A/N: Well... here I am again. Back with the first "Real" chapter of my crossover and I have to say, I got more attention than I though I would get.

Well now we get into gear with this chapter and before you continue, I strongly advice that you get familiar with Sailor Moon or you will be completely lost. I am basing the Sailor Moon part on the original 1990s anime and not the reboot, mainly because that is the one I am more familiar with. Particularly, Season 2 that introduced "Death Phantom/Wiseman" and the Black Moon clan." Just to be clear.

One more thing! I want to thank everyone who left a review in my first chapter. I am glad to see you guy are interested in this weird project I have begun. I just hope I can do it justice, it has been a while since I have done a crossover.

So enough ranting, on to the story...

"Get him inside, NOW!"

"His vitals are failing, he's lost a lot if blood! He's starting to crash!"

"He's a hard bastard, he'll make it through!"

"Get him in, now!"

" Sir, you have to stay out here. The medics are going to do all they can to save him."

"Make sure they do! Or they will have to answer to me!

The world was still very much a blur to him, as the Spartan slowly began to regain his senses. His chest felt tight as he gasped for breath, his suit's internal oxygen supply slowly came back on line. Without it, his Power Armor would quite literally suffocate him to death. Super Soldier or not, Logan was still quite human.

The last memory he had was sealing himself into one of the Cryo-Chambers in an attempt to save his own life, as the ship slowly drifted towards the portal that had appeared. . His attempt to save his fire team from the doomed Cruiser, though successful, had more or less sealed his fate. Trapping him on the vessel with not enough time to find another escape pod or even make it to the hanger bay. The Remnants' surprise attack had knocked the Cruisers engines off line, it was completely helpless.

With no other option and facing an uncertain outcome, Logan had decided to seal himself in one of the cryo-chambers. One of hundreds that were onboard the Siege Merciless and were normally used to"store" nonessential personnel for long periods of time. The Spartan did not know just what would happen when the ship crossed through the portal, but knew he not want to be "awake" when it did. If anything, it would probably transport both himself and the Cruiser to another part of the galaxy and once it did, the UNSC would be able to locate them via the automated distress beacon. It may take a while, but at least rescue would come and he would be alive.

Or at least, that was what he hoped.

But as his vision began to clear and his breathing returned to normal, Logan soon found himself surrounded by three biological creatures. Creatures that hovered effortlessly in the air and wore specialized "chest plates" that hung around their necks and which displayed the U.N.S.C. emblem on them.

"Henry...? Gordon...? James...?" Logan said between gasps, as the three Huragok helped the Spartan to his feet.

"Henry, Gordon and James" were a trio of "Engineers" who were stationed on board the Human warship. They were part of thousands of their kind who had defected to the U.N.S.C. at the end of the Earth-Covenant War and soon became a vital component in Humanity's reconstruction efforts. .At the end of the conflict, thousands of these genetically engineered creatures allied themselves with humanity, as it was humanity who were the only spices to show them any genuine respect and even treated them as equals to a point. In a way, many believed that the mass migration of these Engineers was actually an attempt by these creatures to make amends. Or even thank humanity for their kindness.

What ever the case may have been, there was a lot of rebuilding that needed to be done and the Harugok were more than happy to assist their new allies. Henry, Gordon and James were no different, as the trio had been serving on board the Siege Merciless ever since her first refit. Much like the rest of their race, these three Engineers had proved themselves to be quite valuable crew members

on board the cruiser and were treated equally among the crew. Hence the reason Logan was not too surprised by their appearance.

"Thank goodness, you're alright!" James exclaimed, as he hovered near the Spartan. His chest plate glowing a red color as he spoke. "We were able to get you out in time!"

"The life support system began to fail and we had to get you out!" Gordon added, as came up to the Super Soldier and helped him to his feet. His translator pulsating a dark blue color every time he spoke.

"Yep... its gone." Henry spoke up. His plate/translator pulsing green his appendages disassembled the small computer that controlled the cryo-chamber's life support system. "If he stayed any longer, he would have died in side of there."

"How long was I asleep?" Logan's deep voice boomed through his armor's built in speakers, still not sure as to what waa actually happening. Cryo-chambers were not know to just malfunction while occupied by someone. They were quite literally designed for long term use and even if a malfunction were to occur, there were fail safes that would activate and wake up its occupant.

"Gunny..." James spoke up, using the name many of the crew had used for the Spartan. "You have been asleep for six weeks."

"We are still not sure why the chamber started to fail" Henry added, as he floated towards Logan. "But if I had to guess, the malfunction may have been linked to what ever anomaly that sent us through the Forerunner Portal. Though it still does not explain why it only now started to fail."

There was another moment of silence as Logan mulled over what had just been told to him, before he replied. "What is the status of the ship? Is anyone else still on board?"

"Fortunately, the crew was able to evacuate the ship before we were pulled through." Gordon explained, as "he" floated towards the super soldier., "We stayed on board to make sure all occupied escape pods were successfully launched... including one that had your team mates on board."

" But we have been unable to activate the Siege Merciless' auxiliary Artificial Intelligence program and gain access to the ship's computer core." Henry answered, reminding Logan that the cruiser's primary A.I. was downloaded into his Team Leader's power armor before they boarded the life pod.

Normally, the Auxiliary A.I. program would be activated if the primary A.I. had been disabled and/or was no longer in control of the ship. There was only one way to activate this auxiliary program, but it had to be done manually a member of the ship's crew. A human crew member.

"Once the A.I. is activated, we should be able to reactivate all ship systems. Including Navigation and life support." James stated, helping Logan to hid feet. "At present, only twenty percent of the ship had power. Most decks are in darkness and the artificial gravity has been switched off to save power. Most of the systems that are active now, only switched on when we were forced to remove you from your cryo-chamber."

"Is there any way to access the main computer core?"

" You need to get to the computer core and activate the Auxiliary program." Gordon replied. "With it operational, we should be able to reactivate the ship and figure out just where we are."

"Understood." Logan replied, as he made his way out if the Cryo-room. Switching on the LED lights built into his helmet to illuminate his war, the Super Soldier made his way into the dark corridor. His 500lbs mass floating effortlessly out of the Cryo-Deck and into the ominous corridor that ran through the large vessel. He would have to get to the Barracks and retrieve a few items, before making his way to the computer core. But the core was his primary objective, as activating the auxiliary A.I. would allow him to determine just where they were.

With a deep sigh, Logan pushed himself forward into the darkness. Hoping that his actions would at least gain him some answers.

The Crystal Palace

Crystal Tokyo, Earth.

It had been ten years since the Black Moon Clan had attacked Earth in an misguided attempt to destroy the Royal Family and the world at large. Being the descendants of anarchists who opposed the rule of Crystal Tokyo and manipulated by an entity known as "Death Phantom", Black Moon genuinely believed that the governing Royal family was corrupt and that Neo-Queen Serenity's Silver Crystal, was a dangerous weapon that needed to be destroyed. Its ability to increase the longevity of every single man, woman and child on Earth, was seen as unnatural and a crime against nature itself. Thus the reason it needed to be destroyed.

The War that came with the Black Moon's attack was devastating. Millions were killed as the group's Droid Armies rampaged across the planet, while the armies and militias of Earth did what they could to protect the civilian population. It was absolute chaos, as many of Earth's cities burned due to the resulting battles. But as quickly as the war began, it came to a end as the Black Moon clan was eventually defeated and Serenity used her crystal to repair the damage which had been caused. But while cities were rebuilt and life continued, the mental scars remained. There was not a single human on Earth who wasn't affected by the Black Moon's attack and the Royal Family was no exception.

But if there was anyone who was truly traumatized by the war, it was Neo-Queen Serenity herself. As she herself had been gravely injured during the attack and was unable to protect the world or its people. Fortunately, it was her protectors, the Legendary Sailor Senshi who managed to hold the line against the darkness and ultimately defeat Death Phantom and his minions. But despite being victorious, the massive loss of life had indeed affected the Queen greatly. She felt the same pain many in the world felt in the days and weeks following the war, as they were forced to say goodbye to loved ones and relearn how to live their lives after such an event.

Needless to say, those who were closed to the beloved monarch and her family were quite concerned about her well being. But with the support of her friends and Family, Serenity was able the beat her depression and returned to the bubbly and optimistic person the world both knew and loved.

But still, the pain never fully went away...

With the defeat of Death Phantom and the Black Moon Clan, Serenity hoped that the world as a whole would finally be at peace. Once again becoming the Utopia it had been during the time of the old Moon Kingdom. But as she sat along side her husband and viewed the holographic image being displayed before them, the trauma caused by the Black Moon's attack began to resurface.

"Are you sure that it is not from Nemesis?" King Endymion, Serenity's husband, asked the blue haired woman standing before them. As he and the rest of the court looked on in wonder at the mysterious craft .

"It does not match any of the known ship designs that were seen during the attack." Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury replied, as it was her husband and his team who initially discovered the unknown ship. "Scans from near by sentry probes have also detected a low power signature emanating from the anomaly itself, but again it does not match anything we have in our records."

"So its an Alien ship?" Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter asked curiously, felling a bit unnerved by this discovery. The last thing she and her family needed was another invasion from another world, they barely survived the last one.

"Did the scans detect anything else?" Serenity asked her long time friend, a worried expression forming on her face. Something that did not go unnoticed by Endymion.

"I am afraid not." The blue senshi replied. "What ever this ship is made of, its doing a very good job of blocking all of our scans. If anything, I believe that the only reason we are even detecting power reading, is because this vessel possesses a powerful energy source. Then again, it was deleted at the very edge of the Scanners range."

Serenity looked on at the holographic images being displayed before her, her mind racing as the "Black Object" drifted among the asteroids between Mars and Jupiter. The Sentry Probes which had been created to monitor the Solar System, had done their job at detecting the unknown vessel. Yet they only did so after said vessel has entered the solar system and they probably would have not even noticed it if not for the massive energy spike that had been detected prior to its discovery.

Was it part of another attack from Nemesis? No one had heard anything from that planet since the Black Moon clan was defeated and Death Phantom was destroyed. Attempts to locate the mysterious "Tenth Planet" after the war were unsuccessful and the people of Earth were more focused on Rebuilding rather than contacting their enemy to see if they were alright. If anything, people just wanted to move on and rightfully so.

But if it was from Nemesis, then why only reveal themselves in the asteroid field and not on Earth itself? What if it really was an alien ship that needed help? Were there even survivors on board? There was just so many questions! But unfortunately for Serenity, she knew that there was only one way those questions would be answered and it involved doing something she wished not to do.

With a heavy heart, the Queen of Earth said, "I am afraid that the only way this mystery will be solved, is if we get a closer look at this... Black Object."

"Usagi-chan, are you sure what want to do this?" Rei Hino/Sailor Mars asked her long time friend. Using the name she had called back when they were just School Girls in old Tokyo. "It might be dangerous, or even.a trap!"

"Which is why I will send Uranus and Neptune to investigate , Rei." Serenity replied. A small smile forming on her face to reassure her friend. "They are responsible for the protection of the outer planets, even though this ship was found between Mars and Jupiter." She then smiled before she said, "Besides, I think Haruka and Michiru have had enough... quality time to themselves."

"Oh yea!" Minako Aino/Sailor Venus said with a wicked smile, knowing very well just what the couple would usually get up to when left to their own devices. "But I'm sure that what ever that this is, may be, Haruka and Michiru would be on top of it."

"If not on each other!" Makoto finished with a smile of her own. Which caused Ami to blush furiously and everyone else to chuckle a bit. It was a much needed break from the seriousness of the situation, but they quickly returned to the reason they were initially assembled.

"Very well, but I suggest we call it a night and continue this meeting in the morning. It is late and my bed is calling me!" Serenity stated with a yawn, shades of her pre-regal self starting to show once again. Everyone chuckled a bit, but agreed that it was late and it was time to go home. But with an "Alien" ship now in the solar system, the group doubted they would get any sleep that night. There was just too many questions and they all wanted answers.

But as the Royal Couple and their court exited the meeting room and made their way to their private chamber, they were completely unaware that someone had been watching them.

For they had not noticed that a pair of blood shot eyes watching them from the shadows. Eyes that looked as if they belonged to an enraged Madman. The eyes just continued to watch the group disappear down the hallway for a few minutes, before vanishing into the Darkness once again.
