A/N: So yea... I have genuinely forgotten how hard it is to write a cross over fic...
Anyway... I am glad to see people are getting interested in my latest project and I really hope it continues to draw more attention. One thing I must point out tho, is that I did indeed change the name of the fix for reasons that will make itself clear in the future. Trust me on this one.
But enough of my lecture, on to the story!!!
/ \ / \ / \ \ / / \ / \ / \
Beyond the very last planet of the Solar System, just out of the reach of many of the sensor probes which patrolled the rim, existed a planet with a sinister past. A planet many scientist and astronomers had debated if it even existed or not, but would eventually be known for all the wrong reasons.
This strange planet, once referred to as "Planet X" for a very long time, was surrounded by a strange spacial anomaly that hid the planet from almost every known form of detection. It was only by luck did the astronomers of Earth finally locate the mysterious planet. But to this day some even believed that the only reason it was found, was because it wanted to be.
Curiously, the discovery of this new planet coincided with what would be known as the"Dark Migration". When thousands left Earth after they rejected the rule of Neo-Queen Serenity and opted to forge a new life on the newly discovered planet. Far away from the rule of Neo-Queen Serenity and her court. But none of those early inhabitants could have imagined just what kind of a role this planet, now called "Nemesis", would play in the future of mankind. As it was on this world the Black Moon Clan would soon rise and eventually launch an attack on Earth.
An attack which none of the clan members ever returned from, as they all seemingly perished in the attack. With Earth victorious and Royal Family still as its rulers, Nemesis once again vanished into the void beyond the solar system and there it had remain for over a decade. Attempts by Earth to locate the supposed tenth planet had failed, as the spacial anomaly surrounding the planet made it next to impossible to locate. But every single person on Earth knew that Nemesis was still out there somewhere and it would only be a matter of time before they returned.
But if Earth was able to locate the lost planet, then they would know that Nemesis was anything but a threat. Despite what many believed, the Planet Nemesis was a dead world with a dying civilization. As it turned out, the Black Moon Clan's attack had devastated their planet, more than it did Earth. The population of Nemesis had been so dedicated to the idea to defeating the Royal family of Earth, they pumped what ever resources they had into creating the invasion force that attacked their former home.
So confident the people had been in victory, they pumped every single natural resource they had into the billion strong Droid Army and the thousands of ships that would carry them. Under the leadership of Prince Demande and his court, the former sons and daughters of Earth believe that they would reclaim their former home and make it theirs once again.
But alas...that had not been the case.
The mighty fleet that had once carried their leaders and Army, never returned. Nemesis, which was already a harsh planet with limited resources available, was now nothing more than a prison for those who now found themselves trapped on its surface. The grand cities that were once promised when their ancestors first arrived, never came to be. Only modest brick buildings made of black stone made up the only settlement that existed on the planet. The same oneS which had been created when the people first arrived.
They had no materials to build new ships, nor the resources to fuel them. Even if they did, just where would they go? Earth? Like anyone there would want them back or even show mercy. The population of Nemesis were truly trapped in.a prison of their own making and with no hopes of escape.
The only evidence that such a grand city was even envisioned, was the Black Moon Castle which stood in the center of the city aon top a rocky hill. Once the home of the Black Moon clan, the castle now sat abandoned over the rest of the city. What was supposed to be the center piece of a new nation, was now nothing more than a reminder of a future that never came to be. Yet despite being abandoned, no one dared enter it's ornate interior.
Despite it being abandoned, those who lived in its shadow felt as if the the Prince and his court never left. An overwhelming sense of fear and anxiety would fall upon anyone who dared to enter the impressive structure. While those who had entered, never came out. Some even believed that the Black Moon Clan never truly left the palace and haunt their former home.
It was in this dark and foreboding place, that an shadowy mass navigated its way through the darkened halls and corridors. It flew effortlessly through the cold, stagnant air, before it emerged into a massive cave that existed beneath the old castle. The shadow flew down from the opening in the ceiling and towards an orange glow that rested on the cave floor. Upon landing, the shadow took a humanoid form before walking up a an golden throne that sat just before the large fire.
"My faithful servant..." a distorted female voice said with a nonchalant tone, just as the Shadow bowed in respect. "What have you... to tell me...?"
The Shadow just looked up as its master with its blood shot eyes, before it expanded into a large spare that floated that hovered over the rocky cave floor. Moments later, the creature began to display what it had seen when spying on Neo-Queen Serenity and her court. The being that sat in on the throne, clinched her fists in anger as she saw the Queen of Earth. But was able to contain her rage, as she listened to what her minion had recorded.
"It seem... her majesty and her friends have found the same thing we have..." the being said calmly, as the image soon changed to the strange vessel that now drifted in the asteroid belt. Despite her weakened state, she too had detected the existence of the Siege Merciless. But just like Earth, she was just as perplexed by its sudden appearance.
Obviously, this vessel was not of Nemesis design nor did it look like it came from Earth. It was much bigger and... for a lack of a better term, uglier than anything she had seen before. In a perfect world, the strange ship would have appeared much closer to Nemesis. Giving her a chance to capture the vessel and claim it as her own, as a way to escape this blasted planet. But the ship was drifting aimlessly between Mars and Jupiter, too far away for her to take any sort of action without being detected. It was already taking all of her energy to send her spy to Serenity's court without it being detected.
As far as Serenity and her friends knew, she died in Crystal Tokyo in a vain attempt to kill the Sailor Senshi. She wanted to maintain rain that illusion for as long as she could before dealing with Serenity and her court. It had been ten years and the being had spent that time gathering as much dark energy as she could from this dying planet. Energy she intended to use to Strike at Earth once again and destroy its ruling family.
So for now at least, the cruiser would be allowed to be claimed by Earth. Eventually, she would have both in the end but for now, the former Black Moon clan member would just watch and wait.
Her revenge would come soon enough...

The heavy footsteps of the 500lbs Spartan, echoed through the empty corridors of the massive warship. As Logan made his way to what had once been the barracks for his Fire Team. With the built in LED lights of his power armor leading the way, Logan entered the area and soon made his way to the weapons locker his team used.
During one of her many refits Siege Merciless underwent after the war, the Cruiser was given what many of her crew referred to as a "Spartan Deck" . Basically, an area of the ship that was solely dedicated to housing/training Spartan Fire Teams and their Equipment. It was here Spartans both lived and trained during their long deployments and it was a luxury usually found larger capital ships. Ironically, the idea of a "Spartan Deck" was first used on the U.N.S.C. Infinity and her sister ships, vessels that way more advanced and powerful than the old Valiant-class. How odd it was to have such facilities on a vessel that was slowly becoming both redundant and obsolete.
The Siege Merciless and the Valiant-class as a whole, were no longer seen as thee most powerful ships Humanity had at its disposal. Hell, they were practically obsolete by the end of the war! Long Surpassed by Autumn -class Heavy Cruiser and there was even a new class Battle Cruiser being developed that would eventually replace the Valiant "Battle of Thermopylae -class" it was being called. The only reason Siege Merciless was kept in service, was because the UNSC needed ships. Yet for some reason, command decided to refit the Cruiser and keep her in service and give her upgrades normally found on newer ship classes.
Eventually, Logan arrived at his destination and made his way over to the weapons locker. A well stocked compartment which held a variety of small arms, grenades, melee weapons... basically enough weapons and ammunition to fight a small war. Or at least, properly equip a Spartan Fire Team. Manipulating the keys on the built in touch pad, one of the locker compartments slid open to reveal several "Battle Rifles" and sub machine guns. As well as Ammunition for each of the respective personal weapons.
Taking a moment to select his weapons, Logan grabbed hold of a MA6 Assault Rifle and four magazines of ammunition. He also took a M6L "Personal Defense Weapon System" as his secondary weapon and holstered it to his side. At the moment, Logan did not know if he was the only one left on the ship, or if it had been boarded while he was in stasis. Yes there were those three engineers but the Super Soldier was not gonna put his trust in a trio of beings who once worked for the Covenant.
Making sure he had everything, Logan made his way back to the corridor to begin his long walk to the cruiser's computer core.
With his rifle in hand, Logan navigated through the maze of corridors that snaked through in 1.5 Kilometer long vessel. All the while mentally taking note of everything he passed, as the LED lights illuminated the darkness around him. At one point, the Super Soldier entered the cruiser's hanger bay and saw a pair of Pelican drop ships were still on board, along with a lone D96-TCE "Albatross". All three of whom looked as if they were undergoing maintenance work before the order to abandon ship was given. He would have one of those engineers look over the craft and get them back into flying condition.
It was also at this point, did the Spartan notice that there were also a quartet of Mark IX Armor Defense Systems (Mantis) resting on the other side of the hanger bay. Along with large, metallic containers which held the ammunition used by the armored exoskeletons. He remembered that these " Mechs" were supposed to be sent planet side to protect the new base, but never got off the ship due to the Remnant attack.
Eventually, the super soldier came upon the door that lead to the Cruiser's computer core and within it, the auxiliary Artificial Intelligence. Entering an access code given to Spartans for situations similar to this one, Logan was able to gain entry to the compartment and was greeted by a large, cube shaped construct with had numerous fiber optics leading from it and into the bulkhead. An eerie blue glow illuminated the still dark room, as the core still received power from its own independent power source. It was still active.
" This is Gunnery Sargent Logan-111, United Nations Space Command Spartan Corps. Service Number: 12-345-0101, initiate activation of Auxiliary A.I. for U.N.S.C. vessel Siege Merciless."
"Service Number accepted, please insert PA Data crystal to confirm request." a electronic voice replied, as this was another "fail safe" the engineers had created so as to ensure the vessel did not fall into the wrong hands.
Reaching behind his helmet, the Spartan removed said said crystal from his power armor and inserted it into the small port on the Core itself. The PA Data crystal contained the information an individual Spartan, an advanced version of a Dog Tag if you will. But while a standard Dog Tag only held the information of the person who wore them, the PA Crystal held very detailed information of the Spartan who it was assigned. As well as acted as an universal "Access Key" for certain computer systems found across the UNSC.
In this case, Logan needed to use his to activate the A.A.I. to regain control of the Ship and access many of the systems.
Scanning...
Access Code Confirmed.
Initiating A.A.I. Start Up.
The core began to pulsate as the program was activated and slowly began to take control of the Cruiser's many systems. Soon the artificial gravity was switched back on and the internal lighting system for the ship came back on line. Soon the familiar hum of the ships many reactors could be heard, as the holographic image of a woman dressed in a UNSC naval officer's uniform suddenly materialized before the Super Soldier.
"Greetings." the holographic image said in a gentle female voice. "I am United Nations Space Command Emergency Artificial Intelligence E3-MA-7. But my name is Hanna. Seeing that I have been activated and that you are the one who activated my program, it is safe to assume that the assigned A.I. for this vessel is no longer in control?"
"It was removed when the ship was evacuated." Logan explained. "At present, I am the only person left on board with three Engineers. Our current location is unknown and most of the ship's systems are currently off line."
"Understood." Hanna replied. "It will take approximately thirty minutes before I am fully integrated with the main frame. But if you are the only person left on board, then I must point out that by default, you are the master of this vessel until a person of higher rank relieves you of this duty."
"I am well aware of that fact." The super soldier replied.
"Well then..." Hanna stammered a bit. "You should now be able to gain access to the ship's bridge. It will take time before the weapon systems and sensors will fully be online, but at least you will be able to have a general overview of the ship from there."
Logan just nodded in understanding, before retrieving his P.A. Crystal and inserting it back into his armor. Rifle in his hands, the Spartan left the computer core to begin his long walk to the Cruiser's main bridge. Hopefully, most of the systems would be operational by the time her got there. But as the auxiliary Artificial Intelligence began to integrate herself into the Siege Merciless, she was completely unaware that the Valiant-class vessel was about to receive some uninvited guests...

A flash of light within the cruisers hanger bay signaled the appearance of both Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune.
Just as Neo-Queen Serenity had promised, she had indeed informed the two women about the situation and had requested that they investigate the appearance of the still unknown vessel. Seeing that the couple were tasked with the defense of the Solar System of external threats, the lovers were rather crossed that an "Alien" ship had managed to enter the system without them knowing. Only one other time such an thing had happened and as a result, Earth was devastated by the Black Moon's attack.
Both Haruka (Uranus) and Michiru (Neptune) did not want a repeat of one of their greatest failings. They would not allow what happened ten years ago, to happen once again, but they would be doing it alone. Setsuna (Sailor Pluto) had suddenly gone back to the Space-Time Door and had taken Hotaru (Sailor Saturn) with her. Oddly enough, both the Senshi of Time and the Senshi of Silence had left just before Serenity that contacted the lovers.
Taking a moment to regain their senses, Uranus and Neptune looked around the hanger bay to see if there were any signs of life.
"Looks like no body saw us come in." Uranus said quietly, yet her gruff voice still echoed throughout the open area.
"I have to say, there are a lot of crates here." Neptune commented, as the Senshi of the Sea noticed the many containers that were lined up along the bulkhead. "Maybe this ship is some kind of Cargo vessel?"
"Maybe..." Uranus replied, "But it still does not explain just who the ship belongs to or just how it got here."
"Maybe they--"
"Maybe they what?" the tall blonde asked, noting that her companion had suddenly gone silent. Turing around to face her lover, Sailor Uranus soon found out why her wife had stopped talking. Neptune's eyes were locked on an image that was displayed on the bulkhead.
The image in question was that of what looked like a medieval tower with three archers with bows drawn aimed outwards from the top of the structure. But what really caught the two senshi attention, were the text that were embolden on the image...
U.N.S.C. SIEGE MERCILESS
CBC- 39
Nemo Mi Impune LacessIt
"No one attacks me with Impunity..." Sailor Neptune read out, as she translated the Latin text.
"I'm no expert... but I am very certain Alien ships don't have English names or words written in them." Uranus replied, as a million questions began to flood her mind. Was this even a alien ship? If not, then who built it? Why was it even here? How did it reach here? If not Earth, then where did it come from?
Suddenly, the hanger bay echoed with the sound of a pair of metal doors opening up. Upon hearing this, the 2 senshi hid behind some near by containers and watched in awe as an strange abomination floated pass them.
"What the Hell is that?" Uranus asked quietly, as the Engineer continued on it's way. The Senshi of the Wind could have sworn the creature, what ever it was, had been humming to itself as it floated by.
"Maybe it a member of the crew?" Neptune speculated, yet she could not sense anything off about the alien.
"Or maybe it killed the crew..." Uranus replied, as she gripped her sword tightly. "There's only one way we will get answers..."
Meanwhile, " James" the Engineer floated casually toward one if the three Pelicans which were still on board the Cruiser. Minutes earlier, Logan and informed them about the three drop ships and had asked the Huragok to see if they could at least get one of them flight ready. Since James had usually worked with the mechanics in the Hanger Bay, he decided to float down and see just what he could do.
Eventually, the creature made it to the three drop ships and after taking a moment to scan each craft, he soon realized that each craft just need some minor repairs. It was just to put them back together really, and they would be able to fly within an hour. Not a problem for a creature who's sole purpose for existing, was to carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance.
But as the Engineer prepared to carry out his task, he was completely unaware of the two women sneaking up on him...

If there was one thing that set the Valiant-Class Cruisers apart from from the rest of the fleet, it was the expansive bridge module that doubled as a command and control center. It was this feature which made the Super Heavy Cruisers a popular choice among flag officers, as the Variants were normally used as flag ships in fleet formations. Its hybrid Bridge/CC layout made it the perfect choice for commanders to both command and coordinate fleet formations.
Upon entering the open area, Logan scanned the bridge for a few minutes before he spotted the primary computer console located in the center of the bridge. Just as with the primary computer core, the Spartan removed his P.A. Crystal and inserted it into the console's terminal. Just as intended, the many systems on the bridge came back to life. As the numerous display screens and holoprojectors began to display not only the current status of the Siege Merciless, but the many data reading the sensors were now receiving.
Moments later, Hanna materialized on the center tactical display. But now her U.N.S.C. officers uniform had now been replaced with a suit of medieval armor, minus the helmet and her "Hair" was now done up in a bun on her head. A change that did not go unnoticed by the Super Soldier.
"The new look?" Logan asked the A.I.
"Considering the name of this vessel, I might as well change my appearance to reflect it." Hanna said playfully. "Now... lets see what we have here... looks like the external sensors are still not fully functional... but it seems that most systems are still operational."
"What is the situation with our weapons systems?"
Hanna huffed a bit, "Typical Spartan, always asking about weapons. Lets see... oh! MAC guns are still operational and we still have a full load out of rounds. Archer and Harpoon pods are at 97% capacity, while point defense systems are at 89% charge. In all, I say we can still put up a fight if need be--... Wait..."
"What's wrong?"
A perplexed expression suddenly flashed upon Hanna's face, as she went through the latest readings she was receiving. "I am detecting 2 new life signs in Hanger Bay 01. Strange... didn't you say you were the only one on the ship?"
" That is what I was told." The Spartan replied. "Someone else is on board?"
"It seems that way." Hanna replied. "Sensors are picking up 2 human life signs in Hanger Bay 01. I think it might be a good idea to investigate, I will remain here and see if I figure out just where in the universe we are."
"Understood." Logan replied, before leaving the bridge to make his way to the hanger bay.

The Huragok did not make much of an attempt to defend itself when Uranus attacked it, then again the members his species were not known for their combat capabilities.
James had little time to react before Sailor Neptune used Submarine Reflection to send a powerful wave of water to knock the creature to the metal floor. Unfortunately for the Engineer, said attack had damaged his translator and was unable to repair it before Uranus lifted the helpless creature from the floor and pin it to the equally as cold bulkhead.
"Who are you?" the tall blonde asked in an almost threatening tone. Her dark blue eyes glaring at the helpless engineer, as it desperately tried to communicate with its tormentor.
"I don't think it can understand you, Ruka." Neptune told her lover, as she attempted to calm down the usually aggressive senshi. But the Guardian of Uranus paid little attention to her companion, as she continued to pin James.
But just as the senshi was just about to lose her patients with the creature, the hanger bay was once again filled with the sounds of metal doors sliding open. This time though, it was followed up by the sounds of loud, heavy footsteps echoing throughout the area.
"What the Hell is that?" Uranus asked out loud, her grip still firmly planted on the UNSC Engineer. Neptune looked equally as perplexed, as the footsteps got louder and louder... it was heading their way.
Realizing that what ever it was could be a much bigger threat than the creature they already had, Uranus released James. The now clearly scared Huragok floating away as fast as he could, but not before quickly gathering up his damage translator.
With Space Sword and Mirror now in hand, the two Outer Senshi prepared themself to face what ever it was coming towards them. But nothing could have prepared them for what they saw next...
For now walking towards their location, was a seven foot tall giant in Dark Green armor and a gold visor that covered the area its eyes would have been. But what really caught the duo's attention, was that the giant had what looked like a rifle held up to its "face" and pointed directly at them.
"Identify yourself!" the Armored clad being called out in English, surprising the two senshi. "You are trespassing on U.N.S.C. property and are in an restricted area! Throw down your weapons and place your hands on your heads, you're coming with me."
"I think not!" Uranus growled back in English, " Not until you answer our questions first!"
"Now throw down your gun and we won't hurt you!" Neptune added, as she held out her Deep Aqua Mirror.
Logan by this point, was still rather perplexed by these two women, just who the Hell were they and just what they could do with a sword and mirror? Most importantly... just what in the name of Lord Hood were they wearing? It looked like a sailor uniform that had been designed by some pervert!
But just as he was about to try and reason with the two strangers, the one with.blue hair yelled out... "Submarine... REFLECTION!"
Suddenly... a column of water shot out form the senshi's mirror and towards the very much surprised super soldier. But as the attack quickly closed in, time seem.to slow down as Logan saw the column get closer and closer. Normal time ceased to exist...
Spartan Time had kicked in...
