Opening her eyes, the Smith looked at Integra, "Good Morning Governor, How may My Shop serve you?"

"The Sabres, Knives, and Chains for now." Integra adjusted her glasses. "For Custom Orders, Can you handle Muggle Checks… or do I have to go through the Bank?"

"It depends on the size of the order."

"Was thinking of a Steel and Silver Damascus K-bar class knife." The Lady pulled an 8-inch blade from her lower back, handing it to the Smith. "First order; 300. Once you get the process locked in, we might need to see about another two orders with Bayonet mods."

"Not saying yes…" the smith worked the knife about in her hands.

"Just the items on the counter, for now." Integra pulled one of her embossed cards from her inner pocket. "Send an owl or call if and when you make up your mind. I am even willing to offer you the option of opening your own forge within my compound." She reclaimed her knife. "What do we owe you?"

Tabi blinked. "Sabres, sixteen galleons each. The twin Kukri, twenty. And the Gama, another twelve. Bringing your order to a total of sixty-four galleons." the boy began to dig into the drawstring bag hanging from his belt. "I will need to crunch a few numbers on the other thing. If I take the option of opening a forge at your place… will I have apprentices?"

"You have the option. We will even build your workshop from the ground up… mixing the best of modern Mundane with the best of you bring to the craft." Integra grabbed her new sabre, holding it in her off-hand.

Harry slung the twin Kukri off his pistols before he mimicked Integra's actions with the sword. Tonks just made her new toy vanish.

"Tabi, dear. For now, Ted and I are staying at the Hellsing Compound." Andi kissed the air under the smith's ear. "Come for tea… stay for dinner." Andi then led everyone out to Diagon Alley.

Once they were there, Andi guided them to Twilfitt and Tattings, where they used Harry as a living doll and played dress up. After an hour, Integra made her choices, and Harry redressed in his BDUs. A quick bite at an open-air cafe and Andi showed them Loch's and Load's Travel Needs. Harry got a new travel trunk with a 'wardrobe/closet' mode, a potion and potion ingredient storage, and a Book storage/library section, all with rune- and magic locks. All without having to enter the trunk.

Integra also bought 6 Barrick Class tents that the Store had from the first world war surplus, when the wizarding world housed hit-wizard forces. And a 'Mobil Manor' tent for when she needed to oversee the troops in the field. As Hellsing was an English Empire, her Authority ended at the water's edge. But up to the Tide Breaks, Integra was going to be Hellbound before she allowed the shining shores to be touched.

Calling on Dobby to take everything to the Compound, Harry rubbed the little guy's head, before Tonks shook her head, leading the way to the Ice Cream Parlor.

The Bell rang for the warning that Lunch would commence in 20 minutes in the Solarium.

Agusta 'Gus' Longbottom, Dowager Regent of House Longbottom, looked over her gaggle of followers. While her hat, being the only Witch to be wearing a non-traditional 'Mot-cap', was that of a Stuffed Vulture, a creature known to eat its hunters, She was more Dark Swan in her care of her followers. And like the Swans, Ducks, and Geese that they were, they sat about her, watching and learning everything they could.

Into the Hallway, a big black Dog bounded. Long silky hair showed that the Beast was well groomed. At first look, it was Healthy, Vibrant, and Full of Life! Behind the dog, a balding and softening Wizard was dragging on the leash.

But then her years as 'Beast Mistress'(a cross between Sprout and Hagrid Profession wise) showed that while the Grim was now a happy Beast, he had suffered in the past few years.

Gus stood quickly, something she had not done for years, and her knees were going to make her pay, but she needed to Command. "Sit!" She snapped at the dog, who with a surprised look, slammed his rump to the floor, and looked like the perfect Grim he should have been. Gus nodded. 'He has training. More Rescue than Foundling.' She strolled across the Floor.

The hens hissed. Everybody knew Gus was Powerful, but when she entered a Hall these days, she was an old witch, not the Field Marshal that stood before them now.

"Wizard. What is the meaning of this?" Gus turned to glare at the only 'man' in a hundred metres.

"Madam Longbottom…" He held out a scroll, not at her, but to the side. "Director Bones sent me… Us."

The chicky beside the Wizard, took the scroll, and scurried to Gus's side.

Gus.

Lord Black and Proxy.

Albus Pooched.

Protect the Grim.

Ami.

"Big Words." Gus glared at the Wizard, "Explain yourself."

"Tonks. Ted Tonks. Proxy to and For the House of Black." the wizard sighed, playing the fool.

A rich voice to Gus's Left snorted. "A Law Wizard?"

"A Law Wizard, bound to Black by a broken string." a witch to Gus's Right spit back. "Him, Here…" the Witch turned to look at her friend across the room. "Where is She… and now we know why Malfoy is not holding Court in His usual style."

"Mister Tonks." Gus sighed, as she leaned on her cane. "Why Have you come?"

"Milord has Commanded that I take up his Seat. I was advised that you are his chosen Faction."

"One would think that Albus…"

"Only 'You-know-who' is lower than the 'Head-Bastard'." Tonks sneered, showing his more than his simple happy self for a brief second. Just as sudden as it was exposed, it vanished and the bumbling Law Wizard was tugging on the Grim's Leash.

"Not Like that." Gus huffed. "In Truth that leather cord is more for the letter of the Law than what it will prevent that Grim from doing to us, should either of you turn on us."

"Meaning?" The Rich voiced witch asked.

"If Tonks was going to kill us by Grim, we are already dead." Gus turned and eased back into her perch. "The Beast needs to be fed, as do I. Join me, Tonks. While you are at it, adjust your robes. Abbot, you have earned the right to serve first. We have much to share, and the Mot is in an Hour."

Pulling his wand Ted shifted his robes to match Abbot's.

Into the Court Chambers the Full 'Mot, the purple-robed and dressed Lords, and Ladies made their way to seats that cost more than Gold to buy, were harder to sell than bottled water on a desert island, and as needed as an AC unit in an igloo.

Most just took their seats. A few preened, making a show of saying 'Hello'.

At the Quarter Mark, Gus led Ted into the room. Padfoot was poised at his 'Wizard's' Heel, but the little wizard was at the Command of the Witch. She guided him to his Box. Patted his Hand. And then paced to her Box seat. She did this as the War-Witch that she was, not the old crone most thought of when they saw her.

At the Hour, the bell rang, and the Doors closed.

Court Scribe set up his station, double-checked his Quills, and looked toward the centre of the Chamber.

At the ten-minute mark, a Wizard in a red Robe of an Auror stepped forward. "Lords and Ladies of the Wizengomot. Due to our Missing Members and the posts they hold. I Must declare this Chamber filled, the Doors Locked, and this session open!" He swallowed as he read from a scrap of parchment, "Acting Warlock … Greengrass take the podium."

Cyrus Greengrass climbed into the bull pit, "First order of Business. Do we have any Proxies?"

Ted Tonks stood and moved to the centre of the room. His Grim was at his knee, well-behaved. "I, Theodore Tonks, declare the House Seat Black mine until His Lordship finds someone better or takes it himself." He handed the note to the scribe who checked the magic of the Ring impression and nodded. Ted retook the Black seat box. The Grim sat at his foot, looking proud.

Whispering broke out as the chubby wizard looked out over the chamber.

Lucius Malfoy frowned from his seat beside Parkinson. He was sitting there rather than the Black seat so he could converse with his fellow Traditionalists.

Parkinson stood and stepped forward. "Point of Order. Malfoy holds the Black Proxy. He holds it until his son comes of age."

Ted smirked as he too stood and stepped forward. "Until yesterday, that was true." Ted bobbed his head. "But my Lord has taken up his Ring and declared me his Proxy. I would like to point out that I have a ring impression that states that I am the Black Proxy. Can Malfoy say the same?"

Whispers flooded the chamber.

" For the full story, I advise reading tomorrow's Prophet." Ted smiled at the chamber. "You should be able to gather the full story from the front page."

Greengrass gaveled from above. " Tonks had the paperwork. With Malfoy visiting Parkinson, he did not even test the seat. If Malfoy wants to challenge, he can do so… but at the risk of being seated anywhere today."

Yaxley stood and stepped forward. "Point of Inquiry. Just who is Lord Black? The last Lord is dead. The only Black left was stripped of all titles when he was sent to Azkaban. Draco is the only one who has any claim to the Title."

"Yesterday, I thought that too." Ted bobbed his head again. "But that was before I learned the truth. I put before this August Body one simple question. Who among those present honestly sat in judgement over Black?"

Silence reigned.

" Now, who among us wants the 'G'Mot to be able to just declare them stripped of their Lordships? There is a reason why We hold trials for the Accused. Otherwise someone like Albus could call a quirm and declare all of the Accused Death Eaters guilty and strip their House of all Rights." The Chamber hissed. "Now how can the Chief Warlock, sitting Minister, and Sitting Director of the DMLE declare Black guilty and do just that?"

Parkinson looked at Yaxley. "I move that this topic be tabled while the DMLE looks into it."

"Seconded." Snarled Yaxley.

"All in favour." Greengrass called out. "All opposed. Ayes have it. Motion carries. Bones, you will deliver the report in our next regular session."

Point of Order" Amelia stood from her seat as the Director of DMLE. "We need to recinde the Kiss on Sight order. Then I can safely bring Black in for Trail without my hardliners making it a Precedent that we can not only jail but kill any Lord or Heir but then kiss or kill them without a full trial."

"So Moved. " Parkinson called from his spot. "We can give Black to the Vail if he is found guilty."

"Seconded." Yaxley sighed.

"Aye" chorused the chamber.

"Passed and Carried" Greengrass gaveled in the ruling.

Padfoot shimmered and stepped forward. "Point of Inquiry. Will we be able to hold my trial today?"

Silence.

Before Parkinson started laughing. "You dog. You son of a Bitch!"

"You should know!" Black roared back. "Your Father almost married her?"

Greengrass clapped his hands before the whole chamber began to applaud. "Black. A prank of the highest order. As trails are next on the docket, we will start with you. Take the position of the accused. Scribe, take it away."

The old wizard sat up. "Accused. Black, Sirius Orion the third. Defense for the Accused."

"Tonks!" The wizard scrambled to the desk beside the accused.

"Prosecution."

Amelia Bones smiled, "Yaxley. Let's see what you have."

The small wizard that looked like he was trying to look like Malfoy on a Ministry Budget rose from his Chair and moved to sit opposite of the Accused.

"Heading the trial, Greengrass as the Chief Warlock.the scribe called out. " Representing the Ministry is…" the Scribe looked to the Directors Row.

A weedy wizard stood from the DMT, "Looks like I drew the short wand on this one. Basil Parkinson for the ministry." He moved to sit in the right hand judge's seat.

The Scribe adjusted his specs. "And from the DMLE… " the whole chamber looked to Bones.

Amelia just leaned back, "In this kind situation I would call my lowest rookie to see what they have. But she is on assignment and has a conflict of Interest. Besides… We want to roast this son of a bitch." She removed her monocle, and polished it. "Moody. I believe you have a bone to pick with the Accused. "

From the shadows at the back, a scared wizard stumped into the light.

Andi has spent part of the lunch quizzing the lad about his School Knowledge, so when they had finished all other shopping, Andi entered the book store, where she selected books on every subject. Books like 'Organization of the Mind; the first step to Occlusion' by I. F. Orget, 'Basic Potion Ingredient Reactions' by Ducky N. Kisassbuy, and 'Wizarding Customs and Taboos' by B. Bagshot. She also made Harry collect the third year primers for runes and arithmancy.

Of course Harry insisted on stopping by the Owl Emporium and the Menagerie. He bought a selection of perches and owl treats. Of course he also bought a selection of Dog treats, toys, and grooming supplies.

He frowned at Integra before buying two white faced barn owls for Hellsing.

Walter spotted a Secondhand Store and pointed his Mistress at it, and her curiosity drew her in… And Harry ended up spending a hundred galleons on things that caught everyone's attention.

They then headed out to Muggle London, where Integra walked to Harrods and let the Witches play dress up with their Harry doll. Harry just glared at the silvered haired Lady.

When they were finished with the 'Off the Rack' shopping, She had Harry place the Rolls Royce on the ground and Dora return it to its full size, where she had Walter take them to Savile Row for the Lad's Dress Uniform.

The sun was setting as the Phantom entered the Compound gates.

The Major met them as they exited the car. "Ma'am. Word came in about a possible nest in Leeds. Battalions Beta and Delta are loading up now. Do you have anything specific you want to… "

Integra nodded. "Harker. Tonks. Accompany them. This is a perfect time to test the Lad's skills in a controlled environment. It will also show the troops just what the Lad can do."

Dora adjusted her red dragonhide robes as Harry bolted into the House and upto his room to collect his combat belt. He returned to the front step using his Damphyr speed. The Major pointed to a troop transport, and the two young magicals trotted over and climbed in with the guys.

"Hey, the Sarge's pony is here!" Shouted a grunt near the front.

Tonks frowned at the Lad. "What's he talking about?"

"For our morning run, I carry the Sarge." Harry smiled at the witch. "The guys are running with a weighted pack. But I need more than just Sixty Kilos… " Harry trailed off.

" And when are you doing this morning run? " Tonks quirked an eyebrow.

" At dawn." Harry smiled. " Then I shower, dress, and join Her Ladyship at the Table with the Boss."

A guy two down and across the aisle, "You call the Boss her Ladyship? "

" No. I call Integra the Boss. Her Ladyship is the white owl you have seen flying around the compound. Hedwig by name. She loves bacon. And is smart enough to understand basic commands from my squad mates."

" Good to know." Then the troops went quiet as they prepared themselves for battle.
