"So, are you ready to torture some teenagers?" Alana purred, her arms round Dez's as she leaned up against him with a flirty look on her face. The dark skinned man simply shaking his head fondly before gently removing himself from her grasp.

"One, we aren't going to torture them. Just make them humiliate themselves on international television. Two, stop flirting while the cameras are rolling. You're supposed to be professional, remember?" Dez informed her, not that he looked particularly annoyed by Alana's antics. The host simply laughed as she began to walk down to the docks, leaving Dez alone.

"Welcome! This is Total Drama Lineage, and we're here at camp Wawanakwa 2 where we will make the children of the original three generations of contests go through the same brutal events as their parents. Violent challenges, untrustworthy teammates and so much drama that our producers are salivating over it!" Alana explained, a grin on her face that was mixed with glee and sadistic anticipation. Seems Alana wasn't that much different from her father. The dark-haired woman continuing her descent down the docks. "Now, let's meet our first camper!" She finished as a boat soon arrived at the docks.

The first contestant was a 5'7 girl with a golden brown skin tone, long black wavy hair, silver eyes, heart shaped face, and a slim hourglass figure. Said girl was wearing a white dress shirt, glasses, black mini shirt and pumps.

"Noah and Emma's daughter, Jessica! Welcome to the second Camp Wawanakwa." Alana greeted, earning a curious hum from Jessica. "Yes, about that. Why is there a second camp? Logically, it can't have been built solely for the competition considering it's naturally dilapidated state." Jessica questioned as she moved further back on the dock. Alana simply shrugged as the teenager did so.

"Oh, yeah. The island was built about a decade ago for some theme park attraction for fans to experience being a camper, along with other fun things at our disposal." Alana explained with a little smirk before letting out a chuckle, waving off Jessica's concerns. "But we don't need to worry about that because our next contestant is here. This is the son of Harold and Leshawna. Hello Leo!"

Leo was a taller dark-skinned male, standing at 6'2 with a runner's build, long black hair styled in dreadlocks and held in a ponytail, and brown eyes. He was wearing a grey muscle shirt, yellow wristband, blue jeans, and black and red running shoes. "Alana, what's up?" Leo asked as he approached, the two of them exchanging a casual fist bump as he looked over the camp. "Oh wow, this is much smaller than the Steve camps my dad sends me too." He commented before walking next to Jessica with a friendly smile that the bookworm returned, albeit with more awkwardness than Leo.

"Aw, already making friends." Alna hummed before turning back to other side of the docks, only to jump in shock when another camper was already waiting for her, staring up at her with a deadpanned expression. This girl did not necessarily look intimidating at first, only standing at 5'2 and with a thin and scrawny build. "Oh, Lynn. You scared me. Heh, you really are similar to Crimson and Ennui..." Alana greeted a bit nervously, wincing at the blank expression on Lynn's face.

Lynn obviously took after her parents; she was pale with long black hair and deep brown eyes. Her style was clearly gothic as well, the girl wearing an open shoulder black t-shirt with a red skull detail, black jeans with a dark purple belt and red pentagram as a belt buckle. As well as black steel-toed boots and a spiked choker collar. "Fear is a natural reaction to the unexpected, I hope I can see fear on everyone's faces at some point." Lynn said, her voice soft and lacking in emotion as she walked to the other two. Alana, Leo, and Jessica all looking uncomfortable with the goth girl.

Oh, look everyone, it's Beau! Our actor, the son of Bridgette and Geoff, and the step son of Topher! Welcome to the island Beau!" Alana greeted, forcefully cheerful as a 5'9 male with a deep peach skin tone stepped onto the docks. He was a fit guy with shoulder length wavy hair died a dark brown with blonde baylage. He was also wearing a dark green crisscross V-neck tank top with a mai-tai colored version of the Alexander Hamilton Musical logo on its center, a knee-length tawny port colored open cardigan, a short tawny port colored cashmere scarf around his neck, a pair of slim-fit dark green linen pants, and a pair of tawny port loafers. He was also the most accessorized of the contestants so far with a mai tai colored star shaped sunglasses, crystal dud earrings, and a mai tai ring on let hand.

A cheerful look in his blue eyes as he grinned to Alana. "Aw, thanks for the welcome. Are you okay? You all look a little... On edge?" Beau questioned, looking from the forceful smile on Alana's face to the still slightly uncomfortable look on Jessica's and Leo's face, all the while Lynn just stared. "Everything's fine, just... Just get in line." Alana replied, urging Beau into line. The male giving cheerful looks to the other three.

"Next up we have Sasha, our gamer girl and daughter of Sam and Dakota!" Alana said, another girl joining the group. This one a white brunette, her brown hair going to her shoulders with she stood at 5'8 with a slim build and green eyes on her round face. She wore a pink T-shirt with a game controller on it, blue pants with pink flowers, and white sneakers. "Hi, it's really nice to meet you all." Sasha greeted with a friendly smile, getting some in return as she went to join everyone else.

The next boat came soon after, releasing a tall boy at 5'10 with a light skin tone and slightly chubby build, messy brown hair that went to his neck and blue eyes. His look was simple, wearing a green T-shirt with gray khaki shorts and brown shoes. "Graham, welcome! Meet Graham everyone, the son of..." Alana trailed off, an uncertain look on her face. "Ah, which nobody was your parent again? I remember it was one of the people no one cared about... Sadie?" Alana guessed, earning a glare from Graham.

"No, Staci. That's my mother's name, she was one Revenge of The Island." Graham informed, Alana letting out a dismissive chuckle as he walked past her. Graham still sporting an annoyed look at the host. "Eh, who cares? No one remembers Staci anyway when they talk about this show. However, everyone remembers our next contestant parents. Gabriella Burromuerto! Daughter of Heather and Alejandro, literally the two best villains in the show's history! "Alana announced, although judging by the smirk she gave Graham, it was obvious the host was trying to rile him up.

Gabriella shot Alana a sharp glare as she stepped onto the dock, her arms crossed as she stood in front of the host. Gabriella had a brown skin tone like her father, long, dark brown hair below her shoulder blades and was styled into a half-ponytail, with green eyes and a heart-shaped face. She has a dancer type build, wearing an off the shoulder pink sweater, burgundy mid-thigh length skater skirt with knee high black socks and red colored high tops. There was also a healed scar on her right shoulder that peaked out underneath her shirt.

"Just announce who I am to the whole world, huh?" Gabriella said, her tone sharp and icy as she stomped past Alana, the girl making sure to stand some distance away from both the host and the rest of the contestants. Alana just smirked in response. "I'm announcing everyone's parents, gives everyone else a good idea of what to expect." Alana explained, earning another annoyed huff from Gabriella as the next boat came. This one letting off another guy with a clear punk aesthetic. "And here is our punk musician and the son of Trent and Ella, Elvis!"

True to his title, Elvis had a look that screamed punk, standing at 6'4 with a light skin complexion and muscular body. He sported a black fauxhawk with a streak of red dyed into the right side, blue eyes and an oval shaped face. His outfit was a white T-shirt with the anagram D.O.P.E on it, black leather jacket, black pants, black boots, and black fingerless gloves. He also carried a guitar on his back.

"Hey, great to meet you all. I mean, I wish it were under better circumstances than an exploitative reality show but I'm you are all chill behind the editing" Elvis greeted, getting some confused looks from everyone else as Alana simply waved him off. "Yes, yes, crush the establishment, blah, blah. You can spread your message later." She informed him as he went to the slowly growing larger crowd.

The next contestant seemed to practically jump off the boat as it came up to the dock, moving low to the ground and fast as a blur before pouncing onto Gabriella and making her yell. "Get off of me! What were you, raised by wolves?!" The brunette yelled as she was tackled to the ground and shoved the new girl off angrily.

"Hey, let's just relax... I'm sure it was an accident." Beau said in a placating manner while Leo moved over to try to help Gabriella up, the girl just slapping his hands away as she stood up.

"How did you know? Cookie's first family were wolves!" The new girl, now known as Cookie, gasped and looked at Gabriella in amazement as she stood up to her height of 5'3, but she had a slight hunch which made her look shorter. "But that was before Mama and Papa found Cookie." Cookie continued earning confused looks from everyone, even Lynn looked almost surprised by this.

"Meet Cookie, the adoptive daughter of Owen and Izzy. She was also raised by wolves for the first few years of her life." Alana explained as the cast got a chance to look over Cookie. She had an athletic body, toned and olive skinned short, black hair that's "styled" into a pixie cut that she has pulled back and is also extremely shaggy along with monolid-shaped eyes that are emerald green in color. She has a heart-shaped face, and bushy eyebrows. The girl also wearing a sleeveless, form-fitting dark brown pullover hoodie that has a cartoonist graphic design of a ham shank on the upper left-hand corner of it that is pink in color, the lack of sleeves showing off various scars on her forearms. Underneath, she wears a simple orange crop top shirt along with waist-high denim shorts along with no shoes on her feet, although she appears to have a pair of flip-flops in her back shorts pocket. She also has three silver earrings in her left ear, and somewhat long and sharp fingernails.

"Alright Cookie, go stand next to someone now." Alana instructed, Cookie nodding as she went to stand next to Lynn as she didn't find the goth girl off-putting as everyone else. Alaba then moved to introduce the next contestant. "Hello Sawyer! How are Mike and Zoey doing?" Alana questioned with a small smirk. "Still as boring and lovey-dovey as usual?"

"Mom and Dad are fine, yeah.." Sawyer said as he walked onto the dock, he seemed more normal than Cookie, much to the relief of most of the other campers. The try hard stood at 5'8 with a lean build and a light tan. Neatly styled dark auburn hair, brown eyes, and a rounded face with a slightly pointed chin. As for clothes Sawyer wore a gray zip-up hoodie that is halfway zipped up over a purple and blue t-shirt, ripped jeans and some black sneakers. 'Hey, it's nice to meet you all." Sawyer greeted with a small wave before walking to stand next to the growing line of campers.

"Alright, and next up we have the daughter of season's one tech geek and the first goth in Total Drama history. Mystique Anderson!" Alana announced as a girl stepped off the boat, this one also with a gothic style. Mystique standing at 5'5 with a slim and slightly curvy build, teal eyes and midnight blue hair that went to her lower back. All of which made her look a lot like her mother, especially the navy blue tank top of Pink Floyd's The Wall, black cargo pants, black boots with grey laces and long dark grey socks. Her nails were painted a burgundy color as well.

"Hug, my parents told me this place was a lot worse. It just looks old.. And maybe kind of dusty." Mystique mused, looking over the camp curiously. She wasn't wrong, despite the obvious wear and tear, the camp did look generally solid. Some clean up and maintenance and it could work as an actual summer camp. "I'm going to assume there is a catch?" The teenager eventually asked, Alana only smirking as she pointed to the rest of the group. "Everything will make sense once the rest of the cast get here. Speaking of, here's our next camper now. Meet the son of Dawn and Duncan, yeah, I know it surprised us too, Alfred!"

Just then a loud yelping whoop was heard as a figure jumped from the deck of the approaching boat, surprising everyone as he jumped and landed right in front of the building assembly of campers. "Aw come on now, Alfred is so boring. It makes me sound like a butler or something, call me Freddie." The blonde boy introduced himself, the lightly tanned male standing at 5'10 with a lean but toned build. His fluffy blonde hair was a little shaggy and his bangs had been dyed electric blue which matched his eyes. As for clothes he wore a black t-shirt with an red anarchy design on the front, denim jacket, ripped black pants and dark brown boots.

"Heh, nice to see I'm not the only one with a punk aesthetic." Freddie commented, a cheerful grin on his face as he approached everyone else, giving a casual fist bump to Elvis as he passed. The other boy returned it with a calm smile.

"Now, meet our next camper. Daughter of Scott and Courtney, or should i say the final member of the original TDI love triangle? Oh, this is going to be so good for the ratings!" Alana cheered as another girl exited the boat to the dock, with a relaxed expression. Although Gemma, Freddie, and Mystique all did a little off put by the mentioning of their parents and the love triangle disaster.

"Uh, yeah..that thing. I doubt that will be a problem on this show." Gemma replied, giving a small wave to everyone as she went to the line. Gemma was a generally average looking girl, standing at 5'5 with a pale brown complexion and a messy bob of red hair. Everyone could also see that the girl had dark circles under her grey eyes. The girl wearing a cream sweatshirt that's slightly askew to show off a black tank top strap, jeans, silver glasses, and brown high tops.

"Never know." Alana replied with a sing song voice as she welcomed the next contestant. Another male, this one standing above everyone else at a whopping 6'4 with tanned skin, steel grey eyes, and a very muscular build. Short black hair, a dark blue muscle shirt, black basketball shorts, and grey running shoes. "Nicholas! Son of Eva." Alana introduced, the taller teenager having a cocky smirk on his face as he walked past everyone. "May as well go home now, I'm here to win.. But ladies, I'm here if any of you want some company before you lose." He said, winking at many of the girls. All of whom looked between uncomfortable and disgusted.

"..Ew." Jessica muttered, Gemma and Mystique nodding in agreement.

"..Alright, um, meet Winnie everyone. The daughter of Sugar.." Alana said, looking a little creeped out herself as another girl exited the boat. This one was a short pale girl who stood at only 5'0 with a petite stature, brown eyes and a round face. She also had curly blonde hair in pigtails with a tiara barrette and wore a sleeveless a pastel pink, blue and white plaid top with the ends tied right below her mid riff, a denim skirt and brown knee-high cowboy boots.

"Well, howdy! It's nice to meet you all." Winnie introduced herself. A shy smile on her face as she moved to join everyone else, receiving some kinds smiles in return as well as looks of indifference from Lynn, Gabriella, and Graham.

"Adorable, well since were on a blonde kick, here's Mitchell! The son of Sammy, or Samey, whatever you want to call her." Alana shrugged as another boy joined. As Alana said he was also a blonde, standing at 5'10 with spiky hair, pale skin, brown eyes and a slender frame. Mitchell also wore a gray shirt under a lab coat twice his size, lab goggles on top of his head, protection gloves, and black pants with converse. "Oh, um, no.. My mom does really prefer to be called Sammy. Not Samey." Mitchell responded; his tone was shy but it was obvious that he was trying to make a point. This this Alana just rolled her eyes, pushing the shy scientist to everyone else. "Whatever. Go mingle, we still have 4 more campers."

The next camper was by far the shortest competitor at only 4'9, a slim and curvy build with purple eyes and an orange ponytail. Said girl wearing a purple turtleneck sweater, white skirt, a pair of black high heels, and a pair of square glasses. "Tremble and cower before me peasants, because I am Mako Willams! The queen of villainy and evil, the one who will rule over you all!" Mako proclaimed, laughing manically as the other campers watched on with confused expressions.

"Geez Alana, you couldn't have chosen less crazy chicks? I mean, I'm sure she'll fawn over me like the rest but come on." Nicohlas complained, earning glares from most of the girls and some uncomfortable looks from the guys. Alana only rolling her eyes before gesturing to Mako. "So, as she said, this is Mako. The son of Max and Scarlett. Mako go join everyone." The short girl thankfully moved without any fight as the next boat arrived.

"Well, to keep up with the Pahkitew trend this is Daryl! The son of Aussie chick Jasmine and zombie guy Shawn. How are the apocalypse preparations going?" Alana teased as the dark skinned male stepped off the boat, standing at 5'8 with dark brown hair styled into a fluffy edgar hairstyle with brown eyes and a lean but toned build. Daryl wearing a dark red hoodie with loose fitting jeans, and white trainers. As well as a slightly annoyed look on his diamond shaped face.

"I'd rather avoid the zombie talk while I'm here. That's my father's phobia, not mine." Daryl responded, the quiet young man going to stand with the rest of the campers.

"Fine, be boring." Alana pouted as the next boat arrived letting off another girl. This one was also short at 5'1 with a toned build, mainly in her legs, tanned skin, and wearing a grey training shirt whit a steel blue H on the chest, white sport shorts over white leggings with blue sports shoes. She also had brown eyes on her round face, a slightly pointed chin, and a long black ponytail with grey streaks.

"Meet Hope, the daughter of Sky and Dave. Another one of our complicated couples." Alana introduced as Hope approached everyone, with a small smile. "Hi, you must be the competition. It's nice to meet you, and well, no hard feelings when i win." Hope said, the girl obviously confident in her abilities.

"And last but not least, meet Vincent! Our first genderfluid person, and the child of Lindsay and Tyler!" Alana greeted as the final contestant stepped off, this individual wasn't very tall himself. Vincent standing at on 5'4 with a tan complexion, ash brown hair in a slightly messy quiff hairstyle, round face and blue eyes. Vincent also looked to be a very fashionable person, wearing a pink crop top hoodie, white jeans, and purple high tops with a lilac swirl on them. "Hello my lovelies! It is so great to meet you all." Vincent greeted with a flourish, their eyes zoning in on Beau as they approached him. "Ooh, i love the aesthetic. Nice mix of theater kid and surfer dude." Vince commented, earning an appreciative smile from Beau. "Aw, thanks." The actor responded before Alana drew attention back to her.

"Alright campers, you can make friends later. Right now, it's exposition and team time. Meet me at the fire pit!" She ordered, the campers grabbing their luggage at the followed their host.

The scene soon changed to a familiar one for former viewers of TDI, a set of ten log seats in front of a fire pit. "Now, to keep this short and sweet our set up is very similar to the original Island season. Mostly for nostalgia, and because people will already know how it works. Every three days we have a challenge, there will be a ceremony were every camper but one receives a marshmallow. The one who doesn't will get on the boat of losers and never comes back, there's cabins for each team, and outhouse confessional, yada yada yada. We all know how it goes, and if you don't then.. Not my problem." Alana says with a small and dismissive shrug before looking at the campers with a small smile. "Now, onto the teams! If I call your name then go to my left." She ordered, pulling out a clipboard and began to read off names. "Graham, Winnie, Mako, Jessica, Sasha, Mitchell, Hope, Sawyer Leo, Daryl. You ten are now the Wrathful Wolves." Alana said, throwing a grey flag to Leo that unfurled to a picture of a wolf howling at a full moon.

"Freddie, Mystique, Elvis, Gabriella, Gemma, Cookie, Lynn, Beau, Vincent, Nicholas. You ten are now the Brutal Bears!" Alana explained, throwing another banner to Nicholas. This one brown and unfurling to show a brown bear raising it's paw. "Now, go un pack in the cabins and we'll meet for lunch. Then it's challenge time." Alana announced, leaving the campers to their own devices.

-The Bears Cabin-

The camera pans over the cabin interiors as various campers are seen putting their stuff down. On the girl's side Cookie looks a little uncomfortable, sitting awkwardly on the bed. "You look like a demon has stolen your soul, why?" Lynn asked, the same monotone on her voice as she laid her belongings on the bed beside Cookie.

Oh, Cookie doesn't like being inside a lot. It makes her feel trapped, like a wolf in a cage." Cookie explained, letting out an small huff. "Cookie is going hunting for new pack, bring back fish from lake!" She said before running out of the cabin. The other four girls looking between one another.

..Someone should go after her, right? Just to make sure she doesn't get lost." Gemma suggested, Gabriella scrunching her nose up and shaking her head. "I'm not, she already tried to maul me today, that's more than enough."

"I will, I want to see how she hunts." Lynn replied, following Cookie out of the cabin.

"Weirdos have to stick together I guess." Gabriella mused as she continued to unpack, both Gemma and Mystique sharing a look behind the other girl's back.

-Confessional-

Mystique: First impression of my team? Some people are okay, but others are a bit too much like their parents.

-Confessional-

On the other side of the Bears Cabin we see Freddie and Elvis chatting, mostly about music. "Yeah, D.O.P.E is actually the name of my punk band back home." He explained, the band name tattooed on his left hand for added effect.

"Dude that is so cool! I've always wanted to be in a band too." Freddie explained, still grinning. "I actually play the drums."

"That's cool man. Anyone else here play any instruments?" He asked, both Nicholas and Beau shook their heads at.

"I'm more of an actor than a musician, not that I don't love a good musical." Beau said, earning a scoff from Nicholas. "Lame! Everyone knows sports are the only worthwhile hobby." He said, using a hanging beam in the ceiling as a makeshift pull-up bar as Vincent walked in.

-Confessional-

Vincent: Alana said they didn't have an assigned area for where I should sleep but there's 6 beds in each side of the cabin. Apparently they weren't sure where to put me since I'm genderfluid. So, I could choose a bed wherever I wanted.

-Confessional-

"I assume no one has any issues with me bunking here." Vincent said, already putting his stuff down. The guys not seeming to care.

"No worries, we're happy to have you on the team." Was the only reaction from Beau as everyone continued to unpack.

-Wolves Cabin: Girl Side-

I claim this bunk in the name of evil! Anyone who tried to steal it from me shall feel the wrath of pure villainy!" Mako exclaimed, standing at one of the bottom bunks of the cabin. Her arms crossed in what she assumed was a terrifying visage. Although no one looked particularly scared or intimidated, just confused.

"Mako, there's plenty of beds for everyone. You don't need to claim one." Hope assured her, looking to the rest of the girls for backup. Sasha was already on her bed playing video games, while Jessica chose to simply ignore the situation all together.

"Come on now ya'll, i now we just met but we should try to get along. That way we can beat those Bears." Winnie said, trying to be positive. Mako only hmphed and turned away from the other girls.

-Confessional-

Hope: This team may be harder to lead than i thought, hopefully the guys are doing better.. And the bears are doing worse.

-Confessional-

"So, any ideas on what the first challenge will be? My parents' always said Chris was brutal with them." Leo said to start a conversation, Daryl and Graham only shrugging in response. Mitchell looked like he was about to say something but only hummed before looking down shyly.

The boys were definitely not having an easier time as a team.

"My parents said the same thing, but they dealt with Chris during the last half of the show. Apparently he got worse with each season?" Sawyer piped up, shrugging as well. "The last season he didn't even give the contestants proper cabins."

Leo cringed at the thought of having to survive the wilderness, at least Alana had given them places to sleep. Even if it did have more dust and cobwebs than they would have liked.

-Outside the Cabins-

There is a cut to the loudspeaker as the voice of Dez gets the campers attention. "Campers, please meet at the mess hall for lunch before the challenge" He said, the camera cutting away to different shots of the campers each of which with a disgusted look on their face. They had all heard the stories of the terrible camp food after all.

The camera then cuts away to Alana standing on the dock of shame. "We've met our new generation of campers and although many of them seem prepared, are any of them truly ready for what we have planned for them?" She asked before letting out a cackling laugh. "Boy, i certainly hope not! Tune in next time were we not only learn more about what has changed since my dad was host, but what has stayed the same, and most importantly are the campers truly ready for their first challenge?" She asked before holding her arms out. "Find out next time on Total Drama Lineage!"

AN: Yeah, so the end sort of fettered out i know. But you can only write a whole introduction chapter before it starts to become repetitive, and i am so sorry for the wait. I wanted to push it out earlier, but there was some personal issues that made writing difficult and honestly kind of zapped my enjoyment of this chapter. That being said, i am very much excited to have the next part up sooner and give more characters some time to shine. I hope i kept them all in character, and let me know what you thought.
