Lore: Izuku Midoriya could go in many paths set before him, some paths led him to be accepted by all might and inherit One for All, some paths lead Izuku to inherit All for One to become the greatest villain, the best gangster, some paths even lead Izuku to become the first Quirkless Hero.
Izuku Midoriya has multiple paths presented before him but this path set him down on a very darkened path, He was rejected by all might in this and because of his shattered dream, Izuku is now working to become a hero in his own right by forging a weapon, the Infinity Gauntlet, however down on this path, he became the villain Apotheosis which Izuku used to operate without having to show himself, during his time, he was recruited into the League of Villains and mentored by the leader known as All for One, he helped Izuku figure out quirks to use as Infinity stones and when the time came, Izuku forged his ultimate weapon and fought all might which inevitably forced All Might to run from Japan when Izuku gained all 5 of the infinity stones forged.

Territory Creation: A: is a Caster-class Skill. It is the Skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus, such as for the purpose of collecting mana.
Creation of a "Temple", which is superior to a "Workshop", becomes possible.
Izuku after becoming the director of the newly created department of Hero Regulations and fully finishing his homemade Infinity Gauntlet, Izuku created his own location which became the HQ of the Department of Hero Regulations.
Izuku forced a large plot of land to surface from the ocean floor near Japan and built his base on it.
The base became a home away from home for the greenette director, a training base and a production factory for a line of Anti-Villain Robots.
He can recreate his old HQ by supplying the necessary Prana though the only requirement Izuku needs to build his 'Temple' is a large plot of land unobstructed by man made constructs.
"I built myself from the very beginning, no quirk to help me out so I wanted to prove that quirks weren't all that great and they weren't if a quirkless Deku like me could be the strongest"
Item Construction: B: is a Caster-class Skill. It is the Skill to manufacture magical items, from implements of war to items for daily use. Also, this Skill requires time to gather components and manufacture items.
Izuku had the build himself up to compete with the likes of All Might and other heroes which is how he managed to get his start as the Villain 'Apotheosis', Izuku built his weapons and with his intelligence made weapons that could compete with powerful quirks, having built a device to capture people in foam, an energy field and beam and a device to measure someone's power. But Izukus greatest accomplishment was the creation of a gauntlet that accesses 5 separate stones that are imbued with quirk(s) and allowed the young greenette to publicly fight All Might to a stand still multiple times and finally defeating him before All Might ran away.
Personal Skills-
"I originally wanted to be a hero but after that Bastard All Might, I wanted to change society to ensure a fake and a lier like him never gets to be a hero nor anyone else like him. I WILL change society for the better even if I have to grind it into dust if I must."
Mental Pollution: A: is a Skill where due to possessing a distorted mentality, it is possible for one to shut out any mental interference thaumaturgy. However, at the same time, it becomes impossible for one to come to a mutual understanding with individuals who do not possess an equivalent rank of Mental Pollution.
Provides a high probability that mental interference magecraft will be rendered ineffective.
Izuku was crushed when he was told he could never be a hero by All Might himself, which brought Izuku down to a new low but he continued on but his desire to be a hero was deeply distorted as he worked as a Villain which ended up in the service of the League of Villains however throughout his journey, he became absolutely crushed when he was told that All Might was quirkless which brought forth Izukus new desire.
To create a true hero that surpassed the likes of All Might in both power and standing as a real hero which made him the only one to be able to communicate with the Hero Killer Stain on equal footing as they both have the same desire.
Izuku will never waver when it comes to his desire to bring peace and true heroes into the world and won't bend to any other mentality and would even crush them if their desires are selfish much like Izuku did to Katsuki Bakugo.
Charisma: A: is a composite Skill consisting of a person's charm as well as the natural talent to command or unify an army or country. Increases the ability of allies during group battles.
Can be said to have achieved the greatest level of popularity as a human being.
Izuku was considered to be the greatest and most noble figure to the quirkless population of the world along with those with impractical quirks, it's because he did what many believed was impossible, to become strong despite his quirkless disability and quite the silver tongued man who managed to misdirect and completely dissuade other poeple from looking into him until it was too late, even managing to convince his allies to follow through with his orders during his quest.
"No one ever expects a quirkless Deku like me to be one of the greatest villains in history, it was until I showed my face after creating my infinity gauntlet then people started taking me seriously"
Presence Concealment: A+ : is the capacity to hide one's presence as a Servant.
Hides one's presence as a Servant. Suitable for spying. It is possible to disappear completely and become almost impossible to be detected, even against a Servant's perception. However, efficiency will decrease once preparations to attack are taken.
Izuku was considered by the society that he lived as someone who's not worth the trouble from both his peers and from heroes, it's because of his quirkless disability that forced Izuku into his goal of changing hero society.
Izuku learned to use his quirkless disability as a cover while he operated as the Villain 'Apotheosis' which actually worked to his advantage as many heroes were debating what quirk Apotheosis had so they could find him after figuring out that he was a Highschool student only to realize far far too late that Izuku was quirkless.
Izuku took more advantage of his quirkless nature by hiding his face so no one knew of his true identity until the creation of the infinity gauntlet.
As such, so long as other servants haven't seen Izukus face or gauntlet then they will immediately believe he was a normal human among other humans.
Noble Phantasm(s)-
"My ultimate creation, utilizing DNA that I harvested from blood and Crystalized them into stones to be used in my gauntlet, granting me the strongest quirks in my world. Ability: This weapon, all the planning, all the information, all the building had all led to this point of Izuku Midoriya's legend, the truth of his goal.
To change Hero Society entirely to ensure false heroes like All Might no longer had a spot as a hero and to ensure the name 'Hero' returned to its former glory, for those who truly desired to help.
Izuku got the idea from an old comic done by Marvel Comics in the pre quirk age which Izuku spent over a year to complete and he finally done so but unlike the comics that the gauntlet was forged from, it had five with three slots going down the arm, one on the back palm and one on the palm.
When Izuku unleashed the gauntlet, he fought all might to a stand still and this was with only 3 Quirk Created Stones, out of 5.
When the next stone was created, he defeated All Might or rather fought him off after exposing the frail skeleton to the world.
And when the final stone was placed, Izuku truly defeated all might and forced him to flee from Japan.
Outer Arm Slot: Space Stone(Blue): Creating Warp Gates/Portals, Flash Warping though in short distances, Locking things into a point of space, Epidermal Shield.
Middle Arm Slot: Reality Stone(Red): Matter Manipulation, Some Gravity Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, Body Levitation.
Inner Arm Slot: Time Stone(Yellow): Time Stop in a zone for 10 seconds, Restoration which affects both organic and non organic but can't heal lost limbs or fatigue.
Back Palm Slot: Power Stone(Green): One for All Crystalized, grants the user super strength equal to potentially greater than All Might, and can to amplify the effects of the other stones.
Palm Slot: Soul Stone(Purple): All for One Crystalized, able to steal quirks and store them within the Stone for use, current quirks that is stored is Notice me not, X-Ray Eye, Eye Stamp, Sludge, Energy Conversion, Vector, Quirk Multiplier, Hell Flame, Weather Dominator, Serpantress, Gigantification.
