Mothers Day Story.
Grizzly and Swoop got through a life inspiring experience.
The parental Life experience
May 8, 1920; City...
Grizzly: I-I mean-would he want to work with me? I mean, I'm not sure if he would want to given my-features.
Grizzly and Swoop were walking around the city talking about the meeting, Grizzly being a bit apprehensive about meeting the Chicago owner.
Swoop: I'm sure Halas is fine with you. If not he wouldn't had not want to meet you.
Grizzly: Y-Yeah. I-I'm still unsure due to the fact on how others look at the more, animal like Rusherz like you and me. I mean i understand why it is strange to see a Bear walking talking and play sports, it's not wonder the bodyguards aimed at me when Woodrow met us.
Swoop: Same, some people look at me saying I look like i walked out of the screen. *smiles a bit* Though, I'll admit, the kids reactions are adorable.
Grizzly chuckled with a smile as they walked into the park.
Grizzly: Oh yeah, they call me Mr. Bear. Gotta admit the humans kids are cute on this planet, it's a shame how this planet history-
It was then his ear flicked, hearing moaning and catching Swoop's attention.
Swoop: Hear something?
Grizzly: Yeah, sounds like someones hurt.
The two followed the sound. Upon reaching it they saw a women laying on a tree in pain, prompting them to run over.
Swoop: *worry* Mame are you alright?
She shoke her head as Grizzly looked over her seeing her stomach was a bit large, seeing she was in pain as she clutched it...then it clicked fast.
Grizzly: *panic* A-ARE YOU HAVING A BABY?!
Swoop: *panic* WAIT WHAT?!
She nodded-and the two went into panic mode.
Swoop: *panic* NOW!? WHY HERE OF ALL PLACES?!
Grizzly: *panic* I don't think the kids giving her a choice you know how random they want to come out!
Swoop: *panic* WELL WHAT DO WE DO!
Grizzly took a breath nodding but shaking.
Grizzly: Think we're gonna have to help her.
Swoop: You mean DELIVER A BABY!?
Grizzly: Don't think we have time to get help. *to the women* Mame, would you like us to help you?
She nodded, Swoop taking a breath nodding.
Swoop: Alright then, we're doing this.
Grizzly: Swoop, go and help her.
Police Station...
The receptionist looked over the paperwork when the Police Chief walked over, bring his attention.
Receptionist: Hello boss, need anything?
Police Chief: Need extra hands with a look around. We got sightings of a bear but we don't know if it's the animal, or the Rusher.
Receptionist: Yes sir! We might run into my wife during the search and i want to see how she is doing.
The Chief nodded with a smile as they left.
Back at the Park...
Swoop gripped the women's hand as she groaned, breathing in a rhythm.
Swoop: *calming* Hey, your doing great. I'm sure you kid is gonna be proud having a brave and tough mom like you.
She gave a strained smiled of gratitude. Swoop looked up at Grizzly.
Swoop: How is it going Grizz?
Grizzly: *pale a bit* Freefall was not joking-*shakes his head* Think she's getting close. How is she doing?
Swoop: She's a trooper, she's in so much pain yet she's not yelling or complain.
Grizzly gave a small smile to her, receiving one back.
Swoop: Hey, do you have a partner? Still alive?
She nodded to both questions with the two nodding.
Grizzly: Okay, We're gonna have to contact him once things calm do-
Grizzly heard something and looked to see the grass wet.
Swoop: Grizzly-?
Grizzly: *looks up* Hope you all are watching cause We're gonna need all the help we need.

The three officers walked around the city block, looking around.
Police officer: Looks like so sign of trouble or anything on if it's a wild animal.
Receptionist: Should we check close to the park, it's full of critters and bins of food.
Police Chief: Excellent idea.
With that they went to the area.

The women groaned as she clenched Swoop's hand hard.
Swoop: *frantic* Grizzly how close are we?!
Grizzly:-
Swoop: *frantic* GRIZZLY!
Grizzly shoke his head as he looked up.
Grizzly: *frantic* Almost done! Just a few more mame!

The officers went into the park walking pass the gate.
Police Chief: Alright, so far no sign of trouble.
Police Officer: Indeed, though sir we should-
The area was silenced by the sounds of a baby's cry, prompting the three officers to run into the directions of the cry.

-Grizzly and Swoop were in awe as they starred at the new life in the Bear Rusherz' arms. The newborn cried as Grizzly carefully went close to his mother.
Grizzly: *Awe* Y-You see this, it's a boy.
The mother looked at her new son, tears of joy falling from he face as she placed a hand on his face.
Women: T-Thank goodness.
?: DARLING!
The three turned to see three officers run up, one of the running to his wife in relief.
Receptionist: Darling are you alright?
Wife: Y-Yes, these boys were in the area at the right time.
Grizzly and Swoop looked at the man, the bear giving him his son gently as tears of relief and joy fell from his eyes.
Receptionist: Thank goodness your both okay.
The Police Chief gave the order to the officer as he ran off to call an ambulance, before going up to the two Rusherz.
Police Chief: You two were in the right place at the right time.
Neither of them spoke or moved-they were left in a state of rapid emotions.
Later, White house...
Edith Wilson saw the police car at front as she went to the door, only to sprint seeing the stunned Grizzly and Swoop. She felt fear rise in her heart as she saw Grizzly was wet and covered in blood from his arms, Swoop holding himself.
Edith Wilson: GRIZZLY! SWOOP! Dears are you okay?!-
Police Chief: Don't worry Mrs. President, the two just helped bring a new life into the world and are in a state.
Edith sighed in relief, nodding as the officer tipped his hat and gave her a good day. Grizzly was about to walk away when Edith, despite the bear being dirty, stopped him.
Edith Wilson: Are you boys okay? I know it's a shocking experience bringing a child into the world.
Grizzly:-My arm.
Edith Wilson: *confused* Pardon?
Grizzly: T-The baby was the size of my arm. A-Are all babies that size?
Swoop: *looks up* S-She was in s-so much pain and, she kept going.
Grizzly:-Did we do the right thing?
Edith Wilson: Yes, why do you ask?
Swoop: Just-what if we made the situation worse? We-she gave birth in a park and-and-
Edith went down grasping the Two Rusherz hand as they looked at her.
Edith Wilson: You two did the right thing helping her. There have been times where a mother brings new not in the hospital.I know your worried about where you were bit i assure you you both did all that you could in the location you were in.
Grizzly: B-But will the baby be alright?
Edith Wilson: He will be. We have a bit more means to make sure the baby will be alright and live-much to my relief, history repeating is slowly being avoided.
Grizzly: What do you-
Grizzly eyes widen as realization hit him fast.
Grizzly: *solemn* E-Edith-I-I had no idea-
Swoop soon caught on as he paled upon what she had meant.
Swoop: Oh my gosh Edith i am so sorry we brought up a very tragic subject.
Edith Wilson: *sighs sadly* It's alright. There were dark times those years, but I soon was lead to the light once again. *gentle tights her hold; warmly* Boys, i want you to remember this moment. Remember how this simple act has created a new life.
They nodded in awe.
Grizzly:-I'm, gonna wash up. Thank you, Edith.
Swoop: Yes, thank you so much.
With that the three parted.

Pack: *knocks;concern* Grizzly? You alright? You been in there for an hour.
Pack heard a groan from inside the bathroom.
Pack: *concern* Grizzly, I'm coming in.
He heard it again taking it as a yes as he went in. Grizzly, still clothed, was submerge in the full water bathtub. The water was a light red as Pack went over.
Pack: *concern* Grizzly?
Grizzly popped up, leaning on the bathtub rim sighing as Pack sat down and leaned on the tub.
Pack: *concern* Are you going to be okay? Edith told us what happened.
Grizzly: Y-Yeah, i just-do you think the kid gonna be okay? You read how messed up the history is on this planet. I-I really worried about that family.
Pack: *smiles a bit* tell you what, why don't we go to the hospital their at for a visit.
Grizzly smiled nodding.

Swoop was leaned on Scavenger, the two trying to read a book. Swoop mind however was still reeling from the events early.
Scavenger: *concern* Swoop, i don't think reading is going to get your mind off of what happened.
Swoop sighed nodding as he sat up.
Swoop: I-I know. I-Will they be okay? Will the baby be okay? I-I mean, what we found out about Edith-*tears form*-to lose a-and-
Scavenger closed the book and set it aside as he calmed Swoop.
Scavenger: Hey hey, deep breaths. I-I'm heartbroken with this as well. A sweet lady going through-that.
Swoop sighed sadly nodding. Scavenger placed his hand on Swoop's shoulders.
Scavenger: Want to make a visit to that family?
Swoop smiled.
May 9...
Grizzly:-Do you think she'll like these. I mean, they were on sale and they said it was good for today, for some reason.
Pack gave his friend a pat on his back as they walked up to the hospital doors. The bear was holding a bouquet of pink and bluish purple carnations.
Pack: She'll love them.
Grizzly smiled as he reached the door-before seeing a white hand reach as well. Swoop and Grizzly looked up, Scavenger and Pack seeing the other. Swoop was also holding a bouquet of the same flowers-and the two laughed.
Swoop: Gonna be honest i figured this would happen.
Scavenger: I take it you are here to see the family as well.
Grizzly nodded as Scavenger and Pack smiled.
Pack: Me and Scavs will wait for you outside, take all the time you need.

The family of now four were talking when the door opened as a nurse walked in.
Nurse: You have visitors.
Receptionist: Visitors?
Wife: Who?
Nurse: *Nods* you two can come in.
The door fully opened as Grizzly and Swoop walked in, the sons eyes widening at the site.
Grizzly and Swoop: *nervous* H-Hello.
Wife: OH! It's you two, From yesterday!
The nurse left leaving them group alone.
Swoop: Me and Grizzly wanted to see how you and the baby were doing,
Grizzly: Um-*both held up the flowers* T-These are for you.
Both parents received a bouquet with a smile.
Wife: Oh these are beautiful, thank you both.
Receptionist: And thank you two for helping my wife and newborn child.
Swoop: We were happy to help...*sees a boy* Ah, i see you have a son.
Grizzly: Eldest now by the events.
The parents smiled nodding.
Wife: Yes, my mother was watching him when i went out to grab grocery.
Receptionist: BUT, our youngest had other plans.
The son got up and walked over to the two Rusherz, both were VERY NERVOUS on how the child would react.
Son: *shy* Um-Thank you for helping and taking care of my mom and little brother.
The two nervousness soon melted.
Grizzly: We're just happy to be in the area at the right time.-You know, your mom was really tough bringing you brother here.
The boy looked up seeing kind smiles from the Rusherz.
Swoop: oh yeah, and your dad he was like an Eagle watching over them the whole time when he showed up.
The son nodded, less nervous than before. His parents watch on as the Rusherz talked to him.
Grizzly:-Nervous on being a big brother?
Son: *nods*-Will I be a good big brother?
The two gave the child warm smiles to calm the child nerves.
Swoop: *warmly* We think so. Me and Grizzly had some experience being big brothers. There are going to be times you get worried about him, and shards of the core your bother is gonna give you heart attacks. But he's gonna have one great big bro watching out and protecting him.
Grizzly: *warmly* And from what we seen with you mom and dad, you definitely going to inherit their toughness and strengths to help you baby bro grow up well. He's gonna be super lucky to have a family with you guys.
The parents smiled, touched by the kind words from the Bear and Eagle. Their son teared up a bit, before he gave a big grin-and he hugged the two Rusherz.
Son: Thank you Mr. Swoop, Mr. Grizzly.
The two were shocked, before hugging him back in warm smiles. This feeling, that child smile-it was something the two vow in their heads to protect.

Eventually they broke the hug as the two turned to the parents.
Grizzly: You know they were selling those flowers like crazy today.
Swoop: Must be a celebration, know what it is?
The parents chuckled.
Receptionist: We do, in fact this month and next month is a celebration.
Both: *intrigued* Oh?
Later, White house...
Edith was doing her husbands work, he was resting due to his health today. The door opened and the Rusherz walked in making her looked up.
Edith Wilson: Oh, hello boys. What can i help you with?
The Rusherz walked over to her-as Grizzly and Swoop brought out a bouquet of red, pink, and moon-dust colored carnations. Edith gasped getting down to their level, tears pricking her eyes.
Rusherz: *Warm smiles* Um-Happy Mothers day, Mrs. Edith Wilson.
Edith tears fell as she held the bouquet.
...
She gave them a tearful smiled as she brought them in a hug, heart heart both breaking and being full.
Edith Wilson:-Thank you..all of you.
