P.V. Normal with Catalina
Catalina: I walked alongside the alpha until we reached a cave with a rock blocking the entrance, "Is it here?" I asked
"Yes, ma'am," the Alpha responded while nodding
Catalina: "Are they tied?" I asked
"Yes ma'am, the rock is an additional security measure, Scoot instructed us how to proceed in case a sigma was captured" the alpha explained
Catalina: "It's good to hear it," I said, "Move the rock, I must talk to them," I said seriously
"Are you sure, ma'am? According to Scott's instructions, when a prisoner is interrogated, there must be at least two elite alphas or a squad of alphas," the wolf asked, somewhat worried
Catalina: "Don't worry about that, I can take care of it" I said
The alphas looked at each other unsurely, not knowing what to do, but in the end, they obeyed Catalina's orders, "Be careful lady, if something happens, we will close the cave immediately" said one of the wolves
Catalina: "Okay," I said, nodding
The alphas nodded and moved the rock allowing Catalina to enter
"Are you coming to finish us off?" asked one of the sigmas
Catalina: "I'm just here to talk," I said calmly
"You waste your time, we will die first before revealing information," the other sigma said seriously
Catalina: "I knew you would say something like that, so I won't insist on getting information from you," I said calmly as I sat in front of them
"So, what are you going to do?" the second sigma seriously asked
Catalina: "As I told you, I just want to talk," I said
"About what?" First Sigma asked as he raised an eyebrow
Catalina: "About the reasons why you are divided into two groups," I said
"How did you find out about that?" the first sigma asked surprised
Catalina: "I met some members of the other group," I explained
"Apart from being idiots, they are useless, they were not able to finish you off," the second alpha said annoyed
Catalina: "Your group didn't make it either," I said
The sigmas just grunted in annoyance
Catalina: "Why did you divide into two groups?" I asked
"Nothing special, we just didn't want to pursue an impossible goal" said the second sigma
Catalina: "Do you mean finding the descendants of their former leaders?" I asked
"That's right, we all know that the alpha elite were the ones who killed them," the first sigma said angrily
Catalina: I sighed and said, "I know you probably don't believe me, but we didn't attack them, everything was planned by someone else so that the alpha elite and the sigmas would kill each other"
"Yes, of course, and who was that mysterious enemy?" the second sigma said sarcastically
Catalina: "The Society of Shadows" I said seriously
"The Shadow Society? That's just a story to scare the puppies," said the second sigma
"Do you have any proof of that?" the first sigma asked
Catalina: "Maybe one, but first I want to ask you one last thing," I said
"What is it?" the first sigma asked a little impatiently
Catalina: "If they found some of the heirs of the sigmas, how would they recognize him?" I asked
"We know that the male had Red fur with some black betas and dark yellow eyes and the female had Black fur with Blue Eyes" said the second sigma
"In addition to a birthmark, which the male had on his right paw and the female on her left paw" explained the second sigma
Catalina: I was surprised to hear that and I quickly saw my left paw where I had a birthmark, "They should have checked me when they caught me" I thought, "A mark like this?" I asked as I showed them
Both Sigmas were stunned when they saw their mark, "It's not possible," said the second sigma, not wanting to admit what he was thinking
"But it is the mark, not to mention that it is the same as the description," said the first sigma
Catalina: "I was also very surprised, when some sigmas from their other group explained it to me," I said while looking at my birthmark
"But you are an alpha elite," the second sigma said angrily
Catalina: "Because my parents saved me from the terrible massacre that affected us both and raised me as their daughter, that's why I'm sure that the elite alphas were not the culprits, otherwise they would never have rescued me" I explained
"That's a big lie," the second sigma shouted angrily while the first sigma remained silent, processing everything he had heard
Catalina: "I'm just telling you the facts, it's up to you whether to believe me or not," I told them with a sigh
"How do we know they're not messing with us?" I asked the first sigma
Catalina: "I told you everything I know, I'm really not sure about my past, maybe it's just a coincidence and I don't have any relationship with your leaders or maybe I do and if so, I want to know, not to mention that I want justice for what "What happened" I explained
"And what do you want from us?" I asked the first sigma
Catalina: "I just want to be able to solve this without spilling more blood," I said and as I left, I said, "I'll let you think about it"
When Catalina left the alphas sealed the entrance again with the large rock
Catalina: "Keep an eye on them, but give them enough food and water, I don't want them to die" I said seriously
"Yes, ma'am," said the alpha while nodding
Catalina: while I was walking, I thought, "I should talk to Scoot, if there is anyone who can know the truth about my parents, it is him"
After a few hours with Scoot
Scoot: I was returning to my cave, the healers told me that I should just rest and let the creams they put on me take effect, but it wasn't that serious, "I hope Jhosh recovers soon" I said to myself, when I entered the cave. In my cave I saw Catalina along with my children and the puppies that Jhosh had brought, "Hello Catalina, what a surprise to see you" I greeted surprised
Catalina: "I thought you would be worried about your puppies, so I went to look for them," I explained
Scoot: "I understand and I thank you very much," I said gratefully
Catalina: "What did the healers tell you?" I asked curiously
Scoot: "I'll be fine, I just have to take things easy some days and go every once in a while, to get checked out," I explained
Catalina: "That's great, I'm glad to hear it and what about Jhosh?" asked
Scoot: "He is much more serious, he will have to stay under observation for a few days and it will probably take several weeks to recover, but at least his life is not in danger," I explained
Catalina: "I understand," I said sadly, I didn't like seeing him hurt
Cristal: I heard what he said and I was quite worried, "Can we go see him?" I asked them worriedly as I approached her
Scoot: "It's better that you let him rest tonight, tomorrow you can go visit him" I said
Cristal: "I understand," I said with a sad sigh
Tent: "Calm down Sister, you heard, he is out of danger, he just needs to rest to recover" I said trying to comfort her
Cristal: "Yes, you are right," I said with a small smile
Catalina: "Can I talk to you alone for a moment?" I asked Scoot
Scoot: "Of course what happens?" I asked as I left the cave with her
Catalina: "I want the truth, were my parents really my parents?" I asked seriously
Scoot: "What do you mean?" asked
Catalina: "Do you know what I mean?" I said seriously
Scoot: I sighed and I said, "you know that your parents loved you and you will always be their daughter"
Catalina: "I know that and I am more than clear about it, I will always carry them in my heart like my parents, but I also need to know where I come from," I explained
Scoot: "I hoped I would never have to talk about this topic, although deep down I knew it was inevitable," I said with a sigh
Catalina: "So you knew," I said seriously
Scoot: "After that last great battle, the few of us who survived gathered in a safe area, it was difficult not to notice that your parents returned from their mission with a puppy" I said
Catalina: "How did everyone react?" asked
Scoot: "You were a puppy, regardless of your origin, you deserved a good life, that's why no one said anything, although it was decided that your origin would not be talked about" I explained
Catalina: "For fear that I might betray you?" I asked seriously
Scoot: "It was to not make you suffer, as far as we were concerned, you have always been one of us" I explained
Catalina: "I see," I said as I looked at the sky remembering my parents, "What else do you know?" asked
Scoot: "As I told you, since they brought you in, it was decided not to talk about that topic anymore and that was the case for a long time, but one day shortly before your mother succumbed to that illness, she told me the rest of the story," I said
Catalina: I was sad when I remembered my mother's death, but I asked, "What did she tell you?"
Scoot: "He told me that a sigma was protecting you and with his last breath he begged them to take care of you, that it didn't matter that they were elite alphas, the only thing that mattered was that they kept you safe, that this puppy is worth more to them than everything. the hatred and resentment of the past, that could take his head and claim victory over the sigmas" I explained
Catalina: "He was willing to sacrifice his pride as Sigma for me," I said, surprised
Scoot: "I was also surprised, that means how important you were to that wolf" I said
Catalina: "Could that wolf be my biological father?" asked
Scoot: "I thought about that too, but your mother wasn't so sure," I said
Catalina: "Why?" I asked curiously
Scoot: "She told me that that wolf didn't look anything like you, and the older you got, the surer she was of that," I explained
Catalina: "I see," I said thoughtfully, "Is there anything else she would tell you?" asked
Scoot: "If one day you asked me about it and she wasn't with us, I should tell you everything and that she regretted hiding the truth from you for so long," I said
Catalina: "I see," I said with a sigh
Scoot: "You know your parents always loved you, they never wanted to hurt you" I said
Catalina: "Yes I know, but I need time to process everything" I said as I walked away
Scoot: "If you need anything, you can tell me," I said
Catalina: "I know, thank you," I said as I walked away
Scoot: I sighed as I watched her walk away, "I hope this doesn't end badly" I thought as I sighed, then I re-entered the cave
Catalina: I was walking aimlessly, I had a lot to process, although I thought I had gotten the idea after what those sigmas told me, hearing it from Scoot, it really hit me, "What am I supposed to do?" I asked myself while looking at the moon
Humphrey: "I see you have a lot on your mind," I said as I approached
Catalina: I was surprised when he spoke to me, "I didn't feel when you were getting closer," I said, surprised
Humphrey: "Now I'm much stealthier and you were quite thoughtful" I explained
Catalina: "What are you doing here?" I asked curiously
Humphrey: "Kate wanted some water and was looking for something to bring her some," I explained, "What's wrong with you?" I asked
Catalina: sighs and I said, "I talked to Scott and he confirmed that my parents, not without my real biological parents, who brought me from the territory of the sigmas"
Humphrey: "Then that confirms the story of those sigmas," I said
Catalina: "That's right, although it is something quite difficult to process," I said with a sigh
Humphrey: "I imagine, it's one thing for a stranger to tell you, but for someone you trust like Scoot to confirm that story for you, it must really be shocking," I said empathetically
Catalina: "That's right, right now I don't know how I should feel, or even what to do," I explained with a sigh
Humphrey: "What do you mean?" I asked
Catalina: "These changes everything, am I an alpha elite or a sigma? Should I destroy them or should I save them? What will happen to me and Jhosh? How will you treat me?" I said with great confusion and sadness
Humphrey: "You're making it too complicated," I said
Catalina: "It's easy for you to say it," I said with a sigh
Humphrey: "Sure, like I'm not going through an existential crisis right now," I said sarcastically
Catalina: "It's different, you are sure of your past" I said
Humphrey: "Like you, this does not change anything about your past, nor about you, you are still Catalina, the proud daughter of Amelia and Cris, one of the best alpha elites that exist, our partner and our friend," I said smiling
Catalina: I smiled and said, "Thank you, I really needed to hear it"
Humphrey: I smiled at her and I said, "It's nothing, now I better hurry up, I don't want to keep Kate waiting"
Catalina: "Wait," I said
Humphrey: "What's wrong?" I asked
Catalina: "What am I supposed to do now?" I asked
Humphrey: "As I told you, you get very complicated, nothing has changed, our objective is the society of shadows, we will stop being their toys" I said the last part seriously
Catalina: "What will happen to the Sigmas?" I asked
Humphrey: "They will not forget their hatred so easily, but with good leadership it is possible that we can live together in peace" I said
Catalina: "Do you want me to lead them?" I asked surprised
Humphrey: I shook my head and I said "It's just an idea, but the decision is totally yours, in any case, we will support you", after that I left
Catalina: I saw him walk away and I thought, "You're right"
