Daisy walked the corridor to her bedroom, and noticed her door was open slightly. That was weird, she usually always shut her door behind her. She slowly peaked in but she couldn't see much. She pushed open the door and jumped when she saw someone sitting on her bed! But her eyes soon focussed and she realized it was her dear friend, Princess Peach. "Oh my God, Peach!" Daisy went to sit next to her friend, bringing her in for a hug. Peach hugged her back. "Daisy! Did you forget my visit?" Daisy pulled away and paled. Oh my gosh, Peach had planned to come visit her for a few days this month for a little staycation. It was the soonest Peach could do after her breakup with Luigi. She had totally forgotten, having been overwhelmed with Tatanga's invasion. Well, it's not like she could have told her not to come anyways. Tatanga was filtering outgoing mail and likely barred anything from the royal families in case they tried to ask for help from neighbouring kingdoms.

"I'm so sorry, Peach, the last week has been hectic. I've been completely preoccupied." Peach nodded. "Yeah, I figured when there were guards blocking my entry that weren't yours that something was up! Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm alright. Just - a lot has happened. How did you get past those guards, anyway?" Daisy stood and walked to her wardrobe to change into some pajamas. She took off her cloak and tossed it on an ottoman. Peach smirked. "Oh, being kidnapped by Bowser repeatedly has taught me some valuable persuasion skills. I told the guards I was a plumber and that a downstream pipe had burst, and I needed to do some preventive maintenance here or else the city would flood. And he bought it! You should have seen the look on his-oh, my god. Daisy, are you okay?"

Daisy, down to her underwear in the midst of changing, turned to face her friend. "What are you talking about?" Peach stared at her, eyes wide as saucers. "You're covered in bruises." Daisy looked down at herself. Sure enough, there were bruises across her chest - hickeys, left by Tatanga that morning. Daisy turned toward her mirror and noted that the bruises spread to her inner thighs, neck, and her butt. She noticed the letter "T" was marked on each of the locations. Daisy let out a huge breath. Wow, his timing was bad.

Peach stood up. "Daisy, what happened? Who invaded your kingdom? The guards were purple, they reminded me of someone but I couldn't put my finger on it."

"Tatanga," Daisy said shakily. Peach gasped and pointed at her butt. "T… for Tatanga? Oh my god, are those hickeys?" She stared at her friend in alarm. Daisy sighed. "Sit down. I'll tell you everything."

Peach sat on the bed and Daisy pulled on some sweats and a hoodie. "So about 4 days ago, Tatanga pulled up with his cronies. He materialized his own castle in the middle of town and released a statement to my people - that they were to obey only him, and if they disobeyed him or followed us instead, they would be severely punished. The rest of my family decided to just hide out in the castle and accept this, that it was our safest option. After 2 days I couldn't take it anymore, so that night I walked right up to his castle and let myself in."

"And you seduced him?"

"He attacked you?"

"No. It's complicated. Just… let me explain."

Daisy looked down at her hands in her lap. "I told him that I was there to negotiate for my people. They're all afraid to leave their homes for fear of his punishment, which he has not exercised to my knowledge. He invited me into his study which was also his bedroom and he basically proposed that I sleep with him in exchange for being able to make decisions for the sake of my people."

Peach looked at her incredulously. "You're fucking him?" Daisy shook her head. "Well, not exactly. His exact words were that he wanted me to spend my nights with him. We haven't gotten there yet, but I know he expects it soon."

Peach just stared ahead in bewilderment. "So what have you guys done? Is he any good?" Daisy blushed. "Pretty much everything but penetrative sex at this point. Peach gasped. "SPILL THE DETAILS. NOW. Why only almost?"

Peach nodded and looped her arm through her friend's arm. "Sounds good to me!"
