I can't promise this story will be updated much in comparison to my main story 'My Sensei', but this was nagging at me as I ate chips at three in the morning, so I put the chips away, got my keyboard, and got to writing.
First chapter here is a Prologue, so it's shorter than the main chapters of the story.
Consider this a proof of concept that I want to write more of, but open to suggestions.

The cold words leaked out of his mouth, as Ai's eyes widened in shock and fear, as for just a moment, she saw the incoming steel blade, aimed directly at her abdomen and hidden behind the white flowers. There was no doubt, she couldn't dodge, she couldn't fight back, she couldn't do anything but allow the man to plunge the steel deep into her.
All she could do was protect her children, the two stars in her life.
Ai braced for impact, ready for the knife to plunge deep into her womb and take her life, she just prayed…
She wasn't religious, she didn't believe in any gods or higher powers or anything of the sort.
But if a god or higher power did exist, and they were listening at this moment.
She just prayed…
Prayed that her children would be spared and would be able to grow up and live normal lives.
As she said the prayer, she prepared herself as the knife lunged forward…

Its impact never came.
"Agh!" Suddenly, Ryosuke was tackled from the side to the ground, the knife and flowers flying out of his hands and to the ground below as Ai just stared in shock, her breathing catching in her throat as she took a step back, caught off guard. "Agh! Let go of me you son of a bitch!"
Ai looked down as a hooded figure had tackled Ryosuke and held him to the ground before, keeping his head pushed down with one hand and using his other hand to restrain him.
As Ai eyed him, she went to speak before a voice came out from behind her, as Ai quickly turned around as she saw her five year old son, Aquamarine Hoshino, standing in the doorway. "A-Ai?"
"A-Aqua!" Ai rushed over and pulled Aqua into a hug, holding him tight as tears suddenly formed in her eyes, as Aqua was caught off guard by the sudden hug. "E-Everything is Ok, don't worry."
"A-AI…? W-What happened…?" He spoke as his eyes moved past Ai and saw Ryosuke's figure being held down on the ground, as Aqua's eyes went wide as he immediately recognized him. "T-That's…! Ai, get back inside!"
Aqua attempted to pull Ai back, yet she shook her head and turned back to the doorframe. "I-I can't, someone else is there…"
Aqua tilted his head, before he indeed noticed someone else was on the ground, seemingly holding Ryosuke down and keeping him held. Aqua attempted to rush past Ai and towards the commotion, but she grabbed him and held him still.
"It's not safe Aqua! Go back inside with Ruby!"
"But Ai-"
"W-What's going on?" Suddenly the door to the main room opened as Ruby gingerly pushed her head out and looked, fear on face as more tears formed in Ai's eyes.
"R-Ruby…" Reaching over, Ai suddenly pulled both Aqua and Ruby into a hug, surprising both reincarnated children as she held them close and kissed both of their heads. "I-I'm sorry, I never realized…How important door locks are…"
Ai gave a small laugh as she held her children close, as the commotion behind her raged on as Ryosuke continued to attempt to fight back against whoever was holding him down to the ground. "G-Get off me! D-Don't you fucking stop me!"
"...Shut up!" The figure who had pinned him down said in a cold and hateful voice, pulling his arms in such a way that threatened to do serious damage to them both as he growled out.
"Fuck! You're going to break my fucking arm!"
"Says the maniac who was going to kill a person!"
As the two bickered on, Ai quickly looked back with teary eyes, before looking down to both of her children as she opened the door to the main room and quickly pushed both of them in. "You two stay here, do not open this door, understand?"
"Wait, but Ai-" Aqua was cut off as Ai slammed the door and pressed her body against it, making sure that if anything were to happen to the person who saved her and herself as well…Maybe her children would be safe.
That was the only thing on her mind, her own safety was currently of no concern.
"Ai! Ai!" Aqua pounded on the door, fear gripping his child body as Ruby looked at him in fear and worry.
"O-OniiChan! W-What's going to happen to Mama?" Tears formed in Ruby's eyes and ran down her cheeks, as Aqua gripped his hands and quickly ran over to the landline telephone as he picked it up and began to dial. "Oniichan…?"
"I have to call the police! You hide somewhere Ruby, just in case!"
"W-What? No! I won't leave you and Mama alone!" Aqua wanted to protest, but had no time as he quickly dialed for the operator, and began yelling out what the issue was.
"I need an ambulance and police at the Fujiwara Apartments, Room One hundred and two! There might be injuries and-" Aqua was cut off as the Operator spoke back quickly, his eyes going wide. "W-What…?"
"O-OniiChan, what's wrong? What's happening?" Aqua looked down at Ruby with a confused look, as he hung the phone up and looked back at the door.
"The police…Were already informed…?"
"Y-You son of a bitch! Let me go!" Ryosuke yelled out once again, yet the figure only tightened their grip on him as Ai continued to press herself against the door to make sure her children couldn't come out, as she just stared at the scene in front of her in both panic and confusion. Questions raced through her mind, such as why she was attacked, or who this savior of hers was.
As she pressed herself against the door, she suddenly heard the approaching sound of sirens, as they quickly descended upon her apartment as she raised an eyebrow. "D-Did Aqua call the police? But…They wouldn't be here this quickly…"
As AI pondered, the figure suddenly pulled on Ryosuke's arm, pulling it completely out of it's socket as he screamed in unimaginable pain. "F-Fuckkk! Y-You son of a bitchhh!"
Finally letting go after his arms were dislocated, the figure grabbed the knife and threw it over at the feet of Ai, before pulling his leg back and delivering a harsh kick into Ryosuke's stomach, causing him to be lifted up into the air before falling back down with a thud.
The Hooded Figure just looked at Ryosuke for a moment, before he let out a long sigh and gripped his hands as Ai continued to watch him. "U-Um…"
The Hooded Figure looked back at her, before quickly turning away as they began to walk away from the scene.
"H-Hey wait!" Ai rushed over towards the door as the Hooded Figure walked away, as she called out. "W-Who are you!?"
The Hooded Figure stopped, his lips almost quivering as he slowly looked back at Ai, a tear seemingly running down his face as he responded. "...Gouro…Gouro Amamiya…"
"Gouro…W-Wait a minute…S-Sensei…?" Ai attempted to reach out towards him, yet the Hooded Figure named Gouro suddenly ran away. Ai went to run after him, but the sound of approaching officers from the other side soon rushed up as they quickly subdued the unconscious Ryosuke and checked on Ai.
"Are you alright mam?" Ai looked up at the officers and gave a low nod, confusion on her face as she bit down onto her lip.
"Y-Yeah, I'm not hurt…" Ai said as she looked back at where the Hooded figure was, only to see empty air as she gave a small sigh. "Sensei, you vanished right before I gave birth…Was it…Really you?"
Ai pondered as she turned to give the officer the events that had just transpired, about how Ryosuke attempted to attack her, before she was saved by a stranger.

Rushing down the steps on the other side of the building, was the Hooded Figure named Gouro as they fell off of the steps and to the ground below, tears in their eyes as they held themselves off the ground, their body shaking as they forced out the words. "I-I did it…I-I actually did it…"
The figure raised their head up to the sky, as their hood fell back…
Revealing their golden blond hair, and aqua blue eyes that shined brightly as tears streamed out of them. "I…I saved Ai…."
