hadn't been for what you did now my daughter would be being punished for things she didn't do, thanks to you Hercules will never return to Themyscira." Hippolyta would say as she looked at me.
"Speaking of Hercules, where is he?" Diana would ask, she had been with me for so long that she had completely ignored the demigod.
"Zeus came for him when you fell asleep in bed with your man." Hippolyta would say in a mocking tone, that made my whole body turn red like Diana when we both began to release a puff of smoke again, the smoke we were releasing could certainly fill an entire room and mistake it for a sauna.
"Mother don't say such things." Diana would say embarrassed as she played with her hair.
"Benja, before you go we have a surprise for you." Hippolyta would say as he smiled, that of course caught my attention.
"Really? And what is it?" I said curiously, at that moment Hippolyta would extend her hand to one of her bodyguards and the Amazon warrior would hand her queen a scroll.
"Benja, this is a copy of the beginnings of Themyscira throughout the years, I took the liberty of writing this for you, it is not much but I give it to you thanks to your bravery and for having helped us to know the dark intentions of Hercules to my daughter, now this is yours. " Hippolyta would say as he handed me the parchment.
"Wow, thank you Queen Hippolyta. Thank you very much indeed." I said smiling as I looked at the scroll, I would definitely like to read the scroll very much.
"Hippolyta, just tell me Hippolyta." the queen of the amazons would say with a smile.
"Thank you, Hippolyta." I said while bowing as a sign of respect before getting on the boat.
"My daughter, I am very grateful that you have returned home. Although it was only 2 days, they were the most special days I had. Remember daughter, you can visit us all you want and you can bring your boyfriend if you want, after all for what what he did is always going to be accepted, but like I told you. "I'll let them be together but remember, I don't want a grandson. At least not yet." Hippolyta would say laughing, while her daughter was fuming upon hearing that.
"Mom, don't say those things." Diana would say as she looked at her mother with an embarrassed look.
"I'm sorry my daughter, I couldn't help it." Hippolyta would say as he laughed a little before hugging her daughter, a gesture Diana reciprocated in a good way.
"Goodbye, Mother." Diana would say smiling.
"Goodbye my daughter." Hippolyta would say smiling, at that moment when the embrace would break Diana would get on the boat, ready to go.
"Ready, Benja?" Diana would say smiling a bit shyly.
"I am always ready." I said with a shy smile.
At that moment Diana and I began to move away from Themyscira while we watched as the island of the Amazons was once again hidden by a huge blanket of fog. The minutes seemed eternal while we were returning to Metropolis, Diana was looking at me every 2 minutes while I was also doing the same. We were both completely ashamed to say a word and it was because when we wanted to start a conversation we remembered the moment in which we were about to kiss, however one of us should break the silence.
"You know Diana, it was a lot of fun being in Themyscira. I hope we can go back but with the rest of the team, they would love to see the island." I said while looking at Diana with a slight smile.
"I am very happy to know that you had fun at Themyscira Benja, and don't worry. Very soon we will take our sisters to the island one day." Diana would say with a slight smile as well.
The silence had returned as we did not know what to say, however Diana had a question to ask me now.
"Benja, you're fine. Right?" Diana would ask as she looked at me, she was worried because of the veins in my arms.
"I'm fine Diana, don't worry. But why do you ask?" I said curious.

Diana had relaxed hearing that while the two of us returned to Metropolis, we had started to talk about various topics now that we were calmer. We had talked about the things we liked and what our dreams were. We had not noticed, but the more we talked we were almost closer to Metropolis.
"Hahaha, and what happened next when you left your mother locked up in the yard by mistake?" Diana would ask laughing, she was telling her something that had happened to me since I was a simple 3-year-old boy.

Once again I got lost in the beautiful eyes of Diana, once again we both got lost in each other's eyes while we felt our hearts beat rapidly, little by little we got closer, once again we were about to kiss when we noticed the buildings of Metropolis. Realizing that we were about to reach the city, we quickly rose to our feet and Diana quickly took the helm to maintain a steady course towards the port.
"We're almost there Benja." Diana would say as she blushed a little due to embarrassment, it was a miracle that no one noticed our attempt to kiss.
"That's right Diana, I can see the rest of the team waiting for us at the port." I said as I looked towards the port of Metropolis, I was also blushing with embarrassment like Diana.
Just when we got to the port we had gone to get our things. Once we had everything we had gotten off the boat and at that moment the girls would come to greet us.
"Hello Diana, hello Snowball. How did the festival go?" Kara would ask with a smile.
"It was amazing, they have no idea what Themyscira is like. It's just amazing." I said with a huge smile.
"Glad to hear that my dear assistant, how about you tell us everything in sweet justice?" Zatanna would ask with a smile.
"Sounds like a good idea to me, what do you say Diana?" I asked smiling.
"That sounds wonderful." Diana said smiling, after saying that, we would all start to leave the port while we began to talk about everything we had done in Themyscira and what it was like.
Upon reaching sweet justice we had asked for the usual while Diana and I continued to tell about the games we had been doing at the festival.
"After the Amazon warrior tried to hit me with her sword I quickly blocked her attack with my shield and pushed her back using my shield to hit her chest and after that I managed to defeat her by placing my spear on her neck." I said while I was counting the last battle she had participated in.
"Wow Snowball, you may be a loving and kind person but on the battlefield you are a savage." Kara would say as she gave me a smile, hearing that made me blush a lot and start to laugh shyly.
"I just gave a demonstration of what Diana was teaching me these days" I said shyly as I pulled the hair out of my ear, Zatanna froze when she saw my dark veins which made the magical girl start to sweat a little.
"Oh that's great my dear assistant, but remember we are having a birthday party very soon and I need my assistant there to help me." Zatanna would say as she took my hands which made me blush even more, without my realizing it the magical girl would start to use magic on my hands and even though I didn't realize it my veins slowly returned to normal but I could feel some pain in my arms.
"I didn't forget the party, Zatanna. Don't worry, I'll be at the party to help you Auch." I said as Zatanna let go of my hands, at that moment I noticed that the veins in my arms had returned to normal, which I am quite glad as I did not want to scare the girls.
"Benja, are you okay?" Jessica would ask as she looked at me.
I'm fine Jess, don't worry." I said with a smile, but I would never notice that Zatanna seemed worried and at the same time a little scared because she never thought that she would see my veins black.
'I can't believe it, this is not possible', Zatanna would think worriedly as she remembered something her father had told her years ago.
