In the arena, Dolores was screaming, "What have you done to him, you beasts! I demand your heads! Amelia, arrest them."

Before Amelia could tell the woman to shut up, Ragnok yelled, "Silence!"

"Madam Umbridge, I'm afraid the only one to be arrested this day is you! Guards! Bring forth the prisoner!" At a sign from Ragnok, four guards that had been sitting behind the representatives from the Ministry stood up and poked Dolores with their halberds. One said, "Witch, move."

"How dare you! I'm the Senior Undersecretary to the Minster for Magic and High Inquisitor of Hogwarts! How dare you treat me like a common criminal. Get your nasty spears away from me."

From what Tonks had told her, this was the signal for the next trial. She stood and turned to Dolores, "Dolores Umbridge, you are under arrest. Your trial will be held immediately in the goblin court," and then she smiled.

Dolores was led in front of the panel. The guards kept their halberds directed towards her.

While Albus was at Grimmauld Place searching for his missing people, Tonks and a goblin representative made their way to Hogwarts. Hagrid was leery about letting a goblin in without the headmaster's approval, but Tonks flashed her badge and said it was official business. She sent a Patronus to Professor McGonagall to meet them at the entry hall. Tonks explained they had a writ to search Dolores Umbridge's office and quarters. She also wanted a list of all students who had had detention with Dolores. Minerva had a house elf escort them to her classroom while she went to pull together the documents they'd asked for.

A quick search of the classroom proved useless as they'd expected. Once in her office, Tonks thought she might be nauseous from all the pink.

"I wonder if we can charge her with animal abuse. These poor cats!" Tonks exclaimed! She and the goblin did a more thorough search of her office. It didn't take long to find the five blood quills in her desk. She hadn't even tried to hide them. From there they went to her quarters and searched. Tonks found a diary that outlined all of the bribes she'd taken as well as other unsavory acts she'd committed over the years. This was one seriously warped witch! By the time they finished their search, Minerva had the list of students who'd had detention with the woman.

Tonks said, "You'd better have Madam Pomfrey examine them. She made them use a blood quill in their detentions. It may be too late to prevent permanent scarring, but maybe she can moderate it."

Minerva was ready to hex the woman, "When I get my hands on that woman! Using a blood quill on students! Why did no one speak up?"

Tonks replied sadly, "They tried. You wouldn't listen." She and the goblin representative left the stunned woman standing in the Entry Hall.

With Dolores in front of the goblin panel, the goblin who had gone to Hogwarts presented Ragnok with the evidence they had uncovered at Hogwarts. After a hurried conference, Ragnok spoke, "Dolores Umbridge, you are accused of possessing forbidden artifacts and using them to torture students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. How do you plead."

She stood there defiantly, "I did no such thing! You must have been listening to that lying Potter boy! He tells lies left and right. Now let me go!"

Ragnok held up the five blood quills causing a commotion within the auditorium, "Tell me, Prisoner Umbridge, where did you acquire these blood quills. Only the Goblin Nation is permitted to possess them."

"Nonsense! I am the Senior Undersecretary to the Minister for Magic. I need them for signing important documents," Umbridge replied.

Ragnok looked at Amelia Bones, "Madam Bones, do you agree with Prisoner Umbridge?"

Amelia stood, "No I do not, King Ragnok. Blood quills are only authorized for use by the Goblin Nation to sign certain contracts. To my knowledge, there hasn't been a need for using a blood quill in over two hundred years. I know that some of the older families may have inherited some over the years, but the use of one outside of Gringotts is a mandatory twenty-five-year sentence in Azkaban prison."

"Well spoken, Madam Bones. Prisoner Umbridge, can you tell me why such items were found in your office at Hogwarts? What contracts would need signing there?"

"You never know when you might need one," she replied.

"Did you use these to torture the students at Hogwarts?" asked King Ragnok.

"Of course not! Who is telling such lies? I told you it must have been the Potter boy. You can't trust anything he says!"

"Lord Potter please come forward," ordered Ragnok.

Harry stood up and walked to the front of the arena, but away from Umbridge.

"Lord Potter, how many times did you have detention with Prisoner Umbridge?"

"I'm not sure exactly. Probably at least thirty times since the first of September," Harry replied. When he did, the goblins started banging their weapons and calling for the death of Umbridge. Even the Ministry representatives were appalled.

Umbridge screamed, "He lies! The hateful boy is a liar and incorrigible! Don't believe anything he says!"

"Prisoner Umbridge I also have a report from a goblin healer stating that the wounds on Lord Potter's left hand were caused by repeated use of a blood quill. Additionally, we have the detention report from Hogwarts stating that Lord Potter had detention with you at least forty-eight times since September first. In addition, there are another thirty-six students who have also been in detention with you, several repeatedly. Hogwarts is currently having them examined for similar evidence."

"You can't do anything to me you filthy beast! I'm protected by the Ministry! Minister Fudge gave me permission to do whatever I needed to do to bring the Potter boy to heel. Now let me go!" she screamed.

"Madam Bones and Lord Greengrass, as representatives of the legal and legislative bodies of the Ministry, you have the evidence presented. Do you agree that Prisoner Umbridge is guilty of the possession of blood quills used in the torture of children?"

Amelia looked at Cyrus who nodded to her in assent, "We do, King Ragnok."

"Prisoner Dolores Umbridge you are guilty as charged. The sentence for this is to spend the remainder of your life in the goblin mines of Ethiopia. Your vaults will be seized and your fortune distributed among those you have harmed. Your sentence is to be carried out immediately. Guards! Remove this abomination from my sight!" Ragnok proclaimed.

Umbridge was dragged out screaming about how unjust this was and that she would get them for treating her like they had. She was never seen or heard from again.

"Madam Bones, what would you have us do with Cornelius Fudge's body?" asked King Ragnok.

"If I may place a portkey on his body, it will take it to the Ministry's morgue. I will handle the appropriate notifications," she replied.

"That is acceptable," he replied. Amelia took out a metal disc and placed it on top of Fudge, then tapped it with her wand. The body was immediately transported to the Ministry.

"Now that part is over, we are all in agreement that Lord Sirius Black has been exonerated of all charges against him and is now a free man?"

Both Cyrus and Amelia said yes.

"It is my duty to inform you that Lord Harrison James Potter Gryffindor Slytherin Peverell is now an emancipated wizard and is entitled to all rights and responsibilities of his station," the aged goblin said.

While stunned, Amelia asked, "May I ask how this came about?"

"It seems your Ministry decided that a fourteen-year-old wizard was old enough to participate in contest designed for of-age witches and wizards. The concurrence of representatives of the Ministry for Magic, the headmaster of Durmstrang, the Headmistress of Beauxbatons, the Headmaster of Hogwarts who also is the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot and Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards all decreed that he must participate in the Triwizard Competition made it so. Then, as if to emphasize this, your former Minister decided to try Lord Potter as an adult before the entire Wizengamot. Our inheritance test just confirmed it," said King Ragnok.

Cyrus Greengrass muttered under his breath, "What a bunch of idiots!"

Lord Greengrass then said, "As the acting Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot, I recognize Lord Harrison James Potter Gryffindor Slytherin Peverell as an emancipated wizard with all of the rights and responsibilities that entails. Lord Potter, while you are of age for most everything, you may not take your seats in the Wizengamot until you have reached the age of twenty-one. If you wish to appoint a proxy in the meantime, we will welcome their participation."

Harry turned to Lord Greengrass, "Thank you sir. I appoint Lord Sirius Orion Black as my proxy until such time as I am able to take up my seats."

"We welcome Lord Black then. Our next Wizengamot meeting is December 28. We welcome you both to attend and for Lord Black to assume his new seats."

King Ragnok then said, "As our business here is concluded, I call this session closed!"

There was once again the loud sound of halberds beating on floors and weapons clanging against shields while the panel of elders filed out.

The now four members from the Ministry met Sirius, Harry, Remus, and Tonks in the middle of the auditorium. Sirius shook the hands of Cyrus Greengrass, Rufus Scrimgeour, and the Unspeakable, but took Amelia's hand and placed a kiss upon it, "Long time no see, Ami," he smiled.

"Sirius, if I'd known, I'd …"

"Shush. It's over now and you didn't know. We've got a lot more to discuss. I've arranged a conference room for us," Sirius said.

Cyrus Greengrass looked at Sirius and said, "Lord Black, on behalf of the Ministry for Magic and the Wizengamot, I offer you our sincerest apologies for what has been done to you. I will ensure appropriate reparations are made," then turning to Harry, "And to you as well, Lord Potter. Your records will be fully expunged of all allegations and appropriate reparations given as well."

"Thank you, sir," said Harry.

The group was led to the conference room where Sirius and company had waited before. Refreshments were brought in. Once they'd all had a chance to refresh themselves, Sirius began, "We have a major problem with Moldyshorts. He made horcruxes. And I mean plural. As in six that were intentionally made and one that wasn't. We've already found and destroyed three, plus the unintentional one. The goblins are currently searching for the other three. Once they've been found and destroyed, then Moldy can be killed."

The Unspeakable said, "We were afraid that's what was keeping him tethered to this plane of existence, but were unaware you could make multiple horcruxes and still survive."

Amelia asked, "What do you need from us?"

"Give us a few days to recover from today's events. By then Gringotts should have a lead on the others. Meanwhile, this is Harry's memory from the graveyard and Voldy's resurrection. Take your time watching it. Then go catch those bastards!" He then took the memory and poured it into the awaiting pensieve.

While they watched the memory, the others talked in low tones about what they had accomplished and what was still to be done. The first thing would be the announcement of Sirius' innocence. Then there was the death of Fudge and the guilt of Umbridge. That should rattle a few cages. While all of that was being handled, they could work quietly behind the scenes to finish off Voldy. Once they had all of his horcruxes, anyone should be able to kill him. He had confidence in Ragnok's goblins and people to find them. Sirius was optimistic that all of this could be wrapped up by the first of the new year.

Finally, the four Ministry representatives emerged from the pensieve. Amelia was swearing she would make sure each of these individuals would get their day in court before being thrown through the Veil of Death.

Croaker looked at Harry and said, "Lord Potter, you need to come to the Ministry as soon as possible. There was a prophecy about you and Voldemort that was made before you were born. I think you need to hear it immediately. When can you come?"

Harry looked at Sirius questioningly and Sirius replied, "How about we go tonight after everyone's asleep. There's going to be enough turmoil when all of this breaks. We can slip in quietly." Sirius looked at the Unspeakable and asked, "Can we get a portkey? I don't want to have to run the gamut of the Ministry even late at night."

The Unspeakable reached into his robe and pulled out a quill. He muttered a few words, then handed it to Sirius, "This will bring you to the hallway outside the Department of Mysteries at exactly eleven this evening. I will be waiting for you then."

Amelia then said that the Ministry would be issuing a press release covering the events of the day. She expected a special edition of the Daily Prophet would be forthcoming. She did recommend that they keep a low profile until the upcoming Wizengamot session. This would, hopefully, give them time to round up the Death Eaters that had answered Voldy's summons at the graveyard. Of course, they had no idea that when they reached the lobby, all hell had broken loose.

Sirius, Remus, and Harry met once more with Bloodslayer and Griphook to finalize their upcoming appointments. Once that was done, they went to the floo to head back to Grimmauld Place.
