I do not own RWBY, Marvel, Pokemon, etc.
For the first time in a month, Pyrrha Nikos slept soundly in her bed without spending most of the night clouded with thoughts. This was because the subject of those thoughts was currently asleep on his bed for the first time in a month, or two and a half years for him.
Jaune Arc was asleep like a newborn baby in his bed, and looked quite peaceful in his sleep as his weapons and pokeballs laid next to him, as he didn't want to leave them in the locker room where they could potentially be taken by someone who probably cannot take no for an answer.
Pyrrha secretly wanted to sneak into his bed and hold them tightly out of a fear that if she woke up in the morning, he would not be there and all of this would have just been a dream with a horrible punch line at the end. But she held herself back as she knew this was not a dream as she felt his skin, and knew Jaune, her partner and secret crush was back home.
Ruby Rose was also sound asleep for the first time in a month as her male best friend was back, and had even eaten cookies for the first time in a month, during Jaune's welcome back celebration. She was sleeping slowly in her bed, having dreams of all the amazing weapons and adventures Jaune must have had in the world of Pokemon, with the Avengers, and with the Guardians of the Galaxy!
She had earlier begged Jaune to see his quad blasters and vibranium sword, but he refused on the grounds that Ruby did not know anything about alien technology and he didn't want her accidentally break everything. This meet her upset and she tried to use the puppy eye trick on him, but he told her that no longer works on him thanks for the many cute Pokemon he encountered on the Pokemon world who tried the same trick over and over again.
Everyone else was more or less the same, sound asleep as they were glad that their friends/acquaintance was home safe and that their sister/friend/teammate were no longer worried.

The next day the Sun woke Jaune from his slumber. The young man took a deep breath as he got up from his bed and stretched himself out. For the first several seconds of the day he was confused where he was until he remembered that yesterday he finally managed to get home to Remnant after two and a half years of adventure.
He can still remember the day that jerk Mew pried him from his home, but in the way he was actually glad he did that as he came back stronger and smarter than what he was two and a half years ago. Now he would be useful to his friends in their fight against the creatures of Grimm.
Part of him wished he could ask the Avengers of the Guardians of the Galaxy to help, but they had their own worlds to defend from evil and he knew he couldn't have such a big favor from them after they've done so much for him. It was up to the people of Remnant to solve their own problem.
Jaune and quickly got up to get changed when he noticed that someone was watching him.
The thing looking at him was a marine like creature that resembles a cross between a sea lion and a mermaid. Most of its body is white, but it has a long, blue, fish-like tail. It has a long snout with a round, pink nose, bright blue eyes with long white eyelashes, and long light blue hair trailing off the back of its head. A tiara-like structure rests on its forehead, consisting of a line of pearls with a pink sea star at one corner and a thin, transparent blue fin extending back over its hair. Its hair is contained to a ponytail by two strings of pearls.its body are three fins similar to the one on its crown: one that drapes around its shoulders and chest, one around its waist where the fishtail begins, and one near the tip of its tail. It has long front fins with three digits. the creatures long fishlike tail is bright blue with small pointed, pink fins around its hips. Its tail fins are white, and it looks capable of using them as feet to stand up.
"Primarina, what are you doing outside of your pokeball?"asked Jaune, noticing the Pokemon he got from the Alola region was out and about.
"Prim?"said the soloist Pokemon.
"Oh my gosh! That Pokemon is so pretty."send Nora, as soon as she woke up and noticed the Pokemon in question.
"Wow, she really is pretty."said Pyrrha, who had just woken up to notice the Pokemon that was out of its pokeball.
"...Um... Actually...Primarina is a boy..."said Jaune, knowing this wasn't the first time that someone confused the soloist Pokemon for a girl based on his appearance.
There was an awkward silence in the room for the first couple of seconds as Ren had woken up just in time to reveal that the mermaid like Pokemon in the room was actually a boy...And the next thing that happened was completely expected by Jaune!
"What?!"shouted Nora and Pyrrha at the same time.
"Hey! Some of us are trying to sleep!"shouted Weiss, as she burst into the room to complain.
"Oh, what a pretty girl."said Ruby behind Weiss, before she went over and started stroking the soloist Pokemon's chin, something Primarina seems to enjoy.
"I know it doesn't make sense but Primarina is a boy..."said Jaune, just as the rest of team RWBY came into the dorm room of team JNPR.
"What?"said Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang at the same time.
"How is this beautiful creature a boy? It literally looks like the combination of a mermaid and a sea lion."said Ruby, causing Primarina to appear flattered.
"I know it doesn't make any sense, but apparently majority of the species are male, with only a handful being female. That's what professor Kukui, the local professor of Alola told me when I traveled to that region looking for me. That's where I met Primarina when he was a Popplio. So you can imagine my surprise when I saw him evolve into the form he currently is."said Jaune, who can understand why his friends are confused as he was confused the first time he laid eyes on the soloist Pokemon.
"Prim!"said the soloist Pokemon with pouted cheeks, wondering why his trainer still hasn't accepted that he was a pretty boy so to speak.
"Look, just think of him as a pretty boy. That's what he likes to be thought of."said Jaune, which appear to make Primarina calm down.
"Prim!"said the soloist Pokemon, before he crawled over and hugged his trainer as if to indicate that he forgives them.
"And do be sensitive about his feelings."said Jaune, knowing that Primirina was quite sensitive when it came to his feelings.
"I'm still trying to get over the fact that that Pokemon is a boy..."said Weiss, who had a hard time believing that such a beautiful creature with such a feminine appearance was a boy.
"He literally came back with creatures from another world and alien technology, and this is what shocks you the most."said Blake, who would not admit that she was caught off guard by the information that the soloist Pokemon was a boy as well.
"Hey, the universe is an unexpected place."said Yang, who decided to go along with it.
This was mainly through the fact that other people called her beautiful and hot, there was one jerk who went as far as calling her a tomboy... where he quickly learned his lesson not to call her that...!
"Jaune, can we please see your spaceship?"asked Ruby, who wanted to see the spaceship that her male best friend used to get back home.
"I thought I'd give you your answer yesterday when you asked me the last 20 times."said Jaune, as he wondered how many times Ruby was going to ask the same question with him giving the same answer.
"Jaune, we both know she won't give up until she gets what she wants. Why don't you save yourself further headache, and just show us your spaceship already."said Yang, who knew that her little sister could be quite stubborn when it came to weapons.
"I'm interested in seeing your spaceship as well."said Nora, who decided to voice her opinion.
"It would be interesting to see."said Blake, who admitted this caught her interest.
"Might as well show us since you hyped it up so much yesterday."said Ren, adding his two cents to the conversation.
"...Fine...But we have to make sure we're not followed."said Jaune, knowing that certain people around the school were watching him.
His instincts over the last two and a half years have become quite in tune thanks to the many dangerous situations he's been in, so it's safe to say that he knows when someone is watching him, even from a distance.
"Yay!"said Ruby, happy that her male best friend was finally complying.
"Let's get changed and let's go."added Ruby, before she used her semblance to go back to her dorm room so she could change, as everyone was currently in their pajamas.
"Ren, with me."said Jaune, before the two boys of team JNPR stepped out of the room so that their partners could change as he wanted to give them privacy.
Weiss, Blake, and Yang meanwhile followed will be back to their dorm room so they could change as well.
"Don't even think about peeking."said Yang in a teasing manner, with a matching Cheshire smile before she closed the door.
"Wouldn't dream on it."said Jaune, who wouldn't dare try to peek on girls when they were changing it he knew the consequences of such actions.
He did grow up with seven sisters after all, some of whom had violent tempers!
"I'm surprised you slept with those clothes you came with yesterday and not your pajamas."said Ren, who noticed that Jaune was the only one not in pajamas as he slept in his clothes.
"When you were on the move like me you get used to not sleeping in pajamas."said Jaune, as hunting for me made him accustomed to not sleeping in his onesie pajamas.
Also it helped that he didn't have his onesie pajamas during the two and a half years he was gone.
"You ever going to tell us how you got that scar."asked Ren, referring to the large scar on his friends face.
"No."quickly replied Jaune.
"Okay, then."said Ren, respecting his friend's privacy.
"I just realized that Primirina is still in the room."said Jaune, remembering that his Pokemon was still in the room with his female friends.
"Okay, we're changed!"said Nora, revealing that both she and Pyrrha were now back in the regular outfits.
Jaune meanwhile quickly went inside to check on his Pokemon, who was standing in front of a corner with his eyes covered by his flippers.
"Phew."said Jaune, glad that his Pokemon did the right thing, as he was a boy at the end of the day.
"Good job, Primarina."said Jaune, before he began petting the soloist Pokemon on the head, something the water type Pokemon seems to enjoy a lot.
"Alright! We're changed, so let's get going!"said Ruby as she opened her team's door to reveal that they were now back in their regular outfits.
"Let's get going."said Jaune, before he pulled out the pokeball that Primarina came out of and returned him back to the ball.
He then proceeded to put the rest of his pokeballs on his belt, before putting his vibranium sword in its holster.
"Let's get going."said Jaune, before his friends began following him towards the location of his spaceship.

Twenty minutes to half an hour had passed, and Jaune brought them to a small clearing deep in the Emerald Forest.
"There's nothing here!"said Yang, who couldn't believe that vomit boy had just made them walk for half an hour just to bring them to a small clearing of nothing.
Jaune just rolled his eyes as he pulled out something from his jacket and pressed with something like a button for a car. A few seconds later door out of a sci-fi movie opened up in the middle of the clearing, revealing that Jaune's spaceship was invisible.
"Woah?"said everyone minus Jaune.
"My ship, The Arc's Revenge is an M class battleship with cloaking technology. It use a special technology to give the optimal illusion that it's invisible. Basically, the cloaking technology prevent creature's eyes from allowing it to see the ship by reflecting the light needed for a person to see. That's what the guy who gave me the ship said, but if you think I understand any of that science stuff... you have another thing coming."said Jaune, before he motions for his friends to follow him into the ship.
Ruby was the first to jump out the opportunity as she quickly followed her male best friend into the ship, with Pyrrha being the next individual to go in, and so on and so forth. Soon all members of team JNPR and team RWBY were inside the Arc's Revenge.
"It's a bit bigger than a standardized M class ship, but it's been easy to manage thanks to the help of Rotom."said Jaune, causing his friends to look at him and wonder who Rotom was.
"Who's Rotom?"asked Ruby, causing the screen above Jaune to appear to show some kind of creature with big blue eyes, and I'm mostly orange body.
"Rotom Ro tom tom."said the plasma Pokemon.
"That's Rotom. It's basically a Pokemon with a body structure similar to electricity, allowing to enter appliances like washing machines, ovens, and even phon...Scolls. This Rotom is one of my oldest companions, and he helps me pilot the ship with his special power."said Jaune, with the plasma Pokemon nodding its head in agreement with everything his trainer said.
"Wow Jaune, I must say this place is pretty neat."said Yang, looking around and was surprised by how clean the ship was.
She and the others could see his living quarters, what appeared to be a kitchen, a bathroom, the place where he can pilot the ship, and what appeared to be an armory. The last part got Ruby's attention.
"Ohhh!"said Ruby as she went over to the armory, only to see that it was locked.
"Give me a minute and promise not to touch anything."said Jaune, causing Ruby to pout as she really wanted to touch everything.
"Down, Ruby."said her partner, before Weiss pulled her back just as Jaune open the door to his armory.
Ruby quickly grew starry eyed as she saw the many different kinds of weapons that were on the shelves of the armory. She could see a battle axe, a machete, a baseball bat, several handguns, several sci-fi rifles, some kind of retractable spear, grenades that look like they were filled with water, and what appeared to be throwing knives. But what really got her attention was the large silver armor with a wet appeared to be a jetpack at the end of the room. It had to rotating gun cannons on both arms, and the jetpack obviously indicated that it could fly.
"What is that?"asked Ruby, making Jaune smile.
"That is the Hydra Stomper. Iron Man told me that his father came up with the idea for something called World War II. This is the Hydra Stomper Mark ll, an improved version of the original."said Jaune, as Ruby raced around the arm of the check out everything.
"Wow, these two rotation guns look like they can pack quite the wallop. Oooh, I would love to see it in action."said Ruby, before she looked over to the table that was in the middle of the room where she saw Jaune's shield.
And it was clear to the weapons nerd that it had gotten an upgrade.
"Wow!"said Ruby, before she made her way over to the shield to see that it had some kind of reactor on the middle.
"What's this, Jaune?"asked Pyrrha, causing everyone to make their way to the table to see the shield.
"This is a mini Arc reactor. It's my Ace in the hole in case everything else fails. It only has one shot and it's a pain to power it up again so I keep it out of harm's way, until absolutely necessary. I'm still working on it, so I'm not sure if it'll work properly just yet."said Jaune, as everyone was admiring his upgraded shield.
"Wow, Jaune. I must say you really have improved."said Yang, who was impressed with everything that I was in the armory.
"I agree that you have improved..."said Weiss, who was being a typical tsundere.
"I'm assuming this isn't the only room with weapons."said Blake, making Jaune chuckle.
"There's actually another room, but I'll leave that for another day."said Jaune, noticing Ruby pout upon hearing that.
"Ahh! Why?"said Nora, wondering why her fearless leader was keeping them away from the other room.
"It's not that I don't trust you guys, but if you think I haven't noticed that some of you have been touchy feely, then you're surely mistaken."said Jaune, who noticed that certain people AKA Ruby haven't been able to keep their hands to themselves.
Specifically with the Hydra Stomper Mark ll!
"Why don't you show us where your Pokemon are."suggested Pyrrha, feeling like her partner would agree to that.
"Follow me."said Jaune, causing his friends to follow him out of the armory, which she quickly closed upon every person being out of there.
He the motions for his friends to follow him deeper into the ship, well he leads them to another room that's similar to the armory only it's filled with pokeballs.
"This is where I keep my Pokemon."said Jaune, with his friend surprised with how many pokeballs he had.
"Hey, some of these look different."said Nora, noticing that some of the pokeballs had different designs.
"Your right."said Ren in agreement with his childhood friend.
"Those our specialty pokeballs for specialty Pokemon. I got them when I was traveling through a place called Johto and I decided to use them along my journey."said Jaune, before noticing the Yang tried to reach for one of the pokeballs.
"Don't touch that!"said Jaune, causing the blonde brawler to quickly back away her hand.
"What's wrong?"asked Yang, wondering what's the big idea.
"The Pokemon in that pokeball is way bigger than the room we're in. You do the math."said Jaune, causing his fellow blonde to realize that she almost got her and her friends/sister squished.
"Ohhh."said Yang, while Blake just shook her head and disappointment.
"Jaune, I must say that this place is amazing. You're literally over prepared in my opinion."said Ren, who felt like he was in the bunker or one of those Doomsday preppers.
"Hey, when you see the stuff I've seen you have to be over prepared."said Jaune, before he looked at his watch.
"We better get back to school before certain people start asking questions that I don't want answered."said Jaune, referring to the general the Atlas military.
This disappointed his friends as they wanted to see more of the ship, but they knew where their friends/secret crush was coming from so they decided to follow him out of the ship. Soon everyone was out of the Arc's revenge, where Jaune quickly close the door shut, before activating a force field in front of the door for good measure.
Just in case someone had followed them and wanted to get into his ship.
"Now let's go get some breakfast there's all those treats yesterday made me hungry for some real food."said Jaune, before Blake's stomach began growling.
"Hehehe. I guess we could eat."said Blake an embarrassment, before she and the others began the journey back to Beacon so that they could get some breakfast.
Jaune on the other hand couldn't shake this feeling that he was being watched, so he decided to make a mental note to move the ship later in the day.
He wondered who was watching him though as he made sure to disable the cameras that led to a ship in the Emerald Forest. So why couldn't he shake off this feeling that he was being watched?!
Meanwhile a pair of binoculars was watching the group from a distance, noticing the return to Beacon
With the eyes of the individual watching through the binoculars belonging none other than to Mercury Black.
"Why were they in the woods?"Mercury asked himself, as his binoculars did not allow him to see where the ship was located.
But that didn't mean that he didn't have several ideas of what was going on!
