In the old movie set Chris was seen with Chef who's getting ready for the next challenge for 20 contestants since they'll be doing at day 12 to win million dollars "Last time on Total Drama Action… Imprisoned in a world they didn't create, forced to ingest deadly foods, and even to taste them twice. It zooms out to show itself on the monitors of the set for the Aftermath show where on the couch in the middle sits Ronnie Anne wearing a purple dress and Courtney wearing a dress reveal to be hosts for total drama aftermath smiling with the teams on either sides of them. It then zooms out and the monitor shows the Total Drama Action logo.

after What happened in the prison flick challenge Lincoln, Dawn, Gwen, Kristal, Ashley, Rosa and Stella ate walking back to the cast trailers after thier talk with Ronnie Anne
"I still couldn't believe Fiore broke Jen's leg with the golden shovel we won that little no good for nothing snake in the grass!" said Stella
"Fiore knew they'll lose the next challenge means she'll do what it takes to obtain victory by picking us off one by one!" said Dawn as the others agreed with her
"We best to watch ourselves from that little piglet before she does more trouble especially she has help from Justin, Topher, Duncan, MK and Ripper." said Ashley
"I agreed and Chris should've notice the evidence we see what happened unless the tape was stolen!" said Gwen was on to something
"It can be true Gwen MK has a history of hacking to the computer would mean she found the way to steal the tape of Fiore sabotage us!" said Rosa as they're getting close to the trailers but then notic the others try to open them again but this time they're outside
"What's going on Duncan!" Lincoln asked the delinquent "The door is locked but good thing we're only outside?" said Duncan as Lincoln see what he means
"Hang on guys I'll try to unlock it!" Lincoln said as he walks over to the door going to pick the lock until they heard the ambulance wailing
"The police are on to us scatter!" said Ripper as he hides in the bush but suddenly it's only the ambulance truck delivered the stretcher but it was covered with a dead body
"Ew, what is that?" as Emma gasps "A dead body?"
"Or an undead body." said Duncan as they glare at him but the body move as the blanket was down showing chris in the stretcher
"Boo!" said Chris as Fiore screams and jumps on justin
"Calm yourselves. No one's dead yet. I'm here to prep you plucky ducks for our most awesome challenge yet. These textbooks hold the sum total of eight years of med school." said Chris as he pass them the medical books "And each one of you gets one because tomorrow, we're gonna play doctor!"

confessional - Duncan
"I hate doctors. They just get off on telling people stuff that they don't wanna hear like, "Don't pick at that scab!" or "If you eat nothing but pickled eggs, you'll die." Hey, don't tell me what I can't eat. Now, playing doctor. Playing doctor I can handle." said Dincan in the confessional
"To win this challenge, you're gonna wanna memorize the entire contents of these textbooks. By morning." Chris tells them that they must read them by morning
"But it's already so late!" Rosa tells chris
"You got that right. What med school all-nighter would be complete without pizza?" Chris tells them as Chef arrives with boxes of pizza to give to the campers
Owen sniffs the Auroma of the delicious pizza "Mm! That smells good!"
"It's gotta be a trick." Lincoln said looking suspicious about the pizza
"More like method acting. Med school interns consume eight hundred fifty percent more pizza than the average human. So, dig in. 'Cause there's plenty more where that came from." as soon as Chris left Duncan walks over to owen who's going to enjoy the pizza

"Lincoln is something wrong?" said Junior as he notice how Lincoln didn't want the pizza or read the medical books "I don't know Junior something isn't seem right about those books especially that pizza but on question is where's DJ?" Lincoln wondered
at the craft tent DJ was seen helping chef with the pizza as he's spinning the dough "Keep 'em comin'! I'll add the final cheesy touch." said Chef as he sprinkles some pamansan cheese as he chuckles
"My team's gonna wonder where I am." DJ said to Chef
"Not as long as they're eating, they won't! So hush up and spin that dough. Spin like the wind." Chef tells him as DJ continues spinning the dough
"Hey, Emma? Do I squint when I read?" said Justin who's reading and enjoying pizza as Emma looked at him
"I don't know. it's either they're squinty or you're just distracting because..." as Emma didn't finish when she see Justin shirtless got her all dreamy

"Uh… uh… I'll just read the book to you, spare your beautiful eyes! Ahem. "Chapter one: Anatomy...Is it getting hot in here?" Emma said waving her hand to her face that looks red
"Hey! You know what my brothers and me did once? We had a no-hands pizza off. [laughs] You should've been there." said Owen as Ripper show a smirk
"No kidding i can eat many boxes watch this!" as Ripper got ten boxes and start shoving them in his mouth munching, chewing as the sauce send flying over as some land on Justin's lip and over MK "Hey Ripper watch the sauce your big slob!" said MK as she moves away from him
at the craft tent Lincoln, Dawn, Gwen, Kristal, Ashley, Rosa and Stella are at the other table while Duncan is enjoying eating pizza
"This pie is rad! Who knew Chef could rock the 'za?" said Duncan as Junior is enjoying his pizza

"I love pizza. But Lincoln had the point about it besides it smell funny when i too a sniff." said Rosa in the confessional
"Well, no pizza for Loud and his cheerleading team means more for the rest of us." said Duncan as he's planning to take the slice as Millie stop him
"Hey, slow down. DJ hasn't had any." Millie said to Duncan as he mumbled to himself not getting the other slice
"Where is DJ?" said Ashley as DJ arrived
"Uh… I-I've been here the whole time, obviously. Now hand me some pie." as DJ takes the slice and eats it "Mm… I am good." said DJ
"Actually guys I'm turning in for the night!" as Lincoln start walking out "Wait Lincoln what about your slice?" said Junior but Duncan already took it

"Lincoln is on to something here because i never see him go against the med books and eating pizza...i must say he's proven to be too difficult to fool and i love that loud boy!" said Gwen in the confessional
Lincoln is walking to the trailer as Gwen, Dawn, Kristal, Ashley, Rosa and Stella are walking towards him "Hey Lincoln wait up! as Lincoln stops looking at the girls
"is something going on with you for not reading medical books it's like you don't need them?" said Stella as Lincoln smiles at them
"Of course i don't need them Stella because i already know about medical skills from the books i read from Maria Santiago she keep from her old childhood box." said Lincoln
"Amazing!" said Rosa was amazed hearing Lincoln said that "Besides i Don't need to read those medical books Chris had because me and Ronnie Anne are already experienced." Lincoln said as morning came everyone is all tired and not looking right
"So tired." said Junior
"ooooh, my brain is full." said Mk rubbing her head
"Oh man, nothing like a good night's sleep. Am I right?" said Duncan as everyone groans except for Lincoln, Dawn, Gwen, Kristal, Ashley, Rosa and Stella as they see Chris with the gun
"Morning, competitors. Or should I say… doctors?!" said Chris as he fires his gun give the contestants the doctor gear but Lincoln is in the doctor's uniform,

"Or should we call him DR. Loud!" said Ashley as Lincoln chuckled with a blush "Thanks Ashley." he said
"Ready for today's big challenge?" Chris said to them
"Some of us are more ready than others." Julia said

"Ooh, tension. My favorite. Let's take it inside." as they follow chris to the room that has two tanks, ladders and one thing that's like they're in the movie
"Today's reward challenge is called "Visiting Hours". And only one member of the winning team will get to enjoy the reward." Chris said to the teams
"If only one of us gets the prize, why even bother trying to win?" said Duncan as Licoln sighs
"A challenge is a challenge Juvie. It's one for all and all for one." Lincoln exclaimed
"Yeah, but if we win, who gets to be the one?" Duncan asked
"The person who most directly contributes to the win." Fiore said in the cute innocent smile

"As in me. Duh i never share to these dummies and my puppets." Fiore said to the confessional with a evil smirk
"Chris, you haven't told us what the reward is yet." Gwen said folded her arms
"You're very perceptive, Gwen. Let's see if that'll help you and your team assemble… a cadaver!" Chris said as the grips and gapphers eye widened
"You mean like, a dead body?" said Julia who looked gross out
"No, I mean like a giant dead body. These kegs contain the dismembered parts of two identical cadavers. Each player will climb their respective team ladder, strap on the bungee cord, and jump into the tank with hopes of retrieving a body part. Any parts you find will be snapped in place on the platforms. Use those chains to raise them all the way to the roof, where they'll be reanimated by a blast of lightning! First team to bring a Franken-Chris to life wins."Chris exclaimed
"Reanimated franken-Chris is that even possible?" Kristal asked her father " I know it's going to be awesome now First crack goes to the team who can tell me how to treat someone with a bean stuck up their nose." said Chris
"Administer two CC's of pain meds and probe the infected area with a sterile swab!" Emma said
"Correctamundo!" Chris said to her
"Yes!" Emma cheered.as she used the bungee cord when she's up the ladder take a dive to the tank then went up met the electric eel she's holding then got zapped
"Ow! what's that!" Emma ranted to chris which she's not so happy
"Oh yeah. I forgot to mention the electric eels. Three zaps and you're out." Chris said as Lincoln glare at him then Emma did the other dive then got the leg
"Got it!" Emma said then toss the leg to Ripper and he set it to the platform
"Okay, next question. Your patient has an itchy, red inflammation on their butt. Diagnosis?" Chris gives them the question
"Diaper rash. Apply salve repeatedly to achieve humectant dispersion." said Rosa as the grips smiles at her
"Yes!" said Chris as Rosa climbs up the ladder and takes a dive with the bungee cord and got hold of the arm
"Lincoln catch!" said Rosa as Lincoln got the arm she toss and place it to the platform and he gives her a thumb up

"Lisa might be watching me did the doctor role i guess I'm way up to the Doctor title before her." said Lincoln with the smile in the confessional still in the doctor's uniform
"Next question, your patient's got a white tongue, red eyes, and they're oozing gooey crud. Diagnosis?" said Chris
"Ooh! Ooh! I know this! Pinkus eyeicus! Treat with two rounds of flopperty-gibbits!" said Ripper as Owen glare at him for taking the question but Lincoln patted his back
"Absolutely correct!" as Chris moves aside "I messed around with some of the terms in the textbook." as Ripper takes the dive only short times
"Ahh!" when he screams he got the hold of the other leg Yes oh yeah! Awesome." Ripper toss the leg to Justin
"Don't let it touch my hair!" said Justin as he dropped it but Julia puts it on the platform with the other leg
"Nice work, Ju–" as the bungee cord snap and he fell in the tank made a splash until he got zapped by the eels "Ugh! Aw, c'mon!"
"Smells like earwax?" Chris said
"Pineappleitis." said DJ as him and Chris high five DJ takes the dive and got shocked by not one, not two but three eels as he screams in pain

"Stick two horse feathers up the whizzbang!" said MK as she takes the dive and got the shorts to connect with the two legs
"Waka waka two-by-four!" said Lincoln as he dives in and got the chest and toss it to Gwen to put in the platform
"Sissypants McGee!" said Fiore as Chris looks at her confused then Dawn takes the dive and talk to the eels to let her get the part as she has a hold on the head and pass it to Lincoln and he place it on the platform only thing left is the arm for them
"The Grips ahead by… a head!" said Chris made a pun as the next one is going first was Owen as he has the bungee cord on and takes a dive as he's screaming till he made it to the tank cause a huge splash send them flying
"Yeah! Last piece coming your way!" Owen said as he gives the arm to Lincoln and he place it on the platform
"The Grips have their cadaver! Time to start yanking some chain. And be quick about it 'cause the Gappher are right behind you!" said Chris as the grips are pulling the platform up as the chains were rattling
"I got it! I got it!" said Fiore has the head and place it on the platform as the gapphers are pulling thiers up as well with the chains rattling
"Heave!" said Julia as Justin grunts "Ho!" said Emma and Justin grunts the second time "Heave!" said Julia and Justin grunts the third in the row
"The Grips are still in this. Whose cadaver will hit the roof first? Make sure you come back for all the Total. Drama. Action!" said Chris
the scene went back to the grips and gapphers still oulling thier cadavers up some more until Mk notice something on Owen
"Ew, what's this icky sore? Owen, you're burning up. like frying pan in the hot morning sun!" said MK as Owen burps at her give her a K-0
"Mm, lemony." said Owen
"Hold on… red sores, fever, lemony burps? Aren't those symptoms of one of the diseases in the book?" saud Justin who's panicking
"Page 753! Mortotistico Crumple's Disease!" Emma remember and gasped "And it's fatal!" as Screaming Gaffers
"Mortotistico Crumple's isn't just fatal… it's highly contagious!" Julia said with widened eyes
"Okay, looks like it's quarantine time! See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya." as Chris locked the door as the grips and gapphers are trapped and heard the power drill and construction noises
"There's more to this disease than either team knows." Chris said as he chuckles
inside the movie studio the grips and gapphers are in the panic "Seriously weird. Owen somehow gets infected with a fatal disease?" said Duncan
"I'm sure it's just a twenty-four hour kind of fatal." Owen said to them
"Quarantine Owen, stat!" said Junior as Emma was inhaling the bubble "Get inside before you kill us all!" said Emma as Lincoln watch how Duncan, Ripper and MK carried Owen to the bubble
"Ahh! I see another sore… on Duncan!" said Fiore seeing the sore on his hand
"It's gotta be some kind of mistake!"said Duncan as he too was put in the bubble just like owen
"Hey! Where is the exit door on these things?" said Iwen
"There isn't one!" Ashley told him
"Uh-oh. Getting claustrophobic. Haha." Owen said panicking and laughing
"Is that another symptom?" said Millie writing the whole thing on her notebook
"Let me out of this crazy thing!" as Owen starts rolling then screaming frantically as he been hitting everywhere like a pinball "Ding ding ding ding ding! Ah!"
"Great. Now Owen's not only infectious, he's a deranged pinball of death." said Julia
"We need to confirm no one else is infected. Symptoms of Mortotistico Crumple's Disease include… explosive diarrhea…" as they see Ripper's stomach rumbles "Oh no…" as he ran into the outhouse
"Itchy lips…" said Junior
"My… my lips! They're on fire!" as Justin is scratching his lips showing it's completely huge and red "Uh!"
"Sudden hot flashes…" as they see Emma, Mk, Millie and Fiore geeting it "seasickness…" Junior said as Julia and DJ are getting it

"Okay I know there's something ain't right about this disease and we're in the reality TV show for goodness sake i mean is that what Chris planned?" Lincoln said in the confessional
"You think we wouldn't. But, just imagine the ratings!" said Chris in the control tent
by then the gapphers and grips are in the stretchers as Lincoln, Dawn, Gwen, Kristal, Ashley, Rosa, Stella and Mike are looking after them by using vitamins, cough drops, bag of ice to cool them off "Oh, this is nuts. We gotta do something." said Gwen
"Gwen's right and we need to figure out what's going and come to think of it how come we're not infected with the others?" said Ashley
"You think it has something to do with the pizza they eat because none of us didn't eat it?" Rosa said to them as if she's on to something
"Teah come to think of it Lincoln i didn't eat it at all because of the funny smell?" said Mike as Lincoln remember Rosa mentioned the funny smell on the pizza last night
"I'm starting to question this Morto-testing-my-patience. We need to get our hands on one of those textbooks. There's gotta be something these guys missed." said Gwen
"Good idea Gwen. Except for the bad news is Chris sealed off the only exit." said Stella
"Not the only exit." Lincoln said as he points up at the opening on the roof "You're a genuis!" said Kristal as Lincoln smiles and hops on the platform

"Okay Dawn and Gwen you go find the books while i go to the craft tent and see what i can find!" said Lincoln as the girls nodded and go on thier saparate paths by then Lincoln made it to the craft tent trying to find the clue
"Come on come on there must be the clue for this and what's in thr pizza?" then Lincoln heard the spund of groaning and it's coming from the other side of the bush as he see Jonesey was not looking well along with the other intern
"Hey what jyst happened to them?" Lincoln asked the intern Oliver about what's going on as he look at him "Jonesy and the other interns eat the pizza that has itching powder and laxative that's from the parmesan cheese." said Oliver as Lincoln now figure out the clue
meanwhile the grips and gapphers are in more pain as Owen is panicking and farting inside the bubble
"Gotta pee! Gotta pee! Gotta pee!" said DJ who's in the stretcher
"Ahh… My lips… my lips!" said Justin
"Maybe they'd feel better if I pressed mine against them. Just once? Before I die?" said Emma as they notice the door was open showing Lincoln, Dawn and Gwen arrived as Junior looks Dawn
"Mom, is that you?" said Junior
"No it's me Junior and it's okay, everyone. there's no disease, trust me. This textbook and everything in it is nothing but fake." said Dawn as Gwen nodded and torn the covers who are fake
"The book covers are really just old cereal boxes." said Gwen
"It can't be a crock. No one's faking being sick." Fiore
"No Fiore, but it's still a hoax. I just went to Chef's kitchen, where I found this "cheese"." Lincoln shows them as DJ in the stretcher notice it
"Uh, gee, what's in that canister I've never seen before? Parmesan?" DJ said to him
"No DJ, Oliver told me about this Chef wad using is "itching powder and laxatives." Lincoln remove the picture of the parmesan reveal to be itching powder and laxatives

"That explains the diarrhea and itchy lips." said Ashley
"And we're the only one who didn't get sick. 'Cause we didn't eat the pizza." Lincoln said as Dawn, Gwen, Kristal, Ashley, Rosa, Stella and Mike nodfed

"It's just a slice of pepperoni. Duncan needs to shower." said Kristal as Duncan is out of the bubble

"Mm, delicious sore. She's right. Now let me out of this bubble!" said Owen as he's grunting to get out then pants and farts as Lincoln rolls him outside
"Wait, stop! You can't–" Fiore try to tell lincoln to stop when he has the gas mask on and had the pin the pops the balloon outside as Fiore, Topher and Justin are coughing

"But what about the other symptoms? Blindness? Speaking in tongues?" said Emma
"you guys just suffer from not getting any sleep." said Ashley as the grips and gapphers are relieved that all this was not real from the start as chris arrived

"I'm glad that i didn't eat that pizza and suffer that effects of the itching and laxatives but i became a good helping hand for Lincoln and the killer grips." said Rosa in the confessional

by then the grips are taken Rosa to the Lame-O-sine as they see Sophia appeared with a a tall young girl same age as them with gray eyes has Red hair along with dark red streaks with a flower on it, She wears a dark teal blouse with a white shirt underneath, a short black shorts, white over the knee socks with a horizontal black line at the top and black shoes.
"Guys this is Lake my Best Friend and the guardian to Sophia." said Rosa as Lake wave to them
"Nice to meet you all and the famous Lincoln Loud! said Lake who's excited like a fangirl as she calm down "Sorry Lincoln it just I'm such a huge fan of you since i see you in season 1." she said
"it's fine Lake and it's great to meet you any friend of Rosa's is my friend too and it's great to have a other fan." said Lincoln as Lake giggle
"Thanks Lincoln you're so much kindhearted just like on TV." said Lake as Lincoln smiles to that as Sophia hugged Lincoln on the leg
"I think Sophia likes you already Lincoln!" said Rosa as Lincoln smiles more and kneel down "It's nice to meet you in person Sophia." said Lincoln
"Me too and you're a good help to mommy and your friends and girlfriends." said Sophia showing she likes Lincoln alteady as Rosa pick her up "See you after the spa guys!" said Rosa as the Lame-o-Sine drove off as they wave goodbye
"I get to meet Lincoln loud in person and he's more handsome as i see him." said Lake who's blushing as Rosa chuckled
"I know Lake even i found him cute as well but has a big heart that helps our friends and his girlfriends no wonder they love him." said Rosa as Sophia look at her
"Do you love him mommy!" Sopha asked all excited as Rosa blush more "Maybe Sophia but i Don't know yet." said Rosa as they're off to the spa
