It was a stormy night. Lightning strikes violently from the sky as rainwater hits the roofs of a school with force. In one room a teenager was seen doing her homework but suddenly, she heard something open and when she looked she noticed that her closet door was slowly opening.
The electricity in the room began to fail which only increased the girl's fear. Slowly the teenager walked to her closet door, with a trembling hand she took the latch and gathering all her courage the girl would open the door. But to her surprise, there was nothing.
The girl sighed relieved to see that there was no one. She was about to return to her bed when suddenly the electricity in the room would go off. The teen just gulped as she slowly walked over to her bed, but she felt that she wasn't alone. She slowly turned around only to see a person from behind checking a box of accessories.
Tatsu was in the halls of the school but suddenly she got scared when she heard someone scream. The girl would quickly enter her room and saw her partner on the floor completely scared while everything around her was in chaos.
Barbara, Kara and I were at the base. I was meditating while the redhead was repairing one of her inventions, on the other hand the Kryptonian girl would be playing her guitar. However, the silence would be interrupted when Diana's cell phone began to ring.
"Telephone!!." Barbara yelled causing me to stop meditating.
"It's from Diana. She must have forgotten it again when she went with Zatanna and the rest of the team to the mall." I said as Barbara walked over and using one of her inventions she would be able to unlock Diana's cell phone with no problem.
"Hey guys. Do you want to have fun?" Barbara asked with a smile. That caught my curiosity as well as Kara's.
"It's a message from Tatsu. She needs Diana's help, don't you think we should tell her about this?" I asked looking at the girls but only got Kara to laugh.
"Come on, Snowball. You and Diana spend too much time together, how about this time you go help Tatsu and we go with you?" Kara asked with a smile.
"Come on Benja, it will be fun." Barbara insisted with a smile.
"Well. Okay, I think I can go instead of Diana, just this time." I said embarrassed.
"That's the attitude. Now, let's see what you need." Kara said with a smile as the three of us started talking to Tatsu.
It was difficult. But we had convinced Tatsu to go help her however, she had told me that I couldn't help this time since the school she was in was only for girls. But. That didn't stop an idea Kara had in mind.
The girls and I were now at the school, we saw everything with amazement since it was a very large school and the architecture was that of a castle. Barbara and I watched everything in surprise but suddenly Tatsu would quickly push Kara and Barbara away.
"Are they trying to reveal my identity? Principal Mcdougal will get suspicious if he finds out I brought visitors here." Tatsu said very nervously.
"Stop there." Tatsu would go pale as the girls turned to see the person who called out to them. He was a man who wore formal clothes, his hair was gray with sideburns but an outstanding detail was a brooch that he had on his clothes.
"What's going on here?." the man asked seriously.
"It's okay, Mr. Mcdougal. Just three normal, happy, content students." Barbara said with a nervous smile.
"The only normal thing I see is the one school uniforms I authorize. However, that is a dress code violation at this school." the director said seriously, referring to Barbara's shoelaces. the laces, unlike all others, were magenta with gold letters.
"But. I made them, they are handmade." Barbara said somewhat nervously.
"They're mine now. Give them up." Principal Mcdougal said as he extended his hand to him.
"Hey, wait. You can't do that." Tatsu looked ahead recognizing my voice and saw that I was wearing the female school uniform. The girl was very surprised to see me and noticed that I was getting closer.
"Why do you do that? I know it's a school uniform violation but you can't take them off. Couldn't you just make an exception?" I asked looking at the director.
"My rules. Everything under this roof belongs to me if I wish. If I'm going to overlook it, it will be your lack of manners, child." Principal Mcdougal said seriously until he saw my necklace.
"I will not allow contraband in my school. Now, this girl will give me her laces and you. You will give me that necklace of yours." The director said causing me to watch this with shock while Kara and Barbara watched everything with shock.
"But I can't. This necklace was given to me by my grandfather before he passed away. It's all I have left of it." I said while covering the necklace with my hands but the director held out his hand.
"You'd better turn it in if you know what's good for you. Otherwise, you and this girl will be expelled for breaking the dress code at my school." The director said seriously.
Not know what to do. This necklace was very important to me, but the mission was much bigger even though I didn't want to do it. If he didn't, it would all be over. Without much choice I would remove the necklace while trying to control my anger and sadness before giving the necklace to the director while Barbara did the same with her shoelaces.
"Very well, just for today, I will forgive this incident, but, if you make another infringement here in my school again, I assure you that it will be the last." said the McDougal director before leaving.
"Benja, are you okay?" Barbara looked at me very worried to see that my look was off while I hold my chest where my necklace was.
"Yes. I just need to relax, it's all." I said while the girls and I went to a more private place even if they did not stop looking at me with worry when I saw me so off.
The girls and I were now in Tatsu's room. To our luck the room was empty, and to my relief I was able to take off my female school uniform and wear my normal clothes but still my friends watched with concern that I was holding my chest.
"This school in its past was once a Scottish castle belonging to the cruel ancestor Bevin Mcdougal. It was brought from his country to Metropolis brick by brick. Evil seems to run in the family." Tatsu said as she looked at us.
"And that's why we're here, right? Let's give that guy what he deserves?" Kara asked with a smile as she pounded her fists.
"No. Every girl in this school lost something important. And I suspect a supernatural being." Tatsu said seriously making Barbara and I look at this with curiosity but Kara looked at everything with boredom.
"Every night. At midnight, a dark force roams the halls of the school at the stroke of twelve bells. It enters the rooms, it ransacks every room. No one knows what it is it is after, but everyone knows that its scream vengeful is heard in all the halls of the campus. A scream which caused the spirit to earn the name of."
"Silver Banshee". Tatsu said seriously before making his sword appear.
"I was fighting the spirit to catch it on my sword, but I couldn't. And that's why I contacted Diana." The girl said seriously looking at Kara but everyone saw that I had a serious look as I pondered.
"Benja, are you alright?" Barbara asked curiously.
"I. I felt something." I said opening my eyes making the girls look at me with surprise.
"Really? Is it the spirit?" Tatsu asked as she looked at me.
"I'm not sure, but. I felt a lot of energy, but I don't know exactly where it might take me. I think it's possible it could be the ghost." I said looking at my friends, Tatsu and Barbara listened to this with surprise but Kara started laughing.
"Hahaha, I can't believe it. This is so funny, do you really believe in that thing about ghosts?" The Kryptonian girl asked as she continued to laugh, that only caused Tatsu to have an anime-style bead of sweat on the back of her neck.
"I turned you into a ghost, did you forget?" Tatsu asked as she showed her sword.
"Ha, well, that doesn't prove anything." Kara said with a smile, but that made Tatsu upset.
"Don't worry, Tatsu. Benja and I will help you find that ghost." Barbara said with a smile as she showed off some inventions from her backpack.
"Haha, fine. I'll tag along, after all it'll be fun to watch you foolishly search for something." Kara said as she giggled making Tatsu, Barbara and I break out in an anime-style sweat.
The corridors were clear. Barbara had a radar, Tatsu had her sword, and I was using my katana. Suddenly we heard something and when we turned around we only saw Kara opening a bag of chips causing us to let out a sigh of relief before continuing until we reached a large room.
"There's a lot of activity around here." Barbara said as she searched for the signal her radar picked up.
"Wow, you three really take this seriously." Kara said with a teasing tone but before she could continue eating Tatsu she would take the bag from her.
"Kara, this is serious." The girl said seriously while barbarian and I saw the place.
"Okay, okay. How about this, I'm going to document all this ghostly activity and you three, like fools." Kara said in a mocking tone. Tatsu was going to respect but suddenly she, Barbara and I turned pale when we saw that the bagpipe that she was hanging began to move.
"Kara, behind you!!" I yelled making the Kryptonian girl turn around but she didn't see anything.
"Snowball, there's nothing. Relax." Kara said as she and the rest of us began to search the room.
While Kara was recording, the girls and I saw that some books began to fly to try to hit the Krypton girl but when Kara was going to turn to see us, the books suddenly returned to their places.
Tatsu, Barbara, and I were looking around while Kara went through the closet. Suddenly the girls and I felt that everything began to move and we saw with fear that everything in the room began to float and chase us. I quickly used my ivy element and held back all the items before forcefully putting them back on the ground.
"Hahaha, I told them. There's nothing, uff. You know something, I'm bored already. I'll go get something to eat." Kara said bored as she left the room ignoring our scared looks.
"I'll be back soon. If the ghost doesn't catch me." The Kryptonian girl said before laughing as she left the place.
"Tatsu, Barbara. Are you okay?" I asked concerned while looking at the girls.
"I'm fine. And you, Tatsu?" Barbara asked but we both saw that the girl was hugging my arm tightly. When Tatsu noticed this, she quickly stepped away from me as her face turned red from embarrassment.
"Girls. I'm feeling something, it's that energy." I said seriously but we suddenly covered our ears hearing a loud scream. Suddenly we quickly took cover as all the windows were broken due to the scream, when we decided to see what happened. We watched in amazement as something quickly went down the halls.
The girls and I quickly ran through the halls trying to reach what came through the window, but suddenly collided with Kara making us fall.
"Kara, did you see that?" I asked curiously but the Kryptonian girl was using her cell phone.
"Yeah, what?" Kara asked confused. That only caused Tatsu, Barbara and I to fall backwards like an anime. However suddenly we heard something and when we looked ahead we saw three separate corridors.
"Very well. Please split up, each of you will go your own way. If you find something, you will inform the others. Understood?" Barbara asked as she handed us some communicators. We all nodded our heads as we entered the halls. Tatsu will go to the left, Barbara to the right and me in the middle. Kara on the other hand just shrugged before heading into the kitchen.
The corridor that I chose was not a normal one, it was a corridor that took me to the basement. The more I walked around the place, I couldn't help but feel a lot of energy. I didn't know why, but I felt that the more I lowered my head it hurt.
"God. My head, it hurts. What's wrong?" I asked with difficulty before falling to my knees while clutching my head in pain. When I snapped open my eyes were suddenly no longer purple, they were now a shade of blood red. But that wasn't what surprised me.
"This is unheard of, she doesn't deserve to be the leader of the clan." When I reached the bottom of the stairs I saw a wooden door and when I opened it I saw a dilapidated room full of dust and cobwebs, however my head started to hurt and suddenly I saw a shadow in the room.
"What's this?." I said very surprised but at the same time nervous as I watched the shadow walk to the desk in the room.
"I deserved to be the leader, not my stupid sister. She doesn't deserve it, I'm stronger than her. Father shouldn't have given her a place!!" the shadow yelled before slamming the table in anger. At that moment I saw that the shadow turned around to see a painting drawing my attention. Seeing that it was a painting of a girl with orange hair and beautiful sky eyes.
"But that will be taken care of now. Because I will be the new leader, tonight." said the shadow as he walked to where I was only managing to go through me and causing me to fall to the ground due to the shiver that ran through my entire body.
"Benja?. Benja!?. Answer!!." I widened my eyes in terror as they slowly returned to normal. Seeing that he was alone in the room.
"Sorry, I'm here Barbara." I said scared while holding my chest due to fear.
"Snowball? Are you okay? You look very scared." Kara said as she made a sandwich but still, she seemed very worried.
"Me. I don't know, as I suddenly lowered my head it hurt a lot and suddenly I started to see a shadow and I was talking about something about a clan. Something is wrong, I don't know what happened. I'm scared." I said scared making the girls freak out.
"Snowball, I'm in the kitchen. It's not far from where we parted ways, you can come if you want. There's nothing here." Kara said, but she didn't realize that the sandwich seemed to be putting itself together.
"Thanks Kara, I'll be there soon." I said as I look around the room one last time. I looked at the girl's painting before closing the door and leaving the place as quickly as possible.
"This is serious, it will be better to go see Benja's condition. Maybe he shouldn't be alone, after all he feels multiple energies and we don't know if it's good for him to get close to them." Tatsu said worriedly while she was in a library.
"Understood. I'll go as fast as possible there." Barbara said as she went to the kitchen as did Tatsu.
"It was scary. Please Kara, I don't want to be alone now." I said scared before hugging the Kryptonian girl tightly due to fear as she accepted the hug.
"Kara, benja. I'm glad you're all here." Tatsu said as she entered the room with Barbara. The redhead wasted no time in pulling out one of her inventions and started checking me out.
"His heart rate is very high, he's in a cold sweat and his eyes are lost. It looks like he's in some kind of shock." Barbara said concerned.
"Benja, what happened?" Tatsu asked very concerned.
"That hallway. When we parted ways, I thought he was going to take me to a basement but actually he led me to a hidden room and suddenly my head hurt really bad but then a shadow appeared. He was talking about a clan, and that he must have been leader." I said as I slowly relaxed as the girls watched everything in shock.
"Do you remember anything else?" Barbara asked curiously. However before I could speak we saw something emerge from the ground making us look at this with fear. He was a ghost, he was wearing a long white dress, his hair covered his face but we could see that behind his hair there were heavenly eyes.
"Silver Banshee!!" We all shouted very surprised. However, we quickly covered our ears as the ghost released a loud scream that caused us to crash into a wall.
"Kara, Barbara, Benja. It's time to put an end to this." Tatsu said seriously as we all put on our hero outfits.
Tatsu would use an attack to catch Silver Banshee on his sword, but the ghost only let out a scream that made the attack disappear. Kara would try to attack but she only managed to go through the ghost and hit her head against a wall.
I was about to attack but I felt something was wrong. Analytically look at the ghost making an idea come to my head. It was a very dangerous idea, but he was willing to check if what he thought was true.
"Hey idiot!!. Like concentrated protons with radial polarization!!." Barbara yelled as she went to attack the ghost with one of her inventions. However, the power of the invention would send Barbara flying, leaving Silver Banshee completely confused.
Tatsu quickly took advantage of the distraction to attack but before his attack managed to hit the Silver Banshee, everyone was shocked when a rock wall rose up to protect Silver Banshee.
"Snowball, what are you doing!?" Kara asked very surprised as she watched as I approached where the ghost was.
"Silver Banshee. Take my body!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs surprising my friends as the ghost looked at me.
"Come on, come get me!!. Take my body, I dare you!!." I yelled as I spread my arms. Silver Banshee seeing this would quickly launch herself at where I was making her enter my body and causing us to fall to the ground.
"Benja!!" All the girls shouted as they quickly went to where I was.
"Benja, did you go crazy!?." Kara yelled as she saw that I was slowly recovering.
"Don't worry Benja, I'm going to get Silver Banshee out of your body." Tatsu said but suddenly some vines would stop her.
"No please. Let me talk, he begged you. Thanks to your friend, I'll finally be able to explain what's going on." The girls looked at me in amazement seeing that my voice was different. I slowly stood up before opening my eyes revealing a sky color.
"Benja, is that you?" Barbara asked somewhat scared.
"No. My name is Siobhan Mcdougal, now I know whose body the person who helped me is." Siobha said as she looked at my body.
"Alright Benja, stop acting. Your voice change is very good." Kara said a little nervously but everyone saw Siobha's display of confusion.
"Wait. Did you really just enter Benja's body?" Barbara asked somewhat scared. However they saw that Siobhan seemed to be listening to something.
"Your friend says he's very sorry. But that was the only way to check if his suspicions were true, and it seems he was right." Siobha said causing the girls to stare at this in amazement.
"Can you hear what he says?" Tatsu asked surprised. Siobhan seemed to hear something before looking at the girl.
"Benja says. Lately I've been reading many books related to magic and the supernatural, and it's that if a spirit enters your body their souls unite to form one. That way both people can establish communication through mental union." Siobhan said even though she seemed confused when she said all that.
"Why were you attacking us?" Tatsu asked looking at Siobhan.
"My sincerest apologies. I think I lost control after all. I'm looking for something that was taken from me years ago." Siobhan said with some annoyance and embarrassment.
"What did they take from you?" Barbara asked as she looked at the girl.
"As I told you. My name is Siobha Mcdougal, I was once the eldest sister of an ancient bloodline in my family. When my father died, I became the leader of the Mcdougal clan and owner of my clan castle. But my brother Bevin Mcdougal He didn't want his sister giving him orders." Siobhan said seriously before continuing.
"One night, weeks after I became leader. My brother was asking me to give him the position of leader as well as a pin that was very important to me. I refused, but he wasn't going to take no for an answer. He chased me around the castle, I could feel his intentions towards me. When we reached the highest part of the castle. He." Siobhan fell silent before speaking again.

I lost my mind. I'm so sorry I caused so much trouble." Siobhan said as she looks at my friends.
"Wait, did you say brooch? As far as I know, Principal Mcdougal has one." Barbara said getting Siobhan's attention.
"Wait, is it a bronze colored one?" Siobhan asked curiously however she heard me talking to her causing her eyes to widen due to her shock.
"Your friend says he saw a painting of me in my brother's room, and when he saw it he noticed that the brooch that director is wearing is mine!" Siobhan said with a huge smile making my friends smile.
"Well. Looks like the boring headmaster is getting a visit tonight." Kara said with a smile as we all left the room.
Principal Mcdougal was at his desk organizing some paperwork when suddenly my team and Siobhan would barge in causing the man to fall to the floor.
"What do they intend to do?" asked the director somewhat scared.
"Are you sure about this?" Kara asked as she looked at Tatsu.
"What we tried to do wasn't justice. We should let her handle this." The girl said as everyone saw Siobhan approaching where the director was.
Siobhan looked at the director but suddenly noticed his brooch and that the director's appearance was completely the same as his brother, that caused my hair to start defying gravity as a spectral fire covered it.
"Damn murderer!!." Siobhan yelled as she made my fire whips appear and would try to attack the headmaster but the man quickly dodged the attack while the back picture and his desk were destroyed.
"Siobhan, wait. What are you doing!?" Tatsu yelled very surprised to see the sudden change in the girl.
"He deserves to die. He snatched everything, and I plan to make him feel the same as I suffered!" Siobhan shouted when my hands were covered with a spectral fire while pursuing the McDougal director.
The girls quickly pursued Siobhan while the girl attacked the director. The director McDougal had no other choice and ran until he reached the top of his school. The man when he turned only to be frightened when he saw Siobhan in front of him.
"Does this place look familiar to you, brother? This is where you killed me, and I intend to return the favor." Siobhan said as she made my fire sword appear making the headmaster even more scared.
"Siobhan, stop!! This is not justice!!" Tatsu yelled making the girl look at her.
"It will be justice. Once I get back what he took from me!!" Siobhan yelled but suddenly everyone saw that my sword disappeared.
"Siobhan, that's enough!!" Everyone was shocked and suddenly saw that one of my eyes was now magenta while the other was still sky blue.
"What she says is true, this is not justice. If you think that the only way to get that brooch back is to kill the headmaster, you are wrong. You are following the same path your brother chose. You are a smart girl, don't become something that you might regret it." I said causing Siobhan to fall silent.
Everything fell silent while the director seemed to be on the verge of cardiac arrest. However at that moment my eyes returned to sky blue as the spectral fire disappeared from my hair.
"You're right. And there's a way to get back what was taken from me." Siobhan said before she separated from my body. My team quickly caught up with me as the girl gave me one last look before looking at the director.
At that point Siobhan would quickly launch herself at the headmaster causing him to start seeing the girl's memories. The director was able to see it all, from beginning to end until he understood what Siobhan was looking for.
"I didn't know that. Here, as the rightful leader of the Mcdougal clan, this belongs to you." The headmaster said before giving Siobhan the pin.
Siobhan would put the pin on before looking at me and my team with a smile.
"Thank you for helping me. I will never forget this." Siobhan said before slowly disappearing as we all watched in shock.
It was too late. The manager was very kind to let us sleep for tonight in a room. I was sleeping peacefully until I heard something hit my window, and when I slowly opened my eyes I couldn't help but be surprised to see Siobhan.
"Siobhan? But what are you doing here?" I said very surprised as I approach the window.
"There's still one thing I want to do before I rest. I want to talk to the person who helped me." Siobhan said as she flashed a smile.
The two of us sat at the window and looked at the city in the distance.
"How many things have changed. Tell me, how are things today?" Siobhan asked curiously.
"Well. Things have changed too much, you could say that the means of transportation and many things have evolved and now everything has become more accessible and a little easier than before." I said as I started talking to Siobhan about everything.
"Siobhan. I have a question." I said making the girl look at me.
"When you entered my body it seemed that you were very calm. But when we were in front of him Principal Mcdougal, you tried to kill him. Why?" I asked looking at the girl.
"I don't know. When I saw that man, I couldn't help but remember my brother and suddenly. I felt a great thirst for blood and wanted to make him suffer, it was weird. It was as if something had entered me and would force me to do this thing." kind of justice." Siobhan said but she noticed that my eyes seemed off.
"It's my fault. A girl I know told me that there is corrupted magic inside me, I think it was my magic that caused this. I'm really sorry." I said while looking at the ground but I saw that Siobhan gave me a smile.
"Don't worry. I forgive you, but from what I see. It scares you that power you have hidden inside you." The girl said making me sigh.
"I'm scared because. I feel like if I ever lose control. I might be able to destroy everything, and hurt the people I love. And I can't allow that. I've already lost my family. I don't want to lose anyone else." I said scared making Siobhan look at the moon.
"The power you carry in you. It is one that you can choose what to do with. You choose its path, you choose what will happen and what you will do with it. The power you carry can be used for good, if you control it. It can be a very difficult path to achieve it, but with that unwavering determination you have, I'm sure you are capable of going far." Siobhan said making me smile.
"Thank you Siobhan. Now I understand why your father chose you as the leader of the Mcdougal clan. You are very wise." I said with a smile making the girl laugh a little.
"Noble words from someone who in the future can become someone formidable." Siobhan said with a smile as we both watched the sunrise.
"It was an honor, being able to talk to you one more time. Benja." The girl said with a smile as she slowly disappeared.
"Thank you. It was also a great honor to be able to speak with you one last time. Siobhan." I said with a smile as the girl disappeared for her to begin her eternal rest.
So far today's chapter. I am very sorry for the delay but I have been very busy and the truth is that I hardly have time to concentrate on the two stories I am writing.
