Hello to all, this is REDO Chapter 1 that follows the events of Chapter 1-13 of Volume 2!

P.S. I do not own the songs used for the chapters and I wrote the band's or artist's name that wrote that song which I do not own again.

Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.

Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!

Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Chapter 1: The Knight's Journey Continues!

It was a chaotic day as Yugi and Ichigo had to explain the truth to their secrets to everyone present the day the Dark Lord attacked. Jenny has already made up her mind about it, wanting to protect her little brother by at least teaching him how to fight.

Judai doesn't mind it, getting to know Danny's secret and the others shocked that he comes from the future. Kaiba, however, was not impressed or surprised by his Duel Disk and dueling skills but again he doesn't see it as impressive. Naruto, Sonic, Shadow; they all don't mind it...

Jonouchi, Honda and Anzu understand why Yugi didn't tell them, certain it was something dramatic on why Atem returned from the afterlife… but…

''Wait, my script says Joey and-'' Naruto starts complaining, causing everyone to groan as he RUINED this moment.

''CUT-CUT!'' Ruby Rose shouts from the director chair., subbing in for this chapter's summary. ''Naruto, we said in advance not to use the old script of Volume 2. Come on! Even I'm not part of this Volume and even I know I wouldn't use it!''

''BUT I JUST-'' Naruto starts complaining until Edward Elric, getting up from his own director chair, shouts furiously. ''STOP ASKING THE DAMN QUESTION, IDIOT!''

''YEA! WE HAVE A LOT TO SUMMARIZE RIGHT NOW AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS NYA!'' Ichigo yells out just as mad, exploding in rage.

Naruto sweat drops heavily and lowers his head in defeat.

Everyone gets back to their position as Anzu is the one to speak up, kindly. ''Yugi, we know you did it to protect us, to keep us safe… but, don't keep anything from us.'' She tries to smile of concern, staring at him as if she trusts him. ''After all, we've gone through a lot, all of us together.''

Yugi is silent as Honda then adds up snickering. ''Yea exactly! We can take care of ourselves but don't hide stuff from us because it would have messed you up in a dramatic fight and whatnot.''

''Plus who else to be this Dragon Knight hero but my best bud, the one guy who understands anyone and protects anyone!'' Jonouchi then proclaims with a small grin.

''Everyone…'' Yugi utters softly, looking down upset that he should have told them the truth from the start but he just didn't want to put them through the same danger that they faced helping Atem.

''Just promise us that no matter what; you have us and we'll always be there for you.'' Anzu asks him, smiling, as if they want to support him no matter what danger they will face up against while she holds up her hand that she once drew as their symbol of their bonds. ''That's our link, our friendship!''

Jonouchi snickers, lifting his own hand as does Honda. Yugi eyes his hand and smiles softly; recalling that day and nods, vowing to them. ''… I won't forget.''

Ichigo looks at them and frowns, feeling responsible for this, apologizing for making him hide that secret. ''I'm sorry everyone, I asked Yugi-kun to not well-''

''Oh yea, we're blaming this on you Momomiya.'' Jonouchi quickly blames this all on her, suspecting as much as he smirks. ''Now be glad we still think of you as friends. I mean if I was Yugi, I would have-''

Immediately, Ichigo stomps her foot across his crotch so hard that Jonouchi screams in agony, questioning in agony.

''WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE NUTS!'' Jonouchi yells out complaining before dropping on the ground, face forward. Ichigo growls, stomping her foot as her eyes glow angrily.

Honda drops his jaw as he utters nervously. ''W-we don't blame you!'' Anzu sweat drops how effective Ichigo's methods are. "I actually get why Yugi didn't say anything soon!"

''Well I don't care if you're this Dragon Knight or not.'' Kaiba finally speaks up firmly towards Yugi, glaring coldly at him. ''My only concerned is beating Atem so I suggest you don't fail to show up in the tournament, Yugi.''

''I would never.'' Yugi responds with a small smirk, glad he's fine with all of this. ''Honestly, I thought you would get mad at me for making your tournament more dangerous.''

Kaiba scoffs as he informs him. ''You're a disaster bomb; I've gotten used to it.'' He then gazes towards Ichigo, actually surprised she's that cat girl. ''But you, well…''

''What?'' Ichigo utters angrily with a glare, her arms crossed. Seto looks at her unintimidated before he questions her. ''What even made you into some kind of damn magical neko girl?''

That shocks Yugi, Jonouchi, Anzu and Honda with half opened jaws. Seto scoffs, not caring of their opinion. He's accepted that magic is real but it doesn't mean he can't understand it more to improve his technology. He even mentions some other Magical Girls in Tokyo. Ichigo sweat drops, hoping to never introduce Cousin Usagi to this man.

Sighing as she doesn't have a choice, Ichigo leads the group to Café Mew Mew so Ryou can explain this and for once not her fault. She can trust them… not so much Naruto but still.

Kaiba isn't surprised that it was Ryou Shirogane behind this. He is aware of his father and this grand invention to help extinct animals he wanted to present but died along with his wife.

Ryou was mad about Ichigo's decision to reveal them of the Mew Mews but Ichigo didn't care; not wanting Yugi to be blamed for keeping her secret.

''Look, get mad but…'' Ichigo begins to proclaim as she eyes the group and smiles. ''But I trust them Nya.''

''… Fine.'' Ryou just utters, not happy about it but what's done is done. Thought, his big concerned is-

''I like your restaurant.'' Ryou and Keiichiro are surprised by Kaiba's compliment. ''Girly for my taste but I have done my homework on this. Impressive work.''

''Well thank-'' Keiichiro begins to thank him for his words only for Seto to then say, turning his back. ''I look forward buying this place once Battle City is over.''

''EH?!'' Ichigo utters in shock as the other girls are shocked by this, even Zakuro with a hum. Kaiba does state that he won't fire them; too beneath his level to fire the worker folk as he laughs and walks away.

''Just like the rich man, they have to buy everything like it's freaking Monopoly!'' Jonouchi comments with a firm grunt. Kaiba overhears that he stops and tells him without turning around. ''Deadbeat, I'm making you Sub Manager of this place.'' He resumes walking away to Jonouchi's shock and Ichigo's horror.

He slowly smiles as he begins telling Ichigo, bragging. ''… Hey! I'm going to be your-'' His words are cut short by the red cherry head giving him a murderous glare. He freaks out, hiding behind Yugi who sweat drops. At the least, things are all clear up but now he's worried about what the Dark Lord might do next.

The following days have been average, well average in Yugi's life before Battle City V3 Finals start later in the new year. Judai told the group of his events in Venice that the Paradox had previously sent him back in time to get rid of him, met a cool assassin and with his help and using some golden apple; Judai returned back to his presence to fight the futuristic duelist. Ichigo found that story really… insane and overwhelming.

Sometime later-later, Ichigo asked Yugi to show her how to duel since she got some training from his grandfather and she wanted to help him prepare for the big tournament. Yugi accepted, happy to be dueling Ichigo and she feels the same even though she's still a beginner. Of course, Yugi won and won and won… 8 times and he confirms why; Ichigo was relying solely on 1 strategy in their whole duel. A true duelist doesn't rely on 1 safe combo to win; they rely on their skill and ability to adapt and change the course of the duel through the trust in their cards. Ichigo is mesmerized, once thinking that if she had a strong deck; she could challenge anyone but she was wrong.

''Don't feel bad Ichigo-kun, you can become a great duelist but using cards you have a strong connection to.'' Yugi advises her as Ichigo takes to heart his words as she's not vested yet, far from it.

''Regardless, I had fun! I…'' She begins to express that even though she lost many times over; she really enjoyed this game. ''I really had a lot of fun.''

Yugi startles a bit before he forms a warm smile, looking away as he remembers something. He remembers someone telling him those same words when he was little but her face is too blurry to recall through memory.

''Yugi-kun?'' Ichigo questions him, puzzled by the look he's making. He snaps out as he looks at her and explains with a small smile. ''No, it's just I was reminded of someone. A girl I met as a kid before I met the others. She and I were close; we would play and hang out a lot all that Summer.''

He remembers a bit about that Summer as a kid. He was lonely; Kojan left with Keiko and he didn't have anyone to befriend. He walked to the park to just wonder, not even sure why he went there when he could have worked on the Millennium Puzzle. There, he saw a girl being bullied and something in him beat loudly, asking him to help her. He was still cowardly and weak but he didn't care, just moving and saving her. They became close, playing together… until that day.

''And then she left…'' Yugi utters with a saddened frown, remembering her inside that car that drove away. He tries running after her, reaching out his arm but it's miles away. He soon lost her and he never saw her again. ''And I saw her leave and… I couldn't say goodbye or tell her she meant to me.'' He frowns as he finds himself crying to his surprise.

Ichigo panics as she apologies. ''Sorry. I didn't mean to bring back sad yet warm memories. And also, the tears.''

Yugi blinks as he soon touches his face and startles that he did cry.

''I-I just…'' He begins uttering, looking at his wet hand; confused why he shed a tear. ''I don't know why I cried.''

Ichigo looks at him and frowns, saddened, not sure why she feels just as sad too. She just gets his pain.

The two would train again the next day until Jonouchi appeared, not getting in their way but wanting to duel Ichigo's father so he can give him a passing grade, no problem! Ichigo was about to give him a good boot in his crotch but Shintaro accepts, having been spying on his daughter and Yugi and wanting to show her a few tricks. The two duel as Jonouchi shows his elite skills and was winning against Shintaro's Ancient Samurai Deck until he pulls out his ace card, the card that his best friend gave him, White-Horned Dragon. With this great dragon, he defeated Jonouchi to his horror while Yugi and Ichigo were amazed.

''I see why Oto-san loves that card so much Nya.'' Ichigo comments, recalling all the times he showed her his Deck before she met Yugi, especially that card.

''Takao… Thank you.'' Shintaro tells himself with a smile, looking at his friend's dear card. Yugi stares astonished, hoping to duel such a dragon too.

Commercial Break:

Days later, the group was enjoying school while Danny feels homesick, missing his home but he can't leave yet. After all, he did this exchange student thing to get a massive big grade from his home school teacher back in Amity Park. If he gets the infamous A++; it'll help him get in the Space School Program, a step close to his goal as an astronaut.

Of course, things become crazy as a ghost portal manifests and the Specter Speeder flies out followed by a dragon. Naruto gets excited to fight it until Danny confirms that she's a ghost dragon.

''GHOST?!'' Both Naruto and Ichigo yell out in horror, having white pale faces. Yugi hums, finding that it makes sense why Danny wasn't so surprised about dragons.

The group engages the ghost dragon, clearly berserk as even Danny, who knows the dragon as Dora, can't calm her down. Yugi relies on Summoning Technique, planning to bring out Dracokin but instead a new dragon appears; the soaring large wing, goggles and scarf wearing green dragon, Coelumrix, is summoned. Finding this cool and exciting to assist this new Dragon Knight, Coelumrix assists Yugi in stopping and even knocks Dora out.

It's also when the group learns that the ones in the speeder are Danny's girlfriend and his best friend, Sam and Tucker. It overjoys Danny to see them again but surprised they were on it. Sam explains that they wanted to visit him though the navigation through the Ghost Zone is dangerous. Tucker then says that they were suddenly attacked by her and here they are.

''So wait, you're actually goth Nya!'' Ichigo asks, astonished with Sam blinking awkwardly. ''Y-yes?''

Ichigo hums, looking around her as if scanning her before she proclaims. ''Huh? So Yugi is not so gothic after all?''

Yugi sweat drops heavily by that comment while Sam tries to ignore that comment too.

Thanks to Tucker checking on the strange new tiara on Dora's head, they uncovered that it was mind controlling her. The ghost princess explains that her brother joined forces with someone… only to reveal the one doing this; Dark General Knight.

The dark knight reveals this was all his doing to conquer this world for his lord and to deal with the Dragon Knight and his comrades. Yugi and the others engage the evil knight who has grown in power as well but also reveals that Robotnik and Vlad are working for the Dark Lord, overpowering the group. And it only gets worse as the aliens then appear to make this into a 3-way fight.

Yugi and the others manage to escape as they have to stop the villains' plan and regroup to stop them in a dormant volcano, powering the device that creates portals into the Ghost Zone to bring out the large dragon army. The aliens appeared again, wanting the device as it became another 3-way fight. This time prepared with Sonic's friends helping them as well as Judai's, Yugi performs another Summoning Technique, this time bringing out the beautiful, female blue water dragon, Nympharux.

Accepting to help her new mate as she coos, the water dragon unleashes her elegant water dragon powers upon the villains; easily overpowering them and with the appearance of the Blue Knight, Yugi and the others manage to stop the villains and disable the device.

He breathes heavily as he eyes the blue dragon, curious about something so he asks her. ''So how many dragons are there?

Nympharux hums before she answers him honestly. ''Over a 100. It is complicated to reproduce with other dragons but when we have to, we still do it. And most of us don't bother due to a sense of pride.''

''I see.'' Yugi utters that it is rather sad that dragons should become part of the world. It would benefit the real world a lot. Nympharux giggles at his response and replies with a seductive voice, leaning up close to him cooing. ''But I'll gladly make you my man~''

Yugi makes an awkward expression, blushing red while Ichigo blushes really shocked and uneasy.

This would not be the last time the Aliens would attack; they would make multiple assaults. They had a plan to steal advanced technology but this gets G.U.N.'s attention and sends Team Dark to deal with them. Yugi and the group along with the Mew Mews assisted Shadow, Rouge and Omega in dealing with the space invaders.

They also appeared again when Judai and Danny were babysitting Pudding's siblings, when Mint was teaching Jonouchi to be more gentleman-like, when Naruto helped Lettuce to be more romantic in his idiot way and when Zakuro was helping out in an orphanage and so was Kaiba. Ichigo was amazed to learn that, thinking that he's not so much of a bad person after all.

''You know, maybe Kaiba-Baka isn't so bad?'' Ichigo questions Zakuro who shrugs her shoulders. ''Only to children, Ichigo.'' The red cherry head sweat drops, figuring as much.

There was also an incident with Erika, having nightmares of her berserk Inner Scorpion mode going into a rampage. She fears that this power in her will take away everyone she loves but Anzu and especially Jenny encourage her otherwise, having been told in advance by Ichigo and her concerns for her best friend.

''You should never be afraid of the unknown but overcome it!'' Jenny advises her to smile, encouraging her to believe in herself. ''As long as you believe you have good in your heart, you can overcome your anger and turn it into something that protects others.''

Erika is silent by her words, wondering if she can.

However, Dark General Knight reappears, aware of the Inner Scorpion and believes with its powers under their control; his lord will regain all of his power. Erika is forced to fight the dark knight, struggling but losing. Yugi and Ichigo arrive to save her but are also pushed back by the knight's strength. Even the Blue Knight appeared and he had trouble.

Erika watches as Ichigo is protecting her with her hardest, feeling disgusted that all she does is make her suffer. No. No! She can do better; not let her anger consume her.

''I won't…'' She begins to utter as she stands back up and lets out a loud shout, covering her body in an orange outline aura. ''LET YOU HURT THOSE IMPORTANT TO ME!''

Dark General Knight startles as Mew Erika fights back, not letting her hatred consume her. With this more focused, controlled state of using the Inner Scorpion's powers; she and the others damaged the Dark General enough for him to vanish, vowing it is not over.

Erika breathes heavily as Ichigo hugs her and she smiles softly. Jenny watches them and smiles back, telling herself with her own desire to fight too. ''I also want to protect those important to me.''

A week later, Ichigo asked Yugi to come by the café as she wanted him to meet Ringo, a girl she and the other girls met during a "vacation" trip but it was mainly an investigation on the Aliens' newest plan and that led to the girl to become a Mew Mew.

''So 7 Mew Mews?'' Yugi asks, really surprised that there was a 7th that isn't part of the main team.

Ichigo explains that Ringo lived her whole life on that island but her parents are moving to Tokyo for a better education for their daughter. Ringo is happy to finally be close to the other girls, especially Ichigo, but she's terrified because she's not good with people. It actually scares her to be near large crowds and with how crowded the big city can be; Ichigo wants to help Ringo to overcome this fear and figures Yugi could help.

He smiles, understanding the uneasiness to be among many people. He expresses that he was like that too but he slowly got over it ever since he met that girl. Ichigo smiles softly, wishing that she got to know this person or that Yugi could meet her again.

So Ichigo takes him to the café to wait for Ringo to show up… not expecting that the others are there because Yugi told Jonouchi he would be busy meeting a friend of Ichigo's and well… yea.

''A-at least this might help Ringo if she sees a bigger group.'' Ichigo utters unease as does Yugi in agreement. ''Y-yea…''

Ringo finally appears, excited to see Ichigo and the other girls… only to have a heart attack to see SO MANY people in the café. She tried to contain her anxiety with Yuki, her penguin pet, calming her down but it was very overwhelming. Luckily she was able to calm down due to Judai and the others, getting to know how kind they are.

And then the aliens attacked them again, forcing the entire group to fight them as well as Ringo transforming into Mew Ringo. With her better control of powers including healing, the combined group defeated the aliens once more.

''Maybe Tokyo won't be as scary as I thought it would be, Yuki.'' Ringo asks her beloved pet who cries in agreement. Judai snickers as he pulls out a fried shrimp stick and he asks the penguin, holding it in front of her. ''How about a nice piece of fried shrimp?''

The Penguin looks at it, leaning its head to the side before taking a bite and cries of joy. Ringo giggles happily, expressing joyfully. ''She loved it!''

Judai snickers, patting the penguin as she takes another bite. Ichigo giggles, happy to have Ringo around.

Irritated by his past failures as his lord is still recovering, Dark General Knight assists the Aliens with his Dark Para-Para parasite, creating a more powerful Dark Chimera Anima based on the Basilisk, a mythical creature that petrified their targets. Kisshu debated about this, finally going to get his kitty but isn't sure if he'll want her a lewd statue for all eternity. He didn't get much of a choice as Pai accepts, knowing this will put an end to their enemies and restore Deep Blue.

''Do as you want.'' Dark General Knight proclaims as he vanishes but not before he utters softly to himself. ''But my lord will be standing as the lone victor.''

The aliens unleashed this Chimera Anima upon Ichigo and the other girls; each one falling until it came down to Ichigo and Erika. The pink haired cat girl was depressed heavily as none of their attacks worked and everyone fell one by another. She failed her friends and now they're going to die. She shreds a tear but Erika asks her kindly and supportingly. ''Don't cry, Ichigo.''

Erika begins to express that her best friend is too strong to ever cry again, reminding how they first met; how Ichigo used to be lonely until she met Erika and became close, best friends.

Mew Erika attacked the Chimera, giving Ichigo time to escape but was losing heavily with her limited vision and none of her attacks hitting. She was about to become petrified too if not for Ichigo to jump in, disgusted at her own weakness and now she won't run away when everyone is counting on her.

''They're my friends; everyone in my heart means everything to me.'' Mew Ichigo begins to tell herself, frowning that they've all fought for her and she can't just run away and be scared when they're all counting on her. ''That's why...'' Her hands clenched tightly before she snapped and let out a loud shout. ''I WON'T LET THEM DOWN NYA!''

A bright light surrounds Mew Ichigo, similar to when she was about to be controlled by the Millennium Rod. But this time, the light has taken the form of a holy aura. With this newfound strength, Ichigo creates her Strawberry Bell Version Up! Uniting all the Mew Mew powers within her Ichigo restored all the Mew Mews and destroyed the Dark Chimera Anima.

Mew Ichigo breathes heavily, her dresses badly damaged before she lets out a loud, joyful cry. ''WE DID IT! WE-'' As she jumps up and down for her victory, her dress sadly could not handle it and snaps.

Yugi soon arrives on time to see her as he holds up a note that he got from her.

''Ichigo-kun, I'm here after finding your-'' He begins to proclaim, happy to see her and the others okay until his words are cut off as his eyes widen heavily; his face bright red.

Mew Ichigo soon notices him and smiles to see him okay. ''Y-Yugi-kun! You're-'' She blinks awkwardly, seeing his expression as he's looking at her chest. She raises an eyebrow. ''What?''

The cat girl looks down and immediately her face turns a bright tomato red color, crimson; her body is fully in display, nude. Mew Ichigo makes a panicking expression, gasping to control herself, her cat ears and tail twitching before she lets out an echoing scream. ''WWWAAAAAAA!'' She covers herself with her arms and starts freaking out even more, needing clothes fast.

Kisshu watches this from his base's viewing screen and grits his teeth, so furious that boy got to see his kitty naked BEFORE HE COULD!

Yugi blushes happily, still having a stunned, horny expression. He's got to see his first real naked girl ever. ''This is the best day ever!''
