Chapter 3-

"Lulu I can't…I can't talk to you when you're like this." Dante Falconeri paces the room shaking his head, so focused on Lulu that he didn't notice Michael Corinthos slipping out of the loft.

"Then don't." Came Lulu's harsh reply as she stared blankly at the walls of the loft, curled up in a ball on the floor. A fluffy white robe covers her body, a big white blanket and a pregnancy pillow sat under her.

"You're sitting on the Goddamn floor and you expect me to believe that nothing is wrong? I don't know who you think you are but, I'm not buying this bullshit." Dante was pissed off, why wasn't she talking to him?

"That's a good way to get broken up with." Lulu gingerly rose from the floor wincing in pain as she pulled clothes from drawers, gathering everything she owned into some bags. Finally, she threw her robe and blanket on top of her bags straightening her crumpled black clothes.

"Lu, what are you saying?" Dante softly asked her, Lulu visibly flinched at the nickname.

"Johnny calls me that. I make an exception for my dad and Ethan if they slip up and call me that but, not for you. You don't care about me, you never have. Stop pretending that you do." Lulu held no sentiment for Dante anymore, their relationship was over.

Once Michael was out of the loft, he jogged to Johnny's penthouse knocking on the door. If anyone could get his cousin to open up, it was definitely Johnny Zacchara. Almost immediately the door was pulled open, Johnny looked surprised to see him but told Michael to come inside.

"I know that you and Lulu aren't what you used to be but…I really would feel better if you talked to her." Michael blurted out, not giving Johnny a chance to say anything.

"Is something wrong?" Johnny wonders, Ethan hadn't mentioned anything about Lulu going through anything.

"There's something, I just don't know what. For three days now she just lays on the floor, on her pregnancy pillow and blanket. She blocks everyone out. I don't know." Johnny tried not to act surprised when he heard the words pregnancy pillow, it was bound to happen sometime. She wasn't his girl anymore, only in his mind.

"She's pregnant." Johnny didn't ask, it was more like a statement.

"Oh…I guess I really am a blonde. I never put two and two together, I'm an idiot." Michael winced, why hadn't he picked up on that? Was he really that dumb?

"It's okay, you've got a lot going on. I hear a lot of women get depressed when they're carrying a child, their bodies are changing. Lulu's probably scared because she's never done this before. How's Dante handling it?" Johnny didn't care about Dante but he still had to respect that was who Lulu was with.

"Pfft. All Dante does is argue with her, he doesn't care. He's never cared. All Dante is worried about is Delores." Michael shoves his hands in the pockets of his jeans, shaking his head.

"Is Dante even at home with her?" Johnny looked at the teenager, alarmed.

"Not really, I don't think he actually loves her. I think she's starting to notice. It's just that Lulu always says that you're the person she trusts with her life no matter what type of terms you two are on." Michael felt like Johnny was just going to brush him off.

"She-she said that?" Johnny was taken back, did she really mean that? After everything he had put her through?

"Yeah, she did." Michael nodded.

"I'll see what I can do, I can't promise anything." Johnny held up a hand, Michael thanked him and left the penthouse to go see Abby at work. That night at around six, there was another knock on his door. Johnny crossed the room to pull the door open, seeing Lulu Spencer standing on the other side.

"Hey." Johnny says, surprised.

"Hey yourself." She forces a smile that didn't quite reach her eyes, walking inside and heading towards the couch.

"Michael came to see you. Didn't he?" Lulu asked as Johnny joined her on the couch.

"Yeah." Johnny agreed.

"I can't have kids." Lulu says, bluntly.

"What?" Johnny asked, surprised. He hadn't expected that.

"I can't have babies. Ever. So, I went into a deep depression and Dante decided he was going to get what he wanted either way. Delores is 17 weeks pregnant, as a woman I am completely and utterly useless." Lulu fought to keep her emotions in check but it was hard. Everything was so…raw.

"Oh my God, I don't even know what to say. I'm so sorry, Lu. I'm not going to pretend to know what it's like because I'm not a woman but, I know you're in pain. I hate seeing you like this." Johnny heavily sighed taking her hand in his, he couldn't believe Dante could be so selfish.

"I appreciate your honesty, it's better when people don't try to understand. Thank you, Johnny." Lulu wrapped her arms around him, savoring the warm feeling that came over her when Johnny pulled her into his chest.

"You need to get away, we're going on a trip." Johnny pulls back to look at her.

"What did you have in mind?"
