This is an experimental story as even I am not sure where it will go, but I'm hoping it will be very popular.

(Vale City - Kingdom Of Vale)
Vale City was no stranger to violence or destruction, as the citizens that called the city their home did live in a world filled with monsters called the creatures of Grimm. They knew in the back of their minds that one day something like this would happen... they just never expected it.
Currently at the center of town it was complete chaos as a terrorist attack by the White Fang and notorious criminal Roman Torchwick left a huge hole that allowed Grimm to storm into the City! At the very center of the destruction and chaos so group of four female huntresses and training were doing their best to hold off the Grimm.
The leader and youngest member was Ruby Rose, the youngest applicant to ever enter the prestigious school for future Huntsman and huntress is known as Beacon Academy at the ripe old age of 15.
The one fighting beside her was Weiss Schnee, the heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, the largest producers of Dust, the most important mineral on the face of Remnant that is used to combat the Grimm.
Fighting violently against the Grimm was Blake Belladonna, a faunus in disguise and unknown to many besides her close friends a former member of the White Fang.
Filling in the roster was Yang Xiao Long, Ruby's older half sister and the muscle of the team.
These four girls make up team RWBY, one of the most well-known teams in Beacon Academy.
Ruby was currently busy taking down Grimm after Grimm with her signature weapon, Crescent Rose.
Weiss summons several glyphs using her signature sword, Myrtenaster!
Blake is using her weapon, Gambol Shroud to literally gunned down dozens of Grimm
Yang meanwhile launches herself into the air with her weapons, Ember Cilica to take on the Nevermores that were flying through the city, before she was forced to land violently!
No matter how many Grimm the members of team RWBY took down, there was no end to the endless horde of souless creatures. And it definitely didn't help that for every Grimm they took down, several more will take their place from the giant hole that was in the middle of Vale City! It especially didn't help that the Grimm had now been focusing their attacks on team RWBY, noticing that the girls were the only thing in their way from attacking civilians.
RWBY was not about to give up and decided to keep on fighting until the bitter end! Ruby quickly made her way over to a King Taijitu and was about to take it on when she heard someone coming.
She looked to see her friend Nora Valkyrie flying on her Hammer, Magnhild. The thunder berserker quickly closed the distance between herself and the King Taijitu, before she slammed her weapon onto the Grimm's head, killing it instantly.
That is when Ruby and the others noticed that their fellow members of team JNPR, minus one member had decided to join the fight. Now it's not like they were questioning where are the team leader was, as he disappeared a month ago and no one has seen him since.
Currently the team was being led by famous Mistral champion Pyrrha Nikos, who was arguably the strongest first-year student of Beacon Academy.
"Let's move!"shouted Pyrrha, causing Nora and her childhood friend and fellow teammate Lie Ren to charge towards the Grimm for battle!
"Smash!"shouted Nora, as she took out a Grimm.
"Ren meanwhile took out two Grimm and a large Beowolf with his twin weapons, Storm Flower.
That is when two more individuals decided to step into this seen. They were quickly recognized that Sun Wukong and Neptune Vasilias, exchange students who are in Vale for the Vytal festival, an annual tournament between the four elite Huntsman schools to see which school had the best Huntsman in training.
"Nobody move, Junior detective!"said Sun, who quickly pulled out a fake police badge.
"We have badges, so you know it's official!"said Neptune, who also pulled out a fake police badge.
That is when a large sound could be heard through the sky. This made the two boys turn around to see dozens of Atlas ships getting ready to attack the Grimm that were on the ground. The two of them were so surprised by what they saw, that Sun even dropped his fake police badge.
Soon the mounted turrent guns on the warships quickly turn their weapons against the Grimm, cutting down a vast majority of them by turning them into swiss cheese by filling them with bullets! Soon platoons of Atlas robots descended from the sky, before they landed and activated their weapons, which they promptly used on the Grimm!
A few of the stronger Grimm managed to withstand the strikes, but a majority of them were easily taken down!
From the hole, a stolen Atlas paladin quickly rose out of the rubble, and soon the Xiao Long-Rose family pet, Zwei the Corgi jumped off of said paladin and struck a Grimm, knocking it away.
A bullhead quickly appeared in the skies, and inside said bullhead was none other than second year Beacon Academy team, team CVFY!
The four Huntsman in training quickly jump down and charge towards the Grimm!
Yatsuhashi Daichi, the tallest member of team CVFY was quickly surrounded by dozens of Grimm, but he was not worried as he pulled out his weapon Fulcrum and slammed it into the ground, knocking them away and/or killing them in the process.
Fox Alistair and Velvet Scarletina were making quick work of other Grimm with their kung fu skills! Fox even made work of a ancient Ursa, causing it to explode and kills many of its fellow Grimm with its spikes. The spikes were about to hit team CVFY, before they were knocked away my team leader Coco Odell using her weapon of choice, a handbag called Gianduja.
"Nice hustle, Fox."said Coco, before she gave her teammate a playful tap on his rear end.
Coco on the other hand quickly approached a giant Beowolf, not even intimidated by the huge size difference between her and the monster.
"You just destroyed my favorite clothing store."said Coco while lowering her sunglasses."Prepare to die!"
The Grimm quickly tried to strike Coco with its claws, only for the huntress and training to knock it away with her handbag. She then proceeded to strike the Grimm where his privates would be, causing the creature to fall to the ground, before she finished it off with one powerful smack from Gianduja.
Several Grimm quickly came to attack Coco, including a Deathstalker! Coco made quick work of the smaller Grimm, before she jumped back and avoided the stinger of the Deathstalker. Velvet meanwhile approached her team leader and was about to pull out her weapon, before she was stopped by Coco.
"Hey, you worked on that all year. Don't wasted here."said Coco, before she turned her handbag into a giant Gatling gun, which she quickly used to kill the Deathstalker, several Beowolves, and several Nevermore in an instant!
All seemed like the good guys were going to win, until dozens of members of the White Fang came out of the hole they created with explosive. They obviously didn't look like they were in great shape considering that most of their clothing was ripped in more than one area, but that didn't seem to bother them as they pointed their weapons at the Huntsman and began firing!
Weiss quickly created an ice shield to protect her and her fellow Huntsman in training.
"This must be their reserves!"said Blake, who fired back with her gun.
"No. Based on the way they dress I'm guessing these are the ones that were meant to attack the city while riding the train."said Ruby, quickly deducing that these White Fang soldiers attacking them were the ones meant to cause panic and chaos across the city.
She can only imagine what could have happened if her team hadn't discovered their plans accidentally! Maybe it was a good thing that she was accidentally captured and humiliated by Roman, as now the Atlas military can take on these extremists and arrest them!
That was until another Atlas paladin that didn't look like it was damaged quickly came out of the hole and began firing its weapons at the Atlas ships, forcing several of them to fly away to avoid getting damaged.
Ruby and the other Huntsman in training were worried that this attack was going to go on, until a voice shouted a command from a distance.
"Cinderace, use pyro ball!"ordered all voice that no one seemed to recognize.
Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang, Pyrrha, Nora, Ren, and the other Huntsman in training gathered at the plaza quickly tried to find the source of the voice, only spot some kind of rabbit like creature jump in front of them.
The creature in question is a bipedal, rabbit-like mammal. Most of its torso and head, as well as its arms and tail, are white. The creature has long white ears, the insides of which are yellow. Its white eyes, which have red-orange irises, have a deep navy pattern below them and yellow eyebrows above them. These eyebrows connect at the nose, which is red-orange, and form a "crown", which connects to the red-orange tuft of hair sticking out from its forehead, similar to a flame. It has two whisker-like tufts of white fur on each side of its face. Over each shoulder is a navy patch of fur, resembling a shoulder brace, which continues down the torso and connect at middle of the chest, creating what resembles a sports tank top. This navy-colored fur is also seen on its lower torso, creating what resembles a belt. The fur on its lower body is colored red-orange and resembles a pair of pants, with yellow pockets and ending in yellow tufts at the knees, with little tufts of fur on the backside of its thighs. Its ankles and feet are colored navy-blue and tipped red-orange at the toes.
"Cinder!"said the rabbit like creature, before it formed a fall of flame around its feet and kicked it towards the Atlas paladin like a soccer ball!
The ball of fire quickly destroyed the top half of the paladin, leaving only the White Dang pilot covered in soot, before he fell to the floor and passed out.
The White Fang soldiers noticed this and quickly pointed their weapons towards the rabbit like creature! This didn't look good until some kind of strange triangle thing was thrown at the center of where they were standing. This confused the White Fang soldiers until the strange triangle-like device went off and seemingly altered gravity around them, forcing them into one spot, causing them to literally knock their heads with one another!
"I don't think so!"said a masked and hooded individual as he flew in on what appeared to be jetpack boots and pointed strange looking guns at the White Fang soldiers lying on the ground.
The figure was wearing a large brown cloak that covered a majority of his body, but it was clear to anyone looking that he was tall. His only visible feature was a strange looking red bug-eyed mask with gold pleading on the front, some kind of gray pipes around the jaw area, and what appeared to be gray ballistic protection on the mouth area.
Several White Fang soldiers tried to pick up their guns, before they were incapacitated by a blast of lightning from mysterious stranger's guns.
"I tried to warn you."said the mysterious figure, as the rabbit like creature approached him.
"Good job, Cinderace."said mysterious figure, as he pulled out a gloved hand from his cloak to pet the mysterious rabbit like creature that was the size of a human.
"Cinder."said the rabbit like creature, who seems to enjoy getting petted.
"Okay, I don't know who you are, but what's the big idea tying me up!"said the sound of Roman Torchwick, causing everyone to turn and see that he was currently at the center of the plaza tied with some kind of strange glowing rope.
"You have people to answer to, just like me."said the masked individual, as the sound of high heels could be heard approaching the plaza.
This made everyone turn to see the familiar shape of professor Glynda Goodwitch approaching. Several of the surviving Grimm tried to attack her, but she quickly knocked them away with her semblance before she used said power to seal up the hole that Roman and the White Fang created, preventing more Grimm and White Fang soldiers from coming in.
It was in that moment that two more individuals made themselves known.
"Who are you?"asked Dr Oobleck, and he and professor Peter Porter approached the mysterious masked individual and his rabbit like companion.
"Cinder!"said the rabbit like humanoid creature as it got in between the the Huntsman and the masked individual.
"It's okay, Cinderace."said the masked individual, making the rabbit like creature back down.
"I suppose an explanation is in order."said the masked individual as he opened his cloak to reveal that he had a sword by his side.
This made the professors jumpy, as they quickly pointed their weapons at the mysterious individual, before he held up his hand in a motion that said that he did not want to fight.
"Relax."said the masked individual as he removed his hold, revealing that the top half of his grey helmet head had yellow hair at the top.
He then proceeded to press the right side of his mask, which seem to cause the mask to retract back to his right ear. That is when his face was shown to everyone, and the students of Beacon Academy quickly recognized who it was.
"Jaune!"shouted the Beacon students, with Ruby and Pyrrha being the loudest.
Standing there for everyone to see was the student at Beacon Academy who mysteriously disappeared a month ago with no explanation as to why. There was no evidence that he was kidnapped and there was no evidence he left Beacon, it was like he vanished like a ghost. Now he was back a month later appearing stronger and slightly older than what they remembered.
They especially don't remember him having a huge scar across his left eye.
"Jaune, where have you been?!"asked Pyrrha as she ran over to her team leader and secret crush.
"Pyrrha... Where haven't I been."said Jaune, before he was tackled to the ground by Pyrrha.
"I was so worried something happened to you!"said Pyrrha as tears fell down from her face.
"Pyrrha... I'm sorry I worried you so much."said Jaune, before he and his crying teammate stood up.
"Jaune-Jaune!"shouted Nora before she grabbed her teammate with a bear hug.
"Can't breathe..."said Jaune, causing Nora to let
him go, before she sheepishly apologized.
"Where have you been all this time?"asked Ren, as he and the members of team RWBY approached.
"And where did you get those cool weapons!"said Ruby, referring to Jaune's new guns and the gravity grenade he just used against the White Fang
"And what's with that rabbit like creature that follows your commands?"asked Weiss, referring to the large rabbit like creature standing next to Jaune.
"You better start talking as you really worried my sister when you disappeared with your disappearing act!"said Yang, who wanted an explanation from The Dork Knight and she wanted it now.
"It's a long story...One so out of this world that you won't believe it."said Jaune as he slicked back his hair.
This made his friends realized that his features have changed since the last time they saw him. He looked a little older, at least two years older! He also looked a lot more experienced than the weakest student at Beacon Academy they remembered. His eyes clearly indicated but he has gained experience, which was further indicated by the point that he managed to capture Roman and defeat several White Fang soldiers like it was nothing.
"Mr Arc, I believe you have a lot of explaining to do."said one general James Ironwood, who approached with several Atlas soldiers pointing their guns at Jaune.
"For once I agree with my colleague, Mr Arc."said professor Goodwitch as she adjusted her glasses."You have a lot of explaining to do."
"Cinder!"said the creature called Cinderace as it stood in front of Jaune.
"It's okay, Cinderace. Take a good rest."said Jaune as he pulled out a ren and white light ball and press the white button in the middle, causing it to expand.
He then pointed it at the rabbit like creature before it transformed into some kind of energy that went into the ball.
"Wha?"said Blake of all people, as she couldn't believe what she just saw.
"I will talk, but only on two conditions."said Jaune, making the general raise an eyebrow as he wondered where this young man got the confidence to try to negotiate with him.
"And those conditions are?"inquired professor Goodwitch with a scowl.
"You don't strip search me, and my friends come along to hear where I've been all this time. They deserve to know where their team leader and friend has been for the last two years."said Jaune, causing many of the people around him to look at him with confusion.
"Two years?"inquired Pyrrha, looking at her secret crush with confusion.
"Jaune, you've only been gone for a month."said Ruby, wondering why her friend said 2 years.
"It's only been a month for you guys. But for me it's been exactly two and a half years since I've been in Beacon Academy, much less on Remnant."said Jaune, causing everyone around him to look at him like he was crazy.
What was he talking about?
What did he mean he's been gone for two and a half years?
And where did he get all that cool stuff, including the rabbit like creature that follows his commands without question.
These with a questions plagging everyone's heads as general Ironwood closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
"I'll agree to your terms. Now let's head to the Headmaster's office and discuss what you've been doing young man, and I don't want you to miss a single detail."said the general.
"I understand."said Jaune, before he turned to look at his friends.
"Guys, I know I have a lot of explaining to do. And I bet a lot of you guys are mad at me for disappearing without so much of saying goodbye. I'm not going to justify what I did as I know any half-ass explanation will only leave you guys unsatisfied. So I suggest you come with us so I can give you the full story as to why and how I disappeared."said Jaune, knowing that his friends wanted an explanation and they wanted it now.
"You bet you have a lot of explaining to do. I was so worried and thought something bad happened to you."said Ruby, who looked hurt and glad that her male best friend was back.
"We certainly like to hear where you've been."said Pyrrha, wiping away her tears and looking at Jaune with anger.
Jaune on the other hand could tell that she was more glad that he was alive and well.
"That's enough small talk students. For now, get that criminal out of here and let's figure out what's going on."said general Ironwood, causing the students and professor Goodwitch to follow him as they made their way back to Beacon Academy.
Meanwhile, the three individuals who had secretly been behind the attack were watching everything from the shadows as Roman was being taken away by several Atlas soldiers.
"Cinder, what is going on?"asked Mercury Black, only for his leader not to answer.
"We have to reevaluate our data on him. I saw him take down Roman, and he didn't fight like he was an amateur. Jaune Arc is supposed to be the weakest threat, but something has changed."said Emerald Sustrai, looking at her leader like she was expecting her to say something smart.
"Your right. We need to revaluate our data and see if he's an immediate threat that has to be taken care of. Everything it's going according to plan, except for that little hiccup on Roman's part. Now we must see if this Jaune character is a threat like his partner."said Cinder Fall, the evil mastermind who plans Beacon Academy's downfall.
The attack and breach that Roman committed was her idea, only it was supposed to happen Weeks later. She still felt like nothing was going to interfere with her plan, but now with this unknown variable that was Jaune was now in the picture, she needed to figure out if he needed to be eliminated right now or later during the final stages of her plan.
Only time will tell.
I was going to write a Jaune Arc going to the Pokemon world to go on a pokémon adventure story, but that's been done too many times and I think a change of pace was needed.
As you can see, Jaune has Star Lord weapons like the quad blasters and gravity mines, and he has Pokemon under his possession.
What else does he have at his disposal?
That's for me to know when you guys to find out!
Like I said, I don't know where I'm going with this story as it just came to my head one day and I thought why not, you got to live.
I wanted to make a Jaune Arc story that stood out. Now I would mean I'm not the first person that makes a Jaune Arc story where he disappears and comes back much stronger, but I bet no one's come up with an idea like this!
With marvel weapons and Pokemon.
Now he has more under his belt, but I'm not going to let you know until future chapters.
