It had been two weeks since the Interdimensional War ended. Honestly Yuya was a bit surprised that it had only taken two weeks for his counterparts to be able to defuse with him, but then again he hadn't actually thought it would be possible at all. But the short time did mean that Yuto, Yuri, and Yugo hadn't actually seen what Yuya's life was normally like.

For example, they didn't know that the tomato took gymnastics and dance classes. Because of the whole Interdimensional War and the role Yuya had played in it, his gymnastics coach had told him to take two weeks off to recover and get used to normal life again, and his dance teacher had given him three weeks off. That meant that his counterparts had never actually seen him training. Sure, they knew that Yuya was pretty athletic and acrobatic, but they didn't realize just how much effort he put into his training.

But that was about to change. As soon as Yuya finished his breakfast, his father asked, "Are you ready for your class?"

Yugo blinked, "Wait, Standard has school on Saturdays?" Yuya's father chuckled, "No, Yuya has his gymnastics class today. He usually trains fourteen hours a week, but his coach gave him two weeks off to re-adjust to normal life after the war."

Yuto looked at Yuya in surprise. "I didn't know you took gymnastics classes!"

Yuya smiled brightly, "And dance classes too! But I've got another week off before I resume those."

"Have you ever done a gymnastics competition?" Yugo asked curiously. Yuya nodded, "Lots of times! I've got eighteen medals! Three bronze, ten silver, and five gold! And I've been training for the Junior World Championship for the last three years! I'm hoping to make it into the next Olympics too!"

Yuri raised an eyebrow, a little bit impressed by how many medals Yuya had. The tomato must have worked very hard to earn them! "Well, I hope all your training absences don't mess things up for you," he said sincerely. "It would really be a shame if the war caused your skills to diminish."

Everyone was surprised by Yuri's tone. He really did seem to mean what he said. Yuya blinked, then smiled. "Oh, don't worry! I did a lot of practice while the war was going on too. I'm sure I'll be fine!"

"Well, why don't you grab your bag, and I'll drive you to practice," Yusho said, smiling at his son. Yugo bounced in his seat, starry-eyed. "Ooh! Ooh! Can we go too? I wanna see Yuya do gymnastics! It sounds so cool!"

"I mean, I don't mind," Yuya said. "I can show you guys some of the moves I've learned!" He hopped up from the table and went up to his room to grab his gymnastics bag.

Yusho didn't stay very long after dropping Yuya and his counterparts off at the Maiami City Gymnastics Center. He had a duel scheduled almost immediately after. But Yuya wasn't bothered by his father's quick departure.

Yuri, on the other hand, appeared to be annoyed. "Why isn't your Pops staying to watch? Doesn't he wanna cheer you on?"

"Oh, it's actually easier for gymnasts to practice if their parents don't stay to watch much," Yuya assured him. "I've seen lots of people quit because of the pressure. It's distracting, and when parents watch their kids practice, the kid usually progresses slower than kids whose parents don't watch. Plus some kids will try to perform more, instead of practicing, if their parents are around."

Yuri blinked in surprise, but accepted the response. He could definitely see Yuya getting distracted and performing instead of practicing if Yusho stuck around to watch his training. After all, Yuya was a performer at heart.

"So what about us?" Yuto asked. "Will us watching you make it harder for you to practice?"

Yuya thought for a moment, then shook his head. "I don't think so. I think I should be fine! C'mon, I'll introduce you to my coach!"

He led the way inside the gymnastics center and looked around for his coach. When he saw him, the tomato waved and grabbed Yuto's hand, dragging him over to the coach. Yuri and Yugo followed close behind.

"Hi, Coach!" Yuya said cheerfully. His coach blinked in surprise at the sight of the three extra Yuyas. "Are these—?"

"Coach, these are my counterparts Yuto, Yuri, and Yugo," Yuya introduced. "Guys, this is my gymnastics coach!"

"It's, uh, nice to meet you," Coach said. He was a bit confused about how Yuya's counterparts had separated from him, but he didn't question it. He wasn't even sure he wanted to know. "Are you here to watch or sign up?"

"We just wanna watch Yuya," Yugo said. Coach nodded and pointed towards some nearby chairs, "You can sit there. You'll have a good view of everything. Yuya, go ahead and go change."

Yuya bounced off toward the changing rooms as Yuto, Yuri, and Yugo went to sit down in the chairs. The tomato came out of the changing rooms a few minutes later wearing an orange singlet and green shorts. Yuri grinned, admiring how well the clothes fit Yuya. Yuto noticed and glared at the cabbage. Yuya also noticed, but tried to ignore it. He had gymnastics to do!
