20 years after the Upheaval Link and Zelda have started a life together with two children and Hyrule a democratic society things are looking up. That is until they hear that the Demon King has been resurrected and will arrive in Hyrule in less than 2 months with legions of monsters that spell unspeakable doom.

One day, the students of Garreg Mach disappeared without a trace. Two weeks later, they returned, having spent three years in the far-off land of Hyrule. This is their story.

When Link died, he died content. He had taken down the Calamity, saved the princess, and set about a time of peace for the entirety of Hyrule. It was only a shame he couldn't stay to enjoy it with Zelda, having passed at the very end of it all. But he didn't expect a goddess to nick his soul so he could save another world, nor had he expected it to backfire on her completely.
