Twelve Sixteen Franklin Ave...

This was the most famous address in all of Royal Woods, a town located in Eastern Michigan!

This was because of the residents who lived in the house; the Loud family!

The Loud family is possibly the largest family in the history of Royal Woods, and this is due to the fact that the family consists of 13 individuals in the form of father Lynn Sr, mother Rita, and their 11 children in the order of Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn, Lincoln, Lucy, Lana, Lola, Lisa, and Lily.

The Loud family is certainly well known throughout Royal Woods, and this is because they certainly live up to their last name of Loud. Each and every single member of the loud family has gotten up to shenanigans throughout the years they have lived in Royal Woods, from the father Lynn Sr, all the way to youngest child Lily. Almost everyone in Royal Woods has had an encounter with the Louds, as they are kind of known as the local celebrities.

Now despite everything the loud family has done, and all the challenges they have faced, the whole clan would say they wouldn't trade their family for anything else in the world. But even the closest families have issues from time to time, and all it takes is one step that can change your future in more ways than one!

Especially if you're the middle child of the loud family, Lincoln Loud..

(Twelve Sixteen Franklin Ave - The Loud House)

(Saturday morning)

Currently it was just another Saturday morning in the Loud house. This meant no school, and that pretty much every member of the Loud family was at home, except for oldest daughter Lori, who was currently living away from home to attend Fairway University on a golf scholarship.

Ever since Lori left for college, Leni has been doing her best to keep her siblings in line, that way they don't figuratively and literally destroy the house! This is easier said been done, and a time she really struggles to keep her siblings from causing destruction, but with her heart of gold and strong patience, she has managed to keep the household from crumbling down.

Leni wasn't doing any of that in the moment, as currently she was in her bedroom reading a fashion magazine on the latest trends. This was mainly because she plans to go on a shopping spree next Saturday, where at the Royal Woods Mall, several of her favorite stores would have a half off sale.

Luna was also in her room, listening to a song by her favorite singer, Mick Swagger. Luna was listening to the song closely so she could use the lyrics to come up with her own original song, a song she planned to play with her fellow bandmates, the Moon Goats at their favorite spot, the Burnt Bean Cafe.

Luan was also in the room that she shared with Luna. Only she was watching a video she took of herself last night to see if she came up with any good jokes while she was asleep. She was being assisted by her ventriloquist dummy, Mr Coconuts.

Lynn, like many of her sisters was in her bedroom. She was currently focusing on her core by doing push-ups on her bedroom floor. This was because she had an upcoming roller derby match against her rivals, the Hazel-tucky Amazons!

Lucy on the other hand was not in her room. She was in her special dark place that was in the Attic, writing a poem about her Great Grandma Harriet, who she spoke to last night...

In the twins bedroom, Lana was playing with her pet lizard Izzy and her pets make El Diablo. Lola on the other hand was having a tea party with her stuffed animals, and was currently preparing a cup of Earl Gray tea.

Lisa was also in her bedroom, only she was working on her robot Todd as he had been having several malfunctions as of late, so she was currently updating his system.

Lily on the other hand was in the living room, watching her favorite show in the form of Blarney the dinosaur while holding on to her favorite purple blankie.

As for only son/brother Lincoln, he was and his bedroom, doing nothing as he stared at the ceiling. The white haired middle child looking incredibly bored as he looked at the ceiling.

Now normally he would be playing a video game in the living room, or reading a comic book he had got it on Wednesday. But today he was just an doldrums..

Lincoln then sighed heavily, before he stood up and noticed the 'audience.'

"Oh hey... I didn't see you guys there."said Lincoln to the 'audience.'

Now Lincoln Loud knows that there is no invisible group of people that watch his family 24/7...But when one grows up in a household of 10 sisters, it's best to have a coping mechanism ready when you have no one to talk to that shares your similar interests in said household. Lincoln's coping mechanism is to pretend that there's a large group of people that watches his family 24/7, people that understand that it's not easy living with a big family, and we'll be there to listen to him when he needs it.

"Now I bet you're wondering why I'm doing nothing on this beautiful Saturday. Normally I'd be reading a comic book, playing a video game, or hanging out with my friends. But today I'm just not feeling it."said Lincoln before he went back to lay down on his bed and looking at the ceiling.

"I'm just sad because I entered the Michigan Junior Magicians ultimate magic off...And I ended up in last place! Now it wasn't because my magic trick was bad... It's just at the competition was too good!"said Lincoln while pulling out his last place ribbon.

"I change for weeks to be number one...And in the end my magic trick failed miserably! I really thought I got the judges attention by making Leni disappear. She was my lovely assistant that day. But my old school magic trick was no match for the others, who were so talented I wouldn't doubt that one day they would go to Las Vegas to entertain the crowds of gamblers going to waste their money every year!"said Lincoln, who felt really down as he really wanted to win that competition.

"It would have been the first trophy I won with my hard work, not a trophy I got by humiliating myself after I embarrassed my sisters...and had to do said humiliation so they wouldn't pulverize me. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the most improved brother trophy. But I really wanted a trophy, ribbon, or certificate I got with my own hard work! Not one that was, let's face it, giving out of pity."said Lincoln, who was starting to wonder if magic was really going to be his thing.

"I tried my hand at being an astronaut by going to space camp...Only to realize that being an astronaut is a lot harder than I thought. I tried my hand at being a detective...Only Leni is way better at that when she's going through her noir phase. I tried my hand at being a comic book artist...But that didn't end well either."said Lincoln, before he pulled out a rejection later from the comic company in question.

"Haaaa...Why can I be a successful as my sisters? They already know what they want to do with their lives, but then there's me, the indecisive one. I want to be so many things, and yet my sisters have lasered in on one thing and put everything they have to being that thing! And there were more than paid off. Lori is attending one of the greatest colleges for golfers. Leni already has a name in the fashion industry. Luna it's definitely going to end up in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Luan already has her own successful web channel and small entertainment business. Lynn is the star athlete of Royal Woods. Lucy is the co-president of the Royal Woods Elementary School Junior morticians club. Lana has already worked on several cars for Bobby Fletcher. Lola... Don't even get me started on her. Lisa already has a name in the scientific community. And Lily is attending that prestigious preschool that Mom and Dad have waited years to get one of us into. But then there is normal Lincoln...The brother who is in the shadow of 10 superstars."said Lincoln after his long rant.

He wondered how he was supposed to make himself an individual from the loud family if he continued down this path of indecisiveness. He tried his hand at being a magician, but with all the stiff competition he wondered if he would ever make it to be a big name in the world of magic like Harry Houdini.

"Ahhh! Whatever! I hink I'll just take a nap, and try to take my mind off of everything!"said Lincoln before he closed his eyes shut so he could get some sleep.

As he figured he could have that dream where he is Ace Savvy, his favorite superhero!

At least in the dream world he can't mess up!

(Rita and Lynn Sr's bedroom)

As Lincoln was trying to get some sleep to get his mind off everything he's been feeling, little did he know that his parents were talking about him in their bedroom.

"I'm worried about Lincoln, Rita."said Lynn Sr, getting the attention of his wife.

"I know what you mean. I'm worried too."said Rita in agreement with her husband.

"He really wanted to win that magician ultimate showdown competition. But he ended up coming in last place."said Lynn Sr, who knew that his son was not taking his loss well.

"I know he didn't show it at the competition, but I heard him crying in the garage later that night when we got home. Lynn, I've never seen him this down before."said Rita, wondering what she should do.

"Well I understand where he's coming from. You and I both saw how much time and effort he put into perfecting his magic trick. He spent hours working on it, taking notes and doing everything he can to improve on it! But in the end all that hard work ended up getting him last place... No wonder he's so bummed."said Lynn Sr, who knew that he would be feeling what his son felt if he entered a cooking competition and ended up in last place.

"We havve got to do something to cheer him up, but what?"said Rita before she tried to come up with ideas on how to cheer up Lincoln.

"We could take him out for ice cream."suggested Lynn Sr.

"Hmm... I don't think ice cream is going to work this time."said Rita, knowing it would take more than ice cream to make Lincoln feel better.

"How about we go to Gus's Game and Grubs. That's Lincoln's favorite place in all of Royal Woods."suggested Lynn Sr, feeling that that would cheer up Lincoln.

"His friends already tried that and it didn't work..."said Rita, who knew that Clyde and the others already tried that in it and ended in failure.

"Hmm...I was my dad was here at times like this. Whenever Lance and I would feel down, he would know right away what to do to make us feel better."said Lynn Sr, wondering what his dad would do.

"Then why don't you call him up. I'm sure he's just doing menial chores at Camp Mastodon right now. The Camp will be closed for months so I'm sure he can come visit us and help us figure out what were going to do with Lincoln."said Rita, feeling like having Leonard around could help make Lincoln better.

"Your right! I'll give him a call right now and see if he's busy."said Lynn Sr, as he began looking for his phone so he could call his father Leonard.

"He's probably carving a carving of a squirrel right now."said Rita, knowing that her father-in-law wasn't too busy right now as Camp Mastodon was currently closed until summer.

(State of Michigan)

(Camp Mastodon)

Meanwhile, far away from Royal Woods was Camp Mastodon, the summer camp where every year, kids from all over Michigan would stay for the summer. The camp was currently owned and operated by Leonard Loud, after he purchased the camp from the previous owner so that he could live closer to his grandchildren after retiring from being a fisherman.

Currently Leonard was in his house that was next to the camp, and currently he was looking at an old photo with a smile on his.

In the photo was a much younger Leonard, and next to Leonard was a young man wearing a lab coat. Both Leonard and this person in the lab coat were standing in front of an impressive looking building with a huge windmill to the side. Based on how they were shoulder to shoulder with one another, it was clear that these two considered themselves good friends.

"Man, I haven't talked to Samuel in years. Not since I gave up my first occupation to become a fisherman...Hmm...Maybe it's time I share my past with my little minnows."said Leonard, as he pulled out a strange looking ball from a nearby drawer.

The ball was read on top, white on the bottom, had a black line in the middle, and at the very center was a small white button. The ball was clearly not new as the scratches all around it indicated that it was quite old, but the lack of dust indicated it was well taken care of.

"Maybe I should introduce my little minnows to you... my old friend."said Leonard, feeling that maybe it was time for his grandchildren to meet one of his oldest friends.

That is when he hurt his phone ringing, which caused him to stumble for a bit before he made his way over to the phone and answered it.

"Hello?"said Leonard on the phone.

"Dad, it's me."said Lynn Sr on the other end.

"Lynn! How have you been? Is your restaurant still going strong? And how are my little minnows?"inquired Leonard, who was in the mood to catch up.

"I'm fine. My restaurant is as busy as ever. And I'm actually calling about one particular grandchild of yours..."said Lynn Sr, answering his father.

"Huh? Who's the grandchild in question?"asked Leonard, as his smile faded, and turned into one of concern.

"Well... since Camp Mastodon is closed until the summer... I was hoping you could come visit Royal woods and help me cheer up Lincoln."said Lynn Sr on the other end.

"What's wrong with my white haired minnow?"inquired Leonard, worried about his white haired grandson.

"Well Lincoln entered this magicians competition a few days ago and he came in last place... He's been really down as he worked hard to win that competition, and let's just say ended up in last place left about tasting his mouth... A really bad taste."explains Lynn Sr, while his father listen carefully.

"I see...And can you think of anything to cheer him up?"inquired Leonard, wanting to know what his son has tried to cheer up Lincoln.

"His friends took him to his favorite place in Royal Woods to cheer him up, but that didn't work out. Honestly, were stumped on what to do as Lincoln has never been this down before. I think seeing you and hearing some of your words of advice might get him out of his funk. You know, like you did for Lance and I when we were kids."said Lynn Sr, referring to himself and his brother Lance.

"Hmm..."said Leonard, before looking at the ball he had in his hand.

That is when an idea popped in his head.

"I think I know what I can do to to cheer up my little white haired minnow. But first I need to contact an old friend and see if he can do me a huge favor."said Leonard, who had a good idea on what to do.

"Who's this old friend?"inquired Lynn Sr.

"Uh uh, no spoilers. I first thing to see if my old friend says yes before I tell you anything."said Leonard, who didn't want to spoil the surprise.

"Okay, I'll trust your word on that. Thanks dad, this really means a lot to me."said Lynn Sr, who was glad that his father was willing to help.

"I should make it to Royal Woods tomorrow if I leave now. So get Lincoln ready for my visit, because I'm sure with what I'm about to tell him, should my old friend agree will cheer him up and get him out of his funk."said Leonard, before he hung up the phone.

That is when he quickly headed to his closet and pulled out a big device that look like it was a combination of a phone and a computer from the 80s. Leonard quickly dusted it off and check to see if it still worked..Much to his relief, it powered on.

With that, Leonard carried the strange looking device to his truck and quickly put it in the passenger seat. Once he was sure that it wouldn't fall, did he run around the truck and put himself in the driver's seat. Leonard then turned on the ignition and waited a few minutes before he drove his truck out of Camp Mastodon.

That is when he dialed a number on the strange device and pulled the phone towards his ear.

A few seconds later someone picked up...

"Hello?"inquired the person on the other hand.

"Samuel, it's me."said Leonard, waiting for the other person to recognize him.

"Leonard? How have you been? I haven't heard from you in years."said the person called Samuel on the other end.

"Well I got busy living my life as a fisherman, got married, had kids, and was eventually blessed with grandchildren, lots of grandchildren."said Leonard with a chuckle, who knew that was the understatement of the century.

"Well I'm glad to hear that. But I know for a fact you didn't call me just to catch up."said the person called Samuel, who knew that Leonard wanted something.

"Ahh, you know me too well, Samuel. I actually need to call in a huge favor."responded Leonard, waiting for Samuel to respond.

"And that favor would be?"inquired Leonard's old friend.

"You still working on that device you said you were going to build?"inquired Leonard with interest.

"Yes..."responded the person called Samuel.

"Do you still need individuals to collect data?"inquired Leonard, waiting for his friend to respond.

"Well yes, but I have my grandson Gary and a few of his friends working on that."said the individual known as Samuel on the other end.

"You you need any others?"inquired Leonard, hoping that Samuel would say yes.

"I have one vacant position. Now who are you asking for. I know it's not you, since you don't want to run into Agatha anymore."said the person called Samuel, making Leonard shutter at the name of Agatha.

"Don't remind me. So...you can only sponsor one more person?"inquired Leonard.

"That was the rule set by the Pokemon League...only a few individuals at a time."said Samuel, who knew that letter knew this.

"Well... I'm a bit upset that most of my little minnows won't be able to experience the wonders I experience in my youth at the same time...But right now there is one who needs this more than anyone, so if he can take it, I'm willing to accept it."said Leonard, knowing that desperate times called for desperate solutions.

"So I'm guessing that the individual you referring to is your grandson."said the person called Samuel.

"Yes...My grandson from my son Lynn's family. His name is Lincoln, and he's at the exact age of 12, the required age by the Pokemon League."said Leonard, who knew that Samuel was going to ask him about his grandson's age.

"Does he have a criminal record?"inquired the person called Samuel.

"No! He's not perfect, but he's one of my well-behaved little minnows."answered Leonard without hesitation.

"Hmmm...Let me talk to him face to face through video call, and I will decide for myself if he fix the requirements set by the Pokemon League."said the person called Samuel.

"I knew you say that, and I know for a fact you'll agree he fits all your criteria."said Leonard with a smile.

"Ah, that confidence! How many years has it been since I've seen it. Well... you still have old connections on the Pokemon League so I'm sure your name alone will move things along. Just get me in contact with your grandson as soon as you can, and I will see for myself if he can be a pokedex holder as well."said the person called Samuel, before he disconnected the call.

"If Lincoln is the 'man with the plan' like he claims he is, that I know for a fact he'll make an awesome Pokemon trainer... just like his good old Gramps once upon a time."said Leonard as he pulled out the ball he had had earlier.

He wanted to reveal his old secret to his little minnows when they were all old enough, but the circumstances have changed. His white haired little minnow Lincoln now needs support after losing something that clearly meant a lot to him. So seeing no other option, Leonard decided it was time to reveal to Lincoln the occupation he used to have before he decided to become a fisherman.

An occupation that he was sure Lincoln would enjoy!

I decided to write this because I had just finished watching Pokemon origins, and I just finished playing Pokemon Let's Go Eevee. This was after watching a marathon of Loud House episodes...This all combined into one idea!

Now I know I'm not the first person to do a Kanto fanfiction starting Lincoln, but I believe I'm the first individual to not center Kanto around the NSL episode.

That idea has been done too many times, and at this point it's just lazy writing to continue it..

Now I'm not saying the writers who have used that idea for their stories are lazy, I'm just saying if I tried to use that idea after all this time, I would be ripped apart in the comment section.

Anyway, I decided to write a Kanto Loud house fanfiction where the Loud sisters are not complete jerks.

I also decided to write one that was up to date with the latest season of The Loud House, that way some of the awesome characters that have been introduced later in the series could come into my FanFiction story.

Before you ask, Lincoln will get Eevee in his fanfiction instead of Pikachu.

I feel that the evolution Pokemon fits Lincoln to a T, since it has many different choices of evolution like Lincoln has many different choices of careers.

Also, Eevee has rabbit like characteristics and Lincoln is fond of rabbits.

The main Pokemon team has already been decided, but if you want to suggest any Pokemon for this fanfiction, feel free to leave a comment or send me a private message.

Other characters will go to Kanto, but first Lincoln has to settle in Kanto as an up-and-coming Pokemon trainer.

I'm not going to include Misty and Brock in this story except for being gym leaders. I'm doing this so I don't get people confused with other great stories, like Kanto Gets Loud...

I'm more focused on Pokemon origins the series and the Pokemon games.

If you guys want Lincoln to have companions, he will, just later on in the story.

For now this is Lincoln going solo first, so that he can overcome obstacles by himself and become a great Pokemon trainer, that kind of thing!

I'm going to include several rivals, which include Gary, Red, and Harrison. I'm still not sure if I'm going to do Richie... but I am definitely going to add Trace, since he was a fun character I faced in the video game.

Anyway, don't forget to leave a comment on which Pokemon you want Lincoln to have and why. And if you want to send me ideas through private message, you're more than welcome to do so.

I'm thinking that the people that should go join Lincoln later should be...

Clyde McBride

Ronnie Anne Santiago

Lucy Loud

Lana Loud

Leni Loud

Sid Chang

Bobby Santiago

Those are the individuals that are maybe going to go join Lincoln later in Kanto... but I'm still not sure...

If you have any other suggestions, like who you want to go with Lincoln to Kanto, just leave a comment or send me a private message.

That is all I had to say.

I hope you enjoy this story and I hope that it will one day stand out from among the rest..

I'm GeneralJaguar, and I am out of here.
