There is one cat in ThunderClan that knew the softer side of Tigerstar, back when he was a warrior, before the depths of his ambition was exposed by the young kittypet warrior brought into the clan by Bluestar. Goldenflower has always made the best choices that she can, but there are some choices that will haunt her until she walks in StarClan.

On my first sunrise in ThunderClan, I realized that I had left my kits behind. Blackclaw had them back in TigerClan. The very same tom that had betrayed me and killed my brother had my kits. Firestar had come to save Greystripe's kits, not mine, and with that thought came horrible imagination and, with imagination, shivers and, eventually, delirium.

Firestar is recovering in Starclan after he just lost his first life to Scourge, and he's desperate to get back into the fight.
