I don't own Power Rangers or Cross Ange; those belong to their creators. This is for fun, not profit.

Chapter 11: The White Light of Evil

(One hour ago)

Before the singularity appears above the town and before the White Ranger uses it to travel between worlds, Prince Crimson screams as he begins to rampage in the command room.

In his rampage, the prince slams both of his hands on a computer breaking into pieces, he then proceeds to punching on the wall, after that he grabs onto a nearby Xedroid and throws to a wall before it falls to the ground, and then Prince Crimson screams in rage unleashing a small burst of energy which burnt the spot he was standing on along with the wall and made large cracks on the screens and viewing window but thankfully the latter didn't shatter into pieces.

Prince Crimson took a moment to pant as both Swartz and Cyber were watching his rampage in both fear and concern but mostly the former.

General Swartz then approaches the prince in hope to alleviate his anger.

"Your Highness, please try to calm down. Keep in mind the equipment here is delicate." He told him, but Prince Crimson angrily glared with his eyes glowing brightly which made Swartz stop in fear.

"Do not ask me to be calm, General!" Prince Crimson shouted at him which forced him to flinch. "It was already bad enough that the Red Ranger had interfered with our plans more than once! Now we have to contend with five of them! Just how do you expect me to remain calm after this?!"

Despite his fear over the prince's rage, Swartz told him this,

"I admit this is indeed a problem. But we can't allow our anger to blind us." He told him.

"I already told you! I don't want excuses!" Prince Crimson said as an aura of red energy appeared around his body.

General Swartz once again flinches in fear, Cyber was also frightened by this before he saw an alert from his computer and moved to check what it was.

"This is…Oh no." Cyber said in dread.

"What I need is results!" Prince Crimson then moves in front of Swartz. "But all we had was nothing but failure! If word of this had reached my father…!"

"Your Highness!" Cyber calls out. Prince Crimson and Swartz turned to him as the aura around the former's body died down. "We're receiving an incoming transmission from the Kaiser Empire."

Prince Crimson clicks his tongue in annoyance.

"Then dismissed it! Right now, I'm not in the mood for…" Prince Crimson said but Cyber interrupted him.

"But Your Highness…It's from the Emperor himself." Cyber told him.

Both Prince Crimson and General Swartz were surprised to hear that.

"What?!" Swartz said.

"Th-Then what are you waiting for?! Bring it up on screen!" Prince Crimson ordered before he and Swartz moved in front of the large screen.

"Of course!" Cyber said as he readies the transmission.

The Xedroids line up against the walls and salute with their weapons.

Prince Crimson stands in front of the large viewing screen along with General Swartz and Cyber as they stand by his side.

Then despite their damage state, the screens then played a large live transmission of a being in a dark room.

The only light source were several torches lined up by the walls along with a large crimson flame burning behind a throne and seated on that very throne was Prince Crimson's father and the ruler of the Kaiser Empire himself…Emperor Kaiser.

While the Emperor's appearance couldn't be seen due to the darkness around him, the Emperor had four things that made him stick out.

He had large-bladed fingers, he wore a red robe on his shoulders, he had a purple round light on his chest, but the thing that made the Emperor most noticeable is that he had large menacing red eyes.

Prince Crimson along with Swartz and Cyber kneeled before the Emperor and lowered their heads.

"Father." Prince Crimson greeted his father.

"It's been some time, my son." Emperor Kaiser greeted his son but noticed how nervous he was right now. "Is something wrong? You look worried."

Prince Crimson flinches but tries to keep his composer.

"It's…It's nothing. It's just that your call was unexpected." He told him.

"Well…I have a good reason for that. I hadn't received any word from you for some time and wondered if something had happened. Has there been only problems in the conquest of Earth?" The Emperor questions his son.

Now worried by this, Prince Crimson raised his head and shook his head.

"No! Of course not. It's just…those inferior lifeforms are putting up a greater resistance than we had expected. But I promise you, it will only be a matter of time until they're left groveling beneath our feet." Prince Crimson said before he bowed his head again.

Emperor Kaiser hums to hear that while tapping his bladed fingers on his throne's armrest.

"Oh? Then tell me this. What is this that I hear about…Power Rangers?" Emperor Kaiser questions.

Prince Crimson along with General Swartz and Cyber were shocked by this, while Prince Crimson was more worried and terrified on how his father would act if he learned about their Ranger problem.

(Play: Believe in Nexus by Masaaki Endoh)

(Instrumental) (As the song starts, two Earths appear one at a time before they collide against each other creating a flash of light which blinded the screen.)

(Sono te nobashi te mabayui ashita o tsukamitore! Mugen no sora hamatake Believe in Nexus!) (Five of the Nexus Zords had appeared as the Racer, Wolf, and Dozer Zords were racing on a large road while the Chopper and Falcon Zords were flying above them before they turned into a flash of light and flew into the vast open sky before the story's title appeared on screen.)

(Araburu kono shoudo daremino tomiranai!) (The Nexus Rangers were standing on a hill as they looked at the town where the Children of Aura resides as some of them in DRAGON form flew above them as they watched them in awe.)

(Hiri asa mi kirikou o taka maru kono Heart Beat!) (Then it changes to a split screen with Salamandinay looking at her Enryugo as it was still incomplete, and Ange who was in her room in Arzenal as she was seated on her bed while looking at her ring, before it changes to Embryo and behind him was a man hidden in darkness holding a Morpher in his hand.)

(Bi chinai sou o natato sekawaerai!) (Then it changes showing an army of Xedroids and behind them were Prince Crimson, General Swartz, and Cyber.)

(Koko de oarasatakunai Go For It!) (Next the screen changes to the Rangers commencing their Morphin Sequence as they Morph into their suits before their helmets appeared.)

(Tachiagare kodoku ni obiekuru e naide!) (The screen changes showing a fleet of Xe-Fighters and an army of Xe-Bots charging forward to attack, then changes to the Nexus Rangers loading their Zord Cards into their Morphers as they soon appear, and the Rangers jump into them.)

(Nakama ma batte irukoto mou ichido omoidase!) (In his cockpit, the Nexus Red Ranger inserts his Battle Mode Card into his Morpher and his Racer Zord changes into the said mode.)

(Kowaku wa naisa akirame wa shinai donna tsugoi yatsu ni mo make wa shinai itsudatte o kino yuuki de Believe In Nexus!) (Then each of the Nexus Zord launch respective attacks on their enemies before the Kaiser Sphere in the sky. Then the Zords combine forming the Nexus Prime Megazord, and then energy appears around the Megazord before it flies at the Kaiser Sphere to attack and when it collides against the Sphere a large flash of light appears blinding the screen. Then it changes to both Earths before the Nexus Rangers along with the villain leaders appeared as they faced each other.)

Now realizing that can't keep the truth from him, Prince Crimson had told his father, Emperor Kaiser, on how the Nexus Rangers had appeared and how they interfered with their conquest of the Earth.

As he listened, Emperor Kaiser tabs his bladed fingers on his throne's armrest.

"So…You mean to tell me that because of your own incompetence, five Rangers had started to appear one at a time and they interfered in your plans more than once. Thus, making a mockery of you, right?" Emperor Kaiser questions.

Despite being fearful of what his father would do, Prince Crimson raised his head to explain himself.

"Father, if I may…"

But Emperor Kaiser's eyes glowed brightly as he leans forward and glares at his own son.

"Did I give you permission to talk back to me?!" Emperor Kaiser exclaims at his son, forcing Crimson to shut his mouth and lower his head.

Emperor Kaiser calmed down as light on his eyes had died down and leaned back on his throne.

"That's better. But you shouldn't misunderstand my words. I know you're still able to achieve great things, so you shouldn't count yourself short. Afterall, you're both my son and the heir to my great empire. Never forget that." He told his son.

"I won't. Thank you, Father." Prince Crimson said.

"But…" The Emperor said, which made Crimson grow concerned again. "If these Rangers are indeed posing a problem, then maybe I should deal with them myself."

Despite the fear of facing his father's warth, Prince Crimson raised his head.

"No, Father! That won't be necessary!" He told him while both Swartz and Cyber were worried about the prince talking back to his father, Emperor Kaiser remained calm and listened to his son. "Please, just give me time and I'll destroy the Rangers myself. And the Earth will still be yours for the taking."

"Can you actually keep that promise?" Emperor Kaiser asked, and Prince Crimson bowed his head.

"Yes. I swear by my honor as both your son and heir to the Kaiser Empire, that I will not fail you." Prince Crimson swore to his father.

Emperor Kaiser thought about it as he tapped his bladed fingers on his throne a few times before stopping and gave his answer.

"Very well. Then I'll give you that chance to prove yourself." Emperor Kaiser told his son.

Relieved by this, Prince Crimson raised his head.

"Thank you, Father! I promise, you won't regret this." He told him.

"I would hope not. Because as both my son and heir, I still expect great things from you. Swartz! Cyber!" Emperor Kaiser called out to them as they raised their heads.

"Yes, sire!"

"Continue to give my son your full support and aid him as you always had. Can I trust you to handle that much?" Emperor Kaiser questions the general and scientist.

Both Swartz and Cyber bowed their heads.

"Of course! By your will, Emperor!" They said.

"Good. I'll be expecting a good report soon. Until then." Emperor Kaiser told them before he ended the transmission.

After that, Prince Crimson along with Swartz and Cyber sighed in relief before they stood up.

"Well…This was certainly stressful. I was worried that we'll face the Emperor's wrath." Cyber said before he turned to the prince. "You certainly have a way for words, Your Highness."

"Spare me your groveling, Cyber." Prince Crimson told him, and the scientist bowed his head and backed away. "But still, how did he learn about the Rangers? It should've been impossible without any reports from me."

"Well, you should know better than anyone that the Emperor has eyes and ears everywhere. Even the Kaiser Sphere is no exception, even in this great distance." General Swartz said.

"I suppose that's true. But that doesn't matter right now. We must find a way to deal with the Rangers before they become an even greater nuisance to the Empire." Prince Crimson said, and Swartz nodded in agreement.

"Agreed. Which is why you must learn to remain calm and focus. Forgive me for being insolent, but you mustn't allow your anger to cloud your judgment." Swartz told him.

As they were speaking, Cyber noticed another alert coming up on his computer. Worried that it was the Emperor again, he quickly checks to see what it was only to see it wasn't Emperor Kaiser but something else entirely.

"This is…"

Prince Crimson scoffs at Swartz's advice but knows that he's right.

"Fine. But how do you suggest that we…" Prince Crimson spoke before Cyber called out to him.

"Prince Crimson!" Prince Crimson and Swartz turned to the Empire's top scientist, but the prince was more or less annoyed.

"What is it now, Cyber?!" He exclaimed.

"I'm detecting a strange and massive energy source from the planet. You have to see this." Cyber said before he uses his computer to change the large screen/viewing monitor.

It showed a live transmission of the town and that's when they saw a singularity appearing above it. They were surprised to see this.

"What is this?" Prince Crimson said.

(Back in the present)

In the base, the Rangers and their friends look at the White Ranger as they were surprised to see him.

"Another Ranger?" Naga said.

"Who…Who is that?" Kaname asked.

"Kurt…" Alisa said, gaining the attention of Salamandinay's group. "That's Kurt, the White Nexus Ranger. He's our sixth Ranger."

"Truly?" Salamandinay said before she and the others looked at the White Ranger. "Then…why did he jump down from the singularity?"

"Well…the only logical conclusion I can come up with is that Kurt was on the other Earth somehow." Shin told them.

"But why or how?" Salamandinay asked.

"Does it really matter right now?" Alisa asked, gaining everyone's attention. "Kurt's back and he's alive well. Shouldn't we be happy about that?"

That's when Dean answered her question.

"No, this is bad." The others turned to the Red Ranger. "We're all in danger now."

"What are you talking about? It's Kurt." Alisa said before they turned to the screen.

In the town, the townspeople were looking at the White Ranger who had just crashed in the town. While they wonder who he was and why he had arrived in such a way, they thought he was a friend of Dean's due to his Ranger form.

The White Ranger looks around in the town he was now in along with the people who were looking at him. He then looks at one of them.

"You." The White Ranger calls out and she flinches. "Do you know what I am?"

"Yes…You're a Power Ranger." She answered, and the White Ranger smiles underneath his helmet.

"Good. You just save me the trouble of explaining." The White Ranger said before he pulled out a Card from his holder which had an image of a blaster on it. "Load Card."

He then inserts his Card into his Lion Knuckle Morpher, and a long gun barrel appears on top of the Lion Knuckle with the front being like a lion's head. This is the Lion Knuckle Morpher's Blaster Mode.

The White Ranger then aimed his blaster at one of the townspeople and fired a laser at her which left a cut on her cheek. Everyone then looks at the White Ranger in shock and fear before he uses his blaster to fire at some of the buildings to destroy them.

The White Ranger then aims his blaster back at the townspeople.

"You may want to run or fly now." The White Ranger suggested, and everyone screams as they run or fly away from him before he begins firing at them and walks to them.

The Rangers along with Salamandinay, Naga, and Kaname were shocked to see the White Ranger attacking the townspeople, except for Dean as he sneakily walked away from his friends.

"What the hell is Kurt doing?" Aaron said.

"Why is he…?" Alisa said.

"Does it really matter right now?! We need to stop him before he kills someone." Shin told them.

"Right!" Claire nodded before she turned to Pixel. "Pixel, get the transporter ready."

"You g-g-got…I-I-I…" Pixel said before she began to glitch and static appeared around her body.

Everyone was surprised by this before Pixel placed her hands on her head.

"What is this?" Salamandinay said.

"Pixel, what's wrong?" Claire asked.

"M-M-M-My systems! T-T-They're s-s-shu…Aaaahhh!" Pixel screams before her body shatters and disappears.

Seeing that shocked the four Rangers along with Salamandinay's group.

"What the…?" Alisa said.

"What just happened?" Salamandinay said.

Aaron then notices that someone is now missing.

"Wait…Where's Dean?" The Black Ranger said before the others notice that the Red Ranger was missing as well.

They looked around and soon saw that Dean, in his Ranger Form, was standing on top of the transporter with his finger on his Morpher's screen. They were surprised to see this.

"Dean?" Aaron said.

"What are you doing?" Alisa asked.

Instead of answering, the Red Ranger types a code on his Morpher's screen.

"Sorry, guys. I'll explain everything later…If I come back." Dean said before he pressed a button to activate the transporter to teleport out of the base while leaving his friends confused.

"If he comes back?" Salamandinay said.

"What does he mean by that?" Kaname said.

"It doesn't matter. We need to follow him." Shin said as he and the other Rangers moved to the transporter to follow Dean.

But they soon stop as they see the lights suddenly turning off one at a time along with the computer as the screen turns dark. That's when the emergency lights turned on which illuminated the darkness.

"What happened?" Naga said.

"The emergency power came on?" Claire said.

"But that usually happens once we have a black out. And we rarely get those." Alisa said.

Both Shin and Aaron were standing by the transporter to see if it can still work, but it can't respond to their commands since there's no power.

"And without power, we can't transport out of here." Shin said.

"You mean we're trapped in here?" Kaname said in worry.

Shin then moved in front of the computer with the others following him. Shin types on the computer to bring it online, but it wasn't responding to his commands.

"Dang it. I think Dean must have shut down the base's main power systems while leaving the reserve systems online." Shin concluded.

Seeing that using the computer isn't an option, Claire then uses her Morpher to contact Pixel.

"Pixel, come in! We need you to bring the main power online!" Claire said but got no response from the base's AI. "Pix? Pixel, can you hear me?!"

But still no response, that's when they had realized what happened to Pixel.

"I think Dean just shut down Pixel along with power." Shin said.

"What? He can do that?" Kaname said.

"He can. Because Dean has master key access to the base's entire systems, including Pixel. It was designed in case the base or Pixel fell into enemy control, and since Dean is our leader, we trusted him to make the right judgment to use it." Shin said before he noticed that Salamandinay's group were giving him questionable looks. "Hey! It seemed like a good idea at the time!"

"But…Pixel hates it when that happens. He knows that better than anyone." Claire said.

"Maybe he did it to make sure we can't follow him, so he can deal with Kurt himself." Aaron said.

As the White Ranger continues to walk forward and shoot at anyone around him, one of the town's people trips and falls to the ground. He then grabs her by the neck and picks her up.

As she struggles to break free, she asks the White Ranger this question.

"Why are you doing this? I thought you were supposed to protect people." The White Ranger darkly chuckles before he answers her question.

"Oh please. I discarded that role a long time ago." His Morpher/Weapon changed back to its Knuckle Mode, he then pulled it back ready to punch her.

Just as the White Ranger aimed his Lion Knuckle to ready a punch, he soon noticed a laser blast heading straight towards before he deflected it with his Knuckle.

The White Ranger then saw that one who fired at him was Dean armed with his Blaster.

"And look who it is? I was just wondering if you'll ever show up." He said.

Dean lowered his blaster and pointed his finger at the White Ranger.

"Kurt! Put. Her. Down. Now!" Dean told him.

The White Ranger thought about it before he shrugged.

"But of course. I was just done with her anyway." Kurt said before he put the girl down.

"Run! Now!" Dean told her, and she nodded to thank him before she ran away.

Dean then turns back to the White Ranger who was staring at him.

"So…We're alone now. How do you want to settle this?" The White Ranger asked.

"First, take off the helmet. I need to know if that's really you under there." Dean requested.

"But of course. Anything for an old friend." The evil White Ranger said before he took off his helmet, showing his face to the Red Ranger.

The White Ranger is the same age as Dean. He had long brown hair that reached behind his neck and gray eyes. This is Kurt Summers, the White Nexus Ranger.

Dean narrows his eyes beneath his helmet after seeing that the White Ranger is indeed the Kurt that he knew.

"This is proof enough for you?" Kurt questions, and Dean nodded.

"You look good for someone who is over 500 years old." Dean said.

Kurt chuckles to hear that.

"Funny. I could say the same thing about you. I mean I did see your wanted posters." Kurt said. "I suppose Pixel and Max must have put you in a cryo-pod so you could heal. But still, it took you over 500 years to wake up. Pix must be really losing her edge."

"But she kept me alive, and that's what really matters. But what's your secret?" Dean questions, and Kurt chuckles before he places a hand on his chin.

"Let's just say this is one of the many gifts that Master Embryo has given me." Kurt answered.

"'Master' Embryo huh? So you're still working with him after all this time. Supporting his madness." Dean said, and Kurt narrowed his eyes.

"It's not madness when he's in the right. Just like during the D-War. You saw it for yourself, how the humans in the old-world fight against each other, destroying the planet. It was only going to be a matter of time until they wiped each other out, we just sped it up ahead of time." Kurt said.

"You couldn't have possibly known that, Kurt. I mean look!" Dean said as he and Kurt looked at the town, they were in. "Despite what Embryo did in the past, the survivors were able to thrive. They may have had their struggles and hardships, but they were able to save the planet and built an entire new world."

Kurt scoffs at the Red Ranger.

"But you don't know if they'll repeat the same mistakes as their ancestors. Trust me, once the world becomes overpopulated, then it will be a matter of time when they'll start fighting each other again." Kurt said.

"I know. But I also know that's not to me, it's up to them. Besides, how is Embryo's new world different from the last one?" Dean asked. "You and Embryo claimed to have made a world of true peace and prosperity, but it was built by the blood and sacrifices of thousands of innocent people. And you know how the Norma is being treated there."

"Yeah. I do." Kurt answered.

"And yet that's another example that Embryo's way is completely wrong. Drawing in human sacrifices to help power an empty world. People being unfairly prosecuted because they were born different from others. It's just another way of showing that humanity would never be perfect. You should know that better than anyone!" Dean said.

Kurt was silent for a moment before he burst out laughing.

"Hahahaha! Oh, trust me!" Kurt smiles and then he frowns. "I do. But it doesn't matter to me either way, because Master Embryo is always on the right. Even though he may not be a god, I say he's pretty much the next best thing."

Dean narrows his eyes.

"You know, I really hope that somewhere deep down, some part of the old Kurt was still in there somehow. But I see I was wrong, there's no good left in you." Dean said.

"Then you won't back down?" Kurt questions.

"You know I can't do that." Dean answered.

Kurt smirks and chuckles before he shows the Red Ranger a face that was ready for battle.

"Then it would appear…" Kurt said before he put his helmet back on and stared at Dean. "That we're at an impasse."

Dean then stares back at Kurt, the two Rangers standing still for a while before Dean raises his Blaster while Kurt tightens his hand on his Knuckle. Standing close to them was a tree before one its leaves broke off and slowly fell to the ground which signaled their fight as both the Red and White Rangers roared and charged at each other.

Dean fires at Kurt with his Blaster, and the White Ranger deflected his laser blasts with his Lion Knuckle, then when the two Rangers were close enough, they stop and throw a punch at each other.

In the base, Shin attempted to use his techopathic powers on the computer to see if he can bring the main power or even Pixel back online. Claire was standing by this side.

"Well, Shin, anything?" Claire asked.

Shin groans in frustration before his eyes change back to their normal color and remove his hands.

"It's no good! Without any power, my technopathy is useless." Shin said.

"Then can't you come up with another idea? I mean you are the boy genius with five PhDs under his belt." Claire said.

"Seven." Shin corrected her. "And I'm trying the best that I can."

"Then maybe we should try a more direct approach." Aaron said before he knelt down to the floor and placed his hands on it.

Then a black aura of light appeared around his hands and body.

"What are you…?" Kaname said.

He then absorbs the metal materials of the floor to coat his entire body before he stands up and punches his metal fist into his hand. Salamandinay, Naga, and Kaname were left amazed by this.

Aaron then walks to the door before he spits on his hands and rubs them together, the Black Ranger then begins punching on the metal door and tries to pry it open from the gabs.

As Shin watches Aaron, he narrows his eyes at him.

"Hey, Aaron, in case you've forgotten every door in the base is made out of unbreakable materials. So not even Dean can punch his way out, and I doubt you can do much better." Shin told him before Aaron turns to him as he continues to pry the door open.

"Yeah, but waiting around and doing nothing won't do us any good either." Aaron said before he began punching the door again. Shin sighed as he shook his head.

"Fine. I guess we'll divide and conquer." Shin said before he pulls out his trusty screwdriver from his hoodie, he then knelt down to remove the screws on a panel on the computer to expose the wiring beneath it.

Shin then proceeds to disconnect and reconnect the wiring to bring the power or Pixel back online.

"Claire, Alisa. See if you can get the transporter online." Shin told them.

"You got it." Claire nodded. She was about to move towards the transporter but saw that Alisa was standing still. "Alisa?"

Alisa blinks before she turns to the Pink Ranger.

"I'm sorry, what?" Alisa said.

"Shin…Want us to work on the transporter." Claire told her.

"Oh…right. We should really do that." Alisa said before she headed to the transporter and Claire followed behind her.

Claire then looks at the Yellow Ranger as she had a good idea why she spaced out for a moment.

'I guess seeing Kurt attacking people must've gotten to her.' Claire thought.

Then the Pink and Yellow Rangers begin to tinker with the transporter to see if they can get it working again.

Salamandinay then turned to her subordinates before they nodded to each other.

As Shin was working to get the computer online, Salamandinay approached him and tapped on his shoulder making the Blue Ranger turn to her.

"If you want, I can assist you with this." Salamandinay offered her help to him.

Shin chuckled to hear that before he went back into working on the computer's systems.

"Oh really? Do you even know what a quantum helix drive is?" Shin questions.

"It's a system that operates the computer's main power systems, correct? It allows it to operate in total maximum efficiency while keeping a study flow with the extra access power and assures it doesn't overheat every 24 hours or so." Salamandinay told him.

Shin blinks to hear that before he turns back to the DRAGON Princess and is speechless right now. Salamandinay noticed the look in his eyes and shrugged.

"What? I know my way around machinery." Salamandinay told him.

Now convinced that she'll be able to assist him, Shin brings out an extra screwdriver from his hoodie to hand it to her.

"Then how good you are with a screwdriver?" Shin asked, Salamandinay confidently smirked and accepted his tool.

"I'm quite confident with this as I am with my sword." Salamandinay said as she skillfully spun it around.

Aaron punches on the door before he went back into prying it open. That's when he saw a sword and a spear were placed into the gab, the Black Ranger saw it was from Naga and Kaname as they tried to pry it open as well.

"What are you…?" Aaron said before Kaname and Naga smirked at him.

"At this point, I believe six hands is better than two." Kaname told him.

Aaron smirks to hear that.

"Alright. On three then. One…two…three!" Aaron said as they tried to pry the door together.

As Claire and Alisa were working on the transporter, Claire looked at their allies as they helped Shin and Aaron respectively. The Pink Ranger smirks but then she wonders about Dean's actions by trapping them in base while he goes to face Kurt himself.

"Honestly, Dean, trapping us in here like this. You have a lot of explaining to do once we're out." Claire said.

"Yeah. Including Kurt." Alisa said.

Both Dean and Kurt's punches landed on their respective helmets which led to a cross counter. Then both Rangers throw in another punch at each other, Dean manages to avoid Kurt's punch and his fist lands directly in front of his helmet which forces the White Ranger to stumble back.

The Red Ranger uses this chance to fire his Blaster at Kurt, but the White Ranger deflected his blaster fire in time before he dodges two of them, as he avoids them Kurt soon pulls out a different Weapons Card that has the image of a sword.

"Load Card!" Kurt said as he inserted the Card into his Morpher.

Kurt then swung his Morpher/Weapon to the side as a gold long sword appeared on top of the Lion Knuckle with a symbol of a lion's body in the middle with the head being on the top of it.

Kurt soon charges at Dean as the Red Ranger continues to fire at him, but the evil White Ranger deflects his laser blasts with his sword before he jumps into the air to attack Dean with his sword.

Acting quickly, Dean changes to his Blaster's Dagger Mode and uses it to block Kurt's sword but the force of his attack forced the Red Ranger to fall on one knee as Kurt brought his sword onto his shoulder.

Dean groans before he grits his and manages to push back Kurt's sword and lands a kick on his head forcing him to stumble to the side. Dean stood up as he spun back and threw his Dagger at the White Ranger, but Kurt slashed it away as it fell and embedded itself into the ground.

Dean was surprised by this before he saw Kurt jumping into the air to attack him once again. The Red Ranger soon pulls out his Weapons Card.

"Load Weapons Card!" Dean said as he inserts his Card into his Morpher and soon wields his Racer Saber.

Dean then uses his Saber to block Kurt's attack, bringing their weapons in a bladed lock as sparks between their blades.

"You know, this reminds me of the last time we fought. But I won, and you've lost…No, you failed. What makes you think things would be different?" Kurt questions.

"Because I would rather fight for the future instead of focusing on the past!" Dean answered before they pushed each other back.

Then the two Rangers clash blades several times before Dean throws a reverse spin kick at Kurt, and the White Ranger dodges it and slashes at Dean which he parries in time and slashes on his chest.

Kurt clicks in tongue before he slashes at Dean a few times, and the Red Ranger dodges and parries his attacks, that's when Dean thrust his Saber at the evil White Ranger but Kurt dodges it and grabs onto Dean's wrist. Kurt then uses this chance to slash Dean's Saber out of his hand as Dean holds his hand, Kurt lands a punch on his helmet with his Knuckle forcing the Red Ranger to stumble back.

Kurt then slashes at Dean several times, the Red Ranger dodges his attacks before he rolls under Kurt's next slash and rolls to his Racer Saber and picks it up. Kurt then continues to slash at Dean once again, Dean dodges it by spinning around the White Ranger's sword and just as Kurt slashes at him once again, the Red Ranger blocks it with his sword bringing them into a lock once again.

(Meanwhile)

In the Kaiser Sphere, Prince Crimson along with General Swartz and Cyber were watching the Red and White Rangers' battle against each other.

At first when the White Ranger first appeared out of the singularity, the prince was concerned until he started to attack people in the town and fought the Red Ranger.

"Now this is a turn of events. Rangers fighting against each other." Prince Crimson commented.

"Yes, I quite agree. It's certainly a nice change for once." Cyber said in agreement.

"But still, we should take advantage of this. We should send a squad down there and attack the Rangers as they continue to fight each other." General Swartz suggested.

Prince Crimson thought about it before he shook his head.

"No. If they end up destroying each other, then I say that's a victory for us. For now, I think I'll enjoy the show." Prince Crimson said, and General Swartz bowed his head.

"Of course. If that is your wish." Swartz said before they go back into watching the Red and White Rangers fighting each other.

In the Rangers' base, Aaron punches on the door a few times until his last punch finally hurts his hand before he takes a step back and shakes it.

"God dang it…So much for that idea." Aaron said before his body changed back to normal.

Then a small spark exploded in front of Shin which unleashed smoke from the computer's main interior. Shin coughs as he fans the smoke away before he stands up.

"Yeah…I'm not having much luck here either." Shin said before Salamandinay stood up with him.

"I'm afraid it's the same for me as well." Salamandinay said.

Shin then turns to the Pink and Yellow Rangers who were still working on the transporter.

"Are you two having any luck so far?" Shin asked, and Claire shook her head.

"Nope. We've reached a deadend too. Unless you manage to find something, Alisa?" Claire said but noticed that the Yellow Ranger was spacing out once again. "Alisa? Alisa!"

Alisa blinks before she turns to the Pink Ranger.

"Huh? What?" Alisa said.

"You okay? You spaced out again." Claire told her.

"I did? Sorry about that…I was still thinking about Kurt. I still can't understand why he would do that? I mean attacking innocent people, that isn't like him." Alisa said.

The Rangers were silent before Shin sighed and rubbed the back of his head.

"Well…the only logical conclusion I can come up with is that Kurt is now working with Embryo." Shin said, while Aaron and Claire had the same thought, Alisa was more than less stunned by this.

"No way!" Alisa shook her head. "There's no way Kurt would ever work with a guy like Embryo!"

"I'm sorry, Alisa. I don't want to believe it either, but we have to face the facts." Shin said before he pointed out all the facts. "Starting with fact one, ever since we woke up, both Dean and Pixel hadn't mentioned Kurt more than once. Fact two, Dean was reluctant to say something, but he was going to explain about it. Which leads up to fact three, a singularity opens up above the town and Kurt drops down from it and starts attacking people. All of which leads to the conclusion that Kurt betrayed us and sided with Embryo."

"Yeah. I'm with Shin on this one. It would explain how Embryo was able to beat Dean and manage to take over a new world if there were Rangers there." Aaron said.

"Then I guess it's safe to assume that Kurt destroyed those Rangers. Which made it easier for Embryo to rebuild it in his image." Claire said.

"But…It's just…" Alisa said as she was in denial about this.

Noticing that, Claire hugs the Yellow Ranger to help comfort her.

"It will be alright. We just need to get out of here and hear it from Dean himself along with Kurt." Claire told her.

"Assuming we can get out of here." Naga said. "It's not like there's anyone outside who can help us."

That's when Shin's Morpher begins to ring, they all look at it and see that someone was contacting him.

"I'm receiving contact…From inside the base?" Shin said.

"Do you think it's Pixel?" Claire asked.

"Let's see." Shin said before he answered the call and appeared on screen was Yamato.

"Hey, are you losers having a light off dance without me?" Yamato asked, and the Rangers smiled to see him.

"Yama!" Claire said.

Shin smacks himself on the head for not realizing this sooner.

"Oh of course! How can I be so stupid? Unlike the base and Pixel, Yamato runs on his power source and individual system." Shin said.

"Then he should be able to help us, right?" Salamandinay asked.

"That depends. Yamato, where are you right now?" Shin asked.

"Well, I was just strolling around the hallways minding my own business until the power went out. But that's when I ran into her." Yamato said before he showed that Sayla was right beside him.

"Miss Sayla! I'm glad that you're alright." Claire said.

"I feel the same. But can any of you explain what's going on right now? I was out getting baby formula for my daughter, until the lights blacked out." Sayla said.

"There's no time to explain right now. But we're in the middle of a crisis, and right now we're trapped inside too. But I think you and Yamato might be able to help us." Shin said.

"What? How?" Sayla asked.

"That depends. Which floor are you and Yamato on right now?" Shin asked.

"I think it's floor 13. Why does that matter?" Salya asked back.

Shin smiles and the Rangers recognize that smile as they know that the Blue Ranger has an idea that's really brilliant but sometimes crazy.

"It matters a lot. Because you might be our best hope of us getting out of here." Shin said.

In his battle against Kurt, Dean crashed into a wall before he dodges an incoming punch from the evil Ranger's Knuckle which left a hole on the wall.

Dean then slashes at Kurt, but he parries and counters by slashing on the Red's Ranger chest. He then grabs Dean by the neck and slams him onto another wall.

"You know I'm starting to feel a bit nostalgic about this. It almost makes me sad that I'll have to kill you." Kurt said.

"Kurt…Just what did Embryo do to you?" Dean asked.

"He didn't do anything. I had my eyes open a long time ago. We had the power to stop the D-War, the power to stop humanity from fighting each other but we didn't. Because you and the others wanted to maintain that Ranger code of honor to serve and protect the people. But he showed me a different way, a better way to help save humanity." As Kurt was talking, Dean noticed that his Nexus Dagger was right behind him.

"For what though? More war? More bloodshed?" Dean said.

"Like you said, another example that humanity will never be perfect. But soon, Master Embryo will rectify that." Kurt said before Dean grabs onto his shoulder much to his confusion.

"You really do love to hear yourself talk." Dean says before jumps and manages to use his legs to push Kurt away to free himself.

Dean then rushes to pick up his Dagger and changes it to its Blaster Mode. Dean then charges at Kurt while firing at him, the White Ranger deflected his laser blasts with his sword before he and Dean clashed blades once again.

In the Rangers' base, following Shin's instructions, both Yamato and Sayla arrive at one of the elevators as Yamato manages to force it open. Sayla was carrying a large cable around her shoulder and wore a communicator around her wrist.

Using it, Sayla contacted the Rangers and Salamandinay's group who were still trapped in the command room.

"Okay, the elevator door is open. Now what?" Sayla asked.

"You need to contact the cable to Yamato's power core, and after that you have to climb down to the 17th floor. There's a direct access line to the power core from there. If Yamato channels his energy through it, the main systems will come back online." Shin told her, but Sayla blinked.

"Wait? Climb down?" Sayla said before she looked down at the elevator shaft and saw that it was a long way down. "From up here to down there?"

"Yes." Shin told her.

Sayla looks down and sees how deep the shaft was, she then imagines what would happen if she slipped and falls. Now fearful of that thought, Sayla moves away and falls on her rear.

"No…No! I can't do this!" Sayla shook her head.

"Sayla! I know this is difficult for you, but we need your help with this!" Shin told her, but Sayla covered her ears as she doesn't have the courage to do this. "Sayla, come on! You need to snap out of it! You can do this!"

"Shin, stop!" Claire said, coming to Sayla's defense. "You're asking too much from her. We can't just force her to do something she can't do."

"Don't you think I know that?! But this isn't the only idea I can come up with. I would have asked Yamato to do this, but he's too big and heavy for it." Shin said, and Yamato placed a hand on his chest.

"Ouch. Way to say it where it hurts. Especially since I've been sensitive about my weight for a while." Yamato said.

"Can't we just come up with another idea? One that doesn't involve risking the life of an innocent woman, especially one who has a daughter." Claire told her.

"Trust me, if there was another way, I would've found it. But this might be our best chance to get out of here and help Dean." Shin said, and Salya blinked to hear that.

"Help Dean?" Sayla mutters.

She then thought back on how her daughter was born, despite the fact she was a Norma, Sayla chose to love and protect her daughter. She then remembers when the authorities had found her and how no one, including Princess Angelise, didn't come to aid her or her daughter, Dean was the one to help them and brought them here to his world. She thought what Dean would do in her place, well, that should be an easy answer for her.

Sayla bit her lip before she slapped her cheeks and then she stood up. As Shin and Claire continue to argue with each other, Sayla moves in front of the elevator shaft and speaks to them.

"It's the 17th floor, right?" Sayla said, gaining their attention once again.

"Yes. That's what I just said." Shin said.

"Okay…then it's only four floors down from here." Sayla said as she looked down in the shaft. "That should be easy enough."

"Sayla, no. You shouldn't force yourself to do this. You have a daughter, remember?" Claire said, but Sayla smiles at her.

"It's alright. Last time I wasn't able to do anything when she was taken from me, I'm not going to do the same thing when you kids are risking your lives." Sayla told them.

"But…" Claire said.

"Just promise me…If something goes wrong, take care of my daughter." Sayla told them.

Claire closed her eyes and lowered her head. Shin sighed before he spoke to her and Yamato.

"Alright. But don't worry, I'll be here to guide you. Yamato."

Yamato sighed as he shook his head.

"I swear. I don't get paid enough for this." Yamato said before his chest compartment opened up, revealing his power core.

Sayla then attaches the cable into his core. Sayla then looks down in the elevator shaft, while she is still afraid, Sayla inhales deeply and exhales to calm herself, she then begins climbing down to the 17th floor.

Dean, now dual wielding with both his Racer Saber and Nexus Dagger, clashes blades with Kurt several times before both Rangers bring their blades in a lock as sparks between them.

Dean then manages to push back Kurt's sword and lands a double slash on his chest, forcing the evil White Ranger to stumble back, Dean continues his attack by throwing his Dagger at him and it slash around his body several times before it flies back to Dean's hand.

"Damn you…!" Kurt angrily glares at the Red Ranger before he notices something besides him, and he smirks as he comes up with an idea.

"Just give up, Kurt! You know this will end badly for one of us!" Dean told him.

Kurt chuckles before he changes his Lion Knuckle to its Blaster Mode and aims it at the Red Ranger.

"Yeah…for you that is." Kurt said.

Dean got ready to fight him once again, but to his confusion, Kurt aimed his blaster to the side, and Dean saw that the White Ranger was aiming his weapon at a mother who was hiding with her daughter as she held her in her arms.

Dean's eyes widened in horror as Kurt fired several laser blasts at them.

"No!" Dean shouted as he rushed in and jumped to use his body as a shield to protect the mother and her daughter as he took the laser blasts for them, dealing him major damage.

Dean then falls to the ground, he then turns to the mother.

"You need to run…hurry." Dean told her.

She didn't want to abandon him, but she looked down at her crying daughter before she stood up and ran away.

Dean smiles beneath his helmet before Kurt grabs him by the neck and picks him up as his weapons fall to the ground.

"Guess some things will never change. You still don't have the guts to make the necessary sacrifices for the greater good. You think it makes you strong, hardly. It just makes you weak." Kurt told him.

"Maybe…But at least I didn't abandon my beliefs…Unlike you." Dean said.

Kurt chuckles before he shrugged.

"Well either way. At least this is an easy win for me." Kurt said before his Lion Knuckle changed to its Base Mode and used it to attack Dean.

After climbing down for a while, Sayla had soon arrived on the 17th floor as she stopped. She then uses her communicator to contact Shin.

"Alright. I'm on the 17th floor, now what?" Sayla said.

"There should be a power relay box to your left. Do you see it?" Shin asked.

Sayla looked to her left and soon saw the said box on the left side of the elevator shaft.

"I found it." Sayla told the Blue Ranger.

"All you have to do now is open it and insert the cable. After that, all that's left is to have Yamato transfer his energy into the base's power core and the main systems will come back online." Shin said.

"You make it sound so simple." Sayla said. She then nervously looked down at the dark abyss below her.

Sayla gulps but hardens her resolve and begins to slowly move towards the power box, but she slips on her foot and almost falls but manages to hang onto the platform but her shoe falls off and falls into the elevator as it disappears into the darkness.

Sayla was left frightened to see that as she began to sweat before the Rangers spoke to her through the communicator.

"Salya! What happened, are you alright?" Claire asked.

Sayla gulps once again before she manages to bring her foot back on the platform.

"I'm fine! I'm fine." Sayla said before she began to move to the power box once again, and slowly but surely, she now stood next to it.

Sayla grabs onto the hatch to open it but it was shut tightly, but she was able to force it open but ends up moving forward and looks at the dark abyss below her. Sayla was frightened at first before she managed to regain her balance and placed her back on the wall.

Sayla turned to the open power box and saw a connector for the cable she was carrying. She then removes the cable off of her shoulder and manages to attach it to the power box.

"Alright! The cable's connected!" Salya told the Rangers.

Then everyone in the command room cheered to hear.

"Alright! Yamato, it's your move now!" Shin told the robot.

"Roger. Transfering power to main systems." Yamato said before he begins channeling his core's energy into the cable to the power box and then it reaches to the base's main systems.

Kurt then an uppercut with his Lion Knuckle on Dean's head which sends him to the ground as he falls on his back.

Dean attempts to stand back up but Kurt stops him by stomping his foot on the Red Ranger's chest to keep him on the ground.

"Looks like this is my win." Kurt said before he brought out his color Super Charge Card.

He then inserts the Card into his Morpher/Weapon. White energy then appeared around the Lion Knuckle Morpher before it took the form of a lion's head as it roars.

"This time…I'm bringing your body back to Master Embryo." Kurt said before he aimed his energy enhanced Knuckle at Dean.

The Red Ranger could only close his eyes as he braces himself for his impending demise. Kurt throws his punch at Dean, but at that moment…

"Nexus Chopper Bowgun!"

Kurt turned to the side and was hit by several pink energy shots and was forced to stumble away from Dean. Then the White Ranger sees someone with wings flying towards him and lands a double kick on his chest forcing him to stumble back.

When Kurt stops stumbling, he along with Dean saw that the former's attackers were Claire and Alisa in their Ranger forms. Dean was surprised to see them.

"Alisa? Claire?" Dean said before he saw that Shin and Aaron, in Ranger form, had arrived as well. "How did you…?"

"We'll explain later." Shin said before he and Aaron helped Dean stand back up. "Honestly, locking us in the base like that. What were you thinking?"

"I'm sorry…I just…" Dean said, and Shin sighed.

"Then I guess you and Pixel have a lot of explaining to do once we're back. But in the meantime." Shin said before they turned back to the White Ranger.

Kurt then looks at his former teammates before he begins to laugh.

"Hahahaha! Well…Isn't this a surprise." Kurt said as he looked at his former friends and teammates. "I was only expecting Dean, but I guess I should've expected the rest of you would've survived too."

"Then you should know we're not here for a reunion either." Claire said as she aimed her Bowgun at him and Aaron stepped forward as they were ready to fight him while Alisa was a bit reluctant about fighting Kurt. "We can't let you go around and attack people, Kurt."

"Fine then, guess I'll have to destroy you all and bring your heads back with me." Kurt said as he was ready to fight them too.

But before they could battle, Kurt receives a transmission from his helmet's built-in communicator.

"Yes? What? But master I…Very well then." Kurt said before he looked at the Rangers. "It would appear we're out of time. But don't worry, you'll be seeing me again."

Kurt turned around and was ready to teleport through the singularity. But Alisa steps forward and calls out to him.

"Kurt!"

The White Ranger turns to her for a moment before he turns away and presses a button on his Lion Knuckle Morpher to teleport up and straight through the singularity before it closes.

Claire and Aaron sighed in relief.

"Guess we got lucky this time." Claire said.

"Yeah. But knowing Kurt, he'll be back to finish the job." Aaron said.

That's when they saw Alisa falling on her knees and lowered her head.

"Alisa…" Dean said in worry for her.

"Damn it, Kurt…why?" Shin said.

(Later)

After Kurt had left, the Rangers had returned to their base where Salamandinay's group along with Sayla and Yamato were waiting for them.

They soon manage to bring the base's main systems back online, Shin then begins typing on the computer to bring Pixel back online too.

"Alright and we're just about…there!" Shin said as he finished typing.

With that, Pixel's digital form soon appeared in the room as she was sleeping. She then woke up and stretched out her arms while yawning.

"Pix, are you alright? How are you feeling?" Claire said in worry for their AI friend.

Pixel groaned as she placed a hand on her head.

"Besides having a headache for a week…I think I'll be alright." Pixel told them which made them chuckle.

Pixel then turns to Dean before she moves in front of the Red Ranger and places her hands on her hips.

"Honestly, Dean, shutting me down like that. You know how much I hate that." Pixel told him.

"Right, right. I'm sorry." Dean said.

"Well as long as you're sorry then it's fine." Pixel said.

Dean then turns to Sayla as she holds her daughter in her arms.

"Also, Sayla, I heard you took a big risk for me. I'm sorry, you never should've been in that situation." Dean said, and Sayla waved her hand.

"It's fine. It's the least I can do to help after what you did for me and for Serra." Sayla told him.

"Well, either way, thank you." Dean said.

Shin then interrupted the moment by coughing in his hand. Dean and Pixel turned to the others as they were staring at them.

"I hate to interrupt the moment, but I think you and Pixel owe us a long due conversation." Shin said.

"I concur, especially with this Kurt." Salamandinay said.

Dean sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Alright…Alright. I guess the moment has passed. I'll start at the beginning, when I was face to face with Embryo." Dean said before he recalled the events of the final day of the D-War, where he failed to stop Embryo.

(Flashback)

Standing in the room of a skyscraper which had a good view of a Dracunium reactor was Embryo, the mastermind who destroyed the world over 500 years ago.

He appears to be a young man in his 20s. He had long blond hair that reached to his back with green eyes. He was wearing a green suit along with a white dress shirt with a gray vest with a red tie with a golden piece attached to it along with black shoes.

Embryo was using a communicator to contact the leaders of the Unified Economic Federation.

"Yes, the Ragna-mail is ready to deploy by your command. Yes, they will bring you victory over the Pancontinental Alliance and the reactors will be yours for the taking. Thank you, it's a pleasure to work with you." Embryo said before he ended the transmission and had a smile on his face. "Honestly, those simple-minded primitives have no idea what's in store for them."

Embryo then looks at the Dracunium reactor, which was his life's work, but Embryo didn't mind destroying it because he now has bigger and greater plans.

"Let there finally be peace in this rotting world." Embryo said.

"Embryo!" Someone calls out to him.

Embryo turns and sees the Red Nexus Ranger, Dean, as he is now in the room and is armed with his blaster. Embryo smiles before he greets the Red Ranger.

"Well, well, if it isn't the Nexus Rangers fearless leader, Dean Reilly. I'm surprised you made it this far."

Wasting no time, Dean aimed his Blaster at him.

"Call off the Ragna-mail now!" Dean said.

"I'm afraid that's now out of my hands. The Federation had already made the decision, it's too late to stop it." Embryo said before Dean fired close to his cheek which left a small cut on his cheek and a small amount of blood appeared out of it.

"Do you really think I'm stupid? There's no way they have actual control over them. Now, I'll say it again, call them off now before it's too late." Dean said.

Embryo sighed in disappointment before he waved his hand on the cut on his cheek as it vanished along with the blood.

"Honestly. You're still so willing to protect humanity. But what for? You see how they fight over the littlest of things, how they waste time and resources destroying each other. If they were going to end up destroying each other, then I might as well speed things along." Embryo said.

"Even if you're right about that, it doesn't give you the right to play god and decide the world's fate. No one should have that right." Dean told him.

"True. And despite my powers, I wouldn't say I'm a god myself. But I think I still have the right to make that decision." Embryo said with a smile.

"And after you destroy everything then what? You can't exactly rule on a dead planet." Dean reminded him, but Embryo just chuckles.

"Oh, I have no reason to be concerned about that. I had my sights on somewhere else." Embryo told him.

While confused on what he meant by that, Dean didn't have time to question it.

"Last chance. Call them off." Dean said.

"I'm afraid I can't do that. Besides, it's too late to stop it." Embryo said.

"We'll see about that." Dean said before he fires at Embryo once again.

As the laser blast was heading towards, Embryo simply smiled and stood in place before someone stepped in and defended him as he deflected the incoming laser blast, and to Dean's shock it was Kurt armed with his Lion Knuckle.

"Kurt? What are you doing?" Dean asked.

"What I should've done years ago." Kurt darkly tells him before he charges at Dean.

"Kurt, wait!" Dean said as he was about to reason to him.

But it was too late as Kurt grabs onto him and smashes Dean through a wall which leads to a secret hangar. Then as Dean and Kurt fell to the ground, they rolled away from each other.

When they stood up, Kurt charges at Dean and attacks him, the Red Ranger avoids his attacks and grabs onto Kurt's arms bringing them to an arm lock.

"Kurt, stop this! I'm your friend!" Dean said.

"In the past maybe. But now I'm your enemy!" Kurt said he pushes Dean's arms away and lands a punch with his Lion Knuckle.

Then both Dean and Kurt began to battle each other, first it was in hand-to-hand combat and then they used their swords as they clashed blades.

To finish this fight, both Dean and Kurt load their Super Charge Cards into their respective weapons. Then as their swords glowed with energy, both Rangers roared and charged at each other.

Then as Dean swung his Saber at him, Kurt avoids it by spinning under it and lands a slash on his chest followed by a second slash which shatters the right side of Dean's visor.

Dean then falls to the ground before he could even move, Kurt soon picks the Red Ranger up with his hand on the latter's neck and leaves him dangling outside of the building they were in which was a few hundred meters above the ground.

Dean manages to grab onto Kurt's hand and gives Kurt a pleading look, telling him to stop this madness.

"Kurt…Please…" Dean pleaded to his friend, but Kurt only told him this.

"Goodbye, Dean. Be sure to tell others I said hello." Kurt said before he let him fall from the floor they were standing on.

As the Red Ranger falls, Dean's vision becomes dark but saw seven black machines fly into the sky and the next thing he saw was darkness…

(End of flashback)

"And that's what happened. I don't know when and I don't know how…But Embryo was able to bring Kurt to his side. Even though it meant betraying the world and us." Dean told them.

The others were mostly silent to learn this, but Shin spoke up first.

"I figured as much. And part of the reason you lock us in here…"

"I did it…only to protect you. I didn't want to risk losing you guys again. I couldn't bear that." Dean said before Claire placed a hand on his shoulder.

"I know I don't have any right to say this. But that's not your call to make Dean. We're in this together, remember?" Claire said.

"Claire's right. It's all for one and one for all with us. Rather we win or lose, we're in it together." Aaron said.

"Always." Shin added to it.

Dean was silent for a while before he chuckled.

"Yeah…I guess I sort of lost sight of that. So…" Dean said before he took off his Morpher to give it to Shin. "I think it's best that we all have master control access to the base, and from now on we'll use a unanimous agreement on how to use it."

Shin smirks before he takes the Red Ranger's Morpher.

"It will take a while but I'm on it as always." Shin said.

"And if Kurt comes back again, we'll be ready for him." Aaron said before Claire elbows on his arm. "Ow! What was that…?"

Claire pointed at Alisa who was still silent, and Aaron flinches to see that.

"Oh…Alisa, I'm sorry I mean to…" Aaron said before Alisa leaves the room and the others look at her in worry.

"Oh, Alisa…" Claire said in worry.

"I guess I shouldn't be surprised this would've affected her the most." Dean said.

"How so?" Salamandinay asked. Dean sighed.

"Let's just say that Alisa has a bit of a personal history with Kurt before they met us." Dean told them.

Alisa had returned to her room where she was seated on the floor with her back against the wall with her arms and legs on her face.

She was silently crying over the fact that Kurt had betrayed them and helped Embryo destroy their world 500 years ago.

The Yellow Ranger then manages to wipe away her tears before she picks up a picture that was placed beside her bed and looks at it.

The picture that Alisa was looking at, was a picture of herself and Kurt back when they were children.
