VII.
Sirius got a message from Bloodslayer that the team would meet them at the Hogwarts gates at ten that morning. He was hoping they could find the last of the inanimate horcruxes before the term started in the new year.
Sirius looked up from his letter and asked, "Who wants to go to Hogwarts to see a dead giant snake?" All of the Weasleys looked horrified at the reminder of Ginny's first year at Hogwarts.
Arthur spoke up for the family, "Thanks for the invitation, but I think we will pass. I believe that snake has done enough damage to my family."
Sirius realized the blunder he'd made and quickly tried to repair the damage, "I'm sorry, Arthur. I forgot the impact on your family. Please forgive my lack of understanding."
Arthur nodded and continued reading his Daily Prophet.
Remus did indicate he wanted to tag along and Sirius was happy to have him. He wasn't all that sure how he'd react to seeing a huge snake that almost killed his godson.
Sirius had Kreacher deliver a note to Minerva asking for permission to floo into the Headmistress office at half nine. He wanted to talk to her before the team arrived. Harry needed to talk to her about the wards as well. She quickly replied that she would see them then.
Sirius went through the floo first, followed by Harry, then Remus. Harry was starting to get the hang of flooing, but he still managed to stumble a bit on the exit. The office was quite different from what Harry remembered from the previous year. All of the knickknacks that had been spread around the room were gone. Fawkes' stand was there, but not the phoenix.
"Gentlemen, I hope you've brought some good news today, because all I've been doing for the past week is cleaning up the mess you've caused me! I've still got to find a transfiguration professor and a DADA professor. I've given the Board my choice for DADA professor and told them to accept it or I would put them all on a rotation."
Sirius took the bait, "I thought you couldn't find anyone. Or at least that's what Albus always said each year when he plucked some poor soul up and stuck them in there."
"Well, the one I have in mind is well-qualified," she replied.
"That's a refreshing change from that Umbridge woman, then," said Sirius, "You wouldn't want to give us a little hint, would you?"
Minerva smiled a smile that made everyone in that room want to run for their lives, "Why yes, I would. I actually requested one full-time and one part-time professor. The full-time professor is Remus Lupin and the part-time professor is Sirius Black."
While Remus was expecting it based on his earlier discussion with Minerva, Sirius was caught flat-footed. Harry was laughing so hard he fell out of his chair."
"You want me, the infamous Sirius Black, to be a professor? I thought professors had to have standards and obey rules and that sort of thing! I don't think I'm qualified at all!"
"If I remember correctly, you received an Outstanding on your NEWTS in DADA and were an excellent fighter for the Order. I'm sure with Professor Lupin's guidance you will be a credible instructor for the days Professor Lupin is indisposed. I believe you owe me this one Mr. Black. Of course, I could have Mr. Potter here take over on those days. I believe he's been running an underground DADA club for disturbingly disgruntled students."
Now it was Sirius' time to laugh, "She's got you there, pup!"
"Oh no, that's OK Professor McGonagall. Padfoot here would make a much better teacher than I would, especially dealing with the Slytherins," replied Harry.
"Do you still plan to run your little club once term begins?" she asked.
"Well, if we've got qualified professors, probably not," Harry replied.
"I will authorize the formation of a DADA club assuming you can find a faculty sponsor, Mr. Potter."
"Thank you! I think that will make things a little easier!" said Harry.
"Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I've selected Sirius Black as the next Head of Gryffindor House. Remus will be working overtime to get everyone caught up, so I didn't want to burden him further, but you, Sirius, do have the time."
Now Harry and Remus both were holding their sides from laughing so hard.
"Now, gentlemen, explain what you and Gringotts need in this castle. You were quite vague in your description. While we only have a handful of students staying over, a group of goblins in the school will get attention."
Sirius replied, "We've figured out how Moldyshorts managed to stay alive. He left pieces of himself behind. The exact nature of this is so dark, only a few people are clued in. Gringotts is helping us locate them and they know for certain one is in Hogwarts. It's the where we don't know. Bill Weasley is part of the team. The other reason is that Gringotts is under contract to render the basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets. They need to take a look at it to see what they will need to do to remove it from the school. If they have to render it on site, I would appreciate your assistance. Anyone who wants to go into the Chamber with us is welcome – faculty, staff, students, elves, ghosts."
"Are you sure the Chamber is safe?" she asked.
"Well, no, but we'll make sure before allowing anyone other than us and the Gringotts team in," he said.
"I can accept that. Is there anything else you have to disrupt my already busy schedule?"
Harry was a little uncomfortable with this part, but it was part of the acceptance of the Lord's rings, "Actually there is, Professor." Harry allowed all of his rings to become visible.
"You see, I did this inheritance test at Gringotts and I discovered that I'm not just the Potter Lord, but also Lord Gryffindor and Lord Slytherin. When I put on the rings, they gave me several insights into the castle as well as telling me the wards needed updating."
"That will have to wait until summer until the students and staff are gone."
"Oh, no ma'am. It can be done with students here. The only one that might be affected is Professor Snape, and we can probably hold off on that ward. The main ones that need to be renewed are the ones to prevent spells in the hallways and bullying. There's also one to prevent anything above a Class XX beast on the grounds without your specific permission. I'm not sure how this might affect Hagrid or the Acromantula colony. There may be other changes, but we won't know until we get to the ward stone."
"Did you say there was an Acromantula colony? Where? I wondered where Hagrid got those spiders from for the maze. I thought they were specifically imported for the Tournament."
"There's a huge colony in the Forbidden Forest. The head spider's name is Aragog. Hagrid had him as a pet when he was a student. That's what he was blamed for having and got him expelled."
Minerva put her hand to her head. This was getting worse by the minute. Now she was going to have to get the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Beasts involved to clean out that colony.
"Well, any more good news you may have will have to wait as I believe it is time to greet our guests. Hagrid will escort them to the Entry Hall.
The group arrived at the Entry Hall just as the team from Gringotts arrived. Bill made the introductions and explained what they were going to do.
"Four of us are going to search for the dark artifact we're looking for. The other two are going to go with Harry and Sirius into the Chamber to examine the basilisk corpse. Remus, if you'd come with us, Harry said you had an artifact that might help with the search."
Harry had given Remus the Marauder's Map before they'd arrived. He'd talked to Bill about it the night before and figured that could help them locate the item. That team took off to another part of the castle away from the students to start their search.
Gork was the team leader that went with them to the Chamber. He had seen plenty of beasts in his years with Gringotts but nothing prepared him for the sight the basilisk presented. He and his assistant, Zerm, got down on one knee and proclaimed, "All hail Lord Harrison James Potter Gryffindor Slytherin Peverell! Let him now be known amongst Goblinkind as Harrison Basiliskkiller! Let it be so!"
"Young mage, how did you manage to slay such a beast? I doubt an army of trained goblins could have taken it down," asked Gork.
Harry gave a brief explanation (for the umpteenth time) of the events. The goblins were even more impressed that a small boy with a single sword could take down that beast.
"If you would honor us with the memory of the event, you will be celebrated within the halls of Gringotts for years to come! You are a true warrior!"
Harry was really embarrassed now, "Next time I see Griphook or Bloodslayer, I'll give it to them."
The two goblins walked around the beast taking measurements. They looked inside the beast's mouth and counted the remaining fangs. Seeing the fang lying on the floor, Gork asked, "Is this the one you pulled from your arm?"
Harry said it was.
"I will take it with me and have it made into the finest goblin knife a warrior would be proud of."
Harry really didn't know what to say, but Sirius told him just to thank him and Harry did. Sirius had conjured himself a chair as soon as he saw the beast. He didn't know how Harry was still alive either.
Harry heard a joyous sound and looked up to see Fawkes flying around the chamber. He twirled a couple of times before landing on Harry's shoulder.
"Hi Fawkes. I was wondering where you were. With Professor Dumbledore gone, will you stay here or do you have other places to go?"
Fawkes sang a bit of a sad song before changing it to something more upbeat.
"Harry, do you understand what Fawkes is saying?" asked Sirius.
"Not exactly. It's more like I see pictures or concepts rather than words or thoughts. But if I get this right, Fawkes is bound to the school and not just one person. However, since I am the heir of two of the Founders, I can call him anytime and he'll come to me."
Fawkes trilled a note and nodded his head.
"Wow, pup, you don't do things by half! A basilisk and now a phoenix you can call."
"I told you before, I'm not normal."
The goblin team had finished their assessment of the basilisk and walked over to the two wizards.
"This is a fine specimen of a basilisk. Nowhere in goblin history has one lived to be this large. Most are killed when they reach about six feet in length. We had hoped to portkey it out to our rendering facility, but it is too large. We will have to render it here and then transport it afterwards. If you weren't already a very wealthy wizard, Harrison Basiliskkiller, you will be after this is sold."
Sirius asked, "Is there any way you can check to see if this area is safe? We wanted to bring some folks down to see it before you take it away."
"We have not found any further evidence of another basilisk if that's what you mean. There are a few wards I can sense, but I'm not a curse breaker," replied Gork.
Harry also took them to where the shed skin was and was told it was also marketable.
"Thanks. Let's go back up and let Minerva know," said Sirius.
Harry led the group back up to the main castle through a doorway in the dungeons. No sliding down slimy tunnels anymore, although now that he thought about it, it would be a good prank on Snape if he wanted to see it.
Once they reached the Entrance Hall again, Gork and Zerm left to return to Gringotts to finish planning. Sirius sent a patronus to Remus to see where they were. It turned out they were up on the seventh floor.
When Sirius and Harry found the group, they were trying to figure out what was behind a wall. Their sensors told them that what they were looking for is there, but there wasn't a doorway. Harry knew right away what it was and smirked.
"I take it you need to get into the Room of Requirement?"
Bill said, "Is that what this is? Our tracker keeps pointing at the wall, but we can't figure out how to get inside."
Harry told Bill the secret to the room and watched as Bill paced along the wall three times. After the third time, a door appeared. They opened it and had hope to find the item, but what they found was a room full of junk.
"How are we going to find it in all this mess?" mused Bill.
Harry remembered what Sirius had done at Gringotts by summoning Kreacher, so he did that here. It didn't take Kreacher long to find the old tiara and for Bill to quickly lock it away.
"Well, that was easier than I thought it would be. Thanks for your help, Harry," said Bill.
As the team headed back down the stairs to the Entry Hall, Sirius asked them to take a quick look at the Defense Classroom in case they could find where the curse on the position might be. It didn't take them long to find a series of runes embedded in the top of the door frame. You had to get above the door to even see them. It was also booby-trapped so that if you tried to get rid of it by just erasing it, it would literally blow up in your face. It took one of the goblin curse breakers to actually deactivate it. Then it was just a matter of sanding over the runes. Sirius thanked them and told them to send the bill for that to Bloodslayer and the Black account would pay it. Remus escorted the team to the gates, then left to begin getting his affairs in order to resume teaching. Sirius sent a Patronus to Minerva to meet them in the Entry Hall so they could adjust the wards.
The actual ward stone was hidden beneath the Great Hall. The Hogwarts crest was inlayed in the floor. First Harry went to the Gryffindor section of the crest and placed his Gryffindor ring into the lion's eye. Then he did the same to the snake in the Slytherin section. Harry then stood in the middle and said, "Hogwarts, your Heir has returned and wishes to adjust the wards." At that proclamation, a section opened up with a set of stairs leading down. Sirius went down first followed by Harry, then Minerva. The primary ward stone was embedded in the earth below the castle. It was as tall as Harry and twice as wide with runes covering the entire thing.
Sirius said, "OK, Harry, this is your show."
"Professor McGonagall, if you'll place your hand on the ward stone, I will as well. You'll be able to tell what I'm doing. If there's something you feel is wrong, then let me know and we can work together to fix it."
"Let's see what you can do first, once you're connected to the castle," she replied.
Harry placed his hand on the stone and let himself 'feel' Hogwarts. If a castle could feel, Harry would say that Hogwarts was sad and unhappy. Harry mentally asked Hogwarts to show him a map of the wards around the school and their strength. He saw a thin blue line that had several gaps. He heard Minerva gasp, so she must be seeing it as well. Harry then told Hogwarts to strengthen the wards and fill in the gaps. As they 'watched', the blue line became increasingly thicker and filled in the spots where it was weakest. Harry then asked for anti-portkey and anti-apparition wards up around the entire school. Harry mentally saw a red dome appear. When Harry asked to put up wards in the hallways so no magic could be performed, he told the castle to freeze the perpetrator(s) and summon a house elf to notify the students' head of house. Harry again asked for the wards to prevent anything above an XX level magical creature inside the wards. If Hagrid (or anyone else) tried to bring one in, they would be stunned and Minerva notified. Then he asked for a specific ward to keep the Acromantula confined to their area until the Ministry could come and remove them. He then had Hogwarts alert the Headmistress and the student's Head of House if any type of dark object is brought inside the wards. Harry could already feel a 'happier' hum.
"Can you think of anything else, Professor?" asked Harry.
"Can the wards detect the Dark Mark?" she asked.
They both got a message of sorts that it could not. So, Harry asked if they could detect possession. It wasn't sure, so Harry specified if it could detect two souls in one host. Harry thought of Quirrell and Hogwarts recognized what he meant. The wards would stun anyone it felt was possessed.
Sirius asked, "What about Remus? Will they throw him out?"
Harry replied, "Only if he tries to change inside the wards. He'll have to go to the Shrieking Shack or Grimmauld Place to turn."
Sirius made sure to tell Remus about this change.
Sirius then had another thought, "Harry, what about an animagus? Can it detect them?"
Harry thought for a moment, "Yes it can once they've changed. I've told it that Professor McGonagall and you are exceptions. Anyone else will be stunned and the Headmistress notified."
Harry then sent thoughts and feelings of home and how he thought of Hogwarts as his first home. It seemed like that helped brighten the area around them, so he channeled some more in.
They walked back up the steps and had to shield their eyes for a moment. The castle literally shone! Several students had come searching for Minerva, so her explanation to them was that the castle was happy and showing it.
- YAGP -
Harry was surprised to find a letter from Griphook waiting for him when he returned to Grimmauld Place. He figured it would take a couple of days to get the logistics together to render the basilisk. As he read the letter, his eyes got wider and wider. He then shoved the letter in Sirius' hands.
"I guess I'd better let Minerva know she's going to have extra special guests tomorrow morning. And we probably should let Madam Bones know. I don't think she wants King Ragnok in Hogwarts without her," said Sirius.
Sirius floo called Minerva who just shook her head. More disruption she could do without. Rather than send an owl to Amelia, Sirius went to the Ministry himself. Percy Weasley was still the junior assistant – for now – but he was on a short leash. While Amelia was also inundated with work, when she heard what it was about, she made time. Then she made time in her schedule for tomorrow for a trip to Hogwarts. She still hadn't had time to find out what had really been happening at Hogwarts the past few years. She'd asked her niece, Susan, but she could only provide rumor and speculation. She also sent a message to the Daily Prophet to provide a reporter and photographer and the reporter could be anyone except Rita Skeeter.
Hermione had just returned from spending some time with her parents and was interested in what was going on. When Harry told her, she just had to come with them. While she'd heard the story about the basilisk, she had figured it was about half the size of what Harry had proclaimed. Now she wasn't sure if he'd underestimated it.
Harry hadn't told anyone yet what he planned to do with the money from the basilisk, not even Sirius. He planned to make sure everyone who was petrified as well as Ron and Ginny all received a good portion of the proceeds. He'd also donate some to Hogwarts. Sure, he would keep some, but he had plenty of gold from his multiple Lordships. There were other ways he could use his money for good.
The group from Grimmauld Place floo'd into Minerva's office at half nine. Harry and Sirius were dressed in formal robes with their house crest(s) embroidered on them. Hermione and Remus were in upscale day robes. When they got to the Entrance Hall, Harry found Professor Flitwick, Professor Sprout, and, surprisingly, Professor Snape all waiting for them. Snape had always thought Albus had exaggerated about there being a thousand-year-old basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets, but if this was bringing the King of Gringotts to Hogwarts, then he may need to revise his thoughts. He should be the one harvesting the beast, not a bunch of goblins!
Harry asked, "Did any of the students staying over want to go down with us?"
Minerva replied, "We asked them to remain either in their common rooms or the library for now. We wouldn't want to cause an incident with a missaid word to any of the goblins."
Harry understood that for what it was – some of the more vocal of the pureblood supremacists were staying over the holidays. He could just imagine one of them slipping up and saying many derogatory things to and about the goblins. Hagrid would once again meet and escort the group to the castle. She'd briefly talked to Dirk Cresswell to discuss proper protocol. She had been assured that with Amelia meeting King Ragnok at the gates, no snub would exist.
Both Harry and Minerva felt the wards announce the arrival of first the ministry party, then the goblin party. They had provided carriages to bring the group to the castle, but apparently Ragnok declined and led his company of goblin guards and workers up the path to the castle; Amelia and her party struggling to keep up. As the last of the group filed through the gate, there was a loud bang against the wards. Someone had bounced off of them. Amelia looked back and saw Rita Skeeter on the ground knocked out. She pulled out a disk and laid it on top of Rita then tapped it with her wand. Rita was now in a secure holding cell at the Ministry until she could deal with her.
Bloodslayer and Griphook had hurried on ahead so they could properly announce their king. As the procession reached the front steps, one of the goblin attendants pulled a horn of some sort from his belt and played several notes.
Bloodslayer then announced, "All Hail the mighty Ragnok the seventh, King of Gringotts and Ruler of all Goblins in the United Kingdom and North America!"
The goblins immediately bowed low as the oldest goblin anyone had ever seen came through the doors. Professor Flitwick had also bowed. Harry and Sirius had been briefed by their account managers on proper protocol and they bowed, although not as low as the others. He was quickly followed through the doors by Amelia, Dirk Cresswell, Percy Weasley, a photographer whom Harry recognized from the Triwizard Tournament, and an unknown reporter.
Ragnok spoke in a gravelly voice, "Rise."
Griphook, as the Potter account manager made the introductions. Sirius then introduced Minerva who introduced her staff.
Ragnok said, "My account managers have told me many stories about you, Lord Potter Gryffindor Slytherin Peverell. At first, I thought they must be manufacturing stories until Gork returned with the dimensions of the basilisk you slayed. Before my warriors rend the beast into pieces, I felt I must see this for myself. If you would lead the way."
This was the first time any of the others besides Minerva and Amelia had heard the use of all of Harry's titles and quite a few were flabbergasted! Four ancient house lordships were not something one hears about routinely.
Hermione hissed, "We are discussing this later!"
Harry led the assembled party down to the entrance in the dungeons. It was the cleanest and most direct route other than the slide in the bathroom. Once Harry opened the vault door to the Chamber itself, there were several gasps. Ragnok and several of his advisors took a slow walk around the beast. The photographer was busy trying to get one shot of the whole beast. The Hogwarts staff were stunned. Hermione latched onto Harry with a death grip and wouldn't let go.
Ragnok returned to where Harry was standing, "Well done, Harrison Basiliskkiller! A true warrior deserving of this name. I proclaim today that in all of Gringotts, you will henceforth be known as Harrison Basiliskkiller and honored among warriors! I understand Gork has requested your memory of the battle. We shall view it and toast your bravery in the deepest depths of Gringotts! All hail Harrison Basiliskkiller!"
The goblins with him bowed deeply and those that had weapons pounded the floor. Harry was turning beet red from embarrassment.
Ragnok asked, "Do you have the sword which you used to slay this beast?"
Harry replied, "No sir. It was left in the headmaster's office."
Before Harry could say anything else, Fawkes flamed in with the Sorting Hat in his talons. He dropped it beside Harry. Harry picked it up and put his hand inside and pulled out the Sword of Gryffindor. It shone brightly against the gray stone of the Chamber.
Ragnok cast a practiced eye at the sword, "I have heard stories of this sword from my ancestors. It is only right that you claim this sword as a relic of your ancestors. I will have my armors craft a sheath worthy of the sword and yourself. Be aware that this sword is even more deadly than it was. Gobin forged steel takes in that which makes it stronger. This sword has now been coated with basilisk venom and will kill anything it nicks."
Harry wanted to toss the sword as far away as possible, but knew he couldn't. For the next half hour, everyone cycled through getting their picture taken with the basilisk.
Percy Weasley was aghast at his previous thoughts about Harry Potter. Potter had killed the beast that his sister had been releasing into the school. He had saved the school from a potential mass killing. The only reason he had was because Ron had asked him to help save his little sister. He would have to talk with his father. He had really messed up with Potter. He felt a little groveling was in order.
"Lord Potter, if I may have a moment of your time?" Percy asked.
Harry was a bit bewildered that Percy would refer to him that way, but said, "Sure, Percy."
Percy stammered for a minute then said, "I owe you my deepest apologies, Lord Potter. I had assumed what my brother and sister had said about the Chamber was an exaggeration. I can see for my own eyes this is not so. It took courage to stand up to this beast; courage I know I wouldn't have had. I have grossly misjudged you and wish to beg your forgiveness. I know that I, as well as my family, are deeply in your debt."
Harry understood now. Percy finally figured things out and was no longer letting others tell him what to think.
Harry said, "Apology accepted, Percy. But this is your only chance to fix things. Your family misses you and you owe it to them to make things right. And it's still just Harry."
Percy went over to talk to Professor McGonagall for a moment. Professor Snape figured it was his turn for apologies, "Lord Slytherin, only an utterly Gryffindorish dunderhead would have dared combat a beast such as this. However, as the Head of Slytherin House and a professor at this school, I would like to thank you for your service to this school. This could have had catastrophic results if this beast had gotten loose in the school. The four hundred points and an Award for Special Services to the School you and Mr. Weasley earned for your endeavor are far too little for what you did. You deserve a bloody Order of Merlin! As you are the acknowledged Lord of my House, I invite you to visit from time to time. I think some of my students could use a wakeup call."
"Thanks Professor Snape. I might do that. You know the Sorting Hat wanted to put me in Slytherin but I talked it out of it," replied Harry.
"Why on earth did you do that?" asked Snape.
"I'd met Malfoy in Madam Malkin's and he was being a prat. Then on the train he pulled out his pureblood supremacy rot. Plus, Hagrid and Ron had told me about all the bad people who had been in Slytherin so I told the Hat to put me anywhere but Slytherin."
Severus wanted to bang his head against the stone wall. He could have had a parseltongue who just happened to be the Lord of his House in his house except for a few dunderheads who just had to aggravate him.
"It seems I need to reeducate my snakes on just what it means to be a Slytherin. Be assured I will put to rest all of the bullying my house does to you," Severus said.
Harry replied, "And my friends too."
"And your friends too. But Mr. Weasley will also have to cease his antagonism."
"I can't promise that, but I'll have a talk with him. I got sick of all of the bullying in second year, but nobody wanted to do anything about it so I gave up."
"I will do what I can, Lord Slytherin," said Severus.
"Thank you, Professor. I'll see what I can do as well," said Harry.
Harry was ready for this to all be over with, but he still had to speak to the reporter for a few minutes. Sirius stood nearby to make sure nothing untoward was asked. Finally, everyone except the team rendering the basilisk were ready to leave. They had managed to wedge the door open so that the goblins could come and go freely. They estimated two days to fully render the beast. Ragnok asked Harry to walk with him.
"What do you plan to do with the skeleton?" asked the Goblin leader.
"I don't know. I guess I didn't realize snakes had skeletons. I don't really have a place that I could put something that large."
"I will ensure we find a place of honor for it, then. I look forward to viewing your memory of your battle, young mage."
"Thank you, Your Majesty. I will get it to Griphook before school starts back."
When they got to the Entrance Hall, Ragnok asked to speak to Harry and Sirius as well as Amelia and the two account managers," I understand we've tracked down all but one of the horcruxes. The one missing is the snake and it is where we believe the Dark Lord is currently staying."
Bloodslayer replied, "Yes, King Ragnok. We have narrowed it to the old Riddle House in Little Hangleton near where one of the other ones was found."
"Have you put a Tracker on it yet?" asked Ragnok.
"I was planning to speak to them this afternoon. If we can track the snake's movements, then we can possibly end this once and for all. I've also asked for a ward analysis of the place. I should have that within the next day," replied Bloodslayer.
"Excellent! Madam Bones, Gringotts would like to assist the Ministry in ensuring the final demise of the so-called Lord Voldemort. We currently have all the other horcruxes and plan to destroy them all at once. We believe this will alert the Dark Lord that his soul pieces are gone. We should plan that in conjunction with the raid on the Riddle house."
Amelia was stunned. Gringotts never offered to work with wizards on anything. She quickly agreed and said she would have Rufus Scrimgeour contact Bloodslayer to work up a plan.
Sirius whispered something to Harry and he nodded. Then he spoke clearly, "Madam Bones, King Ragnok, I wish to request that the Ministry of Magic and Gringotts be designated to work as my hand to assure the demise of Tom Marvolo Riddle, also known as Lord Voldemort."
They all felt the magic around them. Both leaders quickly agreed and the magic dissipated. It wouldn't be long now.
