Humphrey: the next morning I woke up when I felt the sun's rays hitting my face, when I looked towards Kate I saw she was asleep, at that moment I remembered last night was amazing, the best moonlight howl I've had.
Kate: I woke up and saw Humphrey looking at me with a look of love and affection "hey handsome" I said lovingly.
Humphrey: "good morning beautiful" I said lovingly followed by a big kiss full of love.
Kate: I received a kiss full of love and enjoyed it, we kissed for several minutes before we parted.
Humphrey: When we parted, we both hung out for a bit before I got up and took the suitcase made of leaves and walked to the entrance of our cave "what a beautiful day" I said with a sigh.
Kate: "yes it is" I said, nodding "I guess now you'll go" I said sadly.
Humphrey: "You know I have to" I said sadly.
Kate: "but I don't want you to go" I said with a sigh.
Humphrey: "I know…I don't want to either" I said.
Kate: "I will miss you a lot" I said as I stroked him.
Humphrey: "I'm also going to miss you very much" I said as I caressed her "I am going to miss you too puppies" I said as I stroked her belly, I then felt a little kick which made me smile a lot.
Kate: "the puppies will also miss you" I said with a small smile, that was when I felt the first kick, I am happy that Humphrey could share this moment with me.
Humphrey: "goodbye" I said as I gave her a last goodbye kiss.
Kate: We kissed for what seemed an eternity, I did not want it to end but unfortunately the kiss ended.
Humphrey: "I love you so much, take care of yourself and our puppies" I said with love and concern.
Kate: "I love you too and don't worry, I will, just promise me you'll be back as soon as possible" I asked.
Humphrey: "I will do everything in my power to return as soon as possible" I said honestly.
Kate: I looked at him and pulled him into a last hug.
Humphrey: I returned the hug and when we parted I took something out of my bag "I want to give you this before I go" I said as I took her paw and put it around her paw.
Kate: I looked and I realized it was a bracelet made of gold and written on it "together forever", "it's beautiful, but where did you get it" I said as I wondered curiously.
Humphrey: "My mother gave it to me when I finished Alpha training, she told me to give it to a special person when I found her" I said.
Kate: "it's very beautiful, your mother had a great taste" I said smiling.
Humphrey: "I know" I said with a small smile, I gave her a quick kiss and said "goodbye" then began to walk north.
Kate: I could only watch Humphrey as he walked away, I then felt another kick and I cherish my belly and said fondly "don't worry puppies, your father will return soon" I said with a smile.
Humphrey: I started walking north, when I left the herd I started running to reach my destination as soon as possible, I knew It would take several days to arrive as I had to go to the most northern part of Alaska.
Meanwhile at the other side of the Delta Pack.
Lilly: Garth and I were walking towards Kate's cave, I knew she would be very saddened by Humphrey's departure so I decided to keep her company to cheer her up.
Garth: "Why do you think Humphrey will leave?" I asked.
Lilly: "I don't know, but he must have his reasons" I said.
Garth: "That's what worries me, what if the Sigma come" I said with concern.
Lilly: "He is not a coward, he would not leave us like this and definitely not Kate" I yelled annoyed.
Garth: "I'm sorry I didn't mean it that way" I said apologizing.
Lilly: I took a deep breath and said "Sorry I didn't mean to yell, it's just that I didn't like what you said".
Garth: "don't worry honey, but I wonder why you defend Humphrey" I asked.
Lilly: I stopped and said "I guess it's because I owe him".
Garth: I stopped beside her and asked confused "you owe him".
Lilly: "when we were puppies everyone made fun of my fur but he and my sister were the only ones who defended me" I explained.
Garth: "I understand, that's why you always seem to support him" I said nodding.
Lilly: "that's right" I said.
Garth: "has there been something between you two" I asked.
Lilly: I was surprised by the question but quickly shook my head "he's just my best friend there has never been anything between us" I said.
Garth: "I just wanted to know" I said.
Lilly: I laughed through my teeth and said fondly "no need to be jealous, you're the only one I love".
Garth: I blushed and said "I'm not jealous".
Lilly: "sure you aren't" I said sarcastically as he began to walk.
Garth: "I'm really not jealous" I said as I put up with it.
Kate: I was sadly watching the scenery when suddenly I heard a noise, I looked and saw Lilly and Garth talking, when I saw how happy they were I breathed a sigh of sadness, I want Humphrey by my side.
Lilly: We were laughing as we approached Kate's cave, we were having so much fun that we almost forgot why we came here "Hello Kate" I greeted her cheerfully laughing.
Kate: "Hello Lilly and Garth" I said with a fake smile.
Lilly: I saw something was wrong then I remembered the reason why we had come "we came to keep you company as Humphrey had to leave" I said sweetly.
Kate: "Thank you sister" I said with a small smile.
Lilly: I smiled and asked her tenderly "what do you want to do".
Kate: "I just want to stay here until Humphrey's back" I said with a sigh.
Lilly: Garth and I looked and then turned our attention to Kate "maybe we could go for a walk, surely that would encourage you" I said.
Kate: "Okay, I guess" I said glumly as I stood up.
Lilly: All three of us started walking towards the valley "I hope this helps her" I thought.
Meanwhile in the forest, Catalina, Scoot, and Jhosh were assembled.
Scoot: "Humphrey probably already departed to the training place" I said.
Jhosh: Catalina and I both nodded and said "that means we must execute their orders".
Catalina: "I know, I will leave with Scoot to his herdthen we go to your herd and finally we go to my herd and implement the Blue Code" I said.
Jhosh: "I guess this is goodbye" I said sadly.
Catalina: I gave him a quick kiss and said affectionately "I will return as soon as possible".
Jhosh: I smiled and said "I'll be waiting honey" I said affectionately.
Catalina: I smiled and said sadly "I will miss you so much".
Jhosh: "I will miss you too" I said as I approached her and gave her a kiss.
Catalina: I smiled and accepted the kiss, this was the longest and most passionate kiss we've had.
Jhosh: when we parted I sadly said "Goodbye".
Catalina: "goodbye" I said also saddened.
Scoot: When Catalina finished I said goodbye and I left to my pack.
Meanwhile on the Idaho border.
Humphrey: I was running alongside the train tracks but stopped as I heard a noise in the distance "I wonder how long it takes for the train to come" I said to myself, I decided wait next to the train tracks, after a few minutes the train appeared and I jumped on the first open train cart, I jumped safely inside and I settled on one side to get some rest.
A dark figure was behind Humphrey and approached him quietly, when he lifted his leg high enough showing its claws with a clear intention to attack Humphrey.
"It's you" whispered the mysterious figure.
Humphrey: I heard someone whispering behind me and I quickly turned around and I blocked his blow right on time, I pushed him away and got into a defensive stance.
"You're fast" congratulate the mysterious figure.
Humphrey: "who are you and what do you want" I demanded.
The figure laughed through his teeth and said "I think my intentions were clear enough" he then stepped forward to point out the leftovers "and I am Antialphas" he said coldly.
Humphrey: I watched him closely and realized he was a wolf like me except that his eyes were red and had a hooded robe "you were sent by sigma, you're a murderer" I growled.
Antialphas: "yes, I will enjoy this" I said while released my claws.
Humphrey: I unsheathed my claws and started walking in circles facing each other "you don't have to work for them" I said.
Antialphas: "of course not but I chose to work for them" I said while smiling.
Humphrey: "why would you choose to work for them" I growled.
Antialphas: "to get back at all alphas" I said seriously.
Humphrey: "what made you hate alphas so badly that you work for them" I asked him.
Antialphas: "The elite Alpha herd killed my pack" I explained.
Humphrey: "what was your pack" I asked him.
Antialphas "they called themselves the omegas murderers" I said.
Humphrey: "I remember that pack, they killed hundreds of innocent alphas" I growled.
Antialphas "alphas are not innocent, they should all die, you don't know how superior they feel themselves and abuse the omegas" I yelled.
Humphrey: "unfortunately I know, spend part of my life as a omega" I said.
Antialphas: I smiled and said "then why do we fight, together we can kill all the alphas on the world".
Humphrey: "alphas are not bad, they are brave, noble and fulfill their role in the pack like the omegas, just because there are some idiots who think they are better than others does not mean that they are all the same" I said seriously.
Antialphas: I shook my head "you're blind, I guess I have no choice but to eliminate you" I said seriously as I jumped towards him.
Humphrey: I was surprised by his speed, he bumped into me causing me to get immobilized until we both crashed into a wall of the train cart.
Antialphas: "I don't think you expected this" I said as I dug my claws into his shoulder.
Humphrey: I groaned in pain and then used my hind legs to push him away from me.
Antialphas: I was trying to catch my breath when suddenly he hit me sending me to the open door of the train cart, luckily I was able to stop before falling off "bloody" I growled.
Humphrey: I ignore the pain at my side and my shoulders and got into an offensive stance.
Antialphas: "I wanted it to be quick and painless but you've asked for it" I said seriously as I threw a knife.
Humphrey: I could barely bend down low enough to dodge the knife.
Antialphas: "Okay, let's see how you do with these" I said as I threw six table knives at him.
Humphrey: I rolled quickly to dodge three of the knives, then jumped towards a wall of the train cart and used it to push myself up and make a jump across the air dodging the other three.
Antialphas: I saw he was in a vulnerable position so took advantage and landed a blow on one side leaving three claw marks.
Humphrey: I screamed in pain as I fell to the ground, he hit me right where I had my broken rib.
Antialphas: I slowly walked to where he was lying and kicked him sending him to the edge of the wagon "Say your last words" I said coldly as I put my paw on he's throat.
Humphrey: It was becoming more difficult to breathe, I looked at my options and I could see a leak "o-only t-these, say hello to the ground when you land" I said with little air I had left, I then grabbed him with my forelegs and pushed him off the train cart " that was too close" I said wearily, I slowly walked to the middle of the cart and decided to get some sleep as it would be a long trip.
Meanwhile not far from Humphrey.
Antialphas: "This is not over yet" I said to myself with determination, while holding my shoulder, when I looked I saw that my leg was stained with blood "I'll get you" I said with determination and anger.
