Gothgirl4800 - Thank you! As for your question, Lotus's power can grow but only when it comes to copying. Now when it comes to her copied powers those can only get stronger if she's exposed to said power, the amount of strength fluctuates depending on the amount of time she's exposed to the power. For example, Lotus can read people's minds without having to be anywhere near Saiki or without being around Saiki for long periods of time, because of how long she's been exposed to his power.
JDMichelle2626 - We'll see, but I don't think so.
This is Lotus
This is Saiki

Detective Kaidou Is on the Case! - "Ah, I See!"
"Alright ladies, who's ready for some good old-fashioned mind-numbing television!" Ethan cheered holding up a remote.
"I'm ready! My brain is fried from that convention I need something simple to focus on," Violet said
"I'm ready too! I've got the fresh popcorn ready to go." Lotus smiled holding up two large bowls of popcorn.
"Let TV time begin!" Ethan said
He plopped on the couch and Violet sat right next to him cuddling into his side. Lotus handed a bowl of popcorn over to Violet before taking her own seat on the other side of the couch. She plopped down on the cushion, pulling her legs in and tucking them under herself.
Yami was laying off to the side of the couch chewing away at a bone. Sir Henry was resting on the wolf's back, curled up in a ball, napping.
Ethan pressed a button on the remote and the television came to life.
"Ah, I see…"
Ethan, Violet, and Lotus all blanched staring blank-faced at the screen.
"Nope!" They all said
"For I am the Magic Eye Detective, Shun Kaidou!"
Lotus made the same face from last night as she stood before Kaidou. He was dressed just like Makoto's character from his most recent television show. Kaidou chose to wear a top hat and a black overcoat. The outfit made him look rather shady and odd, especially since it was worn over his school uniform.
Saiki and Nendou stared at Kaidou sporting almost identical expressions as Lotus. The silver-haired boy looked even more ridiculous because in favor of wearing the outfit he brought no umbrella, which wasn't a wise decision considering it was currently raining outside.
While his friends stared at him with deadpanned expressions, all of them dry under their umbrellas. Kaidou stood with no protection getting rather drenched.
"You stupid or something?" Nendou finally said
"I don't want to hear that coming from you!" Kaidou shouted
"Ahh, he's been watching that show. Joker, the Magic Eye Detective. It's pretty popular right now, but I couldn't get into it. Maybe it's because of that dumb catchphrase they keep trying to make happen. He says it every episode, it's annoying."
"I can't get into it because that weirdo is the star."
"That definitely is another reason to not watch it."
"My family tried to have TV night but the moment his face popped up on the screen it was ruined. For a second I thought Ethan was going to chuck the remote at the TV. At first, I thought the guy was just some weirdo stalker but now having heard his thoughts, I'm genuinely scared."
"It looks like Kaidou is all into the show though."
"I see…"
"That's not how he says it."
As the four approached the school they saw a rather large group of students gathered at the front.
"What's this commotion?" Kaidou gasped, slapping a hand over his right eye. "This noise is...My right eye is twitching. I can smell a crime!"
"Is it your ears, eyes, or nose?"
As they got closer they could see what was the cause of all the uproar. The glass of one of the front doors of the school was shattered.
"The glass is broken," Nendou said
"Who could've done this?"
Kaidou was practically twitching with excitement as he slid forward. "Ah, I see…!"
"He seems happy."
"Inspector Hairo!" Kaidou said
Hairo was standing at the doorway putting away his orange umbrella.
"Morning Kaidou. Inspector?"
Kaidou pulled out a pen and notepad, from who knows where.
"Tell me what you know about the case so far?"
"I don't know much myself but I heard Coach Matsuzaki was the one who discovered it. He noticed it first thing this morning when he came to unlock the doors. He was also the last person to lock up last night, and he says it wasn't broken when he left here. So it occurred sometime between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am," Hairo explained
"You actually know a lot."
"Anything strange?" Kaidou asked
"Well the vase in front of the Principals' office is gone," Hairo added
"Ah, I seeee! So the criminal waited for Coach Matsuzaki to leave then broke the glass door in order to get inside. All so he could steal the Principals cherished vase! The treasure he was really after the entire time!" Kaidou exclaimed
"Yeah, everyone figured that out Mr. Detective."
"Well.." Kaidou pulled out his cellphone. "The police can handle it now. I'll file a report."
"I thought you were the detective here."
"If that were the case then what about that," Lotus gestured to the glass on the floor.
"She's right, look at the glass, doesn't something seem off?" Hairo said
"This is…" Kaidou stared at the glass shards and surprisingly some of them had landed so they spelled out TK. "TK...Takahashi!"
"No, no not that. Most of the glass shards are on the outside not the inside," Hairo said
"Oh!" Kaidou's face went a bit red. "You mean that!"
"If it was broken from the inside then the only one who could've done it would be Coach Matsuzaki," Hairo said
"Where. Is. He?!" Kaidou said, looking around for Coach Matsuzaki.
"In the Principal's office. They came to the same conclusion as ours. But he's refusing to say anything about it," Hairo said
"Ohh, so Coach Matsuzaki broke the glass door," Nendou said
"I'm not sure."
"Yeah, that is one big pill to swallow. He's so straight-laced that I couldn't believe he'd commit a crime even if I was watching him commit one right in front of me. Saiki, do you know who did it?"
"To be honest I have no clue."
"Whoa, so even you don't know, man that does make this a real mystery."
"My eye is twitching," Kaidou mumbled as he crouched in front of the door.
"Hey move it!"
Kaidou turned around to see a scowling Takahashi.
"TK Hashi!" Kaidou exclaimed
"Go find somewhere else to crouch. You're in my way!" Takahashi said
Takahashi reached for the shoes in his cubby and that's when everyone took note of how his hand was littered with dozens of bandaids.
"What's wrong with your hands?" Kaidou asked
"Gah!" Takahashi flinched quickly turning around. "Wha-Nothing just some cuts!"
"~What? Seems like he's hiding something? Just some cuts?~"
Takahashi's friend Shuuji and Jaga came up behind the nervous teen, startling him.
"Hey, Takahashi! Did Coach Matsuzaki scold you good yesterday?" Jaga asked
"You said you'd find us afterward but you never did," Shuuji said
"I mean something came up!" Takahashi nervously exclaimed
"~Scold? Something?~"
Kaidou gasped. "Takahashi is the perp!"
"What's the matter with you Kaidou! Even if it was Takahashi it's not nice to throw out wild accusations like that!" Hairo said
"Yeah, I don't think that's nice either."
"What hell are you people talking about?" Takahashi asked
"We're talking about how you took the vase from the Principal's office. Didn't you?" Kaidou said
"Geh!" Takahashi's jaw dropped in surprise.
"That reaction was like a confession!" Hairo said
"Takahashi, is it true?! Did you!" Shuuji shouted
"How did you know?!" Takahashi said
"Your hands told me. Here's what happened. You were mad at Coach Matsuzaki for scolding you yesterday. So when you broke into the school last night you moved some of the glass shards outside to incriminate Coach Matsuzaki! And that's how you got those mysterious cuts all over your hands! On top of that, it is clear that you are still carrying the stolen vase!" Kaidou said
Everyone's eyes traveled down and they saw the vase sitting in a shopping bag, not hidden in any way.
"Ah! There it is!" Hairo said
"How are we just noticing that?"
Takahashi blinked once again confused. "Wait huh? I still don't know what you guys are talking about?"
"Eh?!"
So what really happened was that when Coach Matsuzaki was scolding Takahashi the teen was so frightened that he accidentally bumped into the Principals vase, breaking it. Seeing how some of it was partly his fault, Coach Matsuzaki promised to apologize to the Principal with Takahashi if he fixed the vase, and that's why the teacher refused to talk.
A stunned Hairo and Nendou, stood at the Principal's door watching as both Coach Matsuzaki and Takahashi apologized. Nendou was off to the side not paying that much attention.
"So Takahashi got those cuts when he was fixing the vase huh?" Hairo said
"Okay, then who the heck broke the glass door?" Nendou said
Back at the front of the school, Saiki was crouching before the broken door, Lotus right next to him.
"I figured it out using psychometry. Last night I remembered that I left my umbrella at school so I aported it with a tennis ball of equal value. The tennis ball got dangerously jammed in the umbrella stand causing it to shoot out."
Lotus snorted covering her mouth. "So the culprit is you."
"I sincerely apologize."
"Next time Saiki, if you forget your umbrella you can just share mine. It's big enough for the both of us"
"I'll keep that in mind."
