Wiggum pulls away, putting one hand on the other man's neck, running his fingers down it. He then begins licking and nibbling it, Bob moans, telling him, "Ohh! Wiggum!" Bob then hears a familiar laugh, he thinks, "Joe Raider?? Why..why would he be here?!"
He puts his hands on Clancy's shoulders, and asks nervously, "Uh-um Wiggum?" This makes the chief stop, he looks into Bob's eyes with curiosity, who asks, "Did the other police lock Joe up here?"
Wiggum sighs, putting each hand on the sides of Bob's ass, and tells him, "Yes, I just put him in a cell." Bob gasps, "Aren't you.." he starts before feeling Wiggum grab his dick.
Wiggum tells Bob while stroking his dick gently, "No, now that loser won't be able to steal you so easily." Bob moans happily, grabbing Wiggum's belt, he unbuckles then pulls it off. He then pulls down the man's pants and boxers.
