Lore: Isaac Clarke is the main protagonist of the Dead Space franchise, Originally a systems engineer for the Concordance Extraction Corporation, Isaac's life would change forever when volunteering to repair the USG Ishimura. After surviving the Necromorph outbreak, Clarke would suffer from the influence of the marker, with its inscriptions being imprinted into his mind when coming into contact with it.

Independent Action: A: It is possible to take action even without a Master. However, to use Noble Phantasms of great magical energy consumption, backup from the Master is necessary.
At Rank A, it is possible for a Servant to stay in the world for about a week without a Master.
Isaac had spent a good majority of his time on the Ishimura and Titan station alone while continuously fighting back against Necromorphs and crazed humanoids who has been exposed by the Marker's influence to much, even when Isaac worked with a team, he still operated in a degree of independence though this is sometimes due to completing goals separate from the team he's working with.
Personal Skills-

Item Construction: C: It is the Skill to manufacture magical items, from implements of war to items for daily use. Also, this Skill requires time to gather components and manufacture items.
Issac was an engineer throughout his career and during his time on board the Ishimura and Titan Station, Issac has built numerous devices and makeshift weaponry or enhanced existing mining equipment to be deadly weapons that were strong enough to cut through the melded flesh of Necromorphs, so long as Issac as a workbench then he could create and modify any piece of equipment and could turn even the most basic of household items into deadly weapons.
"I've been stabbed and shot at more times than I can count yet I'm still alive, if a necromorph can't kill me, a Unitologist can't shoot me or a damn shuttle can't rip me apart, then these grail wars won't be able to kill me."
Battle Continuation: C+ : is a Skill that allows for the continuation of combat after sustaining mortal wounds. It will also reduce mortality rate from injury. This Skill represents the ability to survive and/or the mentality of one who doesn't know when to give up, consisting of one's strength of vitality in predicaments.
While Issac is more known to avoid getting hit then to take it, he has withstood quite a lot of damage ranging from being stabbed by necromorphs shot with spikes by baby necromorphs, to getting slammed into walls and floors, to explosions near his body, to a full one shuttle crash onto a planet.
Issac can withstand a lot of damage but he doesn't heal from it and can't withstand too much at any given point because Issac always has a med pack or finds a med pack around to heal after any and every battle.

Mad Enchantment: D: raising basic parameters and strengthens one's physical abilities in exchange of hindering mental capacities and/or in exchange for their sense of reason. In some cases, it also affects and/or seals away some techniques, Personal Skills and Noble Phantasms.
While this skill is typically reserved for those in the Berserker Class Container, ever since Issac Clark had escaped the Ishimura and Titan Station, he has continued to suffer from delusions, dementia and violent hallucinations wrought by the marker and because of that, Issac is extremely paranoid and any who goes against him are subject to bouts of extreme rage and violence from the man.
The Mad Enchantment of this rank grants a rank up in Strength and Endurance.
Mental Pollution: B(Sealed): is a Skill where due to possessing a distorted mentality, it is possible for one to shut out any mental interference thaumaturgy. However, at the same time, it becomes impossible for one to come to a mutual understanding with individuals who do not possess an equivalent rank of Mental Pollution.
When Isaac has accepted 'Nicole' which is when the Marker perception helped Isaac on his quest to the Marker's, the fourth step 'Acceptance' when this happens then the Mad Enchantment skill gets sealed while this Skill gets unsealed, as such, Isaac cannot be mentally influenced by anyone unless such power matched the Mental Interference brought by the Marker, Isaac can even resist the effects of a command seal.

*Plasma Cutter - The Engineer's Preferred Weapon.

Ability: Issac for throughout his adventures in space, was always seen utilizing his Plasma Cutter the most to survive as when fighting against the Necromorph Infection, the Plasma Cutter was the best tool when dismembering the necromorphs legs and arms since bodily shots are not the best way to put these undead monsters down.
The Plasma Cutter is deeply rooted into Clark's Legend that he is always seen wielding one as such, the Plasma Cutter will not be ripped out of Archer's grasp and Archer can always resummon it back into his hand, The weapon doesn't need any repairs and has an infinite clip to remove the need for reloading.
*The Red Marker: Blueprints of the Convergence.

Type: Anti-Planet.
Ability: Ever since coming across the Red Marker on Aegis VII, Clark has the blueprints implanted into his very head and was made a target by the Earth Government to build more marks and was made into a target for the Religious Maniacs who are after Archer to kill him because he was the most probable chance on destroying Markers.
Issac has knowledge to create a marker which grants limitless Prana within a range but at a terrible cost, the Marker will induce madness into all within its range causing dementia, bouts of of extreme rage and paranoia up to Suicide and Homicide.
Isaac will refuse to build any markers unless forced too by using 2 Command Seals from the master but then the master must remain cautious around Isaac as Archer, from numerous times, has shown that those who used him had quickly perished, either died by a necromorph tendril, shot by military fire or killed by Isaac himself.
When the Marker is in use and those who has died within the range of the object will be changed and shape to create Necromorphs, Necromorphs are a plague, a form of infection and not tied to the rules of the Holy Grail as such, they will continue to murder and create more necromorphs as if they were attempting to create a new brother moon on Earth.
*Nicole: The Marker's Chosen Face - Isaacs Shattering Psyche.

Ability: Ever since Isaac had found out that the woman who helped guide him at parts of the Ishimura was not in fact his girlfriend Nicole but in fact a hallucination brought forth by the Marker's Influence and Madness, this is a passive NP that torments Isaac throughout his time during the Grail War and the only way for this NP to be sealed was for Isaac to accept it.
By accepting the reality of Nicole's death, Isaac as finally moved on and because of this, the Marker has chosen to help instead of hinder the man so this skill seals away the Mad Enchantment Skill and unsealed the Mental Pollution skill instead granting Isaac incredible focus and undeterred by the Marker from this point forward.
