Lore: Deoxys was formed by the mutation of a virus from space. The Pokémon is highly intelligent; its brain appears to be the crystal in its chest. This organ is capable of firing laser beams. As shown in the anime, it is able to regenerate any part of its body that it may have lost during a battle. It has also demonstrated the ability to create an aurora without changing its Forme. These auroras can have different electromagnetic wavelengths and are used to communicate with other Deoxys. It is also shown that the various electromagnetic waves given off by people, Pokémon, and all electronics can obscure its vision if there is enough interference with its communication. This Pokémon came from outer space from inside of a meteor. Deoxys's different forms each possess different abilities and techniques.

Existence Outside of Domain: A: is a Class Skill associated with Foreigners. Denotes a being that descended from the void of outer space.

Deoxys is a Pokémon, a creature usually coined from a form of earth, originally formed as a virus but mutated into a Pokémon like creature, Deoxys came from outer space within a meteorite that is on a crash course to earth however the Pokémon Rayquaza in its mysterious form known as Mega Evolution and it's trainer left earth in an attempt to destroy the meteorite which the trainer and Pokémon did but released the Alien Pokémon down onto Earth.

Divinity: E- : Is the measure of whether one has Divine Spirit aptitude or not. At high levels, one is treated as a mixed race of a Divine Spirit - a demi-god. Those who have A Rank Divinity or above have reached the Throne of Gods, although they are still just short of being a true god due to lacking a Divine Core. The level declines when the Heroic Spirit's own rank as a Monster or Demonic Beast rises; it can also decrease due to one's dislike for the gods.

Deoxys is nothing close to a divine being but is seen as an anomaly that is formed from outside of earth due to a mutation, while it is a legendary Pokémon in terms of earth standards and ranking, Deoxys is seen as perhaps the first known instance of Pokémon that is outside of earth, while not seen as a god to many, it can be seen as first contact to alien type Pokémon.

Personal Skills-

*Pokemon Move Set: A+ : Deoxys much like any other Pokémon on earth, they possess incredible power in the form of moves, each move is significantly different as well as each Pokémon is different, however based on what is known from Pokémon Trainers, Pokémon could only wield 4 Moves at all times and in order to learn a new, they must forget one move to learn another, Deoxys possess four moves however due to its Noble Phantasm, Each move correlates specifically to one of four forms.

The Pokémon Movesets also has specific amounts of uses per day before needing to recover during sleep.

*-Recover: This Move allows Deoxys to recover up to 50% of their current HP at any point, effectively healing from all forms of damage, Recover has a max of 10 Uses per day.

*-Iron Defense: This Move allows Deoxys to increase their physical defense for a short time, this can allow the Pokémon to negate properties known to Pierce all forms of defense. This move has 30 Uses per day and Deoxys is known to utilize this move more in its Defense Form.

*-Zen Headbutt: This Move allows Deoxys to collect Psychic Energy inside their head and strikes the target dealing both physical and force damage to the target which a chance to cause stun, This move has 20 Uses per day and Deoxys is known to utilize this move more in its Attack Form.

*-Psychic: This Move allows Deoxys to collect then condense psychic energy onto a single target crushing said target in the weight of psychic energy, dealing powerful damage, This Move has 10 Uses per day and Deoxys is known to utilize this move more in its Speed Form.

*Monstrous Strength: A: is a Skill that temporarily grants a rank-up to one's Strength parameter for a time limit determined by the ranking of this Skill. It is borne from the holder's nature as a monster or Demonic Beast.

While in Attack Form, This Skill becomes Active, Deoxys could enhance its physical damage capabilities even further with this skill which enhances the physical damage move set from its Pokémon Moveset skill, however even without using its moveset, Deoxys with this skill can easily crush stone and flatten Iron all without breaking sweat. However that's Deoxys base strength so when this is activated by Deoxys for a short time, can destroy buildings with its strength alone and even capable of crushing other servants easily

*Battle Continuation: A: is a Skill that allows for the continuation of combat after sustaining mortal wounds. It will also reduce mortality rate from injury. This Skill represents the ability to survive and/or the mentality of one who doesn't know when to give up, consisting of one's strength of vitality in predicaments.

While in Defense Form, This Skill becomes Active, Deoxys could survive attacks that would be incredibly baffling to many, it's bodies hardness would withstand even A-Rank Noble Phantasm and survive an onslaught of numerous attacks and weapons from all sides, all without obtaining a single scratch on its body however when it does hurt, it can mitigate that damage even further to below such attacks base damage.

*Super Speed: A: This skill indicates one's ability and affinity for speed.

While in Speed Form, This Skill becomes Active, Deoxys could reach speeds that would baffle a lot of servants and masters alike, in terms of speed, it ranges from reaching one side of a city to the other in seconds, Deoxys could create visible after images easily to even outpacing attacks that could hit in seconds such as Gae Bolg from Cu Chulainn to even The Three Swallow Attack from Sasaki Kojirou.

Type: Anti-Unit(Self)

Ability: This is the power of Deoxys, It has the ability to change its form to three other forms to maximize a singular stat though based on records of sightings of Deoxys, it can only shape into three forms, minus its normal form.

Its attack form is known to maximize physical attack and can dish out some powerful attacks, in terms of Stat Scaling in the Pokémon World, it's a base 180.

Its defense form is known to maximize personal physical defense which can withstand even the strongest of attacks easily, in terms of Stat Scaling in the Pokémon World, it's a base 180.

Its speed form is known to maximize speed which outrun even the fastest attacks ranging from cars, bullets to even rider class servants, in terms of Stat Scaling in Pokémon, it's a base 180.

The downside that it takes a bit for Deoxys to change forms and cannot access the high stat traits of other forms while in its current form and prefers using its normal form due to its balance of Attack, Defense and Speed.

-Normal Form: In its Normal Forme, Deoxys has tapering legs with a segmented, vertical, blue stripe on the upper portion.

The abdomen is black with vertical lines, while the majority of its skin is reddish-orange.

The arms are capable of taking different forms, usually a pair of tentacles coiled in a double helix.

One tentacle is the primary skin color, while the other is light blue.

Alternatively, it can form more humanoid arms with a red top and blue underside and a five-fingered hand.

This Form has a blunt protrusion with a single blue stripe on either side of its head and stubby tail.

-Attack Form: While in its Attack Form, Deoxys's legs remain tapered.

However, its blue stripes are no longer segmented and run the entire length of the leg and there is now a large spike on the knee.

Two pairs of whip-like tentacles with pointed tips, one reddish-orange and one blue, replace its previous coiled, blunted tentacles.

The protrusions on its head are now triangular with an additional one extending from the top of its head.

Most of its reddish-orange skin has receded, revealing a striated, black chest and abdomen. Finally, its tail is now longer and more pointed.

While the Attack Form is Active, the Monstrous Strength Skill Becomes Active.

-Defense Form: Deoxys's Defense Forme has bulky, wide legs that are somewhat flat at the end with a bluish-green spot on each knee.

It retains its two pairs of red and blue tentacles, but they are now flat and broad.

The head has fused with its body and all protrusions are gone, causing it to resemble a helmet.

The reddish-orange skin now covers the entire body, so none of its inner black portions are visible.

There is now a single blue stripe on each shoulder, and its tail has disappeared.

While the Defense Form is Active, The Battle Continuation Skill becomes active.

-Speed Form: The Speed Forme of this Pokémon has a sleek black body with thin striation.

The reddish-orange skin now covers only its head, hip joints, and the area around its crystal.

There is now only one tentacle on each side of its body, one red and one blue.

The protrusions on its head now point upward and the back of its head now forms a long spike.

There is a long, thick blue stripe running down the center of this longer protrusion.

More blue stripes appear on either hip joint and on its legs.

While the Speed Form is Active, The Super Speed Skill becomes Active.
