A/N: I am so sorry for not updating any stories in a long time. Health and life got in the way. But I am doing better and I won't let things drag me down any longer. The writers block has been really bad too, so I am doing some major time skips here. I do have a lot of fragments for this story, a lot of them for farther in. But I finally have a chapter put together and I'm going to try to do one story at a time so I am not overwhelmed. So please bear with me. In this, Breakdown, Bulkhead, and Knock Out are like four years old. Orion is grown

~Several stellar/vorns cycles later~
"Get back here Star!"
"Catch me if you can!"
Starscream flew up into the air, leaving Breakdown behind on the ground.
"Hey, not fair!" Breakdown shouted. "Sire, Star took my datapad!"
Megatron looked up from his own datapad, fighting the urge to roll his optics. Those two always enjoyed fighting together when they got the chance. Megatron reached up, plucking the seekerling out of the air and grabbing the datapad back. Starscream whined, struggling in his sire's grip. Megatron gave the datapad back to Breakdown, who ran off.
"Starscream, do not fight with your brother," Megatron said.
"It was my turn," Starscream whined, pouting up at his sire. "He's just watching shows with Knock Out."
"Be that as it may, you need to share and love your brother," Megatron said. "I have something for you to do."
"What?" Starscream asked, perking up.
"I need you to guard this datapad for me. It has sire's special work on it," Megatron said, passing a separate datapad to his son.
"I'll do my best sire," Starscream said proudly.
"I know, my son," Megatron said. "No matter what, you do not let anyone take it from you. The only ones you can give it to are your grandcreators and Orion. Do you understand me?"
"Yes, sire," Starscream said.
"Good. I have a meeting I need to attend. Please be good with your siblings and listen to your carrier," said Megatron. "I love you, Starscream."
"I love you too sire," Starscream said. "You can rely on me."
Megatron put his son down before putting away the other two datapads. He smiled at his son before going to his quarters. He greeted Metelic with a kiss.
"Time to go?" Metelic asked.
"Yes. I will return later tonight. I love you, Metelic," Megatron said. "I love you sparklings as well. Behave for me."
"Okay sire," they chanted, minus Knock Out, who simply waved at the older mech.
Megatron departed for Iacon to meet up with Orion to try to gain audience with the High Council. It would be their first attempt. Megatron knew it would take many attempts to try to gain audience with them about the caste system. He knew of the rumors of the rebellion starting up. His works were showing the citizens of Cybertron the corruption and how deep it ran. He needed to change Cybertron for his family. Prowl and Barricade would be an escort in case things went south.
Megatron arrived at Orion's apartment, knocking softly. Ariel answered the door, smiling at the larger mech. Megatron bowed his helm at the femme.
"Hello Ariel. Is Orion ready?" Megatron asked.
"Yeah. He's just finishing up. Come on in," Ariel said.
"Thank you," Megatron said, entering through the smaller doorway.
"Megs!"
Megatron grunted as a hyper youngling rammed into his stomach plating. He looked down to see Hot Rod wrapping his arms around his waist, grinning up at him.
"Hello Hot Rod," Megatron greeted. "Where is your brother?"
"He's in his room. He's sick again," Hot Rod said.
"I see. Has he been doing better?" Megatron asked.
"Yeah. But then he got sick again," said Hot Rod. "He'll be better."
"That is good," Megatron said.
"Hello Megatronus," Orion greeted.
"Orion, it is good to see you," Megatron said. "Shall we be going?"
"Yes," Orion said. "Prowl and Barricade will meet us there."
~~~000
"What do you mean we can't speak with them?" Megatron questioned.
"They are not available to talk," the guard said.
"We requested this meeting joors ago," Orion said.
"There's nothing that can be done. Not with the rumors of a rebellion," the guard said.
"They are nothing but mere rumors. There is no proof of anything starting," Megatron said.
"I am simply following orders," the guard said.
"Megatron, come on," Prowl said. "It's clear they won't budge."
"Slag it all," Megatron muttered.
"Let's go," Barricade said. "We can try again another time."
"Very well," Megatron said.
As they were walking away, Megatron heard the door open. He took a glance over his shoulder, seeing one of the Senator's optics.
"Keep standing guard. We have mechs at Kaon right now looking into the root of the rumors," the Senator said.
"Yes sir," the guard said.
"What do they mean by that?" Barricade pondered, voicing Megatron's own thoughts. They couldn't possibly know that it was his writings that another was reading to the gathered masses. No one suspected a mere gladiator to know such literature.
"Megatronus?" Orion asked, putting a servo on the older mech, causing his spark to jump and skip beats.
"I have a bad feeling," Megatron said. "I need to go. I will return later."
"All right. Stay safe," Prowl said. "We will see you at home."
Megatron transformed, getting ready to fly back to Kaon as fast as he could go.
~~~Pits of Kaon
Metelic looked up at the beeping from the door. She went over, pushing a button to silence it. The alert was the emergency one, telling all gladiators to hide. She thanked Primus that Knock Out left back to his creators not too long ago. She didn't have much time.
Metelic hid her sparklings and younglings under her berth. The guards knocked down the door and shot the femme. She fell against the wall near the berth.
"Search the place," one of the guards said. "Find anything that is related to these speeches and the rebellion."
The mechs upturned the place, throwing things around and breaking them. They did not look under the berth luckily.
"There's nothing here," one said. "Let's go. This place is clear."
Metelic sent one last message to her mate before joining the Allspark.

Megatron transformed, landing in front of the Pits. He ran inside and down to his sector of the Pits. The place was a mess. All the other gladiators were being accounted for.
"Soundwave, where is she?" Megatron asked his brother and friend.
"Soundwave, uncertain," the mech said, his voice monotone and deep from the injuries.
"She hasn't come from your quarters," Airstrike said. "Neither have the young ones."
Fear gripped his spark. He ran off to his chambers. The door was bent and the main room in shambles. He didn't see his family.
Megatron jumped into his berthroom, cannon raised to blast whoever was there. He froze, powering down his weapon. Laying against the wall was his dear mate, surrounded by their children. All of them cried, but it was Starscream that saw his sire first. He ran to him, clinging on tightly. Megatron held his son close, murmuring to the youngling.
"Star, can you tell sire what happened?" Megatron asked.
"M-Mean mechs from the H-High Council shot carrier," Starscream whimpered. "I recognize their symbol."
"Shh... shh... shh... calm my sons. I will take care of this. Why don't I take you to grandcarrier and grandsire?" Megatron suggested, gathering his children into his arms.
He headed off to Iacon, trying to calm his crying offspring. When he reached his adoptive creators' home, he knocked and waited. Prowl answered, allowing Megatron to come in. Ratchet and Ironhide looked up from the holovid with breaking news. The younglings were still whimpering badly, the twins reaching for the medic.
"Megatronus, what happened?" Ratchet asked, heading over to take Bulkhead and Breakdown.
"Metelic was killed by High Council guards. She managed to hide our offspring before she was shot given, they are unharmed. Can you please watch them for me for a while?" Megatron asked. "I have a feeling they were looking to kill me but found her instead."
"Of course," Ironhide agreed. "We got plenty of servos around ta help out. Ya just stay safe Megs."
"Thank you," the gladiator said. "I want them safe until I can figure out why they targeted my mate when they are after me, no one else."
~~~000
"Ratchet, we have injured!" Pharma shouted over his shoulder.
"More?" Ratchet asked.
"Yeah. There was an attack at the docks," said Pharma. "Only two injured, seven killed."
"Who are the injured ones?" Ratchet asked, hoping that Orion's mate was safe.
"Ariel and Dion. No one knows who did the attack or if they fought back against the guards when they were searching the place," said Pharma. "They'll be in soon."
Four medbots came in with two gurneys, wheeling the two injured bots to the operation room. Pharma and Ratchet followed quickly behind, shouting out orders for supplies.
"Ratchet, where are they?" Orion asked, moving among the chaos.
"Not now Orion. Go to the waiting room. I will tell you when I am done," Ratchet said.
"Come on Orion," Pharma said. "They'll be okay. I know they will be."
"Okay," Orion relented, letting himself be led out to the waiting room.
He waited groons before his caretaker came out. He bolted out of his seat, going to the tired medic.
"Here, take a seat," Orion said.
"Thank you," Ratchet said.
"How are they?" Orion asked.
"Dion had to have a whole new body. He was too damaged. Ariel will be fine. She had some minor changes to her appearance," said Ratchet.
"Prowl and Barricade are looking into it," said Orion. "They commed me to let you know they will be home late. Dreadwing and Skyquake are staying at my apartment."
"Alright," Ratchet muttered. "You can go see her."
Ratchet got up, taking Orion to where his sparkmate was at.
"She will be out for a while," said Ratchet. "Do you want me to stay?"
"No. You need to rest," said Orion. "Ironhide is on his way to take you home."
~~~later, Orion's apartment
"Thank you again for watching them," Orion said.
"Of course," Dreadwing said. "Let us know if you require anything else."
"I will," Orion said. "Get home safe you two."
The two seekers nodded, making their way back home. They opted to walk rather than fly to enjoy the night. The cities was bustling as normal, but became dead silent as they got closer to their home. Dreadwing's wings flicked as he came to a stop. Skyquake stopped as well, looking back at his twin.
"What is it, brother?" Skyquake asked.
"Something is not right," Dreadwing said.
Two shots quickly rang out into the still air. The seeker twins collapsed, blue volts of electricity jumping from their frames. A large mech came from the shadows, smirking down at them.
"Well, this is quite the interesting catch," the mech said.
Dreadwing fought the electricity, getting back up. He stumbled back into some empty energon cubes in an alleyway, crashing into them and the wall. The mech cursed from the loud noise and grabbed Skyquake, dragging him off to a small transport vehicle.
"Sky, no," Dreadwing muttered, reaching out for the vehicle just as he passed out.
"What's going on out here?"
"I heard a crash."
"Look over there."
"Someone call for help."
Mechs and femmes from the gathered apartments surrounded the downed seeker. It didn't take long for sirens to fill the air and police to arrive on scene. Barricade pushed his way to the center of the crowd while Prowl pushed them back with the others.
"Prowl, get over here," Barricade said.
"What is it?" Prowl asked, looking behind him. "Oh Primus."
"Dreadwing, can you hear me?" Barricade asked. The seeker regained consciousness to look at his older brother.
"'Cade," Dreadwing whispered. "Where's Sky?"
"I don't see him. Help is on the way. Do you remember what happened?" Barricade asked.
"There was a dark mech. We felt pain. He took Sky in a transport vehicle," Dreadwing slowly recounted.
"We'll find him," said Barricade.
~~~elsewhere
"Let me go!" Skyquake snarled, fighting the stasis cuffs.
"I don't think so. You'll make a great slave to trade off for," the mech said.
"Who are you?" Skyquake asked.
"Requiem," the mech said. "Remember that name. Lockdown, let's go. Head to Vos. He'll bring in a lot of money."
"Are you certain?" Lockdown asked.
"Yeah. I already checked," Requiem said. "Get moving already."
"Watch yourself," Lockdown said. "You are lucky I even took you in."
"Yeah, yeah," Requiem grumbled, rolling his optics.
