Sakura's expression was nearly blank at first glance , but past her stiff shoulders , slightly ajar mouth ,and the fact that her breathing was coming in deep and full ,it only took one look at her green orbes to know that she was a typhoon of emotions at the moment.

She stared at the man in front of her as if he was a ghost , a man she thought was dead for a long time .

"Sasuke" she muttered his name ,and tears started running down her cheeks .

The uchiha took a moment to take in his old teammate apparence , It was the same girl he knew , yet so different. different in a way he couldn't ignore ,and it made him ask some questions .

She looked magnificent in her beauty , her face a bit leaner than he remembered ,but still held that brightness , her lips fuller , and her body ... how can he describe it ? it was hard not to notice ,but he's sure as hell that the sakura he fought along side with one year ago didn't have all those curves , can one year turn a girl to a woman ? .

The Pinkett cut his thoughts when she stepped toward him and hugged him tightly , he allowed her but didn't hug her back.

"You'r alive ...how ?" she asked murmuring into his shoulder.

" Yes , alive , not just me ,everyone is alive sakura ,we all survived" he muttered.

sakura stepped away from him , eyes wide open " What do you mean you all survived ? you and naruto were our last hope and i was there when you lost the battle and..."

"Sakura " he cut her off " sit down ,i'll tell you what happened".

...15 minutes later

As always sasuke was fast at telling events , ignoring all the unnecessary details .

"And after 6 monthes of looking for you from one dimension to another ,i found your chakra signal in here , was so weak ,but i managed to detected for a minute" He finished .

the pinkett looked perplexed , happy that her home was safe , but some things didn't make sense .

"So you'v been looking for me for 6 monthes ??" she asked.

"Hin "

"Why just those last six monthes ?" hurt could be heard in her voice .

sasuke frowned , wasn't he clear about him being the only one able to travel dimensions and his trial ??

"We wanted to look for you the moment we defeated zutsu , however we were out of chakra ,and then there was recovery and my trial as i told you "

"Wait ...how long did that take sasuke ? " she asked looking at him " how long has it been since you defeated zetsu ?"

" About a year , i started looking for you when they set me free 6 monthes ago " he said .

"One year !?" She repeated , not believing her ears .

"Yes "

"It can not be one year " she basically screamed .

sasuke was confused for a moment before realizing what was going on " it has been longer for you ?"

he asked .

She nodded taking in his look and adding " and i was wondering why didn't you change "

"How long has it been for you ?"

"Six , six years "

sasuke now can see why his former teammate isn't a skinny teen anymore ,because she's not a teen anymore she's a grown up woman.

"You are still like 17 ,and im 22 " she said .

"Time doesn't always flies the same in other dimensions" he muttered .

"Something else doesn't in this dimension ,im sure you noticed"

"Chakra " he said while nodding " my reningan disappeared and i get drained of chakra so fast " he added.

"Well at least yours isnt blocked as was mine , ...the first time i arrived here i thought i lost my chakra , it took me one year to reconnect with it ، and more to be able to use it properly. "

He frowned , this was going to be a problem. if he's chakara levels stay this low. he won't be able to get his reningan back , or use his sharingan for a long period , heck. they will be stuck in here !

"Any idea on how to regain my full chakra ?" he asked hopefully.

"Unfortunately ,no "

they were silent for a moment when she spoke again " heard you helped the people in trost "

he took a second to get what is trost ?

"Yes. they were fighting these ugly big humans,snd i was there ,so i offered some help "

she smiled at him for the first time " Glad to see that you are back to being the human sasuke i knew from before"

Sskura spent another hour or two with sasuke, asking about konoha and her friends ,then she told him about her life in this world , titans ,the language barrier, Eren ,the survey corp .

"It's getting late , Commander Erwin must be frustrated i stayed this long , he only allowed me to come alone because he trusts me "

as soon as she finished her sentence and stood to go ,Erwin and Levi appeared in front of the cell door .

"After everything i heard im not sure i should trust you anymore" the commander voice was deep , his bleu eyes looking at her as if piercing her soul .

levi was standing next to him ,his face empty of any emotion .

"You ...you were spying on me " she said accusing .

"We were making sure the new prisoner is not going to hurt you " replied levi "but looks like we were wrong and you dont need protection , in fact you have many things to explain "

Explaining things to Erwin was not easy , not when she spent 6 years lying to him , but at least she knows were to start , he already knows that she's not from his world .

"So you was lying about your memory loss " muttered levi .

" Yes ,i had too , you guys wanted informations about the outside world ,and i know nothing about that ,i had to pretend as if i lost some parts of my memories"

Erwin sat in chair in silence , rethinking about all the informations he just heard , he have always believed that life wasn't just inside the walls ,that civilization must exist somewhere out there , but the idea of other dimensions or world never crossed his mind.

" Sakura , you said your abilities allowed you to heal your body and others too , how much damage can you repair ?" he asked .

"Normally i can save any life as long as the person is still alive and his organ aren't totally destroyed ,however and with the small amout of chakra im able to use ,i can heal broken bones , burned skin , and some injuries ,i already did , for as i told you , sometimes i'd sneak into the hospital and help some soldiers"

Erwin nodded believing every word she said , he himself witnessed her power ,but was too clueless to link things together . He noticed before soldiers with small injuries and broken bones recovered faster than usual ,the doctors said that the new medications are miracle , turns out ,the only miracle here was a pink haired girl from another world .

he also remember when Robin's leg was caught in a titan mouth , he was sure that the man will not be able to walk again , his bons were severely damaged, but when they arrived at the hospital , it was only a simple broken leg , that day sakura insisted on going in the wagon with robin .

"I'll ask you one question Sakura and based on your answer i'll take my decision " Erwin started

she looked at him directly "And that will be ?"

"Are you on the humanity's side ?"

"Yes " she answered without any hesitation , ofcourse she was still on theirs side ,they were her friends and family now ,that wouldn't change even if her real family is still alive .

"hmm " hummed the commander before saying "I need you to explain to me exactly the full potential of your power , we are taking a huge step in humanity's history and if your power can help ,i need to know , bit first you should tell me about your companion and his intentions ,will he cooperate or not "

Levi left the Erwin's office after a while ,leaving the pinkett and the commander alone , he heard what was important ,details were not his specialty ,and he was too tired and confused to stay for longer .

Arriving at his room the captain let out a curse " The little shit was lying to us from the beginning: he murmured to himself as he laid on his back .

For the first time in years Levi didn't know how to describe his feelings , she lied to them ,to him ,all this time ,however it appears that she didn't betray them , despite hiding her true identity , sakura was so emotionally invested with the people inside the walls , he saw that in multiples occasions , she always gave her all for the cause .

but why was he feeling as if she betrayed him personally ? its because he likes her ,dammit .

upon reaching that conclusion levi let out a long breath he didn't he was holding.

yes he likes her , she was special to him ,he can't deny that , in the last five years Sakura has made her way to his heart slowly . he didn't notice how much he cared about her untill now .and he's not even sure when everything started , maybe it was the day she offered her friendship to him ?

No ,it was her first birthday with them .

That day was warm despite the snow covering the land , Levi wanted to stay alone ,so he reached for his favorite spot ,on top of the roof of the place he and his other commards call home , he didn't expect to see anyone setting there at this late hour , but to his surprise the pink haired girl was there , she was holding a small peace of cake , one candel on top of it . levi observed as the girl closed her eyes murmured something before letting out a small breath to blow the candel light , her face was so calm and beautiful , he could swear this is the most beautiful scene his eyes had ever laid eyes on .

she opend her small mouth to bite into the peace of cake when he spoke startling her .

"I don't like people celebrating my birthday either."

Sakura turned around to her surprise visitor, who was throwing his legs over the edge of the roof so he could sit beside her, their legs dangling just inches apart. Too stunned to even question why he was there, she asked, "How did you know it was my birthday?"

He shrugged, his eyes not focused on her but instead turned upwards to stare at the vast number of stars dancing across the sky. "Lucky guess I suppose." He paused.

"And I just saw you making a wish .."

"Oh."

"Didn't realize you were the type to make dumb wishes."

"Who said I was?" She retorted, turning to throw a withering gaze in his direction.

"The pathetic candle speaks for itself."

"I didn't know you could speak to inanimate objects. Must be an impressive resume you have, captain."

Levi released a huff of air followed by his signature 'tch', ignoring the sarcastic remark and leaving their conversation at a dead, cold end.

"So," she began, attempting to bring the conversation back to life. If he was going to sit here, she might as well try to pry whatever information she could out of his ridiculously clean hands. "What are you even doing here anyways?"

"It's a public place isn't it?"

sakura rolled her eyes, pointing an accusatory finger in his direction. "You didn't answer my question. What areyoudoing here?"

"I come here when I need to breathe." he said.

" I see , its okay if stay right ?"

levi side looked at her " You were here first " he pointed out .

" I know , i only came here to make a wish ,so if you wanna stay alone i'll go "

"So you admit making a wish ?" he said .

"Whatever , i'll go ,have a nice night "

Levi wasn't sure what compelled him to touch her hand and tell her to stay " Stay "

maybe it was the lack of sleep effect ?

They were silent for few minutes when she spoke again "So ...what's bothering you captain?"

He glared at her , okay maybe telling her to stay was a bad idea .

"Nothing , why do you ask ?"

"It's all upon your face , you look so tired lately ,more than ever ,and your temper is even shorter ,didn't thing that was possible "

"Hmm ,im fine though ,nothing to worry about "

"Tell that to someone else ,i'm very observant , so what's wrong with you lately ?"

He let out a sighed " I think maybe you should go sakura " he said.

"No ,not untill you tell me what's wrong with you , you may not care so much about your health but some of us do care ,and not sleeping is unhealthy " she basically screamed at him .

"Who cares ?" he found himself asking .her cares about his health ?

"I do " came her response.

"Don't worry brat , i can functions the same in the battlefield " he muttered.

"Not about that ,im sure you can handel yourself even in your depressed mode , but im talking about you as a person ,i care about you levi ,not the soldier "

her answer surprised him , she cares about his him as a person ? why ? .

she cut his thoughts by saying "Because i consider you a friend before a comrade , told you that remember "

He frowned "Tch ,i remember very well refusing your friendship " levi didn't mean to be rude ,it was just the way he talks or maybe because he had nothing else to say.

the pinkett wasn't fazed thought, she knows him well enough now .

"Not your choice ,from now on i'll be taking care of you "

three weeks later

The next expedition time is getting closer , Eren's training where going well , Sakura would try to encourage the teen and make sure he's well treated by the others ,especially Levi.

After what she heard happened in his trial she promised Mikasa that levi won't ever lay his hand on Eren on her watch.

the teenage girl was frustrated and she hates levi now , he hurted Eren and Eren was the most important person in Mikasa's life .

the pinkett sometimes wondered if her crazy obsession with sasuke reassembled Mikasa's devotion to Eren , but no ,Eren cared about mikasa in his own way , Sasuke didn't give a damn about what happens to her at the time , to think that the same man who was trying to kill her traveled dimensions looking for her , the old sakura would be overjoyed

by this , but this sakura doesn't give a damn , ironic right ? .

people change and living inside the walls changed her so much ,that she's barely able to keep a conversation with sasuke lately. he's been learning the language , meanwhile training his chakara so that he can gather enough chakra to activate his rreningan and teleport back home , nothing is working so far .

Both ninja's stood in the stable , sakura feeding her horse while sasuke watching the horizon

" There must be a source of chakra big enough in this world to help us out " The uchiha muttered .

"Maybe, one can only be hopeful" she replied not looking at him .

"No matter how much time i spend mediating ,my chakara stays as low as ever " the frustration could be heard in his voice.

"You tell me ! huh ,that's how i'v been living for about 6 years now "

she took her horse out , sasuke following , the pinkett petting the animal and and giving him more treats .

"Im not sure how are we going to go back home , but we need to do it fast , you know time isn't in our favor in this place "

Added the uchiha.

She nodded absently , her ears were with sasuke bit her eyes followed the dark haired captain who was passing by with his horse behind him .

she didn't have a real conversation with levi ever since her truth was revealed , it's like he was avoiding her , keeping theirs conversation as minimum as possible ,only related to work and this was getting on her nerve .

why was he avoiding her ? it's not like she's the enemy or anything ! okay maybe he has every right to be mad at her for lying but he has no right to stqy mad for this long .

levi barely acknowledged sasuke and sakura as he passed by twice , the pinkett green eyes kept following him untill he disappeared .

" There's something different about that guy " muttered sasuke

"What guy ?" she asked ?

"The one you kept staring at "

a small blush found its place on her cheeks , she was staring at levi ,there's no denying it , but not for the reasons sasuke might assume .

"What about him ?" she said .

"Saw him during Eren yeager trainings , quite fast for a mere civilian " muttered the uchiha

"Levi is amazing " she found herself saying.

sasuke side glanced at her and let out a simple hin .

before adding "I don't think you should participate in the upcoming mission "

Sakura looked back at her fellow ninja "What do you mean ?"

" We are barely able to gather enough chakara , it's gonna be a waste if you use in the mission "

Sakura tried to give her old teammate a chance before exploding in his face " Helping my commards is not a waste" she said sharply

sasuke was as calm as ever when he spoke "Look Sakura ,i know you lived with these people for five years,but they are not your people , your life and friends are in Konoha , your main goal now should be figuring out how to go back home , not planning and helping in a mission outside a wall "

Sakura felt her blood boiling , how dare he make it sound as if her commards life meant nothing ?

"Guess you never really changed , always self-centered , thinking only about yourself"

"Im thinking about you sakura ,about both of us , i came here to take you back to where you belong , but all i see is you drowning yourself in those people problems , you and i together can find a wayvout of here if you stopped wasting time on this world problems and focused on our goal :Going home"

Sakura side glanced at him " I have a duty toward these people ,and i will never let them down , no matter what the reason "

"Sakura , i'll ask you one question and you should answer honestly " he muttered.

"What is it ?"

"Do you still want to go home ?"

Sasuke's question was like a slap to her face , does she want to go home ? Going home was never an option for her and she came to accept that , but now sasuke is here and he can help her go home , of course she wants to go back to konoha ! but not now ,not when those people need her the most .

"Yes " she answered "But not now , not when they need me the most , i owe them "

sasuke nodded his understanding and they walked together back to the headquarters.

the day of the mission

It was Eren's and the rest of the cadet first mission outside of the walls ,

many of them won't see the walls again and the mere thought of it made Sakura sad ,She was ready , if there was an enemy inside of them as Erwin suspected they need to catch him now .

Her eyes flicked about in the crowd, looking for a black horse with an equally dark rider. She found Eren after a few moments. Erwin had not been shy of mentioning when they had all reunited the other day, this all hinged on him , they will protect him ,she will protect him and find out who's the traitor.

A few moments later, her pulse quickened when Captain Levi came into sight across the courtyard , ge just have that effect on her , ever since he started ignoring her she felt as if she's missing something , or someone and it made her angry that he of all people have that effect on her . He was walking his horse up to Eren. She could see him saying something that was probably very dry and sarcastic but they were far too far away for her to hear anything they said.

When they finally made it to Calaneth and Commander Erwin called for the 57thRecon Mission to officially . haru her horse surged forward without her even having to signal him, following the herd.
