The legalities: I do not own any of the Expendables franchise (characters, places, and objects especially) and this is mostly au.Rated M just to be on the safe side.
Also, please don't be afraid to write reviews. I would love to hear from you all!

Prompt: "Can you hit him with your knife?"
"I believe the technical term is 'stab.'"
Some people just didn't learn. Jacoba closed her eyes as she sighed, attempting to block out the idiot who was currently attempting to chat up both her and Lacey. Once again, Jacoba decided that she was going to blame Lacey for getting them into this situation. Since Jacoba had started dating Gunnar, she hadn't really been able to go out to the bar with Lacey. Okay, that was a lie; she'd rather stay home than go out in general, really. But Lacey had insisted so Jacoba had sighed (which caused Gunnar to chuckle) but still went and dressed for a night on the town.
That had led them to the situation that they were in currently. A random drunk (and she could practically smell him across the room the first time she'd seen him) had come over to them before either Lacey or Jacoba had even taken a swig of their first drinks. He then proceeded to attempt to pick up the both of them for the next twenty minutes, which brought them to the present. Jacoba just sighed again before opening her eyes to glare over at her best friend.
What she saw when she did so gave her a reason to pause, however. Lacey had an almost crazed glare directed at the drunk, who didn't seem to realize that she was doing so. As though she felt Jacoba's stare on her, Lacey looked over at her best friend before starting to smirk. Jacoba cocked her head to the left and furrowed her brow. She really didn't know what Lacey was going to say or do next.
"Hey, J?" (They always used their first initials in these sorts of situations).
"Yes, L?"
"Could you possibly hit this idiot with your knife?"
Jacoba was extremely glad that she hadn't just taken a drink of her cocktail; otherwise she would have had a spit take. As it was, she was having a difficult time keeping herself from bursting out in laughter. Out of the corner of her eyes, she saw the drunk's eyes go extremely wide (which almost broke here).
Luckily, Jacoba was saved from answering by a voice behind her. "I believe that the technical term is 'stab,' not hit." Pretty much everyone at the bar turned to see Gunnar and Lee (Both looking rather amused) standing there. Gunnar spoke again, "And I would greatly appreciate not having to bail my woman out of jail again."
As she reached her hand out to pull Gunnar toward her, Jacoba barely acknowledged that the drunk was scurrying away. She was too focused on the fact that her man was there and sent a questioning look up at him.
Gunnar shrugged. "Lee got a call from the bartender, who he apparently knows. So, we came ot save you. But have a suggestion. Maybe, if you two are needing to hang out, you do so at one of our homes?"
"Oh, I definitely agree."
