Note: I've been watching the second season of Marvel's What If? Then I saw a comic on Pinterest and got inspired. So I'm doing Owl House What If? The First one features Lilith. The Second one is Eda. And the third one will be Raine. The length of these will depend on how inspired I got.

Chapter 1

A breakup and a decision.

It's a nice day on the Boiling Isles. In a field of flowers is Eda Clawthorne. With her is her good friend and lover Raine Whispers. Raine has skipped out on a performance. Because of their stage fright. Eda got her bell cittern and has started playing. As she played Raine couldn't help but. To watch as she played. Also as she played she gave Raine some advice. After she was done playing her curse started flaring up. Eda is in her mid to late 20's. And she had this curse since she was a teenager. The curse has been a pain in her butt since.

Raine noticed that something seemed to be bothering Eda. So they asked "Eda are you ok?" Eda quickly drank an elixir to calm her curse. Then she turned around with a smile and replied "No worries Raine I'm ok." Raine can tell that Eda is liying.

"Eda you're lying again. I swear it's like I barley know you anymore. I have made decision. I'm joining the bard coven. I'm sorry it's over." informed Raine

With that said Raine turned and left the field. Beside herself Eda also left the field. Instead of flying on her staff. Eda is walking home. She was almost home. When she someone yell "Edalyn!" Eda looked and saw her older sister Lilith. Lilith's hair is straighter and is now black. She is also wearing a coven scout cap. Lilith is now the head of the coven scouts. Right now Eda is in no mood for Lilith.

"By the order of the Emperor's Coven. I'm here to take you in." stated Lilith

Eda just gave her sister a side glance. Then she continued walking home. Lilith noticed and asked "Hey aren't you going to fight me?" Eda just sighed and replied "Not now Lilly I'm going through something right now." Lilith heard the tone in Eda's voice. So she flew down next to her.

"Is there anything I can do to help?" asked Lilith

"I am hungry and I do miss Mother's stew." replied Eda

"Well you're in luck. I'm the best at making Mother's stew." boasted Lilith

With that said Lilith followed Eda. To a white house with a blue roof. She got off of her staff. Hooty who is a house demon and Eda's security system. Saw Lilith and yelled "Intruder!" Lilith put up her hand and pushed back Hooty.

"No worried I'm not here. As a member of the Emperor's Coven. I'm here as a... sister." assured Lilith

Hooty let both young women into the house. Lilith took off her cap and put it on the couch. Then she found Eda's kitchen. She filled a cauldron that she found half way with water. Then she looked around the kitchen and gathered what she needed. Half an hour later Lilith has everything that she needs. In the cauldron and is steering waiting for the stew to start boiling. Soon the stew has started boiling when Lilith could her crying and hooting. Lilith left the kitchen and went out to the living room. She can see Owlbert sitting on Eda's shoulder. And Eda ha her hands covering her face and she's crying.

Lilith sat next to Eda and wrapped her arm around Eda.

"Eda please tell me what's wrong." coaxed Lilith

"Raine broke up with me." replied Eda with a sob

Lilith is surprised at what Eda just said. The last she knew Eda and Raine were still going strong.

"Why did they break up with you?" asked Lilith

"Because I was lying to them to much. And they decided to join the Bard coven." replied Eda sadly

Lilith hugged Eda tight and had. A feeling that Eda has been lying about the curse. She sat with Eda for a while and managed to clam her down. Then Lilith went back into the kitchen. Her stew is bubbling away so she steered it. Then Lilith tasted it and it tastes just right. An hour later the stew is ready. Lilith filled two bowls and went into the living room. She gave one of the bowls to Eda then sat down. After they ate Lilith cleaned up. Then she went back out to the living room. She went up to Eda and asked "Owlbert could you find Eda's crystal ball please?" The little owl hooted and hopped up into Eda's hair.

Soon a crystal ball and Owlbert popped out of Eda's hair. Lilith took the crystal ball and put it on the table. Then she sat down and said "Crystal ball we need something funny to watch." The crystal ball turned on and showed something funny. Eda and Lilith watched crystal ball, laughed, and talked until it got late. Then Eda yawned and said "Man I am tired thank you Lilly." Lilith smiled "It was my pleasure now you go to bed. I won't mind sleeping on the couch." Eda nodded and she and Owlbert headed up to bed. Lilith sat on the couch thinking. She enjoyed the time that she has spent with Eda. Lilith has missed spending time with her sister.

But Emperor Belos has promised Lilith that. If she brings Eda to the Emperor's Coven. And she joins of her own free will. That he will heal Eda's curse. But Lilith has been doing research. Ever since she joined the coven. Going through the restricted sections. Of the Emperor's Coven library and the Bonesborough library. Looking for a cure, or a way to heal, or slow down Eda's curse. But so far she hasn't found anything. And she knows that Emperor Belos. Has a curse that he hasn't cured. So what's to say that he'll be able to heal Eda's curse. It was then and there that. Lilith decided to leave the Emperor's coven. She laid down on the couch and went to sleep.

In the morning Lilith woke when the sun shined into the windows. She found paper and a pen. And wrote a note for Eda that read.

Dear Eda

I had a wonderful time hanging out with you. I miss spending time with you. And I miss Mother and Father. So I have decided to leave the Emperor's Coven. I'll be back in a while.

After writing the note Lilith grabbed her staff and left the house. She got on her staff and flew toward the castle.
