A/N: Sorry for the short chapters lately. Hope this Lemon makes up for them.

Silence. That was all that filled the room that Vivi was in. It had been hours since the Straw Hats told her about the Goa Incident and Terminal Fire. She had left after that and was now silently staring at the floor, her entire being filled with silent rage before she heard a knock at her door.

"Vivi. Are you in there?" came her father's voice.

"Yes father." she answered back. Her father opened the door just enough to look inside to see her sitting quietly on her bed in her room before opening it further and stepping inside.

"I ran into your friends earlier." he said as he walked towards her before sitting on the bed next to her. "I'm guessing you've heard the whole story about the Goa Incident then?" He watched her silently nod her head, letting him know she had heard. "They asked me to see if you were alright, saying that you didn't take it quite well." Vivi didn't answer, but remembered very well.

-Flashback-

The Straw Hats had finished telling Vivi, and those present who didn't hear it the first time, about what Luffy told them about the Goa Kingdom. Needless to say, they were horrified.

"They...they burned them all alive?" Alvida asked. "Just to make their city look better?" She may have understood wanting to be in a clean environment, but killing all those people? That was going to far.

Chopper's mouth was hanging open as tiny squeeks escaped from time to time. He remembered the atrocities that Wapol had commited and was now wondering who was worse. Him, or the king of Goa?

Valerie just stood there, her eyes wide with disbelief, while Grace was in her arms trembling a bit. These people were just plain sick in her opinion.

Ms. Monday turned a little blue in the face while Mr. 9's eyes looked ready to pop out of his head. None of them could accept what they heard, including a shaking Vivi.

"No." she said, clearly not wanting to believe that Kingdom could do that to it's people. "You...you're lying."

"Vivi-chan." Sanji said as hit lit another cigarette. "We asked Luffy himself. He confirmed-"

"SHUT UP!" she yelled, startling a few members as they all stared at her. "THAT CAN'T BE TRUE! I WON'T ACCEPT IT!" She was glaring at them all, as if daring any of them to say another word. "Burning all those innocent people alive just because they live in the trash?! That just can't be true!" She looked ready to rant on before she Valerie walked over to her and slapped her. Vivi just held a hand to her cheek as the others looked at her in surprise.

"Not every Kingdom treats it's people with care like yours." she said. Vivi's eyes widened at her words as she continued. "You've seen it for yourself. There are kingdoms out there that treat their people like that." Vivi just glared at her before running out of the room. She ran through the halls non-stop, even with a few guards calling out her name in worry, until she made it to her bedroom, where she walked right in and slammed the door so hard the sound echoed almost throughout the whole palace.

-Present-

Both Cobra and Vivi sat in silence, with Vivi staring at the ground and Cobra looking out the window into the night.

"Father." Vivi finally said, breaking the silence. Cobra looked down at her as she continued. "At Reverie...the other kings...do they care for their people?" Cobra was silent for a moment as Vivi raised her head up so that she was at eye level with him.

"Many do," he said with a smile before a grim look came over his face. "But some don't. I heard you've met Wapol. He never took anything at Reverie seriously. Not even when we were discussing Dragon." he said as he rested his head onto his hand while rubbing his forehead, as if remembering all this was giving him a headache. "I even remember hearing about a royal family in the North Blue abandoning it's people when a disease ran rampant throughout the kingdom."

"Why?" Vivi asked as she began trembling in anger. She just couldn't understand why any king or kingdom would abuse their power or run when trouble happened.

"I don't know." Cobra said before a smile came back to his lips. "But I do know that there are many kingdoms that do care for their people."

"I'm glad." Vivi said, feeling better that not all other kingdoms were horrible.

"Well," Cobra began as he stood up and walked towards the door. "Right now the kingdom needs more rebuilding," he then turned to Vivi with a smile. "And you have some friends to tell that you're okay." Vivi smiled back as she stood up and walked out after him.

"You're right." she said before she gave him a hug and then ran off to find her friends. Cobra watched her run off before turning and walking the other direction, glad to know that his kingdom would thrive under her rule one day.

-With the Straw Hats-

The Straw Hats had spent the day either training, much to Chopper's annoyance, gathering supplies, or just talking. Mr. 9 and Ms. Monday had left, leaving the Straw Hats to themselves as they all began getting ready to turn in. Some were starting to nod off before Vivi walked in, causing all eyes to fall on her.

"Vivi!" some of them said in joy.

"Vivi-Chwaaaan!" Sanji called out dramatically as he began to dance around in love mode. "It fills my heart with joy to see you alright!"

"You okay Big Sis?" Johnny asked.

"Yes. I'm sorry about running off earlier." she said as she smiled at them all. "I just...didn't want to believe it."

"It's okay Vivi." Nojiko said. "We understand."

"There are still plenty of kingdoms out there with good Kings reigning over them." Grace said.

"This Kingdom is a perfect example." Valerie said. Vivi looked to them all to see them all smiling at her, conforming Valerie's words.

"Everyone." she said with a smile as her eyes welled up. "Thank you."

"Anytime Vivi-chan!" Sanji said with a big smile.

"Hey Vivi." Zoro asked.

"Yes Mr. Bushido?" she said, causing a few to snicker at his new name.

"Have you seen Luffy?" he asked, trying not to get annoyed that she couldn't get his name right.

"Luffy?" she said in confusion as she looked around. "He's not here?"

"He left awhile ago, but we don't know where he went." Alvida said.

"That idiot's probably causing some kind of trouble somewhere in the city." Usopp said.

"Doesn't that idiot know that the marines are still trying to find us?" Nami said in annoyance as the rest of them were now wondering where he was, not seeing Valerie and Grace glancing at each other, knowing exactly where Luffy was.

-Luffy-

Luffy was wondering around the city, having evaded the marines a few times, trying to find the cafe he was in earlier that day. He took out the piece of paper that Paula gave him and read the words.

'Come back at 10 tonight.' was all that the paper said. He shoved the paper into his pocket and was now looking around again trying to find the place. He looked up at the clock tower to see that it was about to hit 10 before looking again.

"Straw Hat?" came a voice. Luffy looked to see Greg walking towards him. He still had on his sunglasses, but was now dressed in a fireman's uniform.

"Oh, Greg!" Luffy said with a smile. "Nice outfit."

"Thanks." he said before saluting and declaring. "I'm officially a fireman!" Luffy smiled at his statement. "What are you doing out here anyway?"

"I'm trying to find that place I ate lunch at earlier." Luffy said as he looked around again.

"It's that way." Greg said as he pointed his thumb behind his back. "Just walk down that road and you'll see it."

"Really? Thanks!" And without another word, Luffy ran down the road Greg pointed out.

"Still a moron." Greg said as he walked off. Luffy was running down the direction Greg pointed out before he saw the sign above the doorway.

'Here it is.' he thought as he walked inside. The place was dark and quiet, the chairs put up on the tables, and the smell of food slowly fading away. 'No one's here?' he thought. "Hello?" he called out.

"Up here Straw Hat." came Paula's voice. Luffy looked towards the stairs to see a shadow cast upon the wall.

"Oh." he said before he started walking up the stairs. 'Why'd she want to see me at night?' he thought before he saw he standing at the top of the stairs. She was wearing the same clothes as before. A bandana covering her blue hair that was tied into a ponytail, yellow crystal square glasses, purple top, low riding pants which covered her ankle bracelet, and platform sandals. "Hey. You're the owner."

"My name is Paula. Glad you came." she said with a smile. "I was afraid you wouldn't show up. This way."

"Sorry. Got a little lost." Luffy said as he followed her into a small room with a single bed, a window, and small table. "Where'd everybody go?"

"We're closed for today." she said as she closed the door behind her. "As for the others, I sent them on a supply run." The sound of the door locking was heard, making Luffy turn around to see her looking at him with a smile while placing her glasses onto a nearby table.

"What's going on?" he asked as she removed her bandana and hair tie, letting her hair out into it's natural look.

"A proper thank you." she said. Luffy tilted his head as she slowly walked towards Luffy. The moonlight was shining through the window, illuminating the room and allowing Luffy to see her figure. Her hips swayed as she took a few overdramatic steps towards him, causing his heart to race as he felt himself get warm, but differently. It was different from when he saw other women, but still there none the less. He couldn't think anymore as he felt her lips against his. His eyes widened as a blush spread to his cheeks. He placed his hands on her hips as he returned the kiss and just let his instincts take over. They kissed for awhile before Luffy opened his mouthing, letting Paula slide her tongue inside and dance with his before they pulled back for air. "Get it Straw Hat?" she asked in a seductive voice.

"I think I do." he said with a grin before they made out again, which was slowly becoming more heated by the moment. Both were in a tight embrace as his tongue began to explore her mouth while his hands slowly moved up and down her backside. Her hands were also feeling the muscles on his back before they parted for air. Both of them were panting for air as Luffy's hand slowly slid under her shirt and was gliding on her stomach as it went higher.

"Daring, aren't we?" Paula said as Luffy gently grabbed and massaged her breast. She moaned before she slowly took her top off, revealing a black lacey bra underneath. She dropped her top before reaching behind her back with one hand, never once taking her eyes off Luffy. Luffy's eyes slowly widened as her bra gently fell to the ground before she laid down on the bed face up and flashed a sexy smirk at Luffy. "Have fun, Straw Hat." Luffy smiled and blushed as he slowly reached down and began to fondle her boobs, slowly moving them around in circles before giving them a squeeze. She couldn't see them, but she could definitely feel the muscle Luffy had. Each muscle she felt was sending more heat between her legs as she felt herself starting to get wet. She felt Luffy's knee move towards her sex before she couldn't take it anymore. "Faster." she said as her toes curled, trying to stay in place as Luffy did so. She had been with a few other men in the past, but none of them were as amazing as the one who was now drilling her. A kid who came out of nowhere and beat a Warlord, an exceptionally powerful pirate, was now using that same strength in fucking her. She screamed when Luffy placed his hands on her breasts, doubling the pleasure as he began kneading and squeezing her breasts. "F-Faster!" she said in a near begging voice, causing Luffy to shake the bed as he did so.

"I'm...I'm about to-" Luffy said through heavy breath. He was about to pull out until he found her legs wrapped around his waist, pulling him closer to her as her arms flew around his back. Her seastone anklet made contact with his skin, sapping his strength as he gave a final thrust before lost it and released deep inside her. Both of them were screaming as their orgasms shook their bodies before they both just laid there panting.

"And I was worried...you didn't know how to please a women." Paula said, having finally found her voice as she slowly sat up. Luffy sat on the bed next to her and smiled. "I'm glad I was wrong."

"That was fun." he said as he wiped some sweat from his brow. "Hey, why'd you want to thank me like this anyway?"

"Why?" she asked with a smile. "I told you. Thanks to you, my dream is real now." she said before reaching toward his dick. "That," she said as she pulled on it, making it stretch a bit. "And I was curious if your rubber powers were good in bed." she said as she released him.

"I see." he said as he stood up. "Well, you're welcome." he said as he picked up his straw hat.

"Where you going?" she asked.

"Huh?" he said as he looked back at her to see that she was leaning over the bed and smiling at him.

"I'm not done thanking you." she said in a sultry tone. Luffy stared at her before slowly putting his hat back on the table and approaching her. 'One time was a thank you.' she thought as Luffy placed his hands on her butt, his re-stiffened member slowly easing into her. 'The rest is for me.'

-At the Palace-

The Straw Hats were sleeping away, clearly not waiting until Luffy got back from where ever. Only Vivi was awake as she was sorting out her own feelings.

'What do I do?' she thought as she closed her own eyes for the night.

"Rubber...bastard!" Sanji said in his sleep, his curly eyebrow twitching furiously.
