Chapter 1

A/N: I have read a Good story by Guman, called; 'Enhanced'. I wanted to try my hand at it. But, I had seen an idea where Ranma Saotome and his Mom, Nodoka, made a wish that they were perfect in every single way. Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So, here we go.

"I wish ALL quirkless people were perfect in every single way." Said Izuku, "They'd be law-abiding citizens and be heroes if they wished. So incredibly heroic, no one would doubt them being heroes." With that, there was a flash of light, a beam shot out and exploded into the sky. He started to feel woozy and passed out. But, he wasn't the only one.

Quirkless people all over the world started to feel the same way. Unknown to them, when they awakened, the world would change. Izuku had woken up and was headed home. But, he had made a pit stop to save his 'friend', which beget them arguing about him having a quirk when it wasn't.

(Midoriya apartment)

Izuku was showing his mom what happened to him. He lifted the couch, with her on it, with one hand. "And this just happened?" She asked. Izuku nodded and sat down the couch.

"I don't know what happened afterward but, here I am." Inko had smiled at her son.

"Well, I believe you can be whatever you want." She said, "Even a hero." She hugged her son and he hugged her back. They had set up a training schedule and Izuku went to bed.

(A week later)

There were reports of people gaining powers and being heroic coming in, people who were quirkless terrorists, members of organized crime, and gang members turning themselves in. All law enforcement agencies were scratching their heads about why it happened. Every country's government was talking about the new 'enhanced' and what they wanted to do about it.

The Americas had wanted to teach the enhanced like their quirked citizens.

Europe wanted to ask their enhanced for help against their quirked villains.

The Middle East didn't care as long as their citizens let them do what they wanted.

The only area that had a problem with the enhanced was the Asian countries. They wanted their quirked citizens to be in charge and find a way to control them. They talked to the teachers at their hero schools about the enhanced and to not let them in their schools. But, all of the principals and vice principals disagreed with it. "But, it could lead to a war between Quirked and Enhanced." Said a member. "Gee," said Nemuri Kayama, the 'R-Rated Hero' Midnight. "I wonder why you want that to happen."

"Nemuri," scolded Nezu, the Principal of Yuuei Academy. He was an anthropomorphic bear-mouse-dog being. "We can not turn those who wish to learn away. They could go to the Americas and learn."

"NO!" Said that same council member. Then another hero rolled his eyes. He was dressed in a dark blue bodysuit with cutouts showing off his skin. White boots and fingerless gloves. He has dark red hair, blue-gray eyes, and red 'peach fuzz' on his chin.

"So, you want us to deal with the enhanced while you put your heads in the sand, ignoring this?" He said.

"Endeavor's right," said Nezu.

"Why would you think there would be a war between the Enhanced and the Quriked anyway?" asked a woman, that looked like a cross between a fitness model and a rabbit. She had white hair and ears, red eyes, had a chocolate-ish skin tone. She was dressed in a white one piece with purple trim and a gold crescent on her chest, purple stockings, and ankle boots that looked like big rabbit's feet.

They looked at her like she said she was in a relationship with All For One. The councilman started to sweat. "Is there something you're not telling us?" asked Nezu.

"Uh, no-." he started but was cut off.

"The former Quirkless were getting bullied," said a councilwoman. "And This MORON looked the other way about it!" The heroes looked at him.

"LIAR!"

"Wasn't it you who said that 1.6 BILLION Quirkless people don't matter? You wanted to be this generation's Hitler and fire up Auschwitz again?" (I'm not against Jewish people and I'm sorry for using the concentration camps as a trigger, I guess if I hurt anyone, I deeply apologize)" Everyone looked at him horrified.

"I'm calling a vote of 'No Confidence' on you." Said the principal of Seiai Academy. She was a lovely-looking woman in a white dress suit, black stockings, a blue long coat, white ankle boots, and a white barret. She had light brown hair and gray eyes and a stern look in her eyes.

"But, I never said that!" He lied, and just then police officers came in and arrested him for 'War Crimes'. After he left the heroes and council talked about doing the same thing as the Americans, teaching their Enhanced side by side with their Quirked children.

(a month later)

Izuku was training for the Yuuhei entrance exam, getting used to his powers. He found out that he was smarter than he should be. He took online college courses and became a doctor of engineering. He could build his car if he wanted. He was getting more powerful. He looked into a mirror one morning and this is what he said; "DEAR KAMI! I'M HOT!" Inko came running in and took a look at him.

"I-Izuku?" She said, he was taller, (around 6 foot 6), and buffed, but not like All Might, he lost his boyish look but kept his freckles. His hair was soft and silky, his skin was perfectly smooth, and it was like he was rebuilt for humanity. If he was cloned, he'd be the 'Master Race'. Of course, he was freaking out. She hugged him, "It's okay honey. No matter how you look, You Are still my baby boy." She kissed him on the cheek.

So, Izuku went to Dagobah Beach, which was a dump now he started to clean it up and would be finished within three days. He had found junked vehicles and took them to a warehouse which he turned into a garage. After he was done cleaning the beach, he started to work out, making himself stronger. Two people were looking at his workout. One was Rumiko Usagiyama, who was at the meeting about the Quriked vs the Enhanced. The other was a tall man, (at 7 foot 2), he had blonde hair, glowing blue eyes, and was buffed as hell. He was in a white T-shirt, jeans and sneakers.

This was the Number 1 Hero in all of Japan; Toshinori Yagi, All Might. He was healed from what his arch-enemy; All For One, did to him. Thanks to Izuku, "he's pretty good." Said Rumiko.

"Of Course, He's One Of The Enhanced." Said Yagi, they had a list of all Quirkless beings that had turned into Enhanced beings.

"Well, I'd like to try him out." Izuku had finished and they walked over to him. Izuku was wiping himself down with a towel.

"Hello, Young Midoriya." Said Yagi, Izuku just stared at his idol.

"Toshinori Yagi, ALL MIGHT?" He stammered.

"And I'm…" started Rumiko.

"Rumiko Usagiyama, Miruko?" She smiled. They walked over to him.

"Nice to meet ya kid." She said she was now in a black sports bra, tights, hi-tops, a billed cap, and a windbreaker. They shook hands and gave Izuku an autograph.

"We know about your meeting with Principal Nezu and your tryout with Yuuhei." Said Yagi.

"Yeah, heard you threw the ball so hard that it landed in South Korea." Said Rumiko, Izuku just blushed and rubbed the back of his head.

"Sorry, I don't know my strength," Izuku said.

"I Offered To Train You Before You Enter Yuuhei." Izuku was freaking out in the inside. All Might is offering training to him? Dream. Come. True!

"I'd figure I'd help out." Said Rumiko, her too?

"S-Sure," he stammered. So the training started, they had pushed the boy to his limits. He was getting lean and powerful. He sparred against Rumi and got as good as her.

During that time, he had finished building, a car, truck, and motorcycle. All three were powerful and could run on any fuel, even water, he was a safe driver and didn't drive like a maniac. (1)

(Yuuhei entrance exam)

It was time for the entrance exam for Yuuhei and a truck had pulled up to the academy. It was green with black and silver trim, was a lifted GMC Sierra 1500, ran on electricity with a huge battery, and had license plates that read; 'DEKU'. The driver got out, it was Izuku, he was in an open green jacket, black under-armor T-shirt, jeans, and boots. He closed the door and turned on the alarm. 'Time to get to work.' He thought.
