Episode 70: Lust And Chasity
June 6th 6:30 p.m. (Two Years Ago)
On the horizon in Tokyo the sun began to set. The skies above started to darken from blue to red and orange. Only a couple of clouds hovered up above, accompanying the setting sun and bringing in the almost visible moon in the background.
Up on top a water-tower, Charoite sat down with her legs crossed, her hands intertwined, and her eye closed. A small gentle breeze passed through her, flowing through her hair as she let out a small hum. Basking in her solitude her lips slowly curved into a small smile. Sometimes...just sometimes, being alone isn't all too bad.
*RING RING*
Opening her eye a small groan exited Charoite's mouth. Her solitude had come to an abrupt end at the collection of rings entering her ears. Reaching into her pocket she pulled out her phone and looked at the Caller I.D. Her eye blinked at the name on her phone before she answered it.
"Hello?" Charoite said.
"Hi...Charoite..."
That voice...
"Misaki?" Charoite asked.
"I... I...want... I want to talk to you. I...want to see you." Misaki replied
"Are you okay?" Charoite asked.
"Please... Come over..." Misaki replied before hanging up.
Closing her eye Charoite got up from her spot and leaped off of the water-tower.
Traversing through the rooftops of Tokyo Charoite turned her head and spotted a large apartment complex to her right. Coming up to the edge of the building she was on Charoite leaped into the air and flipped her body forward a few times right as she was descending to the ground. With one more flip she stretched her legs out and landed on the ground while straightening her upper-body.
Walking up to the apartment complex she went up a large flight of stairs until she stopped at the second floor. Walking pass several doors she stopped in her tracks at the last door: Apt. 009.
Raising up her hand she knocked on the door a few times. Taking a few steps back she placed a hand on her hip and waited. The sounds of various locks entered her ears right as the door opened up. On the other side it was Misaki Yuki, however, the young woman had seen better days. Misaki's hair was very frazzled, her eyes were barely open, and she was barely standing up with the door keeping her up. She wore a white tank-top, dark-blue short-shorts, and held a small brown bottle in her right hand.
"Hi... *hiccup* H-Hi, Charoite. W-Why are you here?" Misaki said with a drowsy voice.
Just looking at the young woman Charoite closed her eye and lightly shook it. "May I come in?"
Misaki looked up at her apartment ceiling and gave it some thought before nodding. Moving herself away from the door she tumbled a bit and placed herself onto the side of the wall. Charoite entered the apartment and closed the door behind her before taking Misaki's arm and wrapping it around herself. Turning themselves around Charoite guided Misaki through her apartment and made their way to the living room.
Upon entering the living room Charoite saw a couple of empty bags of chips on the table, some manga books scattered all over the floor, half-eaten cupcakes on the table, and a couple of cans lying on the floor.
Coming up to the couch Charoite sat herself and Misaki down on some open space. Misaki soon leaned back and raised her bottle to her mouth before it got blocked by Charoite's hand.
"You've had enough for tonight." Charoite said, taking the bottle and putting it on the table.
"*burp* D-Don't...D-Don't tell...me what to do." Misaki replied, slurring her words.
"Masaki. What's going on?" Charoite asked.
Masaki moaned for a moment and placed a hand on her head. Her thoughts were all jumbled and scattered, making her unable to think clearly. Taking a moment she opened her eyes and turned her head, noticing that Charoite was still with her. Sucking in some air she slowly exhaled it out of her mouth. Little by little he thoughts were coming together.
"Daisuke." Misaki muttered.
"Your brother?" Charoite asked.
Misaki nodded. "It's... It's not fair. He's super busy now that he's the head of the clan. I barely... barely see him anymore." Misaki began. "I get that it's important and I've got my own life to live too, but...would it really hurt him to come and see his sister once and a while? Sure, I do my part when I can and he's more than proud of me for that, but...I just want to see my brother more."
Tears began to swell in Misaki's eyes until she covered her face and sobbed. Charoite sat next to her, watch her letting out all that she was feeling. Moving a little more to the crying young woman Charoite wrapped her arm around her before pulling her into a hug. Misaki paid no mind to it and accepted it without a fight.
"Shh...I'm here. It's okay." Charoite calmly said as she rubbed Misaki's back and the back of her head.
A few more sobs exited out of Misaki right when she lifted her head to Charoite. More tears fell onto her cheeks as her vision was covered in tears, but she was still able to see Charoite in her field of vision. Without warning Misaki pushed her head forward, crashing her lips onto Charoite's.
Charoite's eye widened with a muffled gasp exiting her mouth. She stood completely still at Misaki's actions. But then she quickly grabbed Misaki by her shoulders and lightly pushed her away.
"W-What's wrong?" Misaki asked in confusion.
"Misaki. You just kissed me." Charoite pointed out.
Misaki blinked at her right as she took in what Charoite just said. She just kissed someone very close to her. Someone who she's known since she was a teenager.
Turning her head away Misaki frowned, "I'm sorry. I just... I want someone with me right now. I don't want to be alone tonight, that's why I called you earlier. If you don't feel the same way about me then I-"
Misaki wasn't able to finish her sentence when Charoite cupped her cheeks and moved her head, making her lock eyes with the Indigo Kunoichi.
"Misaki. I'll stay with you, but...I want to ask you something. Did you kiss me out of desperation or have you had feelings for me for some time?" Charoite said with a firm tone.
Misaki blinked at the woman in front of her. With everything happening right now, her thoughts were clearing up by the moment. Taking a breath she answered, "I''ve always had feelings for you since Daisuke introduced you to me. But...you were with my brother at the time, so I had to keep my feelings to myself. I've wanted to tell you, but...I wasn't sure you'd like me like that."
Pushing her head forward Charoite placed her lips onto Misaki's. Misaki let out a muffled gasp until she closed her eyes and gave in to the kiss. Charoite held onto the woman as they continued kissing. If this is how Misaki felt for her then Charoite would without a doubt give her attention and the affection she needed. It has been sometime since she's been in a relationship, but...nothing is stopping her from starting this one.
Soon both women pulled away from each other and blushed at the newfound sensation going through them.
"Shall we continue in your room?" Charoite asked.
Misaki's lips grinned as she nodded before they went into her bedroom and closed the door.
Jan 12th 2:00 p.m.
Step by step Seraphinite walked among the path before her. Side by side there were rows of cherry blossom trees. Her gaze turned to the beautiful trees as the peddles flowed through the wind. Her lips grinned at the beautiful sight in front of her. She slowly closed her eyes and sucked in some air into her nose before slowly exhaling it out the same area.
'This...sensation. This...feeling. Is this how humans feel every single day?' Seraphinite thought to herself. Raising her arms she placed her hands on her face, sending a sudden surge coursing through her body. Her lips stretched further into a smile as her cheeks started to blush. 'It was a gamble, but...being brought out into the world was the best decision Kameron and Lapis ever made for me.'
Soon Seraphinite's eyes shot open. Her happy expression vanished in an instant as she removed her hands from her face. Her eyes quickly averted themselves before she jumped out of the way. Landing back on the ground she crouched and saw three kunais piercing the ground. Narrowing her eyes Seraphinite placed a hand on her goggles and slowly placed them over her eyes. Standing up and straightening her upper-body she raised out her right hand, making a stream of water burst out of her palm before it got solidified.
Grabbing the hilt of the now solid water, Seraphinite slowly placed it behind her back. Lowering her upper-body she immediately leaped into the air, landing onto the opposite side of where she was. Turning her head she spotted two kunais on the ground this time. She then quickly lifted her head up and saw Charoite coming down above her. Raising her solid water blade Seraphinite watched as Charoite twisted her body and aimed her kunai at the water blade.
Both weapons collided, but only for a brief moment once Charoite pushed her body back, flipping herself in midair until she landed on the ground. Lifting her head Charoite gave Seraphinite a blank expression right before she rushed up to her. Seraphinite lifted her blade, gripping onto it with both hands while her eyes locked onto the Indigo Kunoichi. Watching her adversary come to her Seraphinite kept her guard up, but...when Charoite came in close she instantly phased right through the Fusion.
A small gasp exited Seraphinite as she watched Charoite pass through her body. Charoite soon came behind her target and twisted her body, sending her kunai right at Seraphinite. Quickly turning her own body Seraphinite raised up her blade. In a fraction of a second both the kunai and water blade made contact.
Both the kunoichi and Fusion stood where they were, keeping themselves locked in place while their weapons remained locked together. Neither of them moved a muscle, keeping their eyes locked on each other. Anything could happen at this moment. Either of them could make a move, but would it get countered or would it make a hit?
Up above a small cherry blossom solely swifted back and forth in the wind; calmly shifting itself in the air. Little by little the cherry blossom casually descended onto the ground below. Slowly...the peddle landed on the ground and both girls pushed themselves back from each other.
Now that they were at a distance Seraphinite dashed up to Charoite, summoning her blade and bringing it down onto the kunoichi. Instead of having the blade phase on her Charoite actually dodged the attack before getting a barrage of slashes coming her way. One after the other she moved her body side to side right until she kneed Seraphinite in the stomach and twisted her body, stretching her leg out to kick her in the stomach again.
A small gawk exited out of Seraphinite's mouth as she was backed up a bit until Charoite dashed up to her again. Expecting another attack Seraphinite brought up her guard, but instead the kunoichi phased right through the Fusion, getting right behind her before wrapping an arm around her adversary's waist and planting her kunai against Seraphinite's neck.
"Now...be a good girl and surrender." Charoite whispered into Seraphinite's ear.
Seraphinite gulped. Her cheeks started to burn with how close the kunoichi was to her, but it also added some worry with how close the kunai's metal was against her neck. There were a few options Seraphinite could make to get the upper-hand, but...a loss was a loss.
Lowering her water Seraphinite soon dismissed it. As she did Charoite removed her kunai from the Fusion's neck.
"Good girl. Now, let me talk to my brother." Charoite whispered into her ear.
Seraphinite puffed her cheeks, "I don't want to go."
"Sera. Please. You know how much I love him and love interacting with him. You've been around for two hours now. You need a break." Charoite said.
Seraphinite groaned as Charoite released herself from her. Putting her goggles back onto her head Seraphinite's body started glowing cyan right until she was completely engulfed in the light. Shortly after both Kameron and Lapis emerged, holding each other closely.
Opening their eyes the couple soon released themselves from each other. Once they did Charoite stepped in, wrapping her arm around her brother while pressing her body against him.
"I love you, little brother." Charoite whispered to him.
Kameron groaned a little with how close his big sister was to him in front of his girlfriend, but he sucked it up and wrapped his arms around her waist. "I love you too, Char."
Lapis stood on the sidelines, crossing her arms with an annoyed expression on her face. It totally sucked that her time with her boyfriend was cut. Sure, Sera was out for two hours, but she wanted her to be around a little longer. Totally no fair.
Charoite soon released herself from her brother, but not before planting a small peck on his cheek.
"Char..." Kameron groaned.
"C'mon, it's not bad for your big sister to give you affection." Charoite addressed.
Right when Kameron was about to respond a loud ring entered their ears. Pulling out their phones the trio saw a Gem Icon on their screens. Pressing on it the icon planted itself onto a location.
The moment the location was identified Charoite narrowed her eye and clicked her tongue.
Putting their phones away the trio summoned out their Warp Whistles and blew into them.
Jan 12th 3:00 p.m.
Arriving at their destination the trio quickly put their Warp Whistles away and starting observing their surroundings.
Shibuya. A very iconic Ward in Tokyo. Everyday a myriad of people would walk among the crosswalks, getting to where they needed to go. However, today was not one of those day. All around the trio saw no-one. Cars and several other vehicles remained, but not a single person was in sight.
"This is a little creepy." Lapis said out-loud.
"Whenever there's a Corrupted around everyone immediately gets to secured locations until the situation is handled." Charoite explained.
"That's good to hear." Kameron said as he continued looking around. "Let's find the Corrupted before it can do some damage." He added as he summoned Venganza.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Having the scream enter their ears the trio quickly turned their heads to the direction it was originating from. Without saying a word the trio sprinted to the east.
Coming up to a corner the trio quickly stopped and found a Corrupted. It was massive and purple with a plethora of tentacles stretched out and waving all around. It's Gemstones were located on-top of it's body, but that wasn't the most concerning aspect about it. Within it's tentacles was Misaki, screaming her lungs out as the Corrupted wrapped itself around her body.
Seeing Misaki in the clutches of the Corrupted Charoite instantly dashed ahead. Leaping into the air she landed right onto the roof of a car and threw a barrage of kunais at the tentacles. Upon each one piercing themselves into the creature the Corrupted unleashed an animalistic roar, unraveling it's tentacles on Misaki and releasing her. Watching her fall Charoite dived midair and grabbed a hold of her right as they landed back on the ground.
With Misaki rescued Kameron and Lapis pointed their attention onto the Corrupted. Tightening his grip on Venganza Kameron dashed ahead. Lapis took flight and made her way to her target. Seeing them come to it the Corrupted launched and fired it's tentacles at them. Kameron leaped into the air, landing on one of the tentacles before slashing away at the rest. Lapis swiftly dodged each tentacle coming at her before summoning two spheres of water and throwing them at two more tentacles. The spheres began to expand and turn into saw-blades, slicing right through her targets.
Tearing through another tentacle Kameron continued making his way to the base of the Corrupted as his Gemstone began to glow, covering his body with a green aura. Slicing more tentacles Lapis followed her boyfriend as her Gemstone started glowing, covering her body in a blue aura. Watching his girlfriend following him Kameron picked up his speed until he took one giant leap into the air. Meeting with Lapis they both locked their eyes onto their target and in complete synchronicity they both launched two slashes of energy and water at the Corrupted.
POOF!
The double-attack sent itself right through the monster, making it roar until it's body ultimately poofed. With their auras vanishing Lapis grabbed Kameron's arm and threw him toward the Corrupted's Gemstones. Putting Venganza on his back Kameron launched a long crystal chain at the Gemstones, grabbing them and pulling them to him right as he landed back on the ground.
"From dark to light. Beyond the stars and the universe. Sleep within the core of your existence." Kameron said to the Gemstones.
Symbols of a dove appeared on the right when Kameron placed them into his own Gemstone.
The threat had been neutralized. With it taken care of Kameron and Lapis rushed over to Charoite holding onto Misaki.
"Charoite, I'm okay." Misaki assured.
Charoite increased her hold onto her girlfriend for a moment until she pulled herself back, coming face to face with her. "Don't ever scare me like that again."
Misaki nodded as the two shared a kiss.
"What are you doing out here, Misaki?" Kameron asked.
"I was going to the store to pick up some milk, but on my way back to the university I saw that Corrupted emerge from the ground and...you know the rest." Misaki answered.
"I'll take you back before your next class." Charoite offered.
Misaki shook her head. "I'll be alright on my own."
Right as Charoite was about to retort a collection of rings entered the air. Lapis pulled out her phone and two more Gem icons came up. One was planted further east from where they were and the second was located west.
"Looks like it's not over yet." Lapis addressed.
"May I join you all?" Misaki asked.
"Absolutely not! You just got attacked by a Corrupted." Charoite retorted.
Misaki soon narrowed her eyes at her girlfriend. "It caught me off-guard. I am not helpless. Just this once. My class isn't until two hours from now."
Charoite groaned a little. Yes, Misaki isn't that helpless. She was far from that and Charoite has seen her capabilities first-hand, but...this time it was different.
"Lapis, can you pair up with Misaki and handle the Corrupted in the west?" Kameron asked.
Lapis turned to her boyfriend with a shocked expression. Was he seriously suggesting they split up again?
"I wouldn't mind that." Misaki addressed. She then turned to Charoite. "You go with your brother."
Charoite groaned again, but there wasn't any time to waste. With no other choice she agreed to the suggestion.
Going their separate ways Kameron and Charoite headed further east.
Roaming through the streets the siblings saw the entrance into Shibuya Station and quickly went toward it. Going down a large flight of stairs the siblings noticed an escalator set and instead of going down it normally they both leaped forward, going right over the escalator steps and making their way to the bottom.
Entering the station the siblings started walking. Not a single person was in sight nor a train on either side of the tracks. The atmosphere became dead quiet with only the sound of insects remaining in the air.
Side by side Kameron and Charoite kept their eyes open for any abnormalities. With every step they took nothing seemed out of place. Everything seem fine, yet that was the problem. Whenever there was a dead silent atmosphere it was always a clear sign that something was going to happen.
Stopping at the center of the station the siblings looked up to see the lights started flickering. It was daylight, so normally dthat wouldn't be a problem, yet a sense of uneasiness lingered around the siblings.
In a flash a bolt of lightning surged from the lights above and made it's way to Kameron, making him fall to his knees.
"Kameron!" Charoite said.
Grunts exited out of Kameron's mouth while his body started to twitch. Even after getting hit by Amber's electricity, Kameron still wasn't use to the shock value.
Comforting her brother Charoite looked at him with concern, but her worries started to increase when a collection of laughter entered in. Raising her head Charoite's eye slowly widened at the familiarity of the laughter and witnessing a single person coming into her field of vision.
The person walking up to them was a young woman with curved-backed blonde hair and two bangs in front. She was pale-skinned with golden eyes and golden lipstick. She wore a yellow crop-top with an open black hoodie jacket, black jeans, and dark-yellow shoes.
"So easy. Didn't even notice anything at all." The woman cackled.
The woman soon stopped at the center of the station while calming herself. Her lips stretched into a wicked grin as she looked at both Kameron and Charoite.
"Long time, no see, Sensei." The woman said gleefully.
Charoite instantly glared at the woman while helping her brother up.
"Aww, what's wrong? Aren't you glad to see me again? It's been so long and I've been dying to have our reunion. Though I see you've brought your brother here. Kinda a mood-killer though, but he is definitely cute." The woman said.
Kameron took a few heavy breaths in as he turned to look at his big sister, "Someone...you...know?"
Charoite opened her mouth to answer, but instead she immediately closed it. She couldn't utter a single word.
"Well... If you aren't gonna introduce me, I guess I'll have to do it then." The woman said as she placed her hands on her hips. "My name is Inazuma. I'm the head of Faction#7 of G.A.F. Though not always. I'm also your big sister's former student."
Kameron turned his head to his big sister and then back to Inazuma. Former student? It didn't take long for Kameron to understand what those words meant.
"Guessing your big sister never mentioned me, huh?" Inazuma said. "That's so cold. To think, after everything we've been through together. And now, I'm here to exterminate you." She added as she raised her hand out.
In a flash a bolt of lightning exited out of Inazuma's hand, aiming right at the siblings. Both of them stood directly still right as the bolt went right through them, going straight for a trash can behind the siblings.
Inazuma hummed, lowering her arm. It wasn't much of a surprise what the outcome would bring. It was clearly predictable, yet seeing it never made her uninterested.
"How cute. Seeing the both of you together makes me happy, and want to hurl at the same time." Inazuma said. "I wonder if I would get the same results if I went after Misaki."
Charoite glared at Inazuma as hard as she was able. Right now she was the only one who could protect her brother. He had no idea what this woman was capable of, yet...the mentioning of her girlfriend really stung in her mind.
"Hmph. Maybe I'll go find out." Inazuma said, turning her back against Kameron and Charoite. "It'll be interesting to see the look on her face when I-"
Within a fraction of a second Charoite rushed right up to Inazuma and leaped into the air, aiming her knee right onto Inazuma's back. The sheer force made Inazuma gawk and pushed her forward, but she quickly kept herself on her feet before twisting her body and stretching her leg out, hitting Charoite in her stomach.
A grunt exited Charoite while she was midair until she fell on her back.
Inazuma chuckled at Charoite right as she walked up to her with electricity pulsing out of her hands. The electricity soon transformed into several kunais between her fingers. Bringing her hand up she was about to throw the kunais until Kameron rushed in, grabbing her arms and keeping it in midair.
"Look at what we got here. The little brother coming to save his sister." Inazuma smirked.
"You're not gonna hurt her while I'm here." Kameron replied firmly.
Then out of nowhere Inazuma pushed her head forward, pressing her lips onto Kameron's. The mere action halted Kameron, making him let out a muffled gasp as he froze in place. Inazuma soon separated herself from Kameron while his strength was weakening. She then ripped his grip off of her and plunged all eight kunais into his body, sending a huge burst of electricity coursing through him.
Kameron screamed his head of at the large amount of volts going through him. But soon enough Inazuma released her kunais from Kameron right as he fell onto his knees in front of her.
"Ha. Ha. Ha. I will admit. That was a juicy kiss, but I'm afraid I'm a bit too old for you, baby boy." Inazuma giggled, looking at Kameron. She then grabbed him by his hair and pulled him close to her, "But I will give you a little something for that. It honestly gets me off seeing you in this kind of pain. So why don't I give you an experience you'll never forget."
Kameron glared at her right when Inazuma lifted her free arm pulsing with electricity. Seeing the blood fall from his mouth made Inazuma blush, but right as she was about to plunge her weapon into the boy there was another person she forgot was around.
In the air Charoite stretched her leg out, kicking Inazuma square in the face and pushing her away from her brother. Inazuma stumbled back a few feet away while her vision blurred, but right as it was about to clear up Charoite dashed ahead, kicking the woman in the stomach. Charoite then phased through her, getting right behind Inazuma and kicking the back of her legs, making the woman fall to her knees.
"How dare you violate my brother!" Charoite yelled. Raising up her hand she placed it into a chopping position before bringing down onto Inazuma's head. On impact the amount of force put into the chop made Inazuma fall forward, collapsing onto the pavement.
Now with the lightning bitch subdued Charoite turned to her brother. Coming up to him she got down and helped him up on his legs. Turning around they made their way back to the entrance of the station.
Meanwhile... Lapis and Misaki quickly made their way down the streets of Shibuya.
Neither of the pair spoke a word the closer they were getting to their target. Lapis was a bit aggravated she could be with her boyfriend again on a mission. Honestly, it really sucked. But the sooner this mission gets completed then they could go back to being together.
Misaki on the other hand wasn't entirely sure on what to say to Lapis. This was her first time meeting the Gem and she really didn't know much about the girl, though at the same time it was also her first time fighting a Corrupted too. Normally whenever a Corrupted was around she would let her girlfriend or G.A.F handle it. But this was her home and though fighting other people was her common place, she'll give it her all when facing these monsters.
Coming up into their line of vision Lapis and Misaki spotted another large Corrupted. This one was purple with a large skull head, multiple eyes all over it's body, and it's lower-half took the form of a dark-purple bud. It's Gemstone was located on the center of it's chest.
Stopping in their tracks Lapis and Misaki watched the Corrupted lift a car up into the air and throw it right at them. Lapis quickly grabbed Misaki and took to the skies, dodging the car.
"Exactly, what can you do?" Lapis asked.
"Put me down and I'll show you." Misaki replied.
Coming down to the streets Lapis released Misaki right when the woman held two fingers against her forehead. Closing her eyes Misaki a purple aura soon surrounded her body, making Lapis take a step back.
Reopening her eyes Misaki's pupils turned purple. Th aura surrounding her began to creep onto the ground and from it a long black katana emerged out of the energy. Seeing it in front of her Misaki grabbed the katana and held it with both hands.
"Whoa..." Lapis said in awe.
"Charoite gave me this blade." Misaki replied. "She told me it originally belonged to a ninja in space. She told me I was better at using it that she ever could."
Lapis didn't fully understand what she was talking about, but if the katana could help her fight then that's all that she needed to know.
Putting their attention back on the Corrupted the creature opened it's eyes, lifting several more vehicles in the air and throwing them right at the girls.
Getting into a stance Misaki rushed right toward a large truck and slashed right through it with ease. Jumping onto the truck's debris she made her way to another trucking coming at her and sliced it like a hot knife through cheese.
Lapis followed her through the air, dodging the vehicles coming right at her and pushing herself ahead. Watching Misaki jumping off of the debris Lapis soon caught her arm and threw her right into the Corrupted's sight.
Seeing her come Misaki suddenly stopped in midair before getting pushed away. Lapis flapped her wings, going higher into the air until she managed to catch Misaki.
"You okay?" Lapis asked.
"I am. But how are we gonna handle this?" Misaki replied.
Lapis was about to reply into a barrage of gunfire entered both hers and Misaki's ears. Down below the girls saw a group of G.A.F soldiers attacking the Corrupted. Without even needing to word it the girls have found their chance.
Flapping her wings Lapis flew straight through the air, making her way right onto the Corrupted again. Twisting her body Lapis threw Misaki right at the Corrupted. Tucking in her legs, Misaki pushed her body forward, rotating herself into a ball as she tighten her grip on her katana. Coming in close Misaki soon unraveled herself and pierced her blade right into the Corrupted's body.
The creature unleashed a roar of pain. But things started to change when Misaki started sliding down, keeping the katana in the monster and opening a large hole on it.
POOF!
Making her way to the ground Misaki removed her blade from the beast, causing it to poof. Misaki soon hit the ground with a loud thud. Raising her head she witnessed the Gemstone falling and raised her hand, catching it in her palm.
Lapis soon descend onto the ground and dismissed her wings before walking up to Misaki.
"This belongs to you." Misaki said, handing Lapis the Gemstone.
Lapis took the Gemstone, "From dark to light. Beyond the stars and the universe. Sleep within the core of your existence." She chanted.
The Corrupted had now been dealt with, but only one problem remained.
"Freeze!"
All around Lapis and Misaki saw the G.A.F soldiers surrounding them.
Misaki let out a sigh as she walked up to Lapis, "Hold your breath."
Lapis gave her a confused look right when Misaki pulled out a small black ball and threw it to the ground. On impact large black smoke erupted, covering the small area. The G.A.F soldiers began firing, but once the smoke cleared the girls were gone.
Interview#7
In the white room the Author sat calmly in a chair right as the next guest came in.
Looking up the Author saw that it was Charoite, whom calmly took a sitting in front of her creator.
Author: Hello, Charoite. How are you?
Charoite: I can't believe you did that to my brother.
Author: I've talked about this with Lepidolite, so I shall say it to you as well. There has to be conflict in my stories. If you wish to take your emotion out on me, so be it.
Without warning a kunai soared through the air, passing the Author and hitting the wall behind them.
Charoite: If you ever put my brother through a similar circumstance again, you'll definitely have to deal with me.
Author: Noted. Is there anything else you would like to discuss?
Charoite soon walked up to the Author, spinning a kunai in her hand.
Charoite: How about we have a nice long talk about how wrong is was of you to do that to my brother. Then I'll you exactly why you should never do something like that again.
The Author gulped right when Charoite stopped spinning her weapon.
