AN: Ya'll still alive?
Sheyli looked at the Lilith Familia from beyond the arena.
They looked very intimidating which made her nervous.
Looking around her, she could see that her Familia members were also worried.
The Lilith Familia had four level 3s!
From what she heard, the one Luna beat up was also level 3.
There's no way they were winning against that.
Hopefully, goddess Loki negotiated some good terms of loss.
Up where the gods met, Loki was very nervous.
She hated that Lilith was smirking at her.
Everyone around Loki was absolutely sure her Familia would lose.
She remembered Luna told her this morning to pray to Hot Cheetos for victory.
Not that Loki knew who Hot Cheetos was.
But currently, she was praying to Hot Cheetos for victory while looking at her Familia down below.
She could see Tanya, Kuro, and Luna being quite calm together.
Well we're fucked!"
Tanya frowned at Luna's fowl words.
"Could you care to explain?"
"I think I left the stove on this morning."
Tanya was pretty sure they didn't have a stove.
"Don't worry Luna, I turned it off."
Luna beamed at Kuro's words.
"Oh great, guess we're not fucked."
Kuro whispered to Tanya.
"I didn't actually remembered to turn it off."
"So what's the game plan!"
Hearing, Luna's words, Tanya thought of the plan which was basically lose.
Their Familia had to win seven matches to win the game.
Once you went into a match, you couldn't go in again.
Tanya was confident in winning her match but she didn't know about Kuro, Luna, Riveria, Gareth, or Finn.
By some miracle, if they beat all four level 3s and Riveria, Gareth, or Finn manages to beat two level 2s, one their level 1 Familia members would still have to contest against one of the Lilith Familia level 2 adventurers.
Tanya just couldn't see that one level 1 adventurer winning against against the level 2 adventurer.
So, most likely, they would lose.
Since they were going to lose anyway, they should start of with a bang and try to end with a bang.
"For the first round, we should deliver a fight in our victory that will blow the audience away."
"Then let me be the opener, if not, let me be the closer!"
Seeing the confidence in Luna, and since they were most likely going to lose anyway, Tanya decided to agree.
"Ok."
The voice of an announcer sounded.
"Welcome everyone! To the Loki Familia vs Lilith Familia game. Place your bets! And hold on tight! Our first match begins now! Could the first fighter of the Lilith Familia step into the ring.
An armored man with a giant sword jumped into the ring and formed a small crater.
"Our fighter of the Lilith Familia, the man, the myth, the legend himself, Tim the tiny!"
The crowd cheered.
Kuro and Luna started laughing.
Tanya tried to hide a smirk.
"I like this announcer, who is he?!"
"Don't know Kuro, but he sure can announce!"
The announcer continued.
"Will our next fighter of the Loki Familia please step into the ring!?"
Everyone watched as Luna back flipped into the ring.
"Here we have! The legendary wife beater, Luna le Fay!"
Luna flexed her muscles for the crowd, not that there was much of it, but the crowd still cheered.
"Fighters, are you ready?! Three, two, one!"
Tim, a level 3 adventurer, studied his opponent.
From what he heard, she was a level 2 adventurer.
A small fish, a newbie, a nobody.
She looked so weak and flimsy.
Her punch would not bypass his armor.
A single swing from his sword would end her.
Did the Loki Familia really have to humiliate him before they lose?!
Luna grinned confidently at her opponent.
With her magic accerlertion, she could casually exert the power of a level 4 with a single punch.
Along with her other magic deaccleration, which could decrease enemy accerlation zero, she was invincible.
There was no way she could lose!
"Begin!"
Luna accerleration in front of Tim.
Extreme shock showed in his eyes.
Luna delivered a punch that threw him into the arena wall.
Everyone became shock silent.
Tim was still and didn't get up.
"Ouch ouch ouch!"
Luna waved her hand around in pain as she had just punched solid steel.
Kuro and Tanya facepalmed.
Luna pointed at the sky right at Loki.
She grinned at her.
"Oi Daddy! Thanks for praying to Hot Cheetos! Also, make me a level 3 when we get home, okay!"
Loki stood shock still as Luna went back among the Familia members.
"By the gods! The winner is! Luna la Fay!"
The crowds erupted in cheers and Loki broke out of her shock.
She looked at Lilith who was looking at Tim being carried away by his Familia member.
Luna sat down by Tanya.
"So, how was that for an opening?"
Tanya clapped her hand with a smile.
"It was very impressive, I've underestimated you."
"Oi Boss, make me the closer, I'll put on a show!"
When Kuro used Boss instead of Granny, it meant he wanted something.
But Tanya didn't care.
"Alright."
With just this opening, the fame of their Familia would soar high into the sky.
It didn'f matter if they lose.
After this game, they would have won more than imagined.
Finn who watched from afar was silent.
He wanted it.
He wanted to be just like Luna.
He wanted to become the light that would illuimate the world for the Pallum.
Getting up, he walked to Tanya.
"Captain, if the next opponent is a level 3, could I go?"
Tanya studied Finn carefully.
"Are you sure!"
Finn nodded resolutely.
"Yes!"
Tanya thought about it and decided to agree.
Gareth, Finn, or Riveria would have to fight a level 3 anyway.
"Very well, I trust you'll be ready.
"I'll be ready!"
"And don't die on me, I've put a lot of money into you!"
Finn wanted to cry at that.
"Understood!"
